In order to take requirements for commercial operations or military missions into better consideration in new flight vehicle design, a tri-hierarchical task classification model of "design for operation" is proposed, which takes basic man-object interaction task, complex collaborative operation and large-scale joint operation into account. The corresponding general architecture of evaluation criteria is also depicted. Then a virtual simulation-based approach to implement the evaluations at three hierarchy levels is mainly analyzed with a detailed example, which validates the feasibility and effectiveness of evaluation architecture. Finally, extending the virtual simulation architecture from design to operation training is discussed.  相似文献

地面减速功能在飞机上的实现涉及多个系统,其综合系统架构具有很高的复杂性,多系统间的接口数量巨大且接口形式多样,多系统间的动态协同工作逻辑比较复杂。为了应对这种复杂性,提出了基于模型的系统架构设计方法,将SysML建模语言和面向对象的建模思想应用到飞机地面减速系统的架构设计和行为分析中,可以实现系统架构元素的统一定义和分解,以及多系统集成架构的统一接口定义和分析,同时可以实现系统静态架构和动态行为的协同设计;搭建了飞机级和系统级的架构模型和行为模型,实现了地面减速综合功能的分析和多系统集成架构的设计。实践表明,基于SysML的飞机地面减速综合系统架构设计方法可以有效应对多系统集成设计的复杂性,并提升集成设计的效率和质量。  相似文献

As a key technology in the field of advanced manufacturing, an open architecture controller is studied. In order to develop an open architecture software-CNC system on personal computer (PC) according to open modular architecture controllers (OMAC). First, the software and hardware platform is chosen and software realization methodology for the CNC system is determined. Second, static mod- eling methods of an open architecture controller inclusive of object-oriented (OO) programming technology, dynamic link library (DLL) technology and system modules partition are investigated. Third, the dynamical behavioral modeling and the data flow representation of open architecture controller are discussed, which are both described in hierarchy finite state machine (FSM) model. Fourth, a reusable software module model is established to develop software function module library. Finally, a 3-axis milling machine tool test-bed, named for HIT-CNC, is successfully designed by means of the constructed software function module library and the system configuring method. The experimental results show that, besides increasing the degree of reusability and openness, application of above-mentioned method- ology leads to significant decrease of development time as well as maintenance cost.  相似文献

以有人机/无人机自组云为场景,研究了基于云数据中心、有人机和无人机任务协同的云端融合任务协同处理架构,在该架构中,有人机作为边缘计算处理节点,无人机作为端节点。通过分层设计,将基于无人机自组云的云端融合架构自顶往下划分为用户应用层、组件服务层、资源抽象层、操作系统层、物理资源层五个层级,并对各层级进行功能划分设计。最后通过典型实例仿真试验做了架构性验证。  相似文献

装备保障任务建模与仿真是装备保障性能分析的基础,针对装备保障任务层次结构复杂、结构动态变化的特点,文章采用美国国防部体系结构框架(Department of Defense Architecture Framework,DoDAF),对装备保障任务建模需求进行分析,选取相应的DoDAF产品进行目标、资源、活动及活动间关系描述,探讨装备保障任务的分解原则,对装备保障任务进行逐级分解,建立保障任务模型,采用Telelogic SA(System Architect)软件构建装备保障任务的仿真模型,并以美国"尼米兹"级航母对岸作战航空保障任务为例,分析其任务成功率,对建立的模型进行仿真验证,证明了模型和方法的有效性。  相似文献

大型飞机地面运动特性是飞机性能的重要组成部分,主要涉及到飞机的地面滑跑、转弯以及刹车等过程。地面运动特性的分析涉及到动力学、液压、控制等多领域,是典型的多学科耦合的复杂问题。以某大型民用飞机为研究对象,从主制造商的系统集成性能分析需求出发,通过多学科解耦和模型物理度划分两个角度进行地面特性模型架构的分解与定义,并以飞机刹车系统性能分析为例,验证了本架构的有效性。本文提出的模型架构灵活,既适用于飞机集成商的飞机级性能分析,又适用于特定系统级的性能分析。  相似文献

飞机系统集成化程度的提高增加了对航空电子系统设计和分析的难度,同时也对安全性需求等系统特性的验证提出了更高的技术要求。对基于结构化分析和设计语言(AADL)的系统建模和仿真流程及相应的评估分析能力进行了介绍,并在基于AADL的航空电子系统建模框架下,提出基于AADL的航空电子系统仿真评估和验证方法,利用结构化分析和设计语言AADL构建航空电子系统典型子系统的正常模型和错误模型,并以此建立系统的扩展模型。在此基础上,利用形式化方法对系统模型进行描述并转化为Kripke结构。最后对系统模型进行模型仿真和特性验证,验证所构建的系统架构和设计逻辑是否符合系统设计特性需求。  相似文献

