黄渤海晴空像元下雾霾识别的机器学习算法

为实时有效地识别和监测雾霾，选取2013年10月4日与10月5日的两景MODIS遥感图像，利用不同类型像元的光谱差异，基于神经网络模型，建立海上雾霾的遥感识别机器学习算法。经检验表明，在晴空条件下，机器学习算法反演精度相对较高，已超过98%，利用算法可以实现对中国近海上空雾霾的监测。     

A surface parametric control and global optimization method for axial flow compressor blades

An aerodynamic optimization method for axial flow compressor blades available for engineering is developed in this paper. Bezier surface is adopted as parameterization method to control the suction surface of the blades, which brings the following advantages:(A) significantly reducing design variables;(B) easy to ensure the mechanical strength of rotating blades;(C) better physical understanding;(D) easy to achieve smooth surface. The Improved Artificial Bee Colony(IABC) algorithm, which significantly increases the convergence speed and global optimization ability, is adopted to find the optimal result. A new engineering optimization tool is constructed by combining the surface parametric control method, the IABC algorithm, with a verified Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) simulation method, and it has been successfully applied in the aerodynamic optimization for a single-row transonic rotor(Rotor 37) and a single-stage transonic axialflow compressor(Stage 35). With the constraint that the relative change in the flow rate is less than0.5% and the total pressure ratio does not decrease, within the acceptable time in engineering, the adiabatic efficiency of Rotor 37 at design point increases by 1.02%, while its surge margin 0.84%,and the adiabatic efficiency of Stage 35 0.54%, while its surge margin 1.11% after optimization, to verify the effectiveness and potential in engineering of this new tool for optimization of axial compressor blade.     

Availability modeling for periodically inspection system with different lifetime and repair-time distribution

Availability is a main feature of design and operation of all engineering system. Recently,availability evaluation of periodical inspection systems with different structures is at the center of attention due to the wide application in engineering. In this paper, an analytical and probabilistic availability model for periodical inspection system is proposed by a new recursively algorithm,which can achieve limiting average availability and instantaneous availability of periodical inspection system under arbitrary lifetime and repair-time distributions. Then three application examples are presented, the systems lifetime and repair-time are respectively fellow exponential/exponential,Weibull/normal and Weibull/lognormal distribution. Finally, a Weibull/lognormal system is studied to analyze the dynamic relationship between inspection period and availability. The results indicate that the proposed approach can provide the technology support for improving system availability and determining reasonable inspection period.     

8mm Dicke辐射计波形仿真研究

采用System view软件对从输入到天线的噪声信号到A/D采样之前的各个模块和辐射计线性度进行了波形的仿真研究,仿真结果和实际相符合,对辐射计的硬件实现提供了很好的指导作用。     

EPDM包覆层热解状态下的力学行为及本构模型

为了准确描述固体火箭发动机三元乙丙(EPDM)包覆层在不同热解状态下的力学特性,通过热重分析的方法得到EPDM的热解温度范围,并采用准静态单轴拉伸实验的方法获得EPDM在不同热解温度下的应力-应变曲线。以Ogden(n=2)模型为基础,分别对不同热解状态下的力学曲线进行建模,并通过对实验数据的拟合获得模型参数。结果表明,在初始热解状态下,材料只发生了少量的失水和气体的逃逸,其力学行为可通过粘超弹本构模型进行描述;随着材料热解程度增加,基体材料和填充纤维均遭到破坏,其力学行为表现为超弹脆性材料特性。     

直升机超短波通信链路分析

通过对超短波通信链路的分析,得出直升机超短波通信链路模型;以实现超短波电台通信距离要求为目标,分析通信链路中影响通信距离的各因素及其影响程度,并根据直升机实际情况,对机上配置多部超短波电台及与其他机载设备的电磁兼容性方面提出改善建议。     

直升机风险科目“斜坡起降”驾驶要领探讨

直升机在执行“紧急救援”和“抗震救灾”等特殊任务过程中往往不得已要进行风险科目“斜坡起降”。在这种情况下，操作上稍有不慎就会酿成重大事故，有的新机型在进行“斜坡起降”这一科目试验时甚至请国外飞行员来完成这项工作。文章就直升机“仰坡起降”、“顺坡起降”、“左横坡起降”和“右横坡起降”的操作要领作几点阐述，供飞行试验工程技术人员和飞行人员参考。     

基于供应链的战略采购模式下供应商选择研究

以某汽车制造企业为研究对象，在该企业战略采购流程下的供应商开发流程基础上，利用多色集合理论对供应商进行初选，然后对供应商进一步进行评价，最后根据供应商评价结果，进行供应商级别调整和供货配比。该案例分析在多色集合的理论应用于实际方面做出了有益的探索，为企业信息化管理中实施战略采购提供了有效的方法。     

零件表面微观工艺特征性研究 ——产品(零件)工艺技术基础科学问题机理探索

通过研究产品(零件)制造过程、方法、参数等工艺因素,给零件表面及表层带来(留下)特有的微观特征性,首次在高精度惯性仪表和高可靠电磁继电器(机电类)产品制造体系中引入了零件表面微观工艺特征性概念,提出了制造阶段的产品工艺可靠性设计和微观工艺特征(性)分析方法,提出了该类产品制造中的工艺设计更应该关注零件与产品设计原理匹配性和性能特性符合性观点,提出零件制造要从单纯的控制几何精度向控制性能特性转变,从宏观、单一采标的几何参数评价向微观、综合采标的非几何(非尺寸)参数评价模式为主转变的建议.零件表面存在的这种微观特征现象与零件几何精度一样,将对产品制造的合格率、稳定性、可靠性的实现起到至关重要的作用,尤其对产品的合格率影响极大,有必要开展更深入、更系统的研究,以建立起我国自主的高端产品(或零件)制造基准工艺平台.
