液体火箭发动机试验台冷却水供应管路具有长度长、管径大的特点.发动机试验过程中,由于阀门动作过快所产生的水击压力会对试验台冷却水供应系统的安全可靠运行产生严重影响.针对该问题,借助系统流动特性瞬态仿真软件,建立了某试验台冷却水供应系统水击压力仿真平台.通过特征线法对系统内水击压力的变化情况进行了仿真计算,并将仿真结果与放水试验时的实测值进行了对比分析,验证了所建立模型的计算准确性并分析了误差产生的主要原因.在此基础上,分析了关阀策略及管路配置对系统内水击压力的影响,提出了优化阀门动作顺序及开启手动旁通阀2种降低试验台冷却水系统水击压力的方法.仿真结果显示,通过采用以上2种方法能够有效降低水击压力峰值,同时增大其衰减速率. 相似文献

Propagation of shock waves in tubes filled with water foams is studied using pressure gauges. Low amplitude shock waves consist of a precursor which propagates at a velocity slightly less than the acoustic velocity in the gas, and of a main compression wave which propagates slower than the precursor. Stronger shock waves have a single front. Maximum pressure rise in the incident and reflected shock waves cannot be calculated using one-dimensional conservation equations at the shock front. It is suggested that the flow of the liquid in foam cells has to be taken into account in order to predict the behavior of shock waves in foams. The nature of the gas which fills the cells is shown to have a strong effect on the quenching of blast waves in foams. 相似文献

在铝/水反应发动机的工作过程中,海水分别注入主燃烧室和补燃室,与铝颗粒燃料进行掺混和反应。研究结合颗粒随机轨道模型,考虑水液滴和铝颗粒的相变和反应,对各铝金属含量及相应最佳总水燃比下,主燃烧室和补燃室不同水量配比的情况进行了数值模拟。通过对各种情况下水的总蒸发率、铝颗粒的反应率和发动机比冲性能计算结果的比较,发现当水燃比和金属含量一定时,主燃烧室和补燃室不同水量配比存在一个最佳值。金属含量为60%、70%、80%和90%及相对应的最佳水燃比的情况下,最佳喷水量配比分别为0.67、0.70、0.76和0.80。 相似文献

The history, current status and future prospects of water recovery at space stations are discussed. Due to energy, space and mass limitations physical/chemical processes have been used and will be used in water recovery systems of space stations in the near future. Based on the experience in operation of Russian space stations Salut, Mir and International space station (ISS) the systems for water recovery from humidity condensate and urine are described. A perspective physical/chemical system for water supply will be composed of an integrated system for water recovery from humidity condensate, green house condensate, water from carbon dioxide reduction system and condensate from urine system; a system for water reclamation from urine; hygiene water processing system and a water storage system. Innovative processes and new water recovery systems intended for Lunar and Mars missions have to be tested on the international space station. 相似文献

Trial of hands-on education of rocket technology for university students using water rocket, which consists of structural study, propulsion system study, aerodynamic study, stability study, and flight trajectory study, has been performed. Integrating each subject into a group of tasks, a hands-on education system of aerospace technology will become feasible. Advantage of the system is that students can verify the theory by hands-on practice. Development of recovery mechanism for water rocket will be a good subject of hands-on innovative design. Although the system has been developed mostly for university students, it can easily be converted to hands-on education system for school children and high school students. 相似文献
