Industrial robots are used for automatic drilling and riveting.The absolute position accuracy of an industrial robot is one of the key performance indexes in aircraft assembly,and can be improved through error compensation to meet aircraft assembly requirements.The achievable accuracy and the difficulty of accuracy compensation implementation are closely related to the choice of sampling points.Therefore,based on the error similarity error compensation method,a method for choosing sampling points on a uniform grid is proposed.A simulation is conducted to analyze the influence of the sample point locations on error compensation.In addition,the grid steps of the sampling points are optimized using a statistical analysis method.The method is used to generate grids and optimize the grid steps of a Kuka KR-210 robot.The experimental results show that the method for planning sampling data can be used to effectively optimize the sampling grid.After error compensation,the position accuracy of the robot meets the position accuracy requirements.  相似文献

This paper presents a two-level geometric calibration method for the permanent magnet (PM) spherical actuator to improve its motion control accuracy. The proposed actuator is com- posed of a stator with circumferential coils and a rotor with multiple PM poles. Due to the assembly and fabrication errors, the real geometric parameters of the actuator will deviate from their design values. Hence, the identification of such errors is critical for the motion control tasks. A two-level geometric calibration approach is proposed to identify such errors. In the first level, the calibration model is formulated based on the differential form of the kinematic equation, which is to identify the geometric errors in the spherical joint. In the second level, the calibration model is formulated based on the differential form of torque formula, which is to calibrate the geometric parameters of the magnetization axes of PM poles and coils axes. To demonstrate the robustness and availability of the calibration algorithm, simulations are conducted. The results have shown that the proposed two-level calibration method can effectively compensate the geometric parameter errors and improve the positioning accuracy of the spherical actuator.  相似文献

The paper deals with state estimation problem of nonlinear non-Gaussian discrete dynamic systems for improvement of accuracy and consistency. An efficient new algorithm called the adaptive Gaussian-sum square-root cubature Kalman filter(AGSSCKF) with a split-merge scheme is proposed. It is developed based on the squared-root extension of newly introduced cubature Kalman filter(SCKF) and is built within a Gaussian-sum framework. Based on the condition that the probability density functions of process noises and initial state are denoted by a Gaussian sum using optimization method, a bank of SCKF are used as the sub-filters to estimate state of system with the corresponding weights respectively, which is adaptively updated. The new algorithm consists of an adaptive splitting and merging procedure according to a proposed split-decision model based on the nonlinearity degree of measurement. The results of two simulation scenarios(one-dimensional state estimation and bearings-only tracking) show that the proposed filter demonstrates comparable performance to the particle filter with significantly reduced computational cost.  相似文献

A direct drive actuator (DDA) with direct drive valves (DDVs) as the control device is an ideal solution for a flight actuation system. This paper presents a novel triple-redundant voice coil motor (TRVCM) used for redundant DDVs. The TRVCM features electrical/mechanical hybrid triple-redundancy by securing three stators along with three moving coils in the same frame. A permanent magnet (PM) Halbach array is employed in each redundant VCM to simplify the system structure. A back-to-back design between neighborly redundancies is adopted to decouple the magnetic flux linkage. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) method is implemented to optimize design parameters based on the analytical magnetic circuit model. The optimization objective function is defined as the acceleration capacity of the motor to achieve high dynamic performance. The optimal geometric parameters are verified with 3D magnetic field finite element analysis (FEA). A research prototype has been developed for experimental purpose. The experimental results of magnetic field density and force output show that the proposed TRVCM has great potential of applications in DDA systems.  相似文献

A novel integrated guidance and autopilot design method is proposed for homing missiles based on the adaptive block dynamic surface control approach. The fully integrated guidance and autopilot model is established by combining the nonlinear missile dynamics with the nonlinear dynamics describing the pursuit situation of a missile and a target in the three-dimensional space. The integrated guidance and autopilot design problem is further converted to a state regulation problem of a time-varying nonlinear system with matched and unmatched uncertainties. A new and simple adaptive block dynamic surface control algorithm is proposed to address such a state regulation problem. The stability of the closed-loop system is proven based on the Lyapunov theory. The six degrees of freedom (6DOF) nonlinear numerical simulation results show that the proposed integrated guidance and autopilot algorithm can ensure the accuracy of target interception and the robust stability of the closed-loop system with respect to the uncertainties in the missile dynamics.  相似文献

Dynamic modeling of a hose-drogue aerial refueling system(HDARS) and an integral sliding mode backstepping controller design for the hose whipping phenomenon(HWP) during probe-drogue coupling are studied. Firstly, a dynamic model of the variable-length hose-drogue assembly is built for the sake of exploiting suppression methods for the whipping phenomenon.Based on the lumped parameter method, the hose is modeled by a series of variable-length links connected with frictionless joints. A set of iterative equations of the hose's three-dimensional motion is derived subject to hose reeling in/out, tanker motion, gravity, and aerodynamic loads accounting for the effects of steady wind, atmospheric turbulence, and tanker wake. Secondly,relying on a permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-precision position sensors, a new active control strategy for the HWP on the basis of the relative position between the tanker and the receiver is proposed. Considering the strict-feedback configuration of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, a rotor position control law based on the backstepping method is designed to insure global stability. An integral of the rotor position error and an exponential sliding mode reaching law of the current errors are applied to enhance control accuracy and robustness. Finally,the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed model and control laws.  相似文献

