A parallel computer specifically designed for the solution of ordinary differential equations is described. The first version of the machine contains thirty-two processors, running in an asynchronous multiple-instruction/multiple-data mode, communicating with high-speed parallel busses. Synchronization is accomplished by a microprogrammable communication controller. A number of processors have been designed and built for the machine. The processor types offer a wide variation in solution speed and accuracy. To permit easy comparisons with analog and hybrid systems, performance is measured by finding the highest frequency sine wave which can be integrated in real time with an accuracy of 0.1% or higher. Using this performance measure the performance limit of the current machine is 2000 Hz. The structure is capable of solving systems described by differential equations up to order sixty-four at these performance limits  相似文献

Digital Audio Broadcasting (DAB) has massive potential for the development of passive bistatic radar. A project to build DAB based radar is described, together with its advantages and disadvantages. Several serious obstacles need to be overcome in order to make the system a reality. Most importantly, these include the removal of direct signal interference and the extraction of the illuminating signal in a form suitable for detections. Progress toward the solution of these problems will be described. In addition, some real aircraft detections are included to prove the viability of a practical system.  相似文献

In the field of aeroelasticity, interactions between elastic structures and fluid flow are investigated. Recently, numerical aeroelastic models have been built composing those of the combining fluid dynamics (CFD) and the computational structural dynamics (CSD) domains. Since the fluid and the structural models differ in their formulation and discretization, an interface model has to be introduced that represents the connectivity and physical interaction between the two single domain models. In the following, a scheme for coupling fluid (CFD) and structural models (FE) in space is presented which is based on finite interpolation elements. It is applied to static aeroelastic problems, in order to predict the equilibrium of elastic wing models in transonic fluid flow. The structure is represented by finite elements and the related equations are solved using commercial FE analysis codes. The transonic fluid flow is described by the three-dimensional Euler equations, solved by an upwind scheme procedure. The resulting coupled field problem containing the fluid and the structural state equations, is solved by applying a partitioned solution procedure. In each solution step the interface and boundary conditions are exchanged and updated. Here, a fixed-point iteration scheme is used for the coupled aeroelastic equations.  相似文献

基于全三维黏性流场求解,对多级轴流压气机叶片反方法改型设计技术进行了研究。介绍了所采用的数值求解方法,之后阐述了压气机叶片反方法设计的基本原理和流程。为验证方法的有效性,对某型高压压气机后四级初始设计结果进行了数值模拟和反方法改型设计,基于对数值结果的分析提出了多级环境下叶片表面载荷分布调整的具体方法。反方法改型设计结果表明,通过合理调整多个叶片表面载荷分布,提升了四级压气机整体气动性能。设计点绝热效率基本保持不变,压比提高6.57%。   相似文献

An efficient algorithm for track-to-track fusion by incorporating cross-covariance between tracks created by dissimilar sensors is described. An analytical solution of this problem is complicated if cross-correlation between sensors tracking the same target is taken into account. An explicit solution of the cross-covariance matrix at steady state is derived in terms of an integral. It is shown that solution of this integral involves inversion of a matrix whose elements are functions of parameters of individual trackers. Structure of this matrix is analyzed. An efficient analytical solution for inversion of this matrix is obtained. For fusion of similar sensors, it is shown that this matrix is reduced to the Routh-Hurwitz matrix which arises in the study of steady state stability of linear systems. Numerical results showing the amount of reduction of fused track covariance by taking into account the effects of cross-correlation between candidate tracks for fusion is also presented  相似文献

This paper presents an analytical solution for static analysis of thick rectangular beams with different boundary conditions.Carrera's Unified Formulation (CUF) is used in order to consider shear deformation theories of arbitrary order.The novelty of the present work is that a boundary discontinuous Fourier approach is used to consider clamped boundary conditions in the analytical solution,unlike Navier-type solutions which are restricted to simply supported beams.Governing equations are obtained by employing the principle of virtual work.The numerical accuracy of results is ascertained by studying the convergence of the solution and comparing the results to those of a 3D finite element solution.Beams subjected to bending due to a uniform pressure load and subjected to torsion due to opposite linear forces are considered.Overall,accurate results close to those of 3D finite element solutions are obtained,which can be used to validate finite element results or other approximate methods.  相似文献

