Trajectory data mining is widely used in military and civil applications, such as early warning and surveillance system, intelligent traffic system and so on. Through trajectory similarity measurement and clustering, target behavior patterns can be found from massive spatiotemporal trajectory data. In order to mine frequent behaviors of targets from complex historical trajectory data, a behavior pattern mining algorithm based on spatiotemporal trajectory multidimensional information fusion is proposed in this paper. Firstly, spatial–temporal Hausdorff distance is proposed to measure multidimensional information differences of spatiotemporal trajectories, which can distinguish the behaviors with similar location but different course and velocity. On this basis, by combining the idea of k-nearest neighbor and density peak clustering, a new trajectory clustering algorithm is proposed to mine behavior patterns from trajectory data with uneven density distribution. Finally, we implement the proposed algorithm in simulated and radar measured trajectory data respectively. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can mine target behavior patterns from different complex application scenarios more quickly and accurately compared to the existing methods, which has a good application prospect in intelligent monitoring tasks.  相似文献

As an emergency and auxiliary power source for aircraft, lithium (Li)-ion batteries are important components of aerospace power systems. The Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction of Li-ion batteries is a key technology to ensure the reliable operation of aviation power systems. Particle Filter (PF) is an effective method to predict the RUL of Li-ion batteries because of its uncertainty representation and management ability. However, there are problems that particle weights cannot be updated in the prediction stage and particles degradation. To settle these issues, an innovative technique of F-distribution PF and Kernel Smoothing (FPFKS) algorithm is proposed. In the prediction stage, the weights of the particles are dynamically updated by the F kernel instead of being fixed all the time. Meanwhile, a first-order independent Markov capacity degradation model is established. Moreover, the kernel smoothing algorithm is integrated into PF, so that the variance of the parameters of capacity degradation model keeps invariant. Experiments based on NASA battery data sets show that FPFKS can be excellently applied to RUL prediction of Li-ion batteries.  相似文献

无人机(UAV)态势感知的任务是利用机载传感器对未知环境进行目标识别和引导,针对无人机与非合作目标间中远距离的相对导航问题,提出了一种基于角度和距离量测的相对状态估计算法。在现有滤波算法的基础上,为了提高精度和稳定性,本文利用了列文伯格-马夸尔特(LM)优化的思想对迭代卡尔曼滤波(IEKF)算法进行改进,提出了一种LM-IEKF算法,并推导该算法在迭代过程中的状态更新方程及协方差阵的递推公式。在此基础上,考虑到距离传感器由于信号相关特性而引入的乘性噪声,现有的加性噪声模型难以适应,因此,进一步提出了基于量测噪声自适应修正的Modified LM-IEKF方法,通过在线实时更新噪声阵提高滤波的精度,并设置渐消记忆指数平滑估计结果。算法验证结果表明,与现有的EKF、IEKF算法相比,在仅含加性噪声的情况下,LM-IEKF算法具有更好的性能;在包含乘性噪声的情况下,Modified LM-IEKF可以有效地估计量测噪声,与目前广泛使用的EKF算法相比,在综合相对位置和相对速度精度上分别提高了10%和23%。  相似文献

针对异步相关噪声背景下战斗机蛇形机动模式转弯角速度辨识问题,考虑到目标状态与转弯角速度之间相互耦合的特性,从联合优化的解决思路出发,基于期望最大化(EM)算法框架,提出了一种带异步相关噪声的联合估计与辨识算法。首先采用"去相关框架"解除过程噪声与量测噪声之间的相关性,从而将异步相关噪声背景下的转弯角速度辨识问题转换成具有一步状态延迟的转弯角速度辨识问题,其次通过解除目标状态与转弯角速度之间的非线性耦合关系,基于期望最大化算法实现了战斗机蛇形机动目标状态与转弯角速度的联合估计与辨识,从而获得转弯角速度闭环形式的解析解:在E-step,通过利用异步相关噪声背景下的高阶容积卡尔曼平滑器(HCKS),获得目标状态的后验估计;在M-step,通过极大化条件似然函数,获得转弯角速度的解析解。最后通过仿真验证了所提算法的目标状态估计与角速度辨识的精度均优越于传统的扩维法。  相似文献

针对天基测角对非合作目标跟踪定轨的动力学模型简化误差问题,提出一种基于非线性预测滤波和SRCKF(Square Root Cubature Kalman Filter,平方根容积Kalman滤波)的自适应滤波方法.采用考虑地球J2摄动影响的轨道动力学模型作为状态方程,在跟踪滤波过程中,用NPF(Nonlinear Predictive Filter,非线性预测滤波)对动力学模型进行实时修正,利用SRCKF对修正后的动力学模型进行状态估计.将该方法应用于高轨航天器对非合作低轨目标的实时测角定轨任务中,进行数字仿真,仿真结果证明,该方法相比传统的滤波方法具有更高的精度、更强的鲁棒性和稳定性.  相似文献

