显微组织对Al-Mg-Si合金断裂行为的影响

 <正> The hardness, tensile strength and fatigue properties of an Al-Mg-Si alloy were measured in this paper. The microstructures were observed using a transmission electron microscope. The tensile and fatigue fractures were studied by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the microstructure affects the fracture behavior of the alloy markedly. The alloy exhibits dimpled fracture in UA and OA conditions, and mixed fracture with dimples and intergranular rupture in PA condition. The fatigue cracks were developed with the features of the alloy in UA condition. The cracks were developed with the second stage mode and the striations could be seen on the surface of the fractures for the alloy in PA and OA conditions. But the intergranular fracture and facets could also be seen in the crack initiation area at these conditions.

Development and calibration of heat transfer coefficient sensor for rotational state

A novel heat transfer coefficient sensor is introduced and the design, manufacture,and calibration are described.The intended application of this instrument was on a high rotational speed test disc. In the experiments,the heat transfer coefficient sensor was calibrated under static state and rotational state respectively. The calibration under the static state was accomplished in a pipe: the inside diameter (ID) was 0.048m and the total length was 4m, the distance between the sensor and the inlet of the pipe was 3.5m; the standard value was measured using a self-made calibrator. The calibration under the rotational state was accomplished using a rotating disc: the diameter and thickness of the stainless disc were 800mm and 25mm, respectively;the sensor was installed at the location of r =250mm; the rotating disc driven by a 30kW direct current motor can supply the maximum rotational speed of 3000r/min. The standard value under rotational state was provided by an approximate empirical formula. The results show that the designed sensor can measure heat transfer coefficient directly under rotational state and static state with good accuracy and stability; the correlation factor of K are constant under static state and rotational state.

Comparison Structure Forms Between Isogrid and Orthogrid of C/ E CompositeTrellis Wound Structure Based on Calculation of Load Carrying

This paper calculated load carrying of isogrid and orthogrid of carbon epoxy composite trellis wound
structure (C/ E CTWS) using non linear finite element method. Based on the analysis, test cases were designed and
tests of axial compression were carried. Analysis result and test result fit well. In order to be used in the project, this
kind of structure cut out repairing was calculated. The method presented in this paper has been proved and can be used
to solve complicated engineering problems. According to calculations and experimental results combined with applica
tion, a principle of choosing wound structure is obtained and principle could be applied to engineering.
