The design and implementation of a multimodule parallel series-loaded resonant (SLR) converter system is presented. The SLR converter to be paralleled is operated in the n=2 discontinuous mode (DCM). Its dc analysis and dynamic modeling are made. In parallel operation, an average control technique is proposed to compensate the mismatch in current control characteristics of each parallel converter. Good dynamic and static current sharing characteristics are obtained. In addition, to obtain good output voltage regulating control performance, a design procedure is presented to find the parameters of feedback voltage controller according to the prescribed specifications  相似文献

Comets in our solar system appear to have provided a bridge between the cold, volatile-rich outer solar system, and the warm, but volatile-poor inner solar system. Excluding tidal and possible extinct radionuclide heating sources, only in the inner solar system are temperatures high enough for liquid water, and therefore life as we know it, to exist for times comparable to the age of the solar system. Comets may have been crucial for providing biogenic volatiles and perhaps organic molecules to this warm environment. It is therefore interesting from an exobiological point of view to ask if comets exist in other planetary systems. Most attempts to detect comets around other stars or in interstellar space have failed. However, there is growing spectroscopic evidence for comet-like bodies orbiting the star Beta Pictoris.  相似文献

Dignet is a self-organizing artificial neural network (ANN) that exhibits deterministically reliable behavior-to-noise interference, when the noise does not exceed a prespecified level of tolerance. The complexity of the proposed ANN, in terms of neuron requirements versus stored patterns, increases linearly with the number of stored patterns and their dimensionality. The self-organization of Dignet is based on the idea of competitive generation and elimination of attraction well in the pattern space. Dignet is used for detection and distributed decision fusion. Chemical rigidization of expandable structures in the space environment for practical reasons requires initiation temperatures upwards of some 370 K. This leads to relatively restrictive requirements for the thermal design of the structure and/or for its thermal conditioning through attitude control. It has been repeatedly suggested to circumvent these obstacles by curing such objects through the use of internal heat sources (hot-gas generator, heaters). This note shows that all such approaches are unfeasible and that, therefore, recourse to thermal conditioning by the Sun is unavoidable.  相似文献

Honeywell has conducted a series of flight tests of a 35 GHz digital microprocessor controlled forward looking radar altimeter. A Bell 206L Jet Ranger helicopter was used to evaluate the capability of the sensor as a detector of various types of terrain collision hazards. The sensor was composed of a covert, spread spectrum radar altimeter processor driving a 35 GHz converter and antenna assembly mounted on a steerable platform. This work is devoted to studying the sharp boundaries of small-scale structures of the solar wind according to the data of measurements with high time resolution onboard the INTERBALL-1 satellite and simultaneous measurements of the WIND spacecraft. Such issues as the character of change of various plasma and magnetic field parameters on these boundaries, the duration of boundary passage and the balance of the total (thermal plus magnetic) pressure on the boundaries of the structures are considered. Thermocapillary convection has been studied in n-heptanol aqueous solutions whose surface tension is increasing with the temperature.

The fluid was confined in a parallelipipedic enclosure and a thermal gradient was imposed parallel to the free liquid/gas interface. The motions induced by the thermocapillary forces have been studied under low gravity conditions during Texus sounding rocket experiments and during the Spacelab D1 mission.

The combined thermocapillary and buoyancy convection have been extensively studied during ground based experiments.

The influence of the aspect ratio and of the alcohol concentration were investigated. Detailed velocity field was determined at the steady state under normal gravity conditions by Laser Doppler Anemometry (LDA).

The aspect ratio was of 0.3 and the temperatures imposed to the lateral sides of the cell were respectively 45°C and 60°C. With these experimental conditions, two superposed contrarotative cells were observed with rapid motions in the surface from the cold to the hot side. This convective pattern was also observed during the normal and high gravity periods of parabolic flights but during the low gravity period of the parabola the motions stopped everywhere in the fluid even in the surface and reappeared immediatly at the pull out of the parabola.  相似文献

In the present analysis, the mass spectrometer data from the ISS-b satellite, available in the form of contour plots at an average height of 1100 km for every alternate hour, is used. This analysis showed some interesting results in terms of the diurnal variation of the transition heights; at times dominance of He+ over the other ions, and the seasonal variations of different constituents. In the development of ion composition models, it is suggested that this type of result should be taken into consideration.  相似文献

The noise performance analysis of a nonuniform digital phase-locked loop (DPLL), called the digital tanlock loop (DTL), is investigated by both analytic and computer-simulation methods. The results are presented in terms of phase error probability mass function and mean time to skip cycle versus input signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). These results are compared to the ones obtained with the conventional sinusoidal DPLL loop (DPLL). It is found that, for low-to-moderate input SNR, the DTL has only a slight improvement over the DPLL. The DTL, however, has larger linear characteristics than the conventional DPLL, which makes it attractive for applications that require an increased tracking range or as a first stage in carrier tracking systems based on optimum estimation procedures such as a Kalman smoother  相似文献