以捷联式半主动激光导引头为研究对象,研究其应用在旋转弹上制导信息的提取方法。根据坐标转换关系得到旋转弹惯性系视线角解耦模型,由于导引头和速率陀螺仪具有测量误差特性,直接解耦得到的制导信息会产生较大的误差。基于视线角解耦模型的非线性,采用扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)的方法对测量信息进行滤波处理,估计出目标的位置,从而得到捷联式半主动激光导引旋转弹的制导信息。将扩展卡尔曼滤波方法与α-β滤波方法进行对比分析,得到扩展卡尔曼滤波方法对捷联式半主动激光导引旋转弹制导信息的估计精度更高,收敛更快。  相似文献

针对雷达均不能提供目标加速度信息,在目标机动时会出现跟踪精度差甚至跟踪发散的问题,提出一种基于径向加速度的Singer-EKF算法。该算法在信号处理阶段利用Radon-Ambiguity变换(RAT)估计出目标的径向加速度,并通过坐标转换将其引入量测向量中,然后采用基于Singer模型的扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)算法实现机动目标的跟踪。仿真验证了该方法的有效性,并与传统的不带径向加速度的扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)方法进行了比较,结果表明该方法在径向距离、位置、加速度和速度估计精度方面都有所提高。  相似文献

通过5点Gauss-Hermite积分拟合粒子与固壁碰撞后,反弹速度和角度的概率密度分布试验数据,建立粒子与固体碰撞/概率反弹模型.将该模型应用于直升机用整体式预旋与非预旋进气粒子分离器气固两相流场数值模拟,并与另外两种常用的粒子与固壁碰撞反弹模型(平均恢复系数模型、完全弹性碰撞模型)的计算结果进行了对比.结果表明:上述3种碰撞模型都能较好地预测AC粗砂的分离效率;对于C级砂,基于完全弹性碰撞模型的预测结果则过低;基于平均恢复系数模型的预测结果明显偏高,有预旋时尤其明显;而基于概率反弹模型的预测结果处于两者之间,与试验结果吻合更好.   相似文献

为提高飞机排班质量,在以航空公司成本最小化为目标的基础上,兼顾顾客的满意度(航班准时性)和飞机使用数目最小化目标,建立优化的多目标带有时间窗的飞机排班问题模型。结合算例,对三个目标函数都进行处理后,运用粒子群优化算法进行求解,最终得出模型解的运算结果和时间都在理想范围之内,表明新模型有效可行。该模型的建立有助于有效地解决带有时间窗的飞机排班问题,提高排班工作效率。  相似文献

Gas-path performance estimation plays an important role in aero-engine health management, and Kalman Filter(KF) is a well-known technique to estimate performance degradation. In previous studies, it is assumed that different kinds of sensors are with the same sampling rate, and they are used for state estimation by the KF simultaneously. However, it is hard to achieve state estimation using various kinds of sensor measurements at the same sampling rate due to a complex network and physical characteristic differences between sensors, especially in an advanced multisensor architecture. For this purpose, a multi-rate sensor fusion using the information filtering approach is proposed based on the square-root cubature rule, which is called Multi-rate Squareroot Cubature Information Filter(MSCIF) to track engine performance degradation. Soft measurement synchronization of the MSCIF is designed to provide a sensor fusion condition for multiple sampling rates of measurement, and a fault sensor is isolated by maximum likelihood validation before state estimation. The contribution of this paper is to supply a novel multi-rate informationfilter approach for sensor fault tolerant health estimation of an aero-engine in a multi-sensor system. Tests are conducted for aero-engine performance degradation estimation with multiple sampling rates of sensor measurement on both digital simulation and semi-physical experiment.Experimental results illustrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm in terms of degradation estimation accuracy and robustness to sensor failure in a multi-sensor system.  相似文献

针对水下运载体的长时间高精度导航问题,提出一种基于集中滤波的捷联惯性导航系统(SINS)/声学多普勒测速仪(DVL)/超短基线(USBL)水下组合导航方法,建立了杆臂在线估计的SINS/DVL速度观测模型和SINS/USBL相对量测信息观测模型,并利用参考信息判定结果实时更新量测方程及维数,既能保证精度,还能一定程度上减少运算量。理论仿真和湖面试验表明,本算法能够实现长时间高精度的水下导航定位,具有可行性。  相似文献

