Peformance of dynamic programming techniques forTrack-Before-Detect   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
“Track-Before-Detect” (TBD) is a target tracking technique where no threshold is applied at each measurement frame. Instead, data are processed over a number of frames before decisions on target existence are made. The track is returned simultaneously with the detection. A simple algorithm is presented and demonstrated via simulations. A detailed analysis enables detection and tracking performance to be predicted for particular algorithm parameters. Good performance is observed at low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), with rapid degradation as SNR is reduced further. For some cases the detection performance does not improve regardless of how many frames of data are processed. Tracking performance may also be poor even though detection performance is good  相似文献

针对功率随时间变化,载波同步欺骗场景下,传统检测算法的欺骗检测性能不理想的问题,提出了一种基于绝对同相支路输出求和(SAIBO)的欺骗检测算法,为改善欺骗检测性能,进一步提出了SAIBO滑动平均(SAIBO-MA)算法。SAIBO-MA算法的构建过程使用接收机跟踪环的同相支路的输出结果取绝对值后求和形成SAIBO检测量,再做滑动平均处理后得到SAIBO-MA检测量。实验使用德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校的德州欺骗测试电池(TEXBAT)的场景7(DS7)为数据集,比较并分析所提算法与传统算法的检测概率、欺骗判决数目和稳健性等欺骗检测性能。实验结果表明,SAIBO-MA具有更高的检测概率和检测精度、更好的即时性和稳健性以及更宽的检测范围。提出的SAIBO-MA算法克服了传统算法的缺点,具有更优的欺骗检测性能。  相似文献

Adaptive filtering for signal detection in colored interference of unknown statistics is addressed. The detection performance of a modified version of the well-known sample matrix inversion (SMI) algorithm, called the modified SMI (MSMI), is compared with that of the generalized likelihood ratio (GLR) algorithm in colored Gaussian interference. The performance sensitivity of the MSMI and GLR in colored Weibull and log-normal interference is studied via simulation. It is found that there is almost no need to use the more complicated GLR algorithm in Gaussian interference, while in Weibull or log-normal interference the GLR should be preferable to the MSMI  相似文献

针对飞机蒙皮检测中存在的小目标检测欠佳、漏检等问题,提出了 1种基于增强特征融合和 ATSS的 YO. LOv4飞机蒙皮图像目标检测算法。首先,增加用于目标预测的大尺度浅层特征层,以提高模型对小目标的检测效果;其次,增加特征融合网络层数,通过浅层与深层特征层的深度融合,丰富多尺度特征图中的特征信息;然后,通过 K-means++聚类算法对数据集的真实框聚类,获得更具代表性的先验框尺寸,以提高预测框对目标的定位准确度;最后,引入 ATSS对 YOLOv4的样本选择策略进行优化,通过自适应获取最优的 IoU阈值,实现正负样本自动划分,提升模型的检测性能。实验表明,在增加少量计算成本的情况下,算法的检测性能得到有效提升,mAP提升 7.7%,检 测的准确率达到 80%以上。  相似文献

A methodology for the tracking of maneuvering targets is presented. A quickest-detection scheme based on the innovation sequence is developed for a prompt detection of target maneuvers. The optimal length of a sliding window that minimizes the maneuver detection delay for a given false-alarm rate is determined. After maneuver detection, the system model is modified by adding a maneuver term. A recursive algorithm is proposed to estimate the maneuver magnitude. With this estimate, a modified Kalman filter is used for tracking. Simulation results demonstrate the superior performance of the algorithm, especially during target maneuvers  相似文献

We analyze a dynamic programming (DP)-based track before detect (TBD) algorithm. By using extreme value theory we obtain explicit expressions for various performance measures of the algorithm such as probability of detection and false alarm. Our analysis has two advantages. First the unrealistic Gaussian and independence assumptions used in previous works are not required. Second, the probability of detection and false alarm curves obtained fit computer simulated performance results significantly more accurately than previously proposed analyses of the TBD algorithm  相似文献

快速准确的频谱感知是认知无线电系统有效通信的前提。现有的能量检测算法易受噪声波动影响,为提高频谱感知的性能,采用了联合频谱感知算法。方法利用双门限的能量检测法进行粗检,并使用协方差检测算法对中间混淆区域进行二次判决。在噪声不确定的情况下,对联合频谱感知算法性能进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,在噪声波动较大时,算法有效地提高频谱检测的性能,而且计算复杂度得到降低,并优于能量检测法和协方差检测法。  相似文献

发射波形设计是宽带认知雷达系统的关键技术。为了提高宽带认知雷达系统对距离扩展目标的检测性能,建立了目标检测模型,分析了系统的检测性能,在此基础之上研究了基于最大输出信干噪比(SINR)的低峰均比(PAR)波形设计算法。通过将原波形优化问题等效为接收权值与低峰均比波形的联合优化问题,同时利用循环优化的思想,提出了一种低峰均比波形快速设计算法。相比于现有的梯度法以及凸优化算法,该算法所设计的恒模波形信干噪比与二者相当,但算法实现难度明显变小,计算复杂度明显降低。仿真结果证实了算法的有效性。  相似文献

