在AutoCAD的二次开发环境Visual LISP中,研究并开发了外啮合圆柱齿轮传动设计系统。系统以最新版《机械设计手册》为依据,采用DCL定义对话框,创建交互式用户界面,运用Visual LISP程序驱动对话框界面,完成设计数据的动态获取和反馈,从而实现渐开线圆柱齿轮的传动设计,包括:设计计算、强度校核和零件的参数化绘图。系统界面友好、设计流程符合工程设计习惯,能有效提高设计效率,减少重复性工作。 相似文献

为综合集成飞机总体设计过程中所使用的各种设计分析工具以更大程度地发掘软件资源的技术价值、提高设计质量和设计效率,提出了采用开放式系统进行资源整合的方法。分析了飞机总体设计中软件应用所存在的问题及典型集成系统发展现状,定义了飞机总体设计中的模块、组件、子系统等功能实体单元及开放式系统架构的概念,并以此为基础设计了包含资源层、中间层、应用层和协同层4个层次的系统软件架构以及构建于网络之上的系统硬件架构体系。规划了系统集成与数据传输逻辑,提出了采用智能体进行飞机总体设计分析工具集成的途径,完成了包括组件自定义开发、方案设计和任务管理在内的各子系统构建逻辑并实现其正常运转。最后给出了基于系统开放式架构所形成的战斗飞机总体设计环境以说明系统集成的可行性及应用前景。 相似文献

为了在执行航天任务时,远程控制数台光学测量设备对飞弹轨道的精密测量,设计了光学测量设备远程控制中心站。远程控制中心站的硬件系统完成计算机与各外置板卡间的通信,计算机使用带中断支持功能的I/O卡连接B码时统设备辨识出硬件信号;而软件系统则使用核心框架与业务逻辑层分离的方法进行设计。其中,核心框架层完成与所有接入系统的硬件传感器的通信及Windows内核级对象管理功能、中断服务功能、数据文件存储功能,核心框架只有很少的界面;业务逻辑层完成界面展现与数据处理功能,是具体的项目逻辑部分。核心框架与业务逻辑之间使用公用缓冲区与消息机制进行通信,这样,一旦软件系统的核心框架层调试完成后,将可用于更多相似的工程项目。通过分析,光学测量设备远程控制中心站可以实现全自动无人值守。 相似文献

近年来,北京飞机维修工程有限公司(Ameco)北京、成都两地附件修理车间工作量大幅增加,出现附件产品数据量大、车间生产管理难度大、信息汇总和反馈不及时不精确等问题,成为亟待改善的难题。为此,Ameco通过对附件维修的全链条业务流程和数据进行梳理,将信息技术与生产业务相融合,自主开发了航空附件维修全流程管控智能可视化平台(Power BI)。该系统在现有生产操作系统上进行深度数据挖掘,多样可视化的方案使整个维修流程更加直观可控,同时具有全自动的数据下载、数据清洗、逻辑计算以及前端展现功能,大大提高了管理效率。本文对航空附件维修的全流程数字化管控的开发与实践进行探讨。 相似文献

本文设计了基于模型的推进系统的故障诊断系统。根据推进系统的结构和行为模型,分析出各组件所处的工作状态及组件之间的连接关系,利用JMPL建模语言建立了推进系统各组件的定性模型。把推进系统模型和系统场景文件输入给诊断推理引擎,可实现推进系统的实时诊断。诊断结果表明,建立的推进系统模型是准确可靠的,开发的诊断系统能有效地找出故障组件并确定故障组件的状态。 相似文献

If the goal is to improve either aviation or shuttle safety and systems reliability, then modern methods of wire systems diagnostics, prognostics, mediation, repair, and validation are a must. This requires using modern non-destructive evaluation (NDE) procedures and equipment which yields information that supports the operator's wire health management program and feeds into his aging aircraft or shuttle containment processes. Commonly used wire inspection processes do not compliment aircraft electrical systems making it difficult to diagnose wiring problems or manage wiring systems health. The wire inspection tools in common use today can be represented by the volt/ohm meter, the meg/ohm meter, and visual techniques. The two meters only measure conductivity, connectivity, and insulation breakdown strength. Visual techniques, mirror and flashlight methods only reach about 25% of the aircraft wiring and subjectively identify only physical faults of the insulation and simple damaged components. Little can be determined relative to the wire, insulation, bundle, connector, connector pins, backshell, wire supports, grounding, shielding, or intended electrical systems performance. All items where data is necessary to analyze and manage the health of the system. Guidance material is currently not available for the electrical repairman for even a simplified zonal inspection. The user community also reports gross shortcomings in the guidance supplied by the manufacture's maintenance and repair manuals. 相似文献

Network management is one of the most discussed topics in the networking fraternity. The efficiency of the network management suit is measured by the number of parameters/components handled by the application while making decisions. In the case of internet-enabled aircrafts, along with network security, even aircraft safety needs to be considered as a factor while designing the Network Management suit. This requires the Network Management suit to monitor/analyze the aircraft-related data (avionics data, physical security parameters, etc.) while determining the proper functioning of the overall system. Herein, these authors present a framework for Network Management suit that, along with network health, monitors inputs from avionics, video surveillance system, weather monitoring system, and manual pilot alarms, and based on the situation, reconfigures the on-board networking devices to stream appropriate flight-critical data to the ground station. This paper describes one alternative to rehosting TPS software to newer computer platforms. It describes the solution that Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) used to solve a problem with re-engineering legacy software into a modern object-oriented language. The advantages gained by this method are more advanced instruction to the operator (such as pictures and movies), flexible reporting scheme to diagnose system problems, and ease of software maintenance. This solution uses commercially available products including National Instruments/spl trade/ TestStand/spl trade/ and LabVIEW/spl trade/ and Microsoft/spl reg/ Visual Basic/spl reg/. The system is a four-tiered architecture to drive all test execution. The user interface is written in Visual Basic and allows the user to interact with the test execution when needed. This user interface in turn calls tests that are written in TestStand, and finally the individual tests call driver functions written in LabVIEW. A database serves as a repository for all test results, displays, and test limits. The use of this database allows for easy querying of measurement data to analyze trends in failures that help diagnose specific problems. By using this database, all test limits and test displays are contained in one central location that enables engineers to change these displays and limits on the fly without needing to change or even understand any test code. One other benefit of this data containment is that all Government classified data is separated out of the code and stored as one file, instead of in various locations as it was in the original source code. 相似文献