Modeling of permanent magnet(PM) is very important in the process of electromagnetic system calculation of aerospace electromagnetic relay(AEMR). In traditional analytical calculation, PM is often equivalent to a lumped parameter model of one magnetic resistance and one magnetic potential, but great error is often caused for the inner differences of PM; based on the conception of flux tube, a type of 2D magnetic equivalent circuit framework of permanent magnet model(2D MECF) is established; the element is defined, the relationship between elements is deduced, and solution procedure as well as verification condition of this model is given; by a case study of the electromagnetic system of a certain type of AEMR, the electromagnetic system calculation model is established based on 2D MECF and the attractive force at different rotation angles is calculated; the proposed method is compared with the traditional lumped parameter model and finite element method(FEM); for some types of electromagnetic systems with symmetrical structure, 2D MECF proves to be of acceptable accuracy and high calculation speed which fit the requirement of robust design for AEMR.  相似文献

A hybrid calibration approach based on support vector machines (SVM) is proposed to characterize nonlinear cross coupling of multi-dimensional transducer. It is difficult to identify these unknown nonlinearities and crosstalk just with a single conventional calibration approach. In this paper, a hybrid model comprising calibration matrix and SVM model for calibrating linearity and nonlinearity respectively is built up. The calibration matrix is determined by linear artificial neural network (ANN), and the SVM is used to compensate for the nonlinear cross coupling among each dimension. A simulation of the calibration of a multi-dimensional sensor is conducted by the SVM hybrid calibration method, which is then utilized to calibrate a six-component force/torque transducer of wind tunnel balance. From the calibrating results, it can be indicated that the SVM hybrid calibration method has improved the calibration accuracy significantly without increasing data samples, compared with calibration matrix. Moreover, with the calibration matrix, the hybrid model can provide a basis for the design of transducers.  相似文献

In micro-electro-mechanical system based inertial navigation system(MEMS-INS)/global position system(GPS) integrated navigation systems, there exist unknown disturbances and abnormal measurements. In order to obtain high estimation accuracy and enhance detection sensitivity to faults in measurements, this paper deals with the problem of model-based robust estimation(RE) and fault detection(FD). A filter gain matrix and a post-filter are designed to obtain a RE and FD algorithm with current measurements, which is different from most of the existing priori filters using measurements in one-step delay. With the designed filter gain matrix, the H-infinity norm of the transfer function from noise inputs to estimation error outputs is limited within a certain range; with the designed post-filter, the residual signal is robust to disturbances but sensitive to faults. Therefore, the algorithm can guarantee small estimation errors in the presence of disturbances and have high sensitivity to faults. The proposed method is evaluated in an integrated navigation system, and the simulation results show that it is more effective in position estimation and fault signal detection than priori RE and FD algorithms.  相似文献

Testability plays an important role in improving the readiness and decreasing the lifecycle cost of equipment. Testability demonstration and evaluation is of significance in measuring such testability indexes as fault detection rate(FDR) and fault isolation rate(FIR), which is useful to the producer in mastering the testability level and improving the testability design, and helpful to the consumer in making purchase decisions. Aiming at the problems with a small sample of testability demonstration test data(TDTD) such as low evaluation confidence and inaccurate result, a testability evaluation method is proposed based on the prior information of multiple sources and Bayes theory. Firstly, the types of prior information are analyzed. The maximum entropy method is applied to the prior information with the mean and interval estimate forms on the testability index to obtain the parameters of prior probability density function(PDF), and the empirical Bayesian method is used to get the parameters for the prior information with a success-fail form. Then, a parametrical data consistency check method is used to check the compatibility between all the sources of prior information and TDTD. For the prior information to pass the check, the prior credibility is calculated. A mixed prior distribution is formed based on the prior PDFs and the corresponding credibility. The Bayesian posterior distribution model is acquired with the mixed prior distribution and TDTD, based on which the point and interval estimates are calculated.Finally, examples of a flying control system are used to verify the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.  相似文献

针对飞机自动化装配中对机器人自动钻铆系统设备的控制要求,设计一套以工业机器人为载体,基于Beckhoff控制系统的自动钻铆设备。该控制系统以现场总线的方式,将工业机器人、扩展地轨、多功能末端执行器、刀库以及其他附属设备通过Beckhoff的核心控制软件联系在一起,实现对加工现场的实时控制。并通过一系列的精度补偿措施在多个环节对误差进行修正补偿以提高精度。试验表明,该套系统可达到末端制孔定位精度±0.5mm,垂直精度±0.3°,孔径精度H8,锪窝深度精度±0.01mm。  相似文献

