通过对叶栅试验件数控铣加工及组件装配工艺的改进研究,对传统加工工艺及组件装配工艺进行优化,选用三坐标加工中心加工叶片端面及榫头,保证了榫头的一致性;在榫头加工螺纹孔,利用螺栓穿过榫槽将叶片与栅板固定,解决了叶栅试验件组件装配尺寸问题。此方法可大幅减少加工时间,提高零件合格率。 相似文献

机床加工性能和刀具切削性能的发展使得薄壁件的高效率和高精密加工成为可能,也使得薄壁件在航空航天领域得到更广泛应用。薄壁零件结构复杂、刚度低,在铣削过程中易发生变形,因此精准预测与控制薄壁件的加工变形是机加工领域亟需解决的工艺难题。通过对薄壁件分类以及加工工艺分析,归纳总结引起薄壁件加工变形的因素,对加工变形影响最为关键的铣削力计算模型进行简述;结合国内外薄壁件变形预测与控制方法的研究,以弹塑性和数值模拟方法对薄壁件加工变形进行预测,通过加工工艺优化、辅助支撑技术、高速切削技术和数控补偿技术等方法对薄壁件加工过程的变形量进行控制;基于数据驱动数字孪生体的更新迭代,实现薄壁件实际加工过程的孪生及薄壁件变形预测与控制,构建了以数字孪生为平台的薄壁件加工变形预测与控制理论框架;最后对数字孪生在薄壁件加工变形预测及控制的发展与应用提出展望。 相似文献

为解决大型薄壁铸件导轨梁在材料去除过程中因残余应力的释放与重分布导致变形超差的工艺难题,对导轨梁零件加工工艺进行分析,实现零件模型的简化与子结构分割;同时开展零件毛坯表面残余应力测量,成功建立零件毛坯初始应力模型。在此基础上结合实际加工工艺开展零件加工有限元仿真,模拟加工过程中由于材料去除引起的残余应力释放,预测了加工过程中残余应力重分布规律和加工变形情况。总结了零件加工变形的有限元仿真结果,提出抑制零件加工变形的工艺方案。经验证,改进后的工艺顺序使零件最大变形量由0.485 mm降至0.081 mm,降低83.3%,避免了零件在加工过程中的尺寸超差。同时该平面作为后续加工的基准,保证了后续加工的精度,为生产工艺优化提供了有效的理论依据。 相似文献

Solar cells suitable for the space environment must combine high-efficiency, high energy density, and radiation hardness in a manufacturable design. As improvement in one performance parameter usually results in degradation in one or more of the remaining parameters, careful optimization is required to enhance overall performance. The ultra triple-junction cell developed builds upon the established success of the fully qualified improved triple-junction cell currently in production. A comparative assessment of the applications of ultralight technology to electric vehicles (EV) under development since 1990 has been made. The general nature of the mathematical model permitted EVs of all types, including bicycles and magnetic levitation vehicles, to be evaluated and compared for acceleration levels, elapsed time, and elapsed distance performance in a standardized framework, with acceptable accuracy in comparison to the performance results published in the public domain. Results of the observations of Geminga (2CG 195 + 4) in the energy range E 1012 eV, carried out in 1979, 1981, and 1983 with the Tien Shan high-altitude facility for recording the erenkov flashes of extensive air showers are reported. The mean flux density averaged over the whole protracted data is (5.7 ± 2.5) × 10–11 quanta cm–1 s–1. The flux is variable with a period 59 s. The character of the period variation with time is hard to be reconciled with earlier findings by other authors. The behaviour of continuous pulsations pc 2–5 observed on the ground has been known for some time. They seldom occur at night, their amplitudes generally increase towards the auroral zones and the sense of rotation of their polarisation often agrees with surface waves on the magnetopause. , modes with large m are quasi-transverse and these are likely to be excited and will be emphasised.The Kelvin-Helmholtz instability has recently been studied in a general formulation. For given fields and plasma properties on both sides of the boundary, a plot of critical wind speed against the direction of the wave fronts shows a cusp, meaning that for most directions of the wind the onset of instability will correspond to the cusp and the nature of the waves can be predicted from this. Almost circularly polarised waves are predicted confirming an earlier heuristic suggestion.Magnetic data from Explorer 33 shows rather irregular disturbance near the magnetopause, but an integration designed to show the sense of rotation of the polarisation shows clear agreement. The disturbance outside the magnetopause also shows the predicted polarisation, indicating that a substantial part of it must be due to surface waves, whereas previously it was believed to be the turbulence of the magnetosheath.Bounce resonance has also been invoked to excite ULF waves, particularly those observed at the geostationary orbit, which may also correspond to pg at the ground. They are remarkably regular and quite strictly transverse, suggesting large m. Energetic particles may then see a higher frequency as a result of their drift. A simple picture of the exchange of energy is obtained using a frame rotating with the wave and it is seen that the wave can be driven by a spatial gradient in the energetic particles. The most important mechanism is due to the tilting of the field lines and the growth rate can be large. The reflection by the ionosphere requires further study. 相似文献

The concept that nuclei of all of the elements in the periodic table were accelerated to relativistic energies in the primary
cosmic rays was confirmed by the discovery of the presence of nuclei significantly heavier than iron. These “ultra heavy”
nuclei must all have been synthesized in endothermic reactions, occurring predominately in the final stages of stellar evolution.
Determination of the relative abundances of these nuclei should provide new insights into the nuclear processes in some of
the most energetic events in the life cycle of stars. The very low abundances of these nuclei relative to those of the exothermic
lighter nuclei have made progress difficult. In addition, the effects of apparent preferential acceleration mechanisms and
of propagation through the interstellar medium have distorted the source abundances. The history of the original discovery
of the presence of these nuclei will be followed by a summary of the present state of knowledge of the observed abundances.
The effects of acceleration biases and of interstellar propagation will be discussed. Finally some of the possibilities for
further advances will be outlined.
