ATS-6 Satellite Instructional Television Experiment

The Satellite Instructional Television Experiment (SITE) is scheduled for the second year of satellite operation. Applications Technology Satellite (ATS-6) will receive C-band video signals frorn Abmedabad and Delhi, India, and will retransmitt the video and two audio sub-carriers at 860 MHz to 6 clusters of 400 direct-receive stations for a total of 2400 direct-receive stations. Morning programs of 1.5 hours per day are designed for classroom use, and evening programs of 2.5 hours duration are designed for village adult education. Indian production antennas and television sets have been tested and found to meet specifications, and a successful experiment is anticipated.     

Looking at The World Through a Nastyglass Window

The concept and physics of a most peculiar glass (called NASTYGLASS) suffering from the video equivalent of audio cross-over distortion are discussed, and a simple mathematical model developed. The model is used as the basis for a computer simulation of how things would look when viewed through a NASTYGLASS window. Some computer-generated, TV-displayed images of `Einstein-in-NASTYGLASS' are included. Finally, future research is proposed, research that just might lead to a Nobel prize in medicine or physiology!

空中交通流量的迅速增长,使得作为管制指挥辅助决策工具之一的AMAN(进港管理)系统愈发重要.在分析国内外使用AMAN系统现状的基础上,从管制自动化系统和AMAN子系统协同建设入手,重点阐述AMAN系统的工作原理、关键技术及如何有效应用等方面内容,并从技术发展角度对后续系统建设提出改进指导建议,这将有助于加快AMAN国产化步伐.     

航空电子系统中的FC-AV技术研究

航电系统中的高速数字视频传输技术是一项有待解决的关键技术。FC-AV是FC的一个子集,提供数字音、视频至FC的映射格式,可实现航电系统中传感器和显示器网络的视频传输。本文讨论了FC-AV的层次结构、容器系统、帧头控制协议、简单内容移动架构;并针对航电系统的需求,提出了一种采用FC-AV的视频传输方案。     

Comparison of alternative route selection strategies based on simulation optimization

Air traffic flow management (ATFM) is a collaborative process between the airspace provider and the airspace users. The result of the collaboration should be an outcome that maxi-mizes the utility of the system without excessively penalizing any of the agents. This paper develops a discrete-event simulation model which consists of aggregate departure/arrival airports, flight routes, and sectors for evaluating the alternative collaborative route selection strategy. Given the different perspectives from air traffic control center (ACC) and airlines, eight performance-metrics and five alternative route selection strategies represent the past, current and proposed air traffic flow management operations that were evaluated. The Monte Carlo method combined with the Optimal Computing Budget Allocation (OCBA) simulation optimization technique is employed to assess the performance of different strategies. A case study of the upper air routes in central and southern China shows that the proposed model can be readily implemented to simulate different kinds of air traffic flow management strategies and predict the effect of changes on the airspace sys-tem. It also shows that the proposed alternative collaborative route selection strategy is an effective way in alleviating the en-route traffic congestion.     

运用低自由度协同优化的机翼结构气动多学科设计优化

 为了解决协同优化方法(CO)协调困难和计算量过大的问题,提出了低自由度协同优化方法(LDFCO)。LDFCO的系统级优化通过调整共享设计变量和辅助设计变量,使系统目标最优,并满足一致性约束条件。子系统优化通过调整局部设计变量,使子系统目标最优,并满足局部约束条件。子系统目标有2种形式：最小化本子系统的一致性约束函数和直接与系统目标有关的状态变量的加权和,或最小化一种不同于前者的一致性约束函数。着重研究了如何利用常规LDFCO/V1和基于代理模型的LDFCO/V1求解机翼的气动/结构多学科设计优化问题,并与CO方法进行了对比,结果表明常规LDFCO/V1和基于代理模型的LDFCO/V1都能成功地应用到机翼的多学科设计优化中,验证了LDFCO/V1的可行性和有效性。     

PDM技术在机械可靠性设计分析中的应用研究

多领域工具集成是复杂产品虚拟样机设计仿真需要解决的技术问题之一.提出了一个面向服务集成、具有良好开放性、基于标准的、即插即用的机械可靠性设计分析多领域工具集成平台,以及基于产品数据管理(PDM)技术的机械可靠性设计分析虚拟样机体系结构.讨论了如何面向模型数据管理实现设计和协同分析过程中CAD/CAE工具与PDM的综合集成.最后,以某空间结构锁系可靠性设计分析为例,简要介绍了基于CAD/CAE工具的机械可靠性一体化设计、分析方案,以及如何采用应用封装技术实现基于PDM的机械产品可靠性协同建模和分析.     

空中交通相依网络的脆弱性研究

机场、航路和管制扇区构成空中交通相依网络,节点在受到扰动时,网络运输性能下降,引发网络脆弱性。提出一种空中交通相依网络脆弱性的度量方法,首先构建机场网络、航路网络和管制扇区网络3个层网络,基于空中交通管理规则与层网络间的逻辑连接关系,建立空中交通相依网络模型。在随机扰动和蓄意扰动节点两种不同失效模式下,采用最大连通度和结构熵两个指标,并给出了相应算法,分析相依网络的结构脆弱性;创建流量熵和交通流损失比指标,设计了相应算法,研究相依网络的功能脆弱性。研究结果表明,随机扰动对空中交通相依网络影响更大;网络的结构脆弱源与功能脆弱源是机场网络;网络的脆弱性与层网络间的连接方式和层网络的交通量不匹配有关。     

Proposals for Simplifying Envelope Normalization in Adaptive Antenna Arrays

In adaptive antenna arrays using control loops the processing is determined under certain conditions by the covariance matrix Bmn = E(f(v*m)vn)?n), where ?1,..., ?N are N-complex Gaussian noise video signals and f is some function of the phase of ?m. Half of the storages and real multiplications could be saved by taking only the real part of ?n. It will be shown that this can be done without changing the performance of the adaptive antenna array significantly.

