Modern studies now favor the fact that extraterrestrial organic molecules served as an important source of biological important substances on the primitive Earth. It is presumed that these space-made organic molecules could be transported safely to the Earth surface being associated with mineral grains. It is important to test whether nucleotides synthesized in Earth orbit could be protected by lunar surface regolite. The phosphorylation of adenosine, uridine and thymidine has been studied with respect of their further transformations and degradation in presence of mineral bed. After retrieval, HPLC analysis is used to identify all the mononucleotides of certain nucleosides. It has been shown, that exposure of the investigated nucleosides as dry films in space conditions in the presence of Lunar soil increases the yield of synthesized nucleotides in 1.1-3.0 times as compared with the exposure of the same samples in absence of Lunar soil. To identify and evaluate the principal source of energy in open space responsible for nucleotide synthesis reaction laboratory experiments were performed. It has been shown, that vacuum ultra violet (VUV 145 nm) radiation promotes nucleotide synthesis more effectively than ultra violet (UV 254 nm) while the presence of Lunar soil increases reaction yield in 1.5-2.0 times. Formation of 5'-mononucleotides seemed to be the most effective reaction both in flight and in laboratory experiments. Protective action of lunar soil on synthesized nucleotides against UV radiation has been shown in open Space conditions.  相似文献

The atmosphere of Titan is constantly bombarded by galactic cosmic rays and Saturnian magnetospheric electrons causing the formation of free electrons and primary ions, which are then stabilized by ion cluster formation and charging of aerosols. These charged particles accumulate in drops in cloud regions of the troposphere. Their abundance can substantially increase by friction, fragmentation or collisions during convective activity. Charge separation occurs with help of convection and gravitational settling leading to development of electric fields within the cloud and between the cloud and the ground. Neutralization of these charge particles leads to corona discharges which are characterized by low current densities. These electric discharges could induce a number of chemical reactions in the troposphere and hence it is of interest to explore such effects. We have therefore, experimentally studied the corona discharge of a simulated Titan's atmosphere (10% methane and 2% argon in nitrogen) at 500 Torr and 298 K by GC-FTIR-MS techniques. The main products have been identified as hydrocarbons (ethane, ethyne, ethene, propane, propene + propyne, cyclopropane, butane, 2-methylpropane, 2-methylpropene, n-butene, 2-butene, 2,2-dimethylpropane, 2-methylbutane, 2-methylbutene, n-pentane, 2,2-dimethylbutane, 2-methylpentane, 3-methylpentane, n-hexane, 2,2-dimethylhexane, 2,2-dimethylpentane, 2,2,3-trimethylbutane, 2,3-dimethylpentane and n-heptane), nitriles (hydrogen cyanide, cyanogen, ethanenitrile, propanenitrile, 2-methylpropanenitrile and butanenitrile) and an uncharacterized film deposit. We present their trends of formation as a function of discharge time in an ample interval and have derived their initial yields of formation. These results clearly demonstrate that a complex organic chemistry can be initiated by corona processes in the lower atmosphere. Although photochemistry and charged particle chemistry occurring in the stratosphere can account for many of the observed hydrocarbon species in Titan, the predicted abundance of ethene is to low by a factor of 10 to 40. While some ethene will be produced by charged-particle chemistry, its production by corona processes and subsequent diffusion into the stratosphere appears to be an adequate source. Because little UV penetrates to the lower atmosphere to destroy the molecules formed there, the corona-produced species may be long-lived and contribute significantly to the composition of the lower atmosphere and surface.  相似文献

为了解决氢氧化镁和聚合物之间的不相容问题, 对氨合成法-水热改性处理2步法制备高分散氢氧化镁阻燃剂进行了研究,分析了常温合成温度、水热改性温度和水热改性时间对制备大晶型、低比表面积氢氧化镁阻燃剂的影响.结果表明,经过水热改性处理改变了氢氧化镁晶体的生长习性,生成了形貌规则、粒径分布均匀、分散性良好的氢氧化镁六方片状颗粒.另外通过提高氯化镁浓度和氨水过量1倍,探讨了常温合成反应的转化率,认为应该在反应原料等当量下寻求提高转化率的可行方法.  相似文献

