The majority of tactical weapons systems require that manned maneuverable vehicles, such as aircraft, ships, and submarines, be tracked accurately. An optimal Kalman filter has been derived for this purpose using a target model that is simple to implement and that represents closely the motions of maneuvering targets. Using this filter, parametric tracking accuracy data have been generated as a function of target maneuver characteristics, sensor observation noise, and data rate and that permits rapid a priori estimates of tracking performance to be made when maneuvering targets are to be tracked by sensors providing any combination of range, bearing, and elevation measurements.  相似文献

 针对传统航迹起始算法在纯方位目标定位和跟踪系统应用中存在的弊端,提出了一种完全基于角度量测的快速航迹起始算法。该方法通过深入分析目标在角度坐标下的运动特性,给出了全新的关联门构造方法。该波门技术有效提高了纯方位二维目标真实量测的确认效率,极大限制了虚假航迹随密集杂波的扩张。利用此波门,通过基于逻辑的方法对仅有角度量测的目标航迹进行扩展。该方法有效地解决了角度坐标系下机动目标的航迹起始分辨率下降的问题,为基于单个被动传感器纯方位跟踪系统进行快速、准确的航迹起始提供了新的思路。仿真结果及实际应用表明了此算法的有效性和实用性。  相似文献

水下多目标跟踪是水声信号处理领域研究的热点和难点问题。高斯混合概率假设密度(Gaussian mixture probability hypothesis density, GM-PHD)滤波器以其高效的计算效率为解决水下多目标跟踪问题提供了保证。然而,GM-PHD滤波器在跟踪目标时需要先验已知新生目标的强度,否则其性能会出现严重退化。针对该问题,提出一种滑动窗两步初始化高斯混合概率假设密度(sliding window two step initialization GM-PHD, SWTSI-GMPHD)滤波器。将提出的滑动窗两步初始化方法嵌入GM-PHD滤波器,利用滑动窗两步初始化方法估计新生目标强度,减少杂波干扰导致跟踪结果中出现的虚假目标。仿真实验表明,在杂波密集环境下,相较于其他跟踪方法,提出方法将跟踪精度提高69.84%,52.62%和41.05%。  相似文献

Multiple target tracking requires data association that operates in conjunction with filtering. When multiple targets are closely spaced, the conventional approaches (as, e.g., MHT/assignment) may not give satisfactory results. This is mainly because of the difficulty in deciding what the number of targets is. Recently, the probability hypothesis density (PHD) filter has been proposed and particle filtering techniques have been developed to implement the PHD filter. In the particle PHD filter, the track labeling problem is not considered, i.e., the PHD is obtained only for a frame at a time, and it is very difficult to perform the multipeak extraction, particularly in high clutter environments. A track labeling method combined with the PHD approach, as well as considering the finite resolution, is proposed here for multitarget tracking, i.e., we keep a separate tracker for each target, use the PHD in the resolution cell to get the estimated number and locations of the targets at each time step, and then perform the track labeling ("peak-to-track" association), whose results can provide information for PHD peak extraction at the next time step. Besides, by keeping a separate tracker for each target, our approach provides more information than the standard particle PHD filter. For example, in group target tracking, if we are interested in the motion of a specific target, we can track this target, which is not possible for the standard particle PHD filter, since the standard particle PHD filter does not keep track labels. 目标跟踪是机载广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)应用的基础功能,对提升航空器周边的弱机动民航飞机目标跟踪性能具有重要意义。提出一种基于交互式多模型卡尔曼滤波(IMMKF)算法的ADS-B 监视应用目标跟踪方法。首先,针对弱机动背景下的民航飞机的飞行特点,建立包含匀速模型和标准协同转弯模型的运动模型集,并对模型进行线性化近似;然后,将模型预测和ADS-B 状态矢量量测数据作为IMMKF 算法中多个并行卡尔曼滤波器的输入,进行并行滤波;最后,计算得到目标状态矢量的估计和模型近似概率,并作为下一次迭代的输入。结果表明:相比于基于匀速模型的卡尔曼滤波目标跟踪方法,IMMKF 方法的位置跟踪误差降低了59%,速度跟踪误差降低了77%,显著提升了状态估计性能,具备较高的跟踪精度、稳健性与计算效率,在ADS-B 监视应用中具有实际应用价值与借鉴意义。  相似文献

针对目标机动运行过程中,滤波模型与机动状态模型失配的问题,提出了一种新的增广状态误差滤波模型。不同于现有增广方案,该模型从模型失配所致状态滤波误差的角度出发,将状态估计误差增广为一状态量,通过滤波估计后用其校正原状态量。算法分析表明,该增广滤波模型具有自适应调节多重渐消因子的等效特性,增强了对目标的跟踪能力。基于该增广状态误差滤波模型,给出了滤波算法设计并进行了仿真实验。实验结果表明,基于该模型的滤波算法在对机动目标进行跟踪时具有更强的鲁棒性。  相似文献