靶场试验实况信息监测及质量检测分析

为解决试验测控实况信息的可视化作用与全链路实况信息缺乏质量监测功能的矛盾日益突出的问题,就实况信息监测及质量检测分析开展研究。具体采用模块化的监测和质量分析方法,针对整个实况信息运行系统中的有效节点展开监测,主要帮助系统判定视音频流、IP码流的信息故障点,实时分析流信息指标,诊断网络实况信息的传输质量,通过对原始视频图像文件压缩前后逐帧度量及损伤映射分析,检测图像信号模糊不清,拖尾或边缘锐化等问题,为快速排查和判断实况信号故障信息提供了验证结果。最终,为实况信息的高质量运行提供监测手段和检测依据。

The J-MASS Marketplace: a new way for DoD to do business

It is current DoD policy to use commercial off-the-shelf software whenever it meets DoD requirements. The application of this policy to modeling and simulation has resulted in the concept of “The Joint Modeling and Simulation System (J-MASS) Marketplace.” J-MASS is designed as an Open Systems Architecture with the capability for the Simulation Support Environment (SSE) to be expanded by the addition of site specific software. In the “J-MASS Marketplace” industry will build commercial tools to work with J-MASS and individual organizations will license what they need for their particular site. The J-MASS SSE is a framework or backplane into which everything else plugs. A J-MASS product release would have the core capabilities, but the unique needs of various organizations would be satisfied by industry. This paper addresses how the J-MASS Marketplace could work and how compliance can be defined. It will outline opportunities for industry in both building software for the Marketplace and in defining the Marketplace concept     

A strategic flight conflict avoidance approach based on a memetic algorithm

Conflict avoidance （CA） plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the airspace safety. The cur- rent approaches, mostly focusing on a short-term situation which eliminates conflicts via local adjust- ment, cannot provide a global solution. Recently, long-term conflict avoidance approaches, which are proposed to provide solutions via strategically planning traffic flow from a global view, have attracted more attentions. With consideration of the situation in China, there are thousands of flights per day and the air route network is large and complex, which makes the long-term problem to be a large-scale combinatorial optimization problem with complex constraints. To minimize the risk of premature convergence being faced by current approaches and obtain higher quality solutions, in this work, we present an effective strategic framework based on a memetic algorithm （MA）, which can markedly improve search capability via a combination of population-based global search and local improve- ments made by individuals. In addition, a specially designed local search operator and an adaptive local search frequency strategy are proposed to improve the solution quality. Furthermore, a fast genetic algorithm （GA） is presented as the global optimization method. Empirical studies using real traffic data of the Chinese air route network and daily flight plans show that our approach outper- formed the existing approaches including the GA .based approach and the cooperative coevolution based approach as well as some well-known memetic algorithm based approaches.     

双层供应链系统中基于谈判协作计划的数值模拟

研究主要着眼于双层供应链结构中用于多计划时间段批量生产计划的基于谈判的协作计划过程,其主要目的是为了研究基于谈判的协作计划过程对优化购买方本地计划,并最终得到较好的花费和服务所起到的作用。研究通过建立一组数学模型对此问题进行模拟计算及结果分析,所使用的数学模型中,购买者与供应商之间只需要交换有限的信息来进行购买者的本地计划和整个协作计划过程。研究表明该方法对协助供应链中成员制定有效的生产计划具有一定的指导作用,可通过对制约条件的扩展后在整体供应链中推广使用。     

Geodetic Methods for Calibration of GRACE and GOCE

It is beyond doubt that calibration and validation are essential tools in the process of reaching the goals of gravity missions like GRACE and GOCE and to obtain results of the highest possible quality. Both tools, although general and obvious instruments for any mission, have specific features for gravity missions. Therefore, it is necessary to define exactly what is expected (and what cannot be expected) from calibration and what from validation and how these tools should work in our case. The general calibration and validation schemes for GRACE and GOCE are outlined. Calibration will be linked directly to the instrument and the measurements whereas validation will be linked to data derived from the original measurements. Calibration includes on-ground, internal, and external calibration as well as error assessment. The calibration phase results in corrected measurements along with an a posteriori error model. Validation of e.g. calibrated measurements or geoid heights means checking against independent data to assess whether there are no systematic errors left and/or whether the error model describes the true error reasonably well. Geodetic methods for calibration typically refer to external calibration and error assessment, and will be illustrated with an example. 基于改进RRT算法的无人机航路规划与跟踪方法研究

为了使航路规划算法在三维动态环境下能够快速规划出较优可行航路,基于快速扩展随机树算法(RRT),对规划航路点进行了无人机飞行动力学约束,并且设计了局部航路动态优化策略。针对传统的航路跟踪控制律跟踪较为曲折的航线时跟踪误差较大的问题,通过将规划算法得出的姿态指令引入姿态控制回路的方式,提高了航路跟踪控制算法的快速性与准确性。在此基础上,搭建了无人机验证平台,利用该验证平台完成了无人机自主避障飞行试验,对算法的有效性进行了验证,并对算法性能进行了评估。     

基于A~*定长搜索算法的多无人机协同航迹规划

基于多无人机同时作业情况下的航迹规划问题,提出了一种A*定长航迹搜索算法.该算法通过选择代价值最接近给定值的节点作为最佳节点,得到定长规划航迹,接着进一步通过限定最佳节点的选择范围,改善了航迹的可飞性.仿真结果表明,利用该算法规划的定长航迹长度误差可以控制在1.4％以内,协同航迹长度误差可以控制在0.8％以内,能够满足多无人机同时到达的一般要求.