The effects of a high magnetic gradient environment (HMGE) on the cytoskeletal architecture and genes associated with the cytoskeleton in osteoblasts (MC3T3-E1 and MG-63 cells) were investigated using confocal microscopy, real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The findings showed that, under diamagnetic levitation conditions, the architecture and average height of the cytoskeleton and surface roughness in osteoblasts were dramatically altered. HMGE affects cytoskeleton arrangement and cytoskeleton-associated gene expression.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶混合法制备了Al2O3,Ag/Al2O3,Sn/Al2O3,Ga/Al2O3,Co/Al2O3和Pt/Al2O3等催化剂.在相同实验条件下,比较了C3H6在这些催化剂上还原NO的活性,并考察了反应条件对C3H6和CH3OH在Ag/Al2O3上还原NO性能的影响.结果表明,Ag/Al2O3的还原NO活性优于其它催化剂.H2O对Ag/Al2O3催化剂的NO还原具有可逆抑制作用,SO2降低C3H6在Ag/Al2O3上还原NO的活性,但会显著提高CH3OH还原NO的活性.  相似文献

The behaviour of the lower ionosphere and middle atmosphere during microwave discharges at 30 – 60 km altitude is investigated. The developed plasmachemical model includes 166 processes for 19 minor neutral (including excited) components and for 13 charged species. The distinctive differences of this model from previous investigations are (1) the equation system is closed assuming undisturbed conditions, (2) the inclusion of additional reactions involving hydrogen components, and (3) considerable improvement of the reaction scheme for ionized components. The results are analyzed in three main aspects: the behavior of the minor neutral and excited components, variations of charged species including the electron concentration, and finally possible influence of the air heating on the plasma chemistry.  相似文献

Phosphine (PH3) 1 has been observed in the atmospheres of Jupiter and Saturn. We have studied the photochemical reactions of this compound with acetylene (C2H2), an alkyne also detected in these atmospheres. The volatile products formed in these reactions were characterized by H, 31P and 13C NMR. The ethenylphosphine 2 is the first product formed in the photolysis of PH3 in the presence Of C2H2. Photolysis of PH3 in the presence of propyne (C3H4) led to the formation of the Z- and E-prop-1-enylphosphines and traces of 1-methylethenylphosphine. A reaction pathway is proposed. The initial step is the dissociation of PH3 to hydrogen and PH2 radicals. Addition of the phosphinyl radical on alkyne occurs as the next step. Vinylphosphines are then formed by radical combination. This proposed reaction pathway takes into account the nature of the products and studies devoted to the photolysis of germane (GeH4) or hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in the presence of alkyne. Attempts to detect the methylidynephosphine HC triple bond P (the isoelectronic compound of HC triple bond N), in the photolysis products of PH3-C2H2 mixtures were unsuccessful. The application of these findings to Jovian and Saturn atmospheric chemistry is discussed.  相似文献

The binding of adenosine to Na(+)-montmorillonite 22A is greater than 5'-AMP, at neutral pH. Adenine derivatives bind more strongly to the clay than the corresponding uracil derivatives. These data are consistent with the protonation of the adenine by the acidic clay surface and a cationic binding of the protonated ring to the anionic clay surface. Other forces must be operative in the binding of uracil derivatives to the clay since the uracil ring system is not basic. The reaction of the 5'-AMP with water soluble carbodiimide in the presence of Na(+)-montmorillonite results in the formation of 2',5'-pApA (18.9%), 3',5'-pApA (11%), and AppA (4.8%). When poly(U) is used in place of the clay the product yields are 2',5'-pApA (15.5%), 3',5'-pApA (3.7%) and AppA (14.9%). The cyclic nucleotide, c(pA)2 is also formed when poly(U) is used. AppA is the principal reaction product when neither clay nor poly(U) is present in the reaction mixture. When 2'-deoxy-5'-AMP reacts with carbodiimide in the presence of Na(+)-montmorillonite 22A the products are dpApA (4.8%), dAppApA (4.5%) and dAppA (17.4%). Cyclic 3',5'-dAMP is the main product (14%) of the reaction of 2'-deoxy-3'-AMP.  相似文献

SJ-8卫星搭载闷烧实验,利用长时间微重力条件,对等压条件下聚氨酯泡沫试样中的闷烧点燃和双向传播过程进行了研究,两种气流氧气浓度分别为21%和35%,气流速度为3.1 mm/s.实验结果表明,氧气浓度较小时,逆向闷烧在传播到试样末端之前将自行熄灭,同向闷烧可以自维持传播至试样末端.气流氧气浓度为35%时,逆向闷烧和同向闷烧都可自维持传播;当逆向闷烧传播至试样末端区域时反应急剧加速,导致局部发生闷烧向有焰燃烧转变;有焰燃烧进一步点燃闷烧反应留下的剩余碳,使其发生剧烈的二次氧化反应,并向下游传播直到剩余碳耗尽.实验结果为研究闷烧机理提供了基础数据,对载人航天器舱内的火灾安全具有实际意义.   相似文献

