脉宽调制型交直交变速恒频电源采用开关点预置SPWM逆变器,该逆变器由三相桥,交流滤波器,中点形成变压器及控制、驱动电路组成。绝缘栅双极性晶体管是一种新型的电力电子器件;应用该器件为功率器件,研制了一套15kVA开关点预置SPWM逆变器。由于对电路各个部分均进行了充分分析和优化设计,实际制作的逆变器具有较小的体积、重量,并具有优越的电性能。  相似文献

在传统的低压电动车开关磁阻电机(SRM)驱动系统的设计中,优先考虑的问题是系统的体积和成本。通常在MOSFET驱动电路、相电流和母线电压采样电路设计中直接忽略了数字地和功率地的隔离问题,使得整个驱动系统的可靠性大打折扣。在保持传统的非隔离驱动系统中驱动电路和电阻采样电路的基础上,提出采用高速光耦实现PWM控制信号与MOSFET驱动信号的隔离,采用线性光耦实现相电流和母线电压采样信号与控制器AD采样信号之间的隔离。该方式可以在尽量不增加系统体积和成本的情况下,实现数字地和功率地隔离,从而进一步提升低压电动车SRM驱动系统的可靠性,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

New technological advances in the area of power electronics are having an increasing impact on the design of aerospace control systems. These next generation power components promise improved system performance through increased electronic efficiencies. Applying state-of-the-art packaging concepts as an integral part of the system design will allow these devices to be utilized in a space efficient and reliable manner. The first portion of this paper looks at two such next generation components. The first is a High Voltage Integrated Circuit (HVIC) that provides a bridge between the low voltage controller logic and the high voltage motor winding invertor. This device achieves size reduction and an increase in reliability through integration of low and high voltage logic networks on a single integrated circuit. The second is the Insulated Gate Transistor (IGT). This device provides a high voltage switch with MOS-like drive characteristics. The present and future expectations of these power devices are discussed. This paper then looks at new packaging techniques for power devices. The impact of parasitic circuit effects have significant impact on power circuit performance. Finally, this paper looks at an example control application. The design is that of a permanent magnet motor driven actuator. The drive motor uses 270 vdc for supply voltage. Within the intelligent system controller, is the capability to control the current demands of the motor. The new power electronics devices are making the design feasible in both thermal and volume efficiency. This topic includes projected controller sizing into the 1990s.  相似文献

A systematic controller design for a synchronous reluctance drive system is presented. This controller consists of two parts: a forward-loop H controller to improve the transient response, and a load compensator to reduce the load disturbance. Based on a simplified model of the drive system, a control algorithm has been derived. Detailed analysis of the characteristics of the closed-loop system is presented. The effects of the parameter variations are also studied. A digital signal processor, TMS-320-C30, is used to implement the control algorithm. Both the speed control and the position control of the drive system can be implemented by using the proposed control method. Furthermore, all the control loops are executed by the digital signal processor. The system, as a result, is very flexible. The whole drive system performs well although its hardware is very simple. For speed control, the system can be operated at a speed as low as 1 r/min. For position control, the system can accurately control a one-axis table. 提出了一种飞机全电刹车机电作动(EMA)系统的上电自检测(POST)方法,以保证系统在运行前处于安全工作区域。通过检测,可及时准确地定位和更换故障部件,提高飞机出勤率。在系统运行之前,尽可能在有限的检测次数内全面准确地检测敏感元件,定位故障部件,避免造成刹车系统的二次伤害。针对逆变器和电机三相绕组组成的驱动回路,利用母线电容放电产生电流,完成检测。检测过程利用电容电压而非电源为逆变器供电,可防止过高的短路电流对电源的冲击,且电容上存储的能量有限,可有效避免短路故障对系统的二次伤害。检测方法在原有电路的基础上并未增加传感器和检测电路,但实现了逆变器功率管以及电机绕组,短路和开路故障的全面检测,且可定位出故障部件和故障原因。该机电作动系统上电自检测方法能够保证在一秒内完成系统全面自检测,经过1 000次正常及带故障试验,故障的误报率和漏报率保持在1‰以下。在现场试验中,系统可抵御飞机复杂的电磁环境(EME),工作性能稳定。通过软件设置不同故障阈值,可方便移植到其他机电作动系统中。  相似文献

为有效解决在日蚀区太阳能热推进器推力失效、电力中断的问题,提出了蓄热式太阳能热光伏-热推进双模系统结构,并对系统各部件建立相关物理数学模型,分析了工质种类、工质流量等因素对推进性能的影响。结果表明,为保证推进器在日蚀区30min内持续提供推力和电力供应,砷化镓热光伏电池在无工质工况下能提供10W左右的低功率电力供应,在设计工况下能提供50W~110W的电力供应;液氢作为工质时,最大比冲将达到806s,随着工质流量的持续增加,比冲损失速率呈现先加快后减慢的变化趋势;液氨作为替代工质具有更快的加热速率,其比冲为240s~300s远低于氢工质比冲,其推力系数1.77要略高于氢工质推力系数1.7。通过本文研究,蓄热式太阳能双模推进系统具有较好的可行性,且推力及比冲适中,有望弥补低比冲化学推进和小推力电推进技术的不足。  相似文献