Partially Adaptive STAP using the FRACTA Algorithm   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
A partially adaptive space-time adaptive processor (STAP) utilizing the recently developed FRACTA algorithm is presented which significantly reduces the high computational complexity and large sample support requirements of fully adaptive STAP. Multi-window post-Doppler dimensionality reduction techniques are employed to transform the data prior to application of the FRACTA algorithm. The FRACTA algorithm is a reiterative censoring (RC) and detection algorithm which has been shown to provide excellent detection performance in nonhomogeneous interference environments. Two multi-window post-Doppler dimensionality reduction techniques are considered: PRI-staggered and adjacent-bin. The partially adaptive FRACTA algorithm is applied to the KASSPER I (Knowledge-Aided Sensor Signal Processing & Expert Reasoning) challenge datacube. The pulse repetition interval (PRI)-staggered approach with D=6 filters per Doppler bin is found to provide the best detection performance, outperforming the fully adaptive case while simultaneously reducing the runtime by a factor of ten. Using this implementation, partially adaptive FRACTA detects 197 out of 268 targets with one false alarm. The clairvoyant processor (the covariance matrix for each range cell is known) detects 198 targets with one false alarm. In addition, the partially adaptive FRACTA algorithm is shown to be resilient to jamming, and performs well for reduced sample support situations. When compared with partially adaptive STAP using traditional sliding window processing (SWP), the runtime of partially adaptive FRACTA is 14 times faster, and the detection performance is significantly increased (SWP detects 46 out of 268 targets with one false alarm).  相似文献

The analysis of an adaptive detection algorithm described previously by the author (1985, 1986) is extended. Previously, the performance was evaluated for the case of a signal corresponding exactly to the steering vector used in the derivation of the algorithm. Here the performance for signals arriving from other directions is evaluated. 基于时频分布的干扰检测算法是DS/FH(Direct Sequence/Frequency Hopping,直接序列扩频/跳频扩频)系统干扰检测的传统手段,针对其运算量大、实时性差,以及无法检测某些特殊干扰信号等问题,提出一种基于概率统计的干扰检测算法.通过统计DS/FH系统频谱图中各频率的幅值出现位置,以DS/FH信号与干扰信号频谱分布规律的差别为判决依据,完成DS/FH系统中干扰信号的检测.分析和仿真结果表明:该检测算法能够有效识别DS/FH系统中的典型干扰信号,与传统基于时频分布的检测算法相比,能够实现某些特殊干扰信号的有效检测;同时,由于该算法不需要进行复杂的时频联合分析,其运算复杂度大大降低,能够实现DS/FH系统干扰信号的快速检测.  相似文献

A new input estimation technique for target tracking problem is proposed. Conventional input estimation techniques assume that the target maneuver level is constant within the detection window, which has been the major drawback of the techniques. The proposed technique is developed to overcome this drawback by modeling the target maneuver as a linear combination of some basic time functions. The resulting algorithm has a generalized formulation including earlier works on input estimation. A detection performance of the proposed algorithm is analyzed by investigating the detection sensitivity according to the selection of maneuver models and other design parameters such as the detection window size, measurement noise level, and sampling step size. A computer simulation study shows that the estimation performance of the proposed algorithm is comparable to Bogler's input estimation method while the computation time is greatly reduced  相似文献

基于高斯随机矢量统计特性,推导出一种适用于探测距离较远、系统误差时变、雷达上报目标不一致等复杂环境的空基多雷达航迹抗差关联算法。分解航迹距离矢量,对消系统误差矢量得出适用于3个及3个以上雷达的航迹抗差关联条件和流程。分别设置了目标密集程度、随机误差和系统误差适应性实验验证算法性能。仿真结果表明所提算法的关联准确性和复杂环境适应性相比现有的基于参照拓扑特征的航迹关联算法(RET算法)和基于距离检测的可信关联算法(confidential算法)有较大幅度的提升。  相似文献

We optimize the performance of multiframe target detection (MFTD) schemes under extended Neyman-Pearson (NP) criteria. Beyond the per-track detection performance for a specific target path in conventional MFTD studies, we optimize the overall detection performance which is averaged over all the potential target paths. It is shown that the overall MFTD performance is limited by the mobility of a target and also that optimality of MFTD performance depends on how fully one ran exploit the information about the target dynamics. We assume a single target situation and then present systematic optimization by formulating the MFTD problems as binary composite hypotheses testing problems. The resulting optimal solutions suggest computationally efficient implementation algorithms which are similar to the Viterbi algorithm for trellis search. The optimal performances for some typical types of target dynamics are evaluated via Monte-Carlo simulation  相似文献

为提高雷达侦察截获接收机对多相编码连续波弱信号截获能力,提出了一种基于周期Wigner-Hough变换(Periodic Wigner-Hough Transform,PWHT)的多相编码连续波信号检测算法。研究了线性调频连续波信号的PWHT及性质;分析了多相编码连续波信号时频主脊线的类似线性调频连续波特征;推导了高斯白噪声在PWHT域的统计分布特征,根据多相编码连续波信号与线性调频连续波的相似性,提出了基于PWHT的多相编码连续波信号检测算法,给出了实现流程,并计算出其检测性能和参数估计性能仿真的仿真结果。仿真结果表明:该算法较已有的其他多相编码信号检测算法有更好的弱信号检测能力,最小可检测信噪比至少可以降低3dB,并随着观测时间延长而进一步降低;其参数估计精度具有渐进最优的性质。  相似文献

针对合成孔径雷达(SAR)图像舰船目标检测中全局广义Gamma分布虚警数量较多的问题,文章采用了一种新的基于核密度估计(KDE)的广义Gamma分布下的SAR图像舰船目标检测算法。新的算法结合了SAR图像的强度分布和空间散布分布,形成新的组合分布。在组合分布的基础上,完成SAR图像目标检测。首先,介绍了广义Gamma的分布模型;然后,通过核密度估计的方法估计各像素点的散布分布,结合散布分布和强度分布形成组合分布,对组合分布采用SISE方程的方法估计广义Gamma分布的参数,根据确定的广义Gamma分布的表达式,求出阈值T的解析式。通过求解逆不完全Gamma函数得到检测阈值,进而完成舰船目标的检测。通过实测SAR图像检测实验,对比文章算法与双参数检测算法和基于广义Gamma分布检测算法,验证了该算法的适用性。  相似文献