采用无压烧结的方法,以V、Al、C混合粉末为原料制备V2AlC粉体材料。通过不同烧结温度下物相的演变过程对反应路径进行研究,同时探究了烧结助剂NaF对烧结过程的影响。实验结果表明,在1 300~1 500℃温度区间内V3Al2、C和VC发生反应生成V2AlC相,且无压烧结制备高纯V2AlC的最佳工艺为1 500℃保温2 h,元素摩尔配比为 V:Al:C=2:1.2:1。此外,烧结助剂NaF的使用加快了反应过程,并使得反应温度降至1 400℃。实验得到的高纯度、颗粒尺寸分布适中(40~100 μm)的V2AlC可用做提高材料耐磨性的增强体以及二维材料V2C的前驱体。  相似文献

在载人密闭空间内通过电解水方式为乘员供氧会产生副产物氢气(H2)。此外,乘员还呼出二氧化碳(CO2)。将H2和CO2催化合成甲醇(CH3OH)是消除载人密闭空间内富余H2和CO2的最优方式之一。对其开展反应过程建模及反应特性研究有助于进行反应过程的控制,更好地维持载人密闭空间内的大气平衡。本文采用微元法建立了H2和CO2催化合成甲醇的物料计算模型和温度一维非均相模型,研究了不同反应压力、冷却介质温度以及入口反应气体中CO2与CO比值等反应条件下的反应特性变化规律。结果显示,反应压力的增加、冷却介质的温升以及入口气体中CO2与CO比值的减小均能促进各反应速率增加,进而使得H2和CO2消除量增加、甲醇合成率上升以及催化剂和反应气体最高温度上升。在保证反应速率增加且催化剂最高温度不超过合理反应温度区间的最大值573.15 K时需维持反应压力不大于8 MPa,冷却介质温度不高于538.15 K以及CO2与CO比值不小于1。   相似文献

采用化学镀方法,对微米级丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM,Acrylate rubbers)微球进行表面金属铜镀覆;通过对镀铜反应进程的控制,制备出了镀层致密、包覆均匀的低密度ACM核-铜壳结构复合导电微球(简称镀铜ACM复合微球);研究了镀铜ACM复合微球表面铜镀层的结构、形貌及微球的电性能.结果表明:应用化学镀的方法可以对ACM微球进行表面金属铜镀覆;通过控制镀液中OH-的补加量,能够准确控制化学镀铜反应进程及表面镀层包覆程度;不同包覆程度的镀铜ACM复合导电微球的体积电阻率均随外加压力增大而降低,几乎不随通电时间变化,但随温度升高表现出阻-温特性.   相似文献

The abiogenic synthesis of pyrimidine nucleotides in solid state has been investigated. Our experiment indicates that natural nucleotides are produced in thin films prepared from nucleoside and inorganic phosphate by irradiating with vacuum ultraviolet light (VUV, lambda=100-200 nm). We have investigated the influence of the type of nucleic acids base (thymidine, cytosine, uracil) and the structure of sugar moiety (ribose or deoxyribose) on the course and yield of reaction. We compared the action of vacuum ultraviolet light with action of gamma-radiation, heat and biology significant UV (254 nm) which have been investigated earlier. The occurrence of these reaction in open space is discussed.  相似文献

Reaction among hydrogen cyanide (HCN), formaldehyde (H2CO) and ammonia (NH3) are generally considered an important reaction in amino acid synthesis by electric discharge. Precursors of glycine and aspartic acid were, however, synthesized by adding water to metastable complex compounds produced by quenching a CO-N2 high-temperature plasma. In order to investigate effects of water remaining in an experimental vacuum chamber, optical emission spectroscopic and mass spectrometric measurements were conducted with CO-N2 and CO-N2-H2 gas mixtures. Although residual hydrogen atoms were detected in the CO-N2 experiment, the amount of them was much less than that in the CO-N2-H2 experiment.  相似文献