This paper presents a new sensorless switched reluctance drive system. The drive system can perform well when the system is operated in the pulse-width modulated (PWM) region. By suitably shaping an induced voltage in an inactive phase which is adjacent to an energized phase of a switched reluctance motor (SRM), the shaft position of the rotor can be easily obtained. As a result, the position sensor can be eliminated. First, the theoretical analysis of the proposed method is presented. By systematic theoretical analysis, a voltage signal which can easily estimate the shaft position of the motor is derived. This signal is only related to the input dc voltage of the converter, and the self and mutual inductances of the motor. Then, a new method to measure the self and mutual inductances of the SRM is proposed. After that, the design for a simple circuit which can synthesize the required voltage signal for rotor position estimation is presented. Next, how a 32-bit microprocessor system is used to execute the position and speed estimation, speed-loop control, and current-commands generation is shown. A closed-loop drive system is thus achieved. Several simulated and experimental results validate the theoretical analysis. Tolerance design plays an important role in reliability design for electronic circuits. The traditional method only focuses on the consistency of output response. It is not able to meet the needs of increasing development of electronic products. This paper researches the state of related fields and proposes a method of multi-objective reliability tolerance design. The characteristics of output response and operating stresses on critical components are both defined as design objectives. Critical components and their operating stresses are determined by failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA). Sensitivity analysis is carried out to determine sensitive parameters that affect the design objectives significantly. Monte Carlo and worst-case analysis are utilized to explore the tolerance levels of sensitive parameters. Design of experiment and regression analysis are applied in this method. The optimal tolerance levels are selected in accord with a quality-cost model to improve consistency of output response and reduce failure rates of critical components synchronously. The application in light-emitting diode (LED) drivers indicates details and potential. It shows that the proposed method provides a more effective way to improve performance and reliability of electronic circuits.  相似文献

Military avionics optical fiber data buses of high reliability are discussed. Because Light Emitting Diodes (LED's) have better temperature performance and require less complex driver circuits than laser diodes, the former is normally chosen as an optical source in the severe aircraft environment at present. In this case, optical power budget becomes a critical factor which can significantly limit the number of terminals in a data bus. To effectively solve this problem while maintaining a high reliability, we present several configurations of all-active couplers and hybrid passive/active couplers for avionics optical fiber data buses using PIN photodiodes and LED's. In this study an integral-proportional (IP) controller with on-line gain-tuning using a recurrent fuzzy neural network (RFNN) is proposed to control the mover position of a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) servo drive system. The structure and operating principle of the PMLSM are first described in detail. A field-oriented control PMLSM servo drive is then introduced. After that, an IP controller with on-line gain tuning using an RFNN is proposed to control the mover of the PMLSM for achieving high-precision position control with robustness. The backpropagation algorithm is used to train the RFNN on line. Moreover to guarantee the convergence of tracking error for the periodic step-command tracking, analytical methods based on a discrete-type Lyapunov function are proposed to determine the varied learning rates of the RFNN. Furthermore, the proposed control system is implemented in a PC-based computer control system, Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed PMLSM servo drive system is demonstrated by some simulated and experimental results. Accurate tracking response and superior dynamic performance can be obtained due to the powerful on-line learning capability of the RFNN. 针对一种可极大提升涵道比的气驱附加涵道风扇推进动力系统开展研究,采用数值模拟手段重点分析了其核心部件叶尖涡轮的流动特征和工作机理,为后续发展这种大涵道比推进动力奠定理论基础。研究表明:叶尖涡轮实质上是具有低稠度低展弦比特征的轴流涡轮,稠度可低至0.6,展弦比可低至0.4。低展弦比造成的叶尖涡轮间隙泄漏损失增大为原来的2倍,泄漏涡径向侵入叶根,主流流动损失加剧,大大降低了低稠度涡轮能量提取效果;稠度降低会使得喉道位置迁移,导致气流偏转和膨胀加速能力大幅下降;基于这一结构,提出有效提能区和能量提取率来阐明其做功机理并表征低稠度叶尖涡轮的出功能力。   相似文献

To diagnose the Open-Circuit (OC) fault in the novel fault-tolerant electric drive system, based on d-q-axis current signal, a strong robustness diagnosis strategy is proposed and investigated. Fewer independent power supplies and converters are required in the novel fault-tolerant electric drive system based on Dual-Winding Permanent Magnet Motor (DWPMM), and the system’s reliability, usage ratio and power density have been improved compared to the conventional fault-tolerant motor drive system. However, the novel fault-tolerant electric drive system has the OC fault diagnostic false alarms issue when load changes suddenly or under light-load condition. And it lacks the research on the diagnostic method when the system encounters intermittent OC fault in power switches. By theory derivation, simulation and experimental verification, it can be concluded that the proposed strong robustness OC fault diagnosis strategy based on d-q-axis current signal can overcome the OC fault diagnostic false alarms issue when load changes suddenly or under light-load condition. And it can detect and locate the OC fault of single-phase winding in real time, and diagnose the intermittent OC fault of power switches.  相似文献

A new method for controlling a synchronous reluctance drive system using a sliding mode with fuzzy controller design is presented. The fuzzy controller is used to adjust the sliding line of the sliding-mode controller. Using this method, the system has a fast response and a good disturbance rejection capability. In addition, the chattering of the speed is reduced. In this work, the mathematical model of the motor is described first. Then, the design procedures for a high performance drive system using a sliding mode with fuzzy control are explained. Next, the system enhanced by a high performance 32 bit digital signal processor (DSP) and simple hardware circuits is shown. Both the current-loop and speed-loop controllers are executed by the DSP.