为提高热电偶的测温精度,在对热电偶进行数学建模时,结合粒子群算法对PID神经网络进行优化,并设计了实际多路电偶数据采集电路对温度数据进行采集和验证。通过实验验证,粒子群算法的运用加快了PID神经网络的收敛速度、提高了系统稳定性,从而得到了更加精确的热电偶模型,提高了系统的测温精度。  相似文献

The segmenting track identifier (STI) is introduced as a new methodology for tracking highly maneuvering targets. This nonBayesian approach dynamically partitions a target track into a sequence of track segments, making hard estimates of when the target's maneuvering mode transitions occur, and then estimates the parameters of the target model for each segment. STI is compared with two variable structures interacting multiple model (VS-IMM) algorithms through simulations, where it is shown to have a three fold performance advantage in median absolute turn rate estimation errors, as well as better position estimation for very highly maneuvering targets. STI is also shown to outperform a Rauch-Tung-Striebel (RTS) fixed-interval smoother when estimates are retrospectively derived, and STI accurately characterize the temporal pattern of maneuvers.  相似文献

For intercepting modern high maneuverable targets, a novel adaptive weighted differential game guidance law based on the game theory of mixed strategy is proposed, combining two guidance laws which are derived from the perfect and imperfect information pattern, respectively. The weights vary according to the estimated error of the target’s acceleration, the guidance law is generated by directly using the estimation of target’s acceleration when the estimated error is small, and a differential game guidance law with adaptive penalty coefficient is implemented when the estimated error is large. The adaptive penalty coefficients are not constants and they can be adjusted with current target maneuverability. The superior homing performance of the new guidance law is verified by computer simulations.  相似文献

为了解决大场景下基于三维到达角的目标跟踪问题,提出了一种具有无偏性的伪线性卡尔曼滤波。首先,基于三维到达角信息对目标运动模型与量测模型进行建模;之后,对量测模型进行了伪线性化处理,得到了线性形式的目标量测模型。为了解决伪线性卡尔曼滤波存在的有偏性问题,提出了一种结合EKF(extend Kalman filter)的三维伪线性无偏卡尔曼滤波。仿真实验表明,该模型能够对非机动目标与机动目标有效跟踪,对于百公里级别的目标,当角测量误差从0.1°变化到0.5°,算法在仿真时间结束时均能将绝对位置误差降低至10 km以内,且算法的运行速度与EKF为同一个量级,同时兼顾了抗干扰能力、定位跟踪精度、运行效率的要求,能够为大场景下的目标跟踪提供有效方法。  相似文献

针对舰载机惯导系统非线性传递对准问题中误差模型不完善的问题,同时考虑了挠曲运动和动态杆臂的影响,提出了一种新的适用于大方位失准角情形下的挠曲变形和杆臂效应加速度一体化误差模型。采用高阶容积卡尔曼滤波(HCKF)算法对状态进行滤波估计,考虑到HCKF具有较大的计算量,分析了传递对准模型的状态方程与量测方程结构,设计了一种基于边缘采样的简化高阶容积卡尔曼滤波(M-RHCKF)算法,其在时间更新中使用边缘采样算法,在量测更新过程中使用简化量测更新过程,并给出了该算法的证明过程。采用"速度+姿态"组合匹配方式,对提出的误差模型进行仿真实验。结果表明,该模型可以满足对准精度和对准时间的要求,相比于未考虑动态杆臂的传递对准模型具有更高的对准精度。  相似文献

针对传统关联波门设计方法在应用于机动目标跟踪时容易引起失跟、以及概率数据关联算法不适于多交叉目标跟踪的问题,提出了一种基于人类视觉选择性注意机制和知觉客体的"特征整合"理论的认知雷达数据关联算法。算法以综合交互式多模型概率数据关联算法为基础,采取假设目标最大机动水平已知的"当前"统计模型和匀速运动模型作为模型集,通过实时交互使关联波门能够随目标机动动态调整,较好地兼顾了雷达计算耗时和跟踪成功率。在利用目标位置特征的基础上,进一步提取、整合目标运动特征,对关联波门交叉区域公共量测进行分类,使多交叉目标跟踪问题转化为多个单目标跟踪问题,优化了传统概率数据关联算法。仿真结果表明:与传统关联波门设计方法相比,算法跟踪失败率和计算耗时明显降低;而且在计算资源增加不大的情况下,杂波环境适应性也得到了显著增强。  相似文献
