 Aimed at low accuracy of attitude determination because of using low-cost components which may result in non-linearity in integrated attitude determination systems, a novel attitude determination algorithm using vector observations and gyro measurements is presented. The various features of the unscented Kalman filter (UKF) and optimal-REQUEST (quaternion estimator) algorithms are introduced for attitude determination. An interlaced filtering method is presented for the attitude determination of nano-spacecraft by setting the quaternion as the attitude representation, using the UKF and optimal-REQUEST to estimate the gyro drifts and the quaternion, respectively. The optimal-REQUEST and UKF are not isolated from each other. When the optimal-REQUEST algorithm estimates the attitude quaternion, the gyro drifts are estimated by the UKF algorithm synchronously by using the estimated attitude quaternion. Furthermore, the speed of attitude determination is improved by setting the state dimension to three. Experimental results show that the presented method has higher performance in attitude determination compared to the UKF algorithm and the traditional interlaced filtering method and can estimate the gyro drifts quickly.  相似文献

针对小型涵道式无人机,设计了一种基于扩展Kalman滤波的航姿估计算法。采用四元数作为状态变量,利用陀螺仪的输出构成状态方程,通过加速度计与磁阻传感器构造观测方程来进行扩展Kalman滤波解算。相对于通常的航姿估计算法,这种算法减少了运算量,更适合于基于嵌入式微处理器的航姿估计。实验结果表明这种算法有效的抑制了航姿系统的各种噪声与干扰,同时保证了姿态输出的精度与实时性,可以为小型无人机提供准确的航姿信息。  相似文献

针对航天器姿态确定中的非线性非高斯的滤波问题,提出一种基于遗传算法的粒子滤波的航天器姿态估计方法。该方法将姿态四元数作为采样粒子进行粒子滤波,并将小生境遗传算法(NGA)引入粒子滤波算法中,以改善粒子滤波的性能;用遗传算法单独进行陀螺偏差估计,以减少粒子滤波的状态维数。该姿态估计方法保持了四元数的归一化性质,通过引入小生境遗传算法解决了重采样阶段的粒子退化问题,并且由于单独估计陀螺偏差避免了粒子滤波状态的扩展。该方法能够在较少粒子的情况下实现高效率高精度的定姿,仿真结果说明了方法的有效性。  相似文献

 给出了一种利用Singer跟踪模型的扩展卡尔曼滤波器 (ExtendedKalmanFilter) ,用于无陀螺姿态和姿态角速度估计。在滤波器中 ,姿态和姿态误差分别由姿态四元数和误差四元数表示 ,而姿态角加速度由一阶Markov过程描述 ,从而避免采用姿态动力学模型。利用数值仿真计算验证了滤波器的性能。在所有的仿真过程 ,滤波器显示出快速收敛能力。稳态估计误差主要由测量更新频率和精度决定。  相似文献

A general discrete-time Kalman filter (KF) for state matrix estimation using matrix measurements is presented. The new algorithm evaluates the state matrix estimate and the estimation error covariance matrix in terms of the original system matrices. The proposed algorithm naturally fits systems which are most conveniently described by matrix process and measurement equations. Its formulation uses a compact notation for aiding both intuition and mathematical manipulation. It is a straightforward extension of the classical KF, and includes as special cases other matrix filters that were developed in the past. Beyond the analytical value of the matrix filter, it is shown through various examples arising in engineering problems that this filter can be computationally more efficient than its vectorized version.  相似文献

Adaptive robust cubature Kalman filtering for satellite attitude estimation   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
This paper is concerned with the adaptive robust cubature Kalman filtering problem for the case that the dynamics model error and the measurement model error exist simultaneously in the satellite attitude estimation system. By using Hubel-based robust filtering methodology to correct the measurement covariance formulation of cubature Kalman filter, the proposed filtering algorithm could effectively suppress the measurement model error. To further enhance this effect and reduce the impact of the dynamics model error, two different adaptively robust filtering algorithms, one with the optimal adaptive factor based on the estimated covariance matrix of the predicted residuals and the other with multiple fading factors based on strong tracking algorithm, are developed and applied for the satellite attitude estimation. The quaternion is employed to represent the global attitude parameter, and three-dimensional generalized Rodrigues parameters are introduced to define the local attitude error. A multiplicative quaternion error is derived from the local attitude error to maintain quaternion normalization constraint in the filter. Simulation results indicate that the proposed novel algorithm could exhibit higher accuracy and faster convergence compared with the multiplicative extended Kalman filter, the unscented quaternion estimator, and the adaptive robust unscented Kalman filter.  相似文献

