为适应压气机辊轧叶片模具型腔的敏捷化设计需求,提出一种型腔模型建模方法。依据叶片气动外形及建模效率的双重要求,以叶片中弧面曲率变化规律作为评判基准,规划工艺模型截面线族的位置与数量;基于此,建立截面线族映射法则以完成工艺模型叶形截面线族至辊轧模具扇面的重新空间分布,由所得型腔模型截面线族重构型腔型面;通过与回转体的布尔运算获得辊轧叶片模具型腔;以通用CAD软件为平台,开发了压气机叶片辊轧模具型腔自动化建模系统,实现了模具型腔的快速建模,使压气机辊轧叶片模具建模效率得到显著提高。 相似文献

旨在探讨新一代飞机翼面结构概念设计方法,并提供一种基于现代集成设计技术的、具有良好操作性的、用于飞机结构方案论证的新方法,本文采用模块化策略和三种手段相结合的思想作为技术途径,体现为将CAD、CAE和结构拓扑优化组合使用,以UG作为几何造型CAD平台,以AN-SYS作为CAE建模平台,利用作者提出的敏度阀值概念和约束补偿措施构造出一种拓扑优化新算法。以实际飞机型号作算例,结合“功能构件”与“非功能构件”概念,使得优化结果与真实的结构布局形式具有很好的一致性,这既验证了本文所建优化模型的合理性,又考核了该优化算法的有效性,也说明了文中提出的“概念设计方法”具有一定的实用性。从该方法的良好操作性可以预示出它对未来飞机翼面结构设计会具有较好的指导作用。 相似文献

An investigation of the difficulties associated with analyzing the geometric constraints placed upon the human operator in a work setting was conducted. Many workstations, such as a cockpit, have limited data available for creating the CAD models required for human performance analysis. To create a model, a time-consuming, labor-intensive process of collecting measurement data by hand must be performed, resulting in a CAD model of questionable accuracy. In order to conduct accurate repeatable analysis, CAD data for all workstations must be collected quickly and in a standardized format. A demonstration project assessed the feasibility of using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technology to collect workstation geometry and create a CAD Model. Baseline data for comparing hand collection methods was derived from previous aircraft cockpit CAD modeling projects. This method involved approximately two weeks for data collection alone and another week to create the CAD model. The CMM technology was determined to be a cost-effective method for creating CAD models of aircraft cockpits. To strengthen Specific Energy-Absorption (SEA) behavior of Sandwich Composite Structure (SCS), a kind of light-weight vertical stiffener is proposed for the corrugated core. The vertical stiffener, embedded in the corrugated core, can not only absorb part of energy but also simultaneously enhance Energy-Absorption (EA) of other components. The Hashin damage model considering the shear stress and ductile damage model is adopted to predict the failure of carbon fiber face-sheets and aluminum-core, respectively. The perfect bonding is modeled for interfaces between the face-sheet and core due to little realistic debonding. The finite element model is verified by available data of conventional SCS. To obtain more design ideas, several stiffeners with different thicknesses, numbers, and positions are investigated. From the predicted results, both the flexural load and deformation of SCS correlate well with experimental results. It is highlighted that the SCSs with different vertical stiffeners exhibit 9.74%–58.48% higher SEA than the SCS without stiffener. The complex reinforcement mechanisms are extensively revealed by underlying coupling EA and deformation mechanisms. Structural parameter analysis shows that the thickness and number have significant effects on the flexural behavior and SEA of reinforced SCS. 相似文献

A Sample Caching Subsystem (SCS) concept that provides transfer and storage of core and soil samples for planetary missions has been developed. The SCS could be carried on a rover and a rover arm-mounted coring tool could acquire samples and deposit the samples in the SCS. The SCS would transfer the samples into a sample container, with each sample in a separate sleeve. Important to the SCS design is the ability to seal each sleeve, and the sample with it, to isolate it from other samples and from the external environment. Sealing of the samples will allow for maintaining the integrity of organic materials over many years thereby allowing the samples to be analyzed in later missions or after a return trip to Earth. 相似文献