对由AGV承载的工业机器人组成的AGV式移动制孔机器人的定位误差补偿方法进行了研究。在面向飞机装配的AGV式移动制孔机器人系统中,利用激光跟踪仪构建坐标系,提出了AGV式移动制孔机器人机座坐标系的换站方法,能更好地适应飞机制造多品种、小批量的特点。基于对AGV式移动制孔机器人定位误差源的分析,利用定位误差相似性,提出针对AGV式移动制孔机器人的基于反距离加权定位误差的空间插值与补偿方法,克服了现有技术对于AGV式移动制孔机器人定位误差补偿的局限性。以AGV搭载的KUKA KR480型工业机器人制孔系统作为试验对象,通过试验选取最优网格步长,补偿结果表明,能将系统综合定位误差平均值由补偿前的1.045 mm降低到0.227 mm,最大绝对定位误差由补偿前的2.727 mm降低到0.478 mm,降低了82.47%,该方法能有效提高AGV式移动制孔机器人的绝对定位精度。  相似文献

工业机器人由于其高柔性和低成本而被越来越多地应用到飞机自动钻铆系统中,使用精度补偿有效地提高机器人的绝对定位精度是保证产品质量的关键,为进一步提高机器人末端定位精度,提出了基于误差相似度的残差补偿方法。首先使用基于运动学参数标定的方法辨识出机器人的几何参数误差,再利用基于误差相似度的方法对残余误差进行估计,实现对机器人的误差和残差的补偿。以工业机器人KUKA KR-30 HA为对象所进行的试验验证表明,机器人的绝对定位精度平均值由补偿前的0.879mm经过定位误差补偿后提高到0.194mm,经过残差补偿后进一步提高到0.141mm,经过定位误差和残差补偿后的机器人最大误差由1.492mm降低为0.296mm,最大绝对定位精度误差降低了80.16%。该方法能有效地补偿参数辨识后遗留的残差,进一步提高机器人的定位精度。  相似文献

通过对拉线位移传感器在机器人标定领域国内外应用现状的研究,简略介绍了单线式一维和三线式三维测量系统,并提出一种单线复用三维测量系统模型。结合各测量系统的特点,提出相应的参数辨识算法。为了选取合适的标定校准点,以码垛机器人为例,分析了机器人工作空间中不同位置扰动误差对拉线测量值的影响。对机器人名义D-H参数和拉线测量值等制造模拟误差进行仿真标定。仿真结果表明,标定后定位精度提升90%,最后通过运动学标定试验进一步验证了标定方法的有效性,并指出仍需解决的若干问题。  相似文献

针对在轨装配过程中机器人"手眼"关系无法进行有效标定及机器人系统和被操作物惯性参数不定的情况,在传统的无标定视觉伺服基础上设计了深度估计器,基于机器人和图像运动的测量数据在线估计目标特征的深度值,并在机器人关节控制环中设计滑模控制器实时控制机器人关节运动,根据反馈图像信息纠正系统误差完成对准跟踪,通过仿真验证了方法的有效性。所提的无标定视觉伺服对准方法使机器人在装配过程中免去了复杂的"手眼"关系的标定程序,克服了机器人系统及被操作物惯性参数不确定性给装配精度造成的影响,提高了"手眼协调"的鲁棒性,保证机器人能够在复杂的太空环境下完成在轨装配任务。  相似文献

针对工业机器人应用于飞机零部件自动钻孔时各项误差累积造成制孔精度差的问题,提出一种利用单应关系计算机器人驱动坐标三维偏差,以在线补偿机器人制孔精度的方法。首先利用外部测量设备建立机器人制孔系统中各坐标系关系;在标定阶段,通过以一定倾斜角度固联于机器人末端的相机拍摄一幅安装于制孔工作平面上与刀轴正对的平面标定板图像,并据此完成基于单应变换的手-眼关系标定;在实际制孔过程中,机器人在测距传感器及相机的辅助下,从基准孔理论坐标对应的姿态,不断调整至基准孔正上方理想位置,通过手-眼关系计算基准孔实际位置对应的机器人驱动坐标,然后根据一组基准孔的机器人三维驱动误差,计算三维驱动误差变换矩阵,据此获得这组基准孔邻域范围内各待钻孔的机器人驱动坐标补偿量,从而实现待钻孔定位误差补偿。以飞机结构实验件为对象进行了模拟制孔验证,实验结果表明,补偿前待钻孔三维综合定位误差和法向误差测量值范围分别为2.28~2.85 mm和2.09°~3.93°,平均为2.55 mm和3.30°,补偿后制孔最大误差分别不超过0.30 mm和0.21°,满足自动制孔位置精度要求。  相似文献

针对航空制孔机器人绝对定位精度补偿中存在的建模复杂及运算量大的问题,提出了一种基于极限学习机的绝对定位精度补偿方法。该方法通过将机器人视为一个黑箱系统,忽略机器人的几何因素和非几何因素的影响,通过高精度的激光跟踪仪测量获得机器人的末端运动误差,采用极限学习机建立机器人误差预测模型。由机器人误差预测模型获得机器人在期望位置的位置偏差,通过修正机器人位置坐标来实现机器人的绝对定位精度补偿。最后该方法在航空制孔机器人上进行了试验,试验结果显示机器人的绝对位置误差的平均值和最大值分别降低了75.69%和78.16%。  相似文献