The probability hypothesis density (PHD) filter has been recognized as a promising tech-nique for tracking an unknown number of targets. The performance of the PHD filter, however, is sensitive to the available knowledge on model parameters such as the measurement noise variance and those associated with the changes in the maneuvering target trajectories. If these parameters are unknown in advance, the tracking performance may degrade greatly. To address this aspect, this paper proposes to incorporate the adaptive parameter estimation (APE) method in the PHD filter so that the model parameters, which may be static and/or time-varying, can be estimated jointly with target states. The resulting APE-PHD algorithm is implemented using the particle filter (PF), which leads to the PF-APE-PHD filter. Simulations show that the newly proposed algorithm can correctly identify the unknown measurement noise variances, and it is capable of tracking mul-tiple maneuvering targets with abrupt changing parameters in a more robust manner, compared to the multi-model approaches.  相似文献

Tracking multiple targets with uncertain target dynamics is a difficult problem, especially with nonlinear state and/or measurement equations. With multiple targets, representing the full posterior distribution over target states is not practical. The problem becomes even more complicated when the number of targets varies, in which case the dimensionality of the state space itself becomes a discrete random variable. The probability hypothesis density (PHD) filter, which propagates only the first-order statistical moment (the PHD) of the full target posterior, has been shown to be a computationally efficient solution to multitarget tracking problems with a varying number of targets. The integral of PHD in any region of the state space gives the expected number of targets in that region. With maneuvering targets, detecting and tracking the changes in the target motion model also become important. The target dynamic model uncertainty can be resolved by assuming multiple models for possible motion modes and then combining the mode-dependent estimates in a manner similar to the one used in the interacting multiple model (IMM) estimator. This paper propose a multiple-model implementation of the PHD filter, which approximates the PHD by a set of weighted random samples propagated over time using sequential Monte Carlo (SMC) methods. The resulting filter can handle nonlinear, non-Gaussian dynamics with uncertain model parameters in multisensor-multitarget tracking scenarios. Simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed filter over single-model PHD filters.  相似文献

为了解决大场景下基于三维到达角的目标跟踪问题,提出了一种具有无偏性的伪线性卡尔曼滤波。首先,基于三维到达角信息对目标运动模型与量测模型进行建模;之后,对量测模型进行了伪线性化处理,得到了线性形式的目标量测模型。为了解决伪线性卡尔曼滤波存在的有偏性问题,提出了一种结合EKF(extend Kalman filter)的三维伪线性无偏卡尔曼滤波。仿真实验表明,该模型能够对非机动目标与机动目标有效跟踪,对于百公里级别的目标,当角测量误差从0.1°变化到0.5°,算法在仿真时间结束时均能将绝对位置误差降低至10 km以内,且算法的运行速度与EKF为同一个量级,同时兼顾了抗干扰能力、定位跟踪精度、运行效率的要求,能够为大场景下的目标跟踪提供有效方法。  相似文献

阐述了当跟踪非机动目标时,传统的Kalman滤波可以得到很好的跟踪精度。但是当日标机动时,传统的Kalman滤波不能对目标的突然变化做出及时的改正和预测,因此跟踪精度很差,甚至出现丢失目标的情况。文中采用的基于截断正态概率模型的改进自适应目标跟踪算法, 其结构和计算简单,鲁棒性好,较好地解决了使用Kalman滤波带来的不足。  相似文献

The design of correlation regions for track-while-scan systems is examined, assuming the requirement to maintain a constant probability of successful correlation. Starting with the assumption of independent and Gaussian-distributed range and azimuth errors in the sensor and assuming a constant-coefficient isotropic ?-? tracking filter, it is shown how the correlation region design must include such factors as sensor errors, timing jitter, tracking errors, and the asynchronous operation of the tracking function with respect to the sensor measurements. For a maneuvering target, it is shown that the size of the correlation region must be equal to the sum of the radius used for the straight-line case plus the magnitude of any tracking bias which results from deviation from the straight-line trajectory assumed in the tracking filter. An upper bound is derived for the magnitude of the bias which could reasonably be expected in typical maneuvers. By specifying the size of the correlation region on a constant probability basis, it is possible to obtain better discrimination against false targets and improved detection of maneuvers by sensing the development of tracking biases.  相似文献

