The swimming behaviour of two ciliate species, Paramecium caudatum and Didinium nasutum was analyzed under microgravity and hypergravity. In Paramecium the differences between former upward and downward swimming rates disappeared under weightlessness. At microgravity the swimming rates equalled those of horizontally swimming cells at 1g. In contrast, the swimming rates of Didinium increased under microgravity conditions, being larger than horizontal swimming rates at 1g. These findings are in accordance with a hypothesis of gravireception in ciliates based on electrophysiological data, which considers the different topology of mechanoreceptor channels in theses species. The hypothesis received further support by data recorded under hypergravity conditions.  相似文献

In order to collect basic data about CO2 and O2 budgets of a plant cultural system in a CELSS, the variation of the CO2 absorption rates of lettuce and turnips were observed during the growing period, under different conditions. The O2 release rates were deduced from the CO2 absorption rates multiplied by 32/44. As a result, when the light intensity, the photoperiod and the atmospheric CO2 concentration increased, the rates also increased. The effects on the turnips were more significant than those on the lettuce. Turnips at 310 micromoles/m2/s of PPFD, 24 hours of photoperiod and 1100 ppm of CO2 concentration grew most actively in the present experimental conditions. One turnip absorbed 32.3 g CO2 and released 23.5 g O2 for 6 days between 24 days and 30 days after sowing.  相似文献

通过在293~573K的温度范围内和应变速率为0.0006~0.06s-1下对高强度铝合金7B04-T6薄板进行温拉伸试验,研究了高强度铝合金温拉伸性能,以及该合金在升温条件下流变应力与变形温度、应变速率之间的关系,可以得出结论:合金的流动应力随温度的升高而降低,随应变速率的升高而升高;延伸率随变形温度的升高而增大,随应变速率的增大而减小,并基于Fields and Backofen方程建立了该型铝合金在温拉伸时应力-应变模型.  相似文献

Lithospheric deformation signal can be detected by combining data from continuous global positioning system (CGPS) and satellite observations from the Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (GRACE). In this paper, we use 2.5- to 19-year-long time series from 35 CGPS stations to estimate vertical deformation rates in Nepal, which is located in the southern side of the Himalaya. GPS results were compared with GRACE observations. Principal component analysis was conducted to decompose the time series into three-dimensional principal components (PCs) and spatial eigenvectors. The top three high-order PCs were calculated to correct common mode errors. Both GPS and GRACE observations showed significant seasonal variations. The observed seasonal GPS vertical variations are in good agreement with those from the GRACE-derived results, particularly for changes in surface pressure, non-tidal oceanic mass loading, and hydrologic loading. The GPS-observed rates of vertical deformation obtained for the region suggest both tectonic impact and mass decrease. The rates of vertical crustal deformation were estimated by removing the GRACE-derived hydrological vertical rates from the GPS measurements. Most of the sites located in the southern part of the Main Himalayan Thrust subsided, whereas the northern part mostly showed an uplift. These results may contribute to the understanding of secular vertical crustal deformation in Nepal.  相似文献

β-Decay and positron decay are believed to play a consequential role during the late phases of stellar evolution of a massive star culminating in a supernova explosion. The β-decay contributes in maintaining a respectable lepton-to-baryon ratio, Ye, of the core prior to collapse which results in a larger shock energy to produce the explosion. The positron decay acts in the opposite direction and tends to decrease the ratio. The structure of the presupernova star is altered both by the changes in Ye and the entropy of the core material. Recently the microscopic calculation of weak interaction mediated rates on key isotopes of iron was introduced using the proton–neutron quasiparticle random phase approximation (pn-QRPA) theory with improved model parameters. Here I discuss in detail the improved calculation of β±-decay rates for iron isotopes (54,55,56Fe) in stellar environment. The pn-QRPA theory allows a microscopic “state-by-state” calculation of stellar rates as explained later in text. Excited state Gamow–Teller distributions are much different from ground state and a microscopic calculation of decay rates from these excited states greatly increases the reliability of the total decay rate calculation specially during the late stages of stellar evolution. The reported decay rates are also compared with earlier calculations. The positron decay rates are in reasonable agreement with the large-scale shell model calculation. The main finding of this work includes that the stellar β-decay rates of 54,55,56Fe are around 3–5 orders of magnitude smaller than previously assumed and hence irrelevant for the determination of the evolution of Ye during the presupernova phase of massive stars. The current work discourages the inclusion of 55,56Fe in the list of key stellar β-decay nuclei as suggested by former simulation results.  相似文献

In this study, spinach plants were grown under atmospheric and low pressure conditions with constant O2 and CO2 partial pressures, and the effects of low total pressure on gas exchange rates were investigated. CO2 assimilation and transpiration rates of spinach grown under atmospheric pressure increased after short-term exposure to low total pressure due to the enhancement of leaf conductance. However, gas exchange rates of plants grown at 25 kPa total pressure were not greater than those grown at atmospheric pressure. Stomatal pore length and width were significantly smaller in leaves grown at low total pressure. This result suggested that gas exchange rates of plants grown under low total pressure were not stimulated even with the enhancement of gas diffusion because the stomatal size and stomatal aperture decreased.  相似文献

给出了适合数字电视系统是信道纠错码中的内码编码速率可变这一特点的一种Turbo-TCM(Turbo Trellis Coded Modulation)方法,同时给出了解调译码方法.所提出了这种Turbo-TCM方法,是基于一种简单的编码速率是1/3的二进制Turbo码,通过打孔剔除而获得更高速率的方法.在各种编码速率和调制方式下进行了仿真.从仿真结果可以看出这种Turbo-TCM方法较原欧洲数字电视标准中的卷积码TCM方法(ETSI EN 300 744)有1~3 dB的编码增益.   相似文献

