 以期望的传动误差曲线为目标,首次提出了弧齿锥齿轮传动误差曲线优化的泛变性(GMR)方法,它是对局部综合法的一种改进。首先讨论了齿面接触印痕和传动误差曲线的计算方法,并在传统局部综合法基础上提出了泛变性局部综合法,给出了该方法的理论基础即局部综合公式和齿面接触方程,接着分析了对弧齿锥齿轮传动性能尤其是传动误差影响最大的两个加工参数即小轮切削速比和三阶变性系数的变化规律,最后对某具体航空弧齿锥齿轮副的传动误差曲线和齿面接触印痕进行了泛变性优化设计。结果表明:当小轮切削速比取0621 9且三阶变性系数取-0021 99时,轮齿接触分析(TCA)实际传动误差曲线比较对称且与期望曲线较好地吻合,而齿面接触印痕几乎没有变化,由此证明泛变性法对传动性能控制的有效性和稳定性。该研究工作对于航空齿轮传动系统具有重要的实际意义。  相似文献

由于光电经纬仪测量系统中,测量摄影机越来越多地由高速电视所替代,信号传输在原来只有数据信息的基础上又增加了高速图像信息,从而使得信息传输量大大增加。就光电经纬仪测量系统中使用的导电环和经纬仪专用通讯系统接口在信息传输中的能力缺陷,分别寻找出多路空间互连光旋转连接器和光纤以太网的解决途径,为经纬仪的旋转平台和静止平台之间以及各经纬仪之间的信息传输,提出一种新的设计方案。  相似文献

Avionic information processing and transmission requirements are increasing geometrically, with no end in sight, The only feasible way to meet them is to incorporate fiber-optic communication systems into avionic platforms, Such systems can be employed to replace standard electronic components, to augment existing systems, or to enable new technologies. In this paper, we survey the field of low-power communication systems from the avionics engineering perspective. We review the fundamental merits of optical fiber for information transmission and discuss various information modulation schemes. These modulation techniques determine the performance requirements for laser transmitters, We describe the horizontal- and vertical-cavity semiconductor lasers currently available for these systems, and measure their performance against the additional environmental constraints of avionics platforms. 航空发动机产品结构复杂、工程更改频繁,采用传统的产品结构分解和目录管理模式,或者简单地以EBOM 代替目录,很难实现设计构型的实时准确定义。本文系统地总结WZ16 发动机和EC175 传动系统的构型管理对外合作经验,研究Teamcenter 系统的有效性配置功能;从便于型号系列化发展和构型管理的角度,提出基于EBOM 的设计构型单台管理方法,并对某型民用涡轴发动机构型管理进行初步验证。结果表明:采用该方法能有效提高设计构型的管控效率和准确性。  相似文献

Spread-spectrum and single-channel-per-carrier (SCPC) transmission techniques work well in very small aperture terminal (VSAT) networks for multiple-access purposes while allowing the Earth station antennas to remain small. Direct-sequence code-division multiple-access (DS-CDMA) is the simplest spread-spectrum technique to use in a VSAT network since a frequency synthesizer is not required for each terminal. An examination is made of the DS-CDMA and SCPC Ku-band VSAT satellite systems for low-density (64-kb/s or less) communications. A method for improving the standard link analysis of DS-CDMA satellite-switched networks by including certain losses is developed. The performance of 50-channel full mesh and star network architectures is analyzed. The selection of operating conditions producing optimum performance is demonstrated  相似文献

光纤通道作为新一代的航空电子系统通信网络技术,具有传输速度高、延时低、传输距离远和可靠性高等特性,高达4G bps的数据传输带宽,为其上层通信协议提供了一种通用的高速率的数据传输通道。FC-1553作为光纤通道上层通信协议之一,对MIL-STD-1553通信协议具有完全的兼容性,它继承了传统MIL-STD-1553通信协议的基本特征,实现了向光纤通道链路层的映射,从而扩展了通信网络的结构,提高了网络的通信能力。本文首先介绍MIL-STD-1553和光纤通道的基本特性,然后描述在光纤通道中对1553通信协议的映射,最后,提出了基于光纤通道和MIL-STD-1553的航空电子系统通信网络结构。  相似文献

