It is argued that a systems engineering process that develops an understanding of end-user needs and economically develops a product system which includes the right technology advances to satisfy these needs is the best way to ensure success in the market of end-user needs. This customer pulled approach to new and improved products also pulls the necessary technology developments with it and integrates their timing and resource requirements into those of the end product planning. With appropriate concurrent, cross-functional teams working both the planning and the execution, this approach benefits from the wisdom and leadership of the end-user focused team to deliver the desired program results on schedule. 面对世界农业市场的竞争,中国农业已经无法通过小农户生产方式与生产组织进入与参与现代农业竞争,发展规模农业已是无法回避的选择。我国农业适度规模经营的长期目标是实现中国农业与世界现代农业接轨,建成现代化大农业强国。实现这一目标需要五十年左右的时间,要分三个阶段目标来实现,每个阶段目标的实现需要十五年左右的时间。实现这三个阶段目标的过程,实际上就是小农户规模向适度规模经营转变的过程,也是伴随着农户数量不断减少,而农户经营面积逐步增加的过程。这三个阶段目标中,实现第一阶段的目标是关键。  相似文献

从商用飞机系统工程的利益攸关方模型衍生出一条捕获运行需要的途径:通过民机直接竞争者巴西航空工业公司(EMBRAER)发布的服务信函捕获飞控通电自检测的需要。同时,针对EMBRAER服务信函进行了筛选、分析和处理,进而捕获到"飞控系统应具有通电自检测计时读数器功能和通电自检测进行时提示状态信息""液压通电自检测功能应具有合理中止的液压压力门限"等需要。该方法可丰富民机初始设计,降低产品投入市场运行后才出现问题的概率,为民机设计提供参考思路。  相似文献

针对目前IFSTA变稳机控制律模式不全,不足以全面体现飞机纵、横、航向的操纵性和稳定性的问题,根据试飞员培训的具体需求,基于IFSTA响应反馈原理重新设计了多构型变稳控制律,以满足日益增长的试飞员培训需求。结果表明,所设计的50余种模态的变稳控制律,极大地丰富了当前变稳机控制律构型,不仅可以满足未来试飞员培训的要求,对新型变稳飞机的研究也具有重要意义。  相似文献

针对DARPA提出的全源导航需要快速集成并重新配置任意导航传感器的要求,结合民用无人机的任务需求,通过概率图模型相关原理,对基于因子图的无人机全源导航关键技术开展研究工作.采用因子图对系统状态更新过程进行表示,实现系统状态的递推与更新,完成传感器信息的数据综合.仿真结果表明,该方法能在传感器可用性时变的情况下,将不同传感器的数据进行有效融合,确保系统导航定位精度,使载体满足不断变化的任务需求与环境变化的要求.  相似文献

Secure communication of data over public channels is one of the most important challenges. Both the activities to secure contents and to break security are very hot. In order to reduce the chances of attack, security needs to be made invisible. The needs to preserve originality, ownership information, and integrity of text documents in a way that cannot be identified by everyone is being felt badly. Watermarking of the documents is a step toward achieving these objectives. However, to watermark a plain text document (ASCII) in a way that the original text will not change (and it would be very difficult to break it), is a great challenge. We have developed a novel encoding scheme which can be used to insert information in plain text without changing the text. A system has been developed based upon this encoding scheme. The creative process of aircraft design is driven by the needs and opportunities of the future market. From these needs, covering the requirements from the entire air transport system, specific targets are to be derived. Referring to today's products new designs are subsequently generated, aiming to meet the targets anticipated. Experience has shown that a significant gap will probably appear between the status and the desired targets. Besides design aspects such as the a/c capacity and range, the development of new technologies is mandatory to minimize or even eliminate the width of the gap, thus ensuring the achievement of future market demands by new aircraft designs.  相似文献

One of the main goals in transforming the Army is the process of moving away from the use of paper maps and grease pencils into more embedded and computer-oriented forms of command and control. There are currently many weapons platforms trying to achieve this function; however, each platform is developing their own solution to meet individual needs. The Army as a whole needs to standardize on a single path forward to ensure that all systems can communicate across the digitized battlefield, allow for each platform to have a "common picture," and promote software reuse across the Army. Once this "common picture" is achieved, the armed forces will have the information needed to continue domination of the battlefield.  相似文献

针对某型无人直升机无铰式旋翼技术验证和飞行试验需求,建立了能够用于实时仿真的非线性飞行动力学模型,并基于经典PID控制算法完成了飞行控制律设计。为验证理论模型准确性和控制参数合理性,相继开展了盘旋飞行和大速度飞行的半物理仿真和飞行试验,并基于飞行试验控制效果评估完成了部分控制参数的优化设计。数据分析表明:半物理仿真和飞行试验的时域响应和配平特性均吻合较好,验证了非线性飞行动力学模型的准确性;飞行试验中无人直升机姿态和速度响应均能够较好地跟踪其设定值,所设计的飞行控制参数能够满足某型无人直升机稳态飞行控制要求。  相似文献

为满足SF6绝缘电气设备故障监测与预警的实际需求,分析了国内分解气检测研究现状.对比近红外与中红外吸收光谱检测技术,提出近红外吸收光谱技术在线检测的技术方案.计算分析待测气体特征谱线的吸收系数、吸收光程和电路信噪比对精度的影响,完成系统参数设计.提出SF6分解气在线检测系统方案,实现对H2S、HF和CO这3种气体测量.数据分析表明,系统检测精度优于5×10-7,表明该系统满足电力行业在线测量的需求.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel transmission protocol based on polar coding is proposed for the half-duplex degraded relay channel. In the proposed protocol, referred to as the partial message relaying, the relay only needs to forward a part of the decoded source message that the destination needs according to the exquisite nested structure of polar codes. Theoretically, it is proved that the scheme can achieve the capacity of the half-duplex relay channel under the decode-and-forward (DF) cooperation strategy while enjoying low encoding/decoding complexity. Practically, in order to minimize the global transmission power, the optimization of the power allocation is performed between the source and the relay by using information theoretic tools. Furthermore, a joint iterative soft parallel interference cancellation receiver structure is developed to suit to the proposed scheme. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional scheme designed by low-density parity-check (LDPC) codes.  相似文献