The architecture strategy of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) pneumatic launch system should continue to evolve to adapt to complex and variable operating environments. Architecture representation, decomposition perspective, and cluster analysis play a vital role in the early phase of system architecture development. In order for the system to emerge anticipated and desirable intrinsic functional properties, an architecture decomposition method based on the Object-Process Methodology (OPM) and Design Structure Matrix (DSM) is put forward in this paper. The OPM is proposed to model the UAV launch process formally, and the matrix representation of the architecture of the pneumatic launch system is established. After the extension of the definition and operations of DSM, with the Idicula-Gutierrez-Thebeau Algorithm plus (IGTA + ) clustering algorithm, the transformation of the pneumatic launch system architecture from process decomposition to function decomposition is demonstrated in this paper. The analysis shows that the architecture decomposition of the pneumatic launch system meets the functional requirements of stakeholders.  相似文献

利用空天资源的互补优势进行协同观测是对地观测领域的新趋势.为提高对地观测效益和多阶段观测任务的完成度,分析了空天资源协同观测任务规划问题中的观测资源异构性和多阶段观测任务分解方式的多样性.针对卫星和无人机的任务规划模型不一致的特点,建立了异构多智能体系统(MAS)多阶段协同任务规划模型,根据模型特点将问题求解分解为两个协商过程,并分别提出了基于市场模型的异构MAS多阶段协同任务规划算法和基于自适应“超级步”的资源Agent协同任务规划算法.最后,研究了该方法在空天资源联合观测中的应用情况,实验及分析结果表明该方法能够有效解决空天资源对地观测协同任务规划问题.  相似文献

针对一种环保推进剂组合,建立了亚轨道飞行器设计仿真模型、质量模型和弹道模型,以燃烧室压强、余氧系数及喷管出口截面压强为分析变量,对亚轨道飞行器的性能进行了分析.所得结论表明:在给定飞行任务下,为提高亚轨道飞行器性能,燃烧室压强越高越有利;最佳余氧系数在0.99处取得;喷管面积扩张比受到箭体外径及工艺水平等限制,在条件允许的情况下,尽量取大.研究结果为其他同类亚轨道飞行器的系统方案研究提供参考.   相似文献

To implement five-axis functions in CNC system, based on domestic system Lan Tian series, an improved design method for the system software structure is proposed in this paper. The numerical control kernel of CNC system is divided into the task layer and the motion layer. A five-axis transformation unit is integrated into the motion layer. After classifying five-axis machines into different types and analyzing their geometry information, the five-axis kinematic library is designed according to the abstract factory pattern. Furthermore, by taking CA spindle- tilting machine as an example, the forward and the inverse kinematic transformations are deduced. Based on the new software architecture and the five-axis kinematic library, algorithms of RTCP (rotation tool center point control) and 3D radius compensation for end-milling are designed and realized. The milling results show that, with five-axis functions based on such software struc- ture, the instructions with respect to the cutter's position and orientation can be directly carried out in the CNC system.  相似文献

Multiple coordinated robot arms are modeled by considering the arms as closed kinematic chains and as a force-constrained mechanical system working on the same object simultaneously. In both formulations, a novel dynamic control method is discussed. It is based on feedback linearization and simultaneous output decoupling technique. By applying a nonlinear feedback and a nonlinear coordinate transformation, the complicated model of the multiple robot arms in either formulation is converted into a linear and output decoupled system. The linear system control theory and optimal control theory are used to design robust controllers in the task space. The first formulation has the advantage of automatically handling the coordination and load distribution among the robot arms. In the second formulation, it was found that by choosing a general output equation it became possible simultaneously to superimpose the position and velocity error feedback with the force-torque error feedback in the task space  相似文献

通过对星间链路和空间态势感知系统国内外发展现状的分析,指出星间链路在空间信息有效获取、安全传输和实时应用以及保障空间态势感知系统战场生存能力等方面起着重要的作用.针对星间链路在未来空间态势感知系统中的应用需求,提出包含空间通信模型和空间导航模型在内的空间感知体系基本架构,并对该架构下星间链路的设计要求或者特点进行分析,指出星间链路应该具有灵活可变的星间路由策略和联网结构,并能够支持高速可变和安全可靠的星间数据传输.分别从空间网络和卫星节点2个层面提出了系统实现的关键技术,并给出部分关键技术的研究重点和研究方法.上述研究结果可以为星间链路及相关领域的研究工作提供一定的借鉴和帮助.  相似文献

将任务可靠度、基本可靠度均作为系统可靠性优化设计的边界约束,并将系统研制费用视为目标函数,建立了一新的系统可靠性最优分配模型,利用该模型设计出的系统在研制费用最少的情况下,任务可靠度与基本可靠度均达到设计要求。此外,还分别建立了串—并联和并—串联两种余度设计系统的最少研制费用模型。最后通过多个实例验证了上述模型,发现系统可靠性最优分配模型考虑了更多的因素,更有实用价值。  相似文献