Sensor registration deals with the correction of registration errors and is an inherent problem in all multisensor tracking systems. Traditionally, it is viewed as a least squares or a maximum likelihood problem independent of the fusion problem. We formulate it as a Bayesian estimation problem where sensor registration and track-to-track fusion are treated as joint problems and provide solutions in cases 1) when sensor outputs (i.e., raw data) are available, and 2) when tracker outputs (i.e., tracks) are available. The solution to the latter problem is of particular significance in practical systems as band limited communication links render the transmission of raw data impractical and most of the practical fusion systems have to depend on tracker outputs rather than sensor outputs for fusion. We then show that, under linear Gaussian assumptions, the Bayesian approach leads to a registration solution based on equivalent measurements generated by geographically separated radar trackers. In addition, we show that equivalent measurements are a very effective way of handling sensor registration problem in clutter. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm adequately estimates the biases, and the resulting central-level trucks are free of registration errors.  相似文献

提出了利用现有球形滚刀与改造滚齿机加工面齿轮的方案。推导了球形滚刀基本蜗杆螺旋面方程,建立了滚切面齿轮的坐标系统。通过对成形误差曲面的研究发现用现有球形滚刀加工面齿轮的理论造形误差很小,且远小于插齿成形误差。轮齿接触分析表明滚切得到的面齿轮与标准圆柱齿轮啮合轨迹的位置及方向与理论啮合轨迹基本一致,而滚切得到的面齿轮副传动误差为有利的抛物线形。该文的研究为面齿轮的加工找到了新方法,并为球形滚刀开辟了新用途。  相似文献

Maturing of the enabling technologies has provided much of the infrastructure to support the development of a commercial Solar Power Satellite program. Solar Space Industries was formed to accomplish this goal. The basis of their development plan is to build a Ground Test Installation that will duplicate, in small scale on the Earth, all aspects of the power generating and power transmission systems except for the space environment and the range and size of the energy beam. Space operations issues will be separated from the power generation fixation and verified by testing. Doing the developmental testing on the ground instead of in space will result in a low cost program that can be accomplished in a very short time. The concept is to build a Ground Test Installation that couples an existing 100 kW terrestrial solar cell array to a phased-array wireless power transmitter based on a subarray. Power will be transmitted over a 1-¼ mile range to a receiving antenna and then fed into a commercial utility power grid. The objective is to demonstrate the complete function of the Solar Power Satellites, with the primary issue being the validation of practical wireless power transmission. Two types of battery-powered, compact, ground probing radar (GPR) systems have been developed. The systems have CRT displays mounted on antenna units and are used to locate such underground objects as gas pipes, water pipes, and transmission cables. The performance of the systems and results of field tests are reported. The GPR detected 59 of 64 underground gas pipes; a 200-mm-diameter pipe is clearly detected at a depth of 2.3 m  相似文献

以预置的传动误差曲线为目标,提出了弧齿锥齿轮传动误差曲线优化的半变性法.以局部综合原理为基础,先初步确定小轮加工参数并进行齿面接触分析(TCA),将结果曲线与预置曲线对比后,再微调切削速比和三阶变性系数以缩小两者之间的差距.采用半变性法对某航空弧齿锥齿轮副的传动误差曲线进行了优化,研究发现:切削速比与传动误差曲线开口大小有关,三阶变性系数与传动误差曲线整体歪斜程度有关.优化后的传动误差曲线与预置曲线吻合度较好,且接触印痕满足设计要求,证明了半变性法的有效性.   相似文献

通过对星间链路和空间态势感知系统国内外发展现状的分析,指出星间链路在空间信息有效获取、安全传输和实时应用以及保障空间态势感知系统战场生存能力等方面起着重要的作用.针对星间链路在未来空间态势感知系统中的应用需求,提出包含空间通信模型和空间导航模型在内的空间感知体系基本架构,并对该架构下星间链路的设计要求或者特点进行分析,指出星间链路应该具有灵活可变的星间路由策略和联网结构,并能够支持高速可变和安全可靠的星间数据传输.分别从空间网络和卫星节点2个层面提出了系统实现的关键技术,并给出部分关键技术的研究重点和研究方法.上述研究结果可以为星间链路及相关领域的研究工作提供一定的借鉴和帮助.  相似文献