Initial attitude acquisition by a modern star tracker is investigated here. Criteria for efficient organization of the on-board database are discussed with reference to a brightness-independent initial acquisition algorithm. Star catalog generation preprocessing is described, with emphasis on the identification of minimum star brightness for detection by a sensor based on a charge coupled device (CCD) photodetector. This is a crucial step for proper evaluation of the attainable sky coverage when selecting the stars to be included in the on-board catalog. Test results are also reported, both for reliability and accuracy, even if the former is considered to be the primary target. Probability of erroneous solution is 0.2% in the case of single runs of the procedure, while attitude determination accuracy is in the order of 0.02/spl deg/ in the average for the computation of the inertial pointing of the boresight axis.  相似文献

为了解决普通Monte Carlo算法计算精度和计算代价无法协调的矛盾,发展了一种新的多重Monte Carlo(MMC)算法求解考虑多分散性颗粒沉积的通用动力学方程,该算法引入加权虚拟颗粒的概念,基于时间驱动MonteCarlo技术,模拟过程中保持虚拟颗粒数目和计算区域体积不变。首先详细介绍了考虑颗粒沉积的MMC算法,包括时间步长的设置、颗粒是否沉积的判断、沉积后果的处理等。然后选定三个存在理论分析解的特殊工况对MMC算法进行验证,数值模拟结果与相应的理论分析解符合很好,表明该算法具有较高的计算精度,同时该算法计算代价很小。  相似文献

p-multigrid方法的基本思想是:在保证收敛结果为高阶精度的同时,利用低阶精度格式耗散大的特点,来改善高精度有限差分格式在迭代计算时收敛速度慢的弱点.本文基于5阶精度WCNS-E-5差分格式,引入1阶精度迎风格式和3阶精度加权格式,构造了p-multigrid方法,在迭代过程中采用了V循环、W循环、S循环、PreV和FMG循环等不同方式来应用这三种格式,并通过典型算例考察了这些循环方式对收敛速度的影响,初步数值试验表明,采用恰当的循环方式,本文所设计的p-multigrid方法能够加快收敛速度,并保证了最终收敛结果与5阶精度WCNS-E-5差分格式的一致性.  相似文献

This paper presents an analytical solution for free vibration analysis of thick rectangular isotropic plates coupled with a bounded fluid for various boundary conditions. In order to consider displacement theories of an arbitrary order, the Carrera Unified Formulation(CUF) is used. The eigenvalue problem is obtained by using the energy functional, considering plate and fluid kinetic energies as well as the potential energy of the plate. The Ritz method is used to evaluate the displacement variables, and the functions used in the Ritz series can be adjusted to consider any of the classical boundary conditions. The convergence of the solution is analyzed, and a validation of results considering open literature and 3D finite element software is performed. Parametric studies are carried out to obtain natural frequencies as a function of the side-to-thickness ratio, plate aspect ratio, fluid domain size, plate boundary conditions, and fluid-solid density ratio. Pressure and velocity in the fluid domain are evaluated in order to establish the consistency of the solution.Accurate results for thick plates are obtained with a much lower computational cost compared to that of 3D finite element solutions.  相似文献

A method for deconvolving equatorial pitch angle distributions of energetic neutral atoms from images from the ENA instruments on the IMAGE satellite is described and illustrated using simulated data obtained from calculated models of ring current flux. The unknown flux is expanded in terms of cubic B-splines and Legendre polynomials. The expansion coefficients are obtained from the solution of a linear set of equations that select the smoothest solution that fits the data. In this way, all the information that is contained in the data is extracted but no more.  相似文献

 本文讨论了当动态噪声统计特性未知时,奇异线性定常连续随机系统最小阶滤波器的设计问题。在系统部分观测量能精确测量的情况下,利用广义逆阵方法选择L矩阵,以消除动态噪声对降阶系统的影响,从而推导出缺动态噪声统计特性时的降阶奇异最优滤波器,其阶数为n-m+r。当量测方程奇异假设条件成立及引理有解时,本文证明了最小阶奇异滤波器必定存在。文中举例说明了这一降阶滤波方法的可行性。  相似文献

近年来,星座自主导航技术在卫星自主导航领域越来越引起人们的关注。为更好地研究星座自主导航方法,本文从数据分析、视景仿真和导航解算三个方面论述了星座自主导航视景仿真系统的实现过程。该仿真系统采用ADO技术、OpenGL技术和MATCOM软件来分别实现数据分析模块、视景仿真模块和星座自主导航解算。实验结果表明,软件最终达到了集数据分析、视景仿真和导航解算于一体的仿真效果。  相似文献