Multi-Target Tracking in Clutter without Measurement Assignment   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
When tracking targets using radars and sonars, the number of targets and the origin of data is uncertain. Data may be false measurements or clutter, or they may be detections from an unknown number of targets whose possible trajectories and detection processes can only be described in a statistical manner. Optimal all-neighbor multi-target tracking (MTT) in clutter enumerates all possible joint measurement-to-track assignments and calculates the a posteriori probabilities of each of these joint assignments. The numerical complexity of this process is combinatorial in the number of tracks and the number of measurements. One of the key differences between most MTT algorithms is the manner in which they reduce the computational complexity of the joint measurement-to-track assignment process. We propose an alternative approach, using a form of soft assignment, that enables us to bypass this step entirely. Specifically, our approach treats possible detections of targets followed by other tracks as additional clutter measurements. It starts by approximating the a~priori probabilities of measurement origin. These probabilities are then used to modify the clutter spatial density at the location of the measurements. A suitable single target tracking (STT) filter then uses the modified clutter intensity for updating the track state. In effect, the STT filter is transformed into an MTT filter with a numerical complexity that is linear in the number of tracks and the number of measurements. Simulations show the effectiveness of this approach in a number of different multi-target scenarios.  相似文献

在多目标跟踪中,当目标数很大时,目标状态的联合分布的计算量会非常大。如果目标独立运动,可用各目标分别滤波来代替,但这要求考虑数据互联问题。文章介绍一种可以解决计算量问题的方法,只需计算联合分布的一阶矩——概率假设密度(PHD),PHD在任意区域S上的积分是S内目标数的期望值。因未记录目标身份,避免了数据互联问题。仿真中,传感器为被动雷达,目标观测值为距离、角度及速度时,对上述的PHD滤波进行了粒子实现,并对观测值是否相关的不同情况进行比较。PHD粒子滤波应用在非线性模型的多目标跟踪,实验结果表明,滤波可以稳健跟踪目标数为变数的情况,得到了接近真实情况的结果。  相似文献

A methodology for the tracking of maneuvering targets is presented. A quickest-detection scheme based on the innovation sequence is developed for a prompt detection of target maneuvers. The optimal length of a sliding window that minimizes the maneuver detection delay for a given false-alarm rate is determined. After maneuver detection, the system model is modified by adding a maneuver term. A recursive algorithm is proposed to estimate the maneuver magnitude. With this estimate, a modified Kalman filter is used for tracking. Simulation results demonstrate the superior performance of the algorithm, especially during target maneuvers  相似文献

This paper studies the dynamic estimation problem for multitarget tracking. A novel gating strategy that is based on the measurement likelihood of the target state space is proposed to improve the overall effectiveness of the probability hypothesis density(PHD) filter. Firstly, a measurement-driven mechanism based on this gating technique is designed to classify the measurements. In this mechanism, only the measurements for the existing targets are considered in the update step of the existing targets while the measurements of newborn targets are used for exploring newborn targets. Secondly, the gating strategy enables the development of a heuristic state estimation algorithm when sequential Monte Carlo(SMC) implementation of the PHD filter is investigated, where the measurements are used to drive the particle clustering within the space gate.The resulting PHD filter can achieve a more robust and accurate estimation of the existing targets by reducing the interference from clutter. Moreover, the target birth intensity can be adaptive to detect newborn targets, which is in accordance with the birth measurements. Simulation results demonstrate the computational efficiency and tracking performance of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

A continuously adaptive two-dimensional Kalman tracking filter for a low data rate track-while-scan (TWS) operation is introduced which enhances the tracking of maneuvering targets. The track residuals in each coordinate, which are a measure of track quality, are sensed, normalized to unity variance, and then filtered in a single-pole filter. The magnitude Z of the output of this single-pole filter, when it exceeds a threshold Z1 is used to vary the maneuver noise spectral density q in the Kalman filter model in a continuous manner. This has the effect of increasing the tracking filter gains and containing the bias developed by the tracker due to the maneuvering target. The probability of maintaining track, with reasonably sized target gates, is thus increased, The operational characteristic of q versus Z assures that the tracker gains do not change unless there is high confidence that a maneuver is in progress.  相似文献

An improved algorithm for tracking multiple maneuvering targets is presented. This approach is implemented with an approximate adaptive filter consisting of the one-step conditional maximum-likelihood technique together with the extended Kalman filter and an adaptive maneuvering compensator. In order to avoid the extra computational burden of considering events with negligible probability, a validation matrix is defined in the tracking structure. With this approach, data-association and target maneuvering problems can be solved simultaneously. Detailed Monte Carlo simulations of the algorithm for many tracking situations are described. Computer simulation results indicate that this approach successfully tracks multiple maneuvering targets over a wide range of conditions  相似文献
