The overall architecture and redundancy of the highly integrated MD-11 automatic flight system for commercial aircraft are summarized, and the application of the flight control computer capabilities to each of the system functions is detailed. The automatic flight system interface with other primary systems and subsystems is described

本文根据直11型机外场故障信息对直11型机的故障进行了分析,建立了直11型机的可靠性增长模型,对该机的可靠性进行了初步评估。     

Z-11成功获取中国民用航空适航证

在中国直升机工业近５０年的发展长河中，直－１１是我国第一个自行设计制造并拥有自己知识产权的轻型多用途直升机。经过近１０年的研制、型号合格审定和民航运航审定试飞，最近终于获得了中国民用航空总局（ＣＡＡＣ）颁发的型号合格证，从而使这种带着设计人员梦想的“空中吉普车”，终于有了进入竞争激烈的民用直升机市场和应用领域的通行证     

Redesign of an 11 cm-diameter Micro Diffuser

In order to improve the performances of an 11 cm-diameter turbine engine, this article suggests to substitute a new-style micro diffuser redesigned based on a new concept for the traditional diffuser having poor performances. The new diffuser comprises integral blades and splitters, which are taken for a series of ducts in designing. This article investigates the effects of the cross-section area distribution along the flow path on the redesigned diffuser's performances. Having furnished with the new diffuser in place of the original vaned one, the 11 cm-diameter prototype engine is tested on the rig for its performances. CFD and experiments have shown that the improved diffuser with the unchanged original size has gained excellent performance parameters of pressure coefficient over 0.65 and total pressure recovery coefficient over 0.9. Equipped with the redesigned micro diffuser, the engine increases the thrust by 11% and decreases the specific fuel consumption by 9%.     

TC11合金燃烧特性初步研究

钛火严重威胁航空发动机用钛安全,开展钛合金燃烧特性研究是发动机合理用钛及采取有效防范措施的基础。通过液滴引燃试验法初步研究了TC11合金的燃烧特性,分析了燃烧的过程特征、试片温度与氧气含量(分压)对启燃的影响及燃烧表面的微观组织。结果表明:在压缩空气/氧气作用下,TA1液滴发生燃烧并将TC11合金试片引燃,燃烧过程中反应剧烈,喷射出大量火花;随着TC11合金试片温度的提高,引燃所需的临界氧气分压逐渐降低;TC11合金试片的烧损表面形成了氧化层,从表面到内部呈现出疏松区、致密区和燃烧影响区三种典型的组织区。     

TC11饼材模内成型工艺优化

通过对TC11钛合金饼材制坯工艺的研究,总结出热加工与探伤水平、力学性能、组织的关系,使其各项指标达到良好匹配.     

NGC 4151 and MCG 8-11-11: Two X-ray seyfert galaxies with strong soft γ-ray emission

During a balloon flight of the MISO telescope on the 30th September 1979, the Seyfert galaxies NGC 4151 and MGC 8-11-11 were studied in the hard X-ray range (E_X > 20 keV) and low-energy -ray range up to 19 MeV. An emission at the 4.5 level above 20 keV (4 above 260 keV) was detected in the direction of NGC 4151. -ray emission at the 3.9 level above 90 keV was also observed from the direction of MCG 8-11-11. The emission photon spectrum shows a high-energy cutoff at about 3 MeV. A large amount of the observed low-energy -ray diffuse background could be produced by a few percent of the X-ray emitting Seyfert galaxies having a -ray luminosity comparable to that observed from the regions of NGC 4151 or MCG 8-11-11.     

Z11直升机自转着陆试飞

WP11C发动机滑油系统热负荷分析

本文分析了WP11C发动机滑油系统的热负荷状况。文中根据发动机的两个典型工况:地面试车95%转速稳定状态以及40%～50%转速慢车状态,通过相关实验数据以及理论估算验证了将滑油箱作为发动机进气道的一部分来分担发动机的热负荷,可有效缓解燃/滑油散热器的散热负担,减小散热面积,从而减轻发动机重量。     

直11旋翼轴载荷测试研究

介绍了直11型主旋翼轴载荷测试的整个过程,包括测试要求、测试原理、测试设备和主要测试过程。从应变标定、应变片的选择、测点布置、布片位置和布片点数等几个方面对测试过程进行了较详细地概述。最后,给出了试验结果,并对结果进行了简要分析。可为直11相关部件强度鉴定(定型)提供参考。