Calcium signaling has been implicated in plant graviperception. In order to investigate the role of intracellular calcium in the process, I used lithium ions (LiCl), which suppress inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) cycling and signaling by inhibiting inositol-1-phosphatase. After 4 h of gravistimulation, no curvature was observed in 81% of the roots of 5-day Pisum sativum seedlings pretreated with 5 mM LiCl. Structural features of statocyte ultrastructure in these roots were the following: loss of a cellular polarity, appearance of amyloplast clusters, condensed mitochondria, local dilations in a perinuclear space, increases in a relative volume of vacuoles. The intensity of a cytochemical reaction (pyroantimonate staining which detected Ca2+ ions) was moderate: the Ca2+ pyroantimonate deposits were observed in all organelles. There were few granules of this precipitate in a hyaloplasm of the statocytes. Mitochondria and vacuoles were found to contain more granules of the precipitate compared with the controls. Additionally, Ca(2+)-ATPase activity in the statocytes of pea roots pretreated with LiCl was approximately the same as in control roots. Data obtained by using inhibitor of inositol signaling suggest that the observed effects of LiCl on root gravicurvature and ultrastructure of root statocytes were due to effects on Ca2+ homeostasis, particularly on IP3-mediated release of intracellular Ca2+ which can be inhibited by inositol depletion. The work demonstrates the key role played by second messengers (Ca2+ and IP3) in a gravity perception and response.  相似文献

为了研究热等离子点火器在超燃冲压发动机中的应用,在来流马赫数2.0工况下,针对乙烯和氢气两种燃料,进行了超燃环境中等离子体点火的试验和仿真研究.在来流总温1 500~1 950 K,燃料当量比0.1~0.55范围内对等离子点火器的点火和改善燃烧性能的性质进行了详细分析.结果显示:对于氢气和乙烯燃料,等离子体点火器使两种燃料的点火性能均得到明显改善,点火延迟时间大大缩短,燃料着火范围扩大、贫燃极限当量比降低.但未观察到其在加速掺混以及改善燃烧性能方面的明显作用.进行了与乙烯燃烧试验对应的数值仿真工作,选用了两种乙烯化学反应模型进行对比研究.仿真结果显示:8步9组分反应模型与试验结果符合较好,而3步6组分反应模型过高的估计了反应剧烈程度,燃烧室压力值偏高,压力起始上升位置偏向上游.所用的8步模型比3步模型更适合于超燃燃烧室中乙烯反应的模拟.  相似文献

The electrostatic charging of satellites in space and the interactions with the plasma in the near surroundings are investigated by making use of symmetric models. In this case, the Vlasov-Poisson system describing the ambient plasma disturbances and the plasma emitted from the surface can be integrated self-consistently within a numerical iteration scheme, and the current balance yields the floating potential of the probe. The spacecraft charging and the potentials in its surroundings are investigated for the following plasma and emission conditions: (1) in the ionosphere in the case of very negative surface potentials, (2) in the solar wind with regard to the HELIOS mission and (3) in the near vicinity of the comet Halley, where a very strong plasma emission due to the impact of neutral gases onto the surface must be regarded. Finally, the importance of the shielding due to the ambient plasma is discussed.  相似文献

通过对P25Ti O2光阳极薄膜厚度、敏化的量子点种类及量子点敏化方法研究,探讨了使用连续离子层吸附反应法的敏化方法(SILAR)时,P25Ti O2薄膜厚度与光阳极电子寿命的关系,以及量子点种类、共敏化工艺对光阳极光电性能的影响.采用电化学阻抗(EIS)、开路电压衰减(OCVD)及紫外-可见吸收方法,对影响光阳极光电性能的Ti O2薄膜厚度、量子点种类及共敏化工艺因素进行测试分析.实验结果表明:当光阳极薄膜厚度为12μm时,电子复合几率最小,光阳极的电子寿命相对最长;采用连续离子层吸附反应法(SILAR)对多种量子点共敏化的光阳极(Ti O2/Cd S/Cd Se/Zn S)与单一量子点敏化的光阳极(Ti O2/Cd S)相比,短路电流提高了34%,光转换效率提高了42%;合适的共敏化工艺也有助于提高光阳极的电子寿命、光谱吸收范围和吸收强度.  相似文献

The development of embryonic and larval stages of the South African Toad Xenopus laevis D, was investigated in hyper-g up to 5 g (centrifuge), in simulated 0 g (fast-rotating clinostat), in alternating low g, hyper-g (parabolic flights) and in microgravity (Spacelab missions D1, D-2). The selected developmental stages are assumed to be very sensitive to environmental stimuli. The results showed that the developmental reaction processes run normal also in environments different to 1 g and that aberrations in behavior and morphology normalize after return to 1 g. Development, differentiation, and morphology of the gravity perceiving parts of the vestibular system (macula-organs) had not been affected by exposure to different g-levels.  相似文献