An experiment involving active detection of space radiation was carried out in the Space Research Institute (SRI) of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, in preparation of the flight of the second Bulgarian cosmonaut. The radiations that would be encountered on the flight were modelled including solar and galactic cosmic rays and the particle radiation in the Earth's radiation belts. The dose rate was calculated for these different radiations behind the shielding of the space station. The variations in dose rates over the period of the flight were calculated and compared with measurements made during the orbit of the Mir Space Station. The calculated and measured dose rates agreed within 15-35%.  相似文献

The comet thermal model of Weissman and Kieffer is used to calculate gas production rates and other parameters for the 1986 perihelion passage of Halley's Comet. Gas production estimates are very close to revised pre-perihelion estimates by Newburn based on 1910 observations of Halley; the increase in observed gas production post-perihelion may be explained by a variety of factors. The energy contribution from multiply scattered sunlight and thermal emission by coma dust increases the total energy reaching the Halley nucleus at perihelion by a factor of 2.4. The high obliquity of the Halley nucleus found by Sekanina and Larson may help to explain the asymmetry in Halley's gas production rates around perihelion.  相似文献

通过共混制备聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)/羟基磷灰石(HAP)和PDMS/生物玻璃复合材料作为生长基板,研究了静止条件下不同基板上HAP的生长.设计了一套流速加载装置,观察模拟体液流速对生物玻璃基板上HAP晶体生长的影响.研究发现在静止条件下,HAP晶体在PDMS复合材料上比在生物玻璃上生长更快,尺寸更大;随着流速的增加,HAP晶体尺寸更大而且无定形沉淀数量减少.   相似文献

During the period from March 13, 2002 to mid-September, 2002, six solar particle events (SPE) were observed by the MARIE instrument onboard the Odyssey Spacecraft in Martian Orbit. These events were observed also by the GOES 8 satellite in Earth orbit, and thus represent the first time that the same SPE have been observed at these separate locations. The characteristics of these SPE are examined, given that the active regions of the solar disc from which the event originated can usually be identified. The dose rates at Martian orbit are calculated, both for the galactic and solar components of the ionizing particle radiation environment. The dose rates due to galactic cosmic rays (GCR) agree well with the HZETRN model calculations.  相似文献

Observations of solar-flare ionization in the mesosphere can be made using coherent-scatter radar systems. The scattered power profiles they measure in the 60–90 km altitude region is a function of the ion concentration gradient and the intensity of turbulent mixing at each atltitude. By comparing the power profiles before, during and after a solar flare, it is possible to estimate the ion production rate during the flare as a function of altitude and time. This analysis is used to compare the ion production rates with generally accepted ion-chemical models. Comparisons are made with ion production rates estimated from the solar X-ray flux for the same flare made by geostationary satellites.  相似文献

改进了月面中低纬度地区光照分析算法,以Aristarchus高原(AP)为例,使用LRO卫星获得的高分辨率、高精度的LOLA数据和DE/LE430月球行星历表,同时基于月球天平动模型,定量计算和分析了AP地区的光照特性。结果表明:AP地区的光照率都在0.35以上,平坦地区的光照条件较好,受到地形的影响不同位置的光照率相差很大。光照率最大值点(B)要比最小值点(A)高出30%以上。考虑典型的长周期天平动效应,18.6年光照数据的分析结果表明,每个位置的光照率变化较小且趋于稳定,这对月球表面演化研究是一个重要的参考。  相似文献

基于跟踪流线的轴对称比拟法,采用纯工程算法、Euler数值计算与边界层内工程算法相结合的方法,对高超声速再入钝头体的表面热流进行了计算,并将计算结果与风洞实验数据进行了对比,两者吻合较好,验证了两种工程算法在计算高超声速飞行器热环境方面的正确性.将两种工程算法与数值求解N-S方程进行对比,表明工程算法在迎风面的热流计算方面有较高的精度,节约了计算时间,很好地满足高超声速飞行器概念研究和设计的需要.   相似文献

采用Roe的FDS(Flux Difference Splitting)差分格式结合min mod,van Leer和Osher-C限制器,对高超声速体外部流场进行数值模拟.研究了限制器对高超声速体气动力/热数值模拟的区别,对比分析了3种限制器对三维模型表面热流数值模拟结果的影响.研究表明,限制器对数值模拟精度有重要影响,且对气动热数值模拟的影响大于对气动力的影响;对简单或较复杂的气动外形,采用Roe的FDS格式结合min mod限制器获得的表面热特性比它结合van Leer和Osher-C限制器时要好,可为热防护设计提供可靠结果.   相似文献

计算了脉冲射流强化混合喷流在3~5 μm波段的红外辐射特性,并与无脉冲激励喷流的红外辐射特性进行了比较,分析了脉冲射流强化混合对喷流红外隐身的效果.流场及温度场采用有限体积法和重整化群(RNG,Renormalization Group)k-ε湍流模型求解N-S方程得到.喷流的红外辐射强度采用有限体积法结合窄带模型求解吸收发射性介质辐射传输方程得到.计算结果显示,在亚音速条件下,少量的射流流量(占3%的主流流量)就可以使核心区长度缩减一半以上,在天顶角90°方向探测喷流的红外辐射强度,各个方位角上都有较大衰减,与激励源垂直的平面上的衰减效果相比,与之平行的平面上的更为强烈.   相似文献
