“漫谈”中的“深意”与革命的“非潜能”——鲁迅《阿金》释读

《阿金》创作于1934年,题材却来源于鲁迅1928年内外交加的纷扰经验。鲁迅对其"漫谈"的定位反映了他这一时期的心境和对文体的选择,"漫"的意涵还体现在鲁迅对时间与记忆的自由选取,探寻其"深意"是解读该文本的关键。阿金身上的"非潜能"带来革命的契机,同时也抹除被革命归化的可能,从而永远停滞在革命的纯粹形态中。《阿金》的写作和对阿金的体察,都彰显着鲁迅这一时期蔓延而出的一种关于行动的修辞。     

一个必须由日本人打开的“死结”——为“七.七”事变和“南京大屠杀”60 周年而作

首先提出影响中日关系的一个死结,是由诸如：钓鱼岛问题;南京大屠杀问题;慰安妇问题;教科书问题;以及核武器、美日安保条约、战争赔偿（主要是民间索赔）等问题组成的。根据现存问题指出责任在日本,关系好坏全在日方能否正确对待。最后论及中国政府和人民应采取的态度。     

Now You See It, Now You Don't

The signal enhancement properties of a single-loop delayline integrator (DLI) are derived for operation in the presence of correlated noise. The signal is assumed periodic with a period equal to the delay of the DLI and present only for a finite time interval. The noise is assumed additive, zero mean, statistically independent from the signal, and present for an infinite time. The noise also is assumed covariance stationary with a specified auto correlation function. Enhancement is defined as the ratio of the increase in average signal power to the increase in average noise power due to integration. The results are general in that the enhancement is derived in terms of the autocorrelation coefficients of the input noise. Plots of enhancement versus number of signal observations and feedback gain are shown for uncorrelated and exponentially correlated noise. The plots show graphically the optimum choices of feedback gain and number of signal observations for a specified auto correlation function and signal observation time. When strongly correlated noise, characteristic of 10-GHz backscatter from salt flats at low incidence angles, rather than uncorrelated noise is assumed present at the input of the DLI, an example, using DLI parameters typical of modern airborne radars, shows a degradation in the maximum achievable enhancement of 9 dB.     

Missing radar pulse clutter processing

The degradation of conventional clutter processing filters due to missing pulses resulting from RF interference blanking, ambiguous range returns when no filter pulses are used, or eclipsing is described. The effects of a missing pulse on uncompensated and optimum clutter filters are investigated. The maximum improvement factor method and other methods are compared to the optimum filtering. New methods and results using a minimax log energy search method are described and are shown to provide performance and/or implementation complexity advantages

Missing solar ultraviolet opacity and diatomic molecules

The solar atmospheric model calculations incorporating absorption by hydrogen and metals and Rayleigh scattering by hydrogen give larger specific intensity in the solar ultraviolet spectrum than that observed. This discrepancy has been interpreted as due to some unknown source(s) of opacity in this spectral region. We have, therefore, compared the absorption coefficient due to bands of nine diatomic molecules with that of metals and hydrogen in the ultraviolet spectral region at temperatures and pressures appropriate to the solar photosphere. The molecular band absorptions due to A-X bands of CO, SiO and OH and to B-X band of CH have been found to be larger than or equal to the total absorption by metals and hydrogen below 4000 and may be able to account for the missing opacity except possibly between 2500 and 3000 . Whether absorption due to some other molecular band or bands is responsible for the opacity in this wavelength interval is not certain.

Compensating a Recursive MTI Filter for Missing Pulses

Four methods of compensating a recursive, double-delay movingtarget indictor (MTI) cltter-cancellation filter for missing pulses were simulated and compared. One technique involving feedback from the delay outputs gave an average frequency response closely approximating that of the unperturbed filter.