An analytic method was developed by D. Simon and T. L. Chia to incorporate linear state equality constraints into the Kalman filter. When the state constraint was nonlinear, linearization was employed to obtain an approximately linear constraint around the current state estimate. This linearized constrained Kalman filter is subject to approximation errors and may suffer from a lack of convergence. We present a method that allows exact use of second-order nonlinear state constraints. It is based on a computational algorithm that iteratively finds the Lagrangian multiplier for the nonlinear constraints. Computer simulation results are presented to illustrate the algorithm.  相似文献

准确的弹道系数辨识和精确的目标状态估计是再入目标高精度跟踪与高可靠识别的关键。一方面,状态估计的误差会造成模型参数(弹道系数)的辨识风险;另一方面,模型参数的辨识偏差又会导致模型失配从而降低目标状态的估计精度。因此,需要实现再入目标的状态估计和参数辨识的联合优化。针对再入目标弹道系数未知情形,提出了一种基于期望最大化(EM)框架并采用粒子滤波(PF)平滑器实现的PF-EM联合优化算法。在E步基于粒子平滑器得到目标状态的后验平滑估计,M步采用数值优化算法更新上一次迭代的弹道系数,通过E步和M步的不断迭代,以保证状态估计和弹道系数辨识的一致性。算法仿真对比表明:所提算法的状态估计和参数辨识精度均优于传统的状态增广算法。  相似文献

捷联惯性导航速度更新算法中,将载体坐标系中的比力积分增量变换到导航参考坐标系中,载体姿态变化的影响通常采用一阶近似模型进行计算。本文分析了包括角振动和加速运动的动态运动下一阶近似模型的局限,在典型角振动及加速运动条件下对忽略姿态变化二阶项造成的速度更新误差进行了理论分析。通过比较,揭示了对偶四元数比力积分算法精度高于传统比力积分算法的原因,即和传统比力积分算法相比,对偶四元数比力积分算法等价于考虑了载体姿态变化影响的二阶项。通过典型角振动及加速运动条件下传统捷联惯性导航算法和对偶四元数导航算法的仿真比较,对理论分析结果进行了验证。  相似文献

 以Rodrigues参数作为姿态描述参数提出一种快速的全姿态估计算法。Rodrigues参数具有简洁高效的特点,但它具有奇异性,不适用于大角度情况。首先将序贯旋转方法和Rodrigues参数相结合,提出了一种简洁、无奇异的姿态描述方法。然后应用该姿态描述方法,针对“矢量观测+陀螺”这种典型的姿态测量方案,讨论飞行器的姿态估计问题。在姿态估计算法设计中,给出了陀螺模型和观测矢量模型,推导了状态和状态误差协方差阵的预测方程和量测更新方程,并提出了预测方程的一种高效积分方法。仿真结果表明在估计精度等同的条件下,该姿态估计算法比四元数算法效率大约提高10%。  相似文献

 For the navigation algorithm of the strapdown inertial navigation system, by comparing to the equations of the dual quaternion and quaternion, the superiority of the attitude algorithm based on dual quaternion over the ones based on rotation vector in accuracy is analyzed in the case of the rotation of navigation frame. By comparing the update algorithm of the gravitational velocity in dual quaternion solution with the compensation algorithm of the harmful acceleration in traditional velocity solution, the accuracy advantage of the gravitational velocity based on dual quaternion is addressed. In view of the idea of the attitude and velocity algorithm based on dual quaternion, an improved navigation algorithm is proposed, which is as much as the rotation vector algorithm in computational complexity. According to this method, the attitude quaternion does not require compensating as the navigation frame rotates. In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis, simulations are carried out utilizing the software, and the simulation results show that the accuracy of the improved algorithm is approximately equal to the dual quaternion algorithm.  相似文献

 在建立飞机环控系统数学模型的基础上,提出采用双模型滤波方法进行参数估计、状态预测和故障诊断,提高飞机环控系统故障诊断的快速性和准确性。如果采用最小二乘算法,参数估计是静态的,故障诊断延迟一般较大;采用单模型扩展Kalman滤波算法,虽然能够实现动态估计,但不能同时兼顾稳态过程和过渡过程(突发故障)的参数估计,导致误差较大。为了解决上述难题,针对飞机环控系统换热器故障诊断,提出两模型滤波算法。该算法由两个滤波器组成,分别用于跟踪系统的稳态和过渡过程。由于采用了两滤波器模型分别匹配不同的系统特征,能够改善飞机环控系统不同状态下的参数估计和状态预测性能,从而提高系统故障诊断的精度和速度。仿真结果证实了该算法的有效性。  相似文献

