本文基于C-lens准直器耦合原理设计一种单通道光纤旋转连接器以满足现有高清视频信号传输的需求。为了提高信号耦合效率,优化了C-lens透镜点精度,测试了研制的单通道光纤旋转连接器的插入损耗与损耗旋转变化量。实验表明:当输入波长为1550nm时,连接器插入损耗为0.82dB,损耗旋转变化量在0.29dB,满足大容量信号的传输要求。基于设计的光纤旋转连接器搭建了高清视频信号传输实验,发现该器件的视频传输速率达到2.97Gbps,具有良好的高清、高速视频信号传输的能力。  相似文献

The constraints of operation in space have largely precluded the use of conventional solid-state laser systems for applications including remote sensing, communication relays, and active laser radars. A new technology, fiber lasers, may offer all of the needed features at an affordable price. An appealing aspect of the fiber laser is that it does not need a rigid optical bench. Only the output end of the fiber need be held in rigid reference to the optical tracking system. Design, fabrication, and testing of the laser resonator is generally the most expensive and longest lead part of the effort for conventional solid-state lasers. Advances in fiber optic technology and devices mean that the "fiber laser" need not be a simple device but may be a complex system employing sophisticated technology, such as wavelength selective Bragg reflectors and nonlinear optical frequency shifters. Three companies have obtained single-mode outputs of 35 - 40 watts single mode at 1.03 - 1.1 mu.  相似文献

 讨论了喇曼和瑞利散射光的温度效应。通过具体的理论分析,指出反斯托克斯散射光比斯托克斯散射光的温度灵敏度高,是此类系统解调温度信息的首选对象。详细讨论了 2种解调方法。通过分析对比它们在系统温度灵敏度、相对温度灵敏度与波长关系上的差异,得到了一系列有意义的结论。针对实际测量过程中光纤损耗因素,利用最小二乘法给出了一种“校正”算法。系统实践证明,上述结论是正确、合理的,校正算法是简洁、有效的。  相似文献

作为光纤陀螺的核心敏感元件,光纤环质量的优劣直接决定了光纤陀螺的精度。而目前光纤环制作工艺仍处于不断完善阶段。针对光纤环成环过程的温度时效工艺的处理效果进行了重点实验分析,实验结果充分显示了温度时效处理对当前光纤线圈的应力释放效果。同时,还讨论了振动时效处理方法释放光纤环残余应力的作用效果,结果表明,该方法在释放残余应力方面更为有效。  相似文献

SiBCN and BN/SiBCN light-leakage-proof coatings were prepared on silica optical fibers for sensing applications at high temperatures. Scanning electron microscopy was used to characterize the surface morphology and microstructure of the coated fiber. Mechanical and optical properties of the coated fiber were characterized by Raman, optical and tensile tests. Compared with the original fiber, the tensile strength of SiBCN and BN/SiBCN coated fiber show an increase of about 60% and 90% at room temperature, respectively. In addition, the tensile strength of BN/SiBCN coated silica optical fiber was increased by about 42% at 700 °C. It has been found that the improvement of the strength of BN/SiBCN coated silica optical fiber is related to the healing of defects and residual compressive stress in fibers. From the light transmittance performance of the coated fiber, it was found that BN/SiBCN double coating could be an ideal total reflection solution to protect silica optical fiber from light leakage during high temperature sensing operation.  相似文献

谐振式微光学陀螺(RMOG) 是通过检测基于Sagnac效应产生的谐振频率差来测量旋转角速度的一种新型光学传感器。针对RMOG检测电路信号质量差、功能单一,无法兼容不同光路结构的问题,提出了基于虚拟仪器的RMOG数字控制方案,利用Labview编程的灵活性,完成了锁频环路的设计并进行了实验验证,实验结果表明1h陀螺锁频精度为0.03 °/s。1 h的输出精度为1.4 °/s。  相似文献

Optical fiber coil winding model is used to guide proper and high precision coil winding for fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) application. Based on the large-deformation theory of elasticity, stress analysis of optical fiber free end has been made and balance equation of infinitesimal fiber is deduced, then deformation equation is derived by substituting terminal conditions. On condition that only axial tensile force exists, approximate curve equation has been built in small angle deformation scope. The comparison of tangent point longitudinal coordinate result between theory and approximation gives constant of integration, and expression with tangent point as origin of coordinate is readjusted. Analyzing the winding parameters of an example, it is clear that the horizontal distance from the highest point of wheel to fiber tangent point has millimeter order of magnitude and significant difference with fiber tension variation, and maintains invariant when wheel radius changes. The height of tension and accurate position of tangent point are defined for proper fiber guide. For application to fiber optic gyroscope, spiral-disc winding method and nonideal deformation of straddle section are analyzed, and then spiral-disc quadrupole pattern winding method has been introduced and realized by winding system. The winding results approve that the winding model is applicable.  相似文献