A Gaussian sum estimation algorithm has previously been developed to deal with noise processes that are non-Gaussian. Inherent in this algorithm is a serious growing memory problem that causes the number of terms in the Gaussian sum to increase exponentially at each iteration. A modified Gaussian sum estimation algorithm using an adaptive filter is developed that avoids the growing memory problem of the previous algorithm while providing effective state estimation. The adaptive filter is comprised of a fixed set of estimators operating in parallel with each individual estimate possessing its own corresponding weighting term. The paper deals with state estimation problem of nonlinear non-Gaussian discrete dynamic systems for improvement of accuracy and consistency. An efficient new algorithm called the adaptive Gaussian-sum square-root cubature Kalman filter(AGSSCKF) with a split-merge scheme is proposed. It is developed based on the squared-root extension of newly introduced cubature Kalman filter(SCKF) and is built within a Gaussian-sum framework. Based on the condition that the probability density functions of process noises and initial state are denoted by a Gaussian sum using optimization method, a bank of SCKF are used as the sub-filters to estimate state of system with the corresponding weights respectively, which is adaptively updated. The new algorithm consists of an adaptive splitting and merging procedure according to a proposed split-decision model based on the nonlinearity degree of measurement. The results of two simulation scenarios(one-dimensional state estimation and bearings-only tracking) show that the proposed filter demonstrates comparable performance to the particle filter with significantly reduced computational cost.  相似文献

非合作目标的运动感知与状态估计,是太空领域技术发展的重要组成部分。非合作目标相对状态的精确估计是相对导航的难点问题。传统的非合作目标扩展卡尔曼滤波算法需要结合非合作目标的质心位置,增加了状态变量的维数,提高了系统不确定性,从而会影响状态扩展卡尔曼滤波的收敛速度。提出了一种基于序列图像的非合作目标相对导航方法,该方法在不对质心进行估计的情况下首先对非合作目标姿态进行估计,在完成非合作目标姿态估计后再对其质心进行估计。本文推导了光学相机测量值与目标真实姿态的关系,构建了基于序列图像的测量模型,分别建立了不含有非合作目标质心位置的状态方程和基于非合作目标位置、速度矢量的状态方程,设计了适用于非合作目标状态估计的扩展卡尔曼滤波算法。仿真实验表明该方法可在10 Hz采样频率下经过50次采样(即5 s)内快速收敛,从而有利于空间飞行器的在轨服务与维护。  相似文献

针对雷达跟踪固定翼飞机的单目标跟踪问题,提出了一种新的二维耦合运动模型。该方法把切向加速度和法向加速度作为状态变量,给出了切向加速度和法向加速度为常值时解析计算状态转移的方法。该模型可以较好地一步预测目标加速度的变化,而且法向和切向加速度的过程噪声可以分别设置。利用该耦合模型的滤波方法,显著地改善了滤波效果,尤其是对加速度的估计。  相似文献

A novel sensor selection strategy is introduced, which can be implemented on-line in time-varying discrete-time system. We consider a case in which several measurement subsystem are available, each of which may be used to drive a state estimation algorithm. However, due to practical implementation constraints (such as the ability of the on-board computer to process the acquired data), only one of these subsystems can actually by utilized at a measurement update. An algorithm is needed, by which the optimal measurement subsystem to be used is selected at each sensor selection epoch. The approach described is based on using the square root V-Lambda information filter as the underlying state estimation algorithm. This algorithm continuously provides its user with the spectral factors of the estimation error covariance matrix, which are used in this work as the basis for an on-line decision procedure by which the optimal measurement strategy is derived. At each sensor selection epoch, a measurement subsystem is selected, which contributes the largest amount of information along the principal state space direction associated with the largest current estimation error. A numerical example is presented, which demonstrates the performance of the new algorithm. The state estimation problem is solved for a third-order time-varying system equipped with three measurement subsystem, only one of which can be used at a measurement update. It is shown that the optimal measurement strategy algorithm enhances the estimator by substantially reducing the maximal estimation error  相似文献
