铜转子三相异步电动机温度场流场耦合分析 总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1
研发了一台应用在石油顶驱钻井设备的强迫风冷铜转子三相异步电机,首创了无机座设计、定子铁心轭部开通风孔、定子绕组端部环氧树脂密封、采用焊接铜条鼠笼转子等关键技术,满足了电机在频繁起停、过载、盐雾等工况下,对电机温升的苛刻要求。建立了温度场流场流固耦合模型,分析了电机额定负载工况下的各零件稳态温度分布以及瞬态温度随时间变化趋势。仿真计算和温升试验结果表明,沿电机的轴线方向,中后段位置温度较高,没有局部过热点。试验验证了建立的温度场流场耦合模型和仿真结果的合理性,温升满足电机H级要求。在耦合模型的基础上,分析了风道入口压力和定子铁心通风孔径变化对电机温升的影响,为改进电机冷却结构提供理论基础。 相似文献

三转子单相调压调速电动机具有控制简单、价格低廉、调速范围宽等优点,尤其在低速运行下有较好的散热条件。这种电机的定子与普通三相感应电机定子相类似,而转子采用复合结构,包括主转子、杯转子和风扇转子。因此,电机的磁路定子侧为共磁路,到转子侧分成两条支路,其分析计算有一定的特殊性。本文分析介绍了这种电机的工作原理,包括磁路结构、等值电路、杯转子电阻的有限元计算和T-S曲线的计算。通过试验电机的计算和测试,得到了令人满意的结果。 相似文献

提出了一种适用于电动汽车驱动系统的E型铁心混合励磁轴向磁场磁通切换型永磁(HEAFFSPM)电机。以一台三相6/10极电机为例,基于三维有限元方法全面研究该电机静态特性,包括气隙磁密、空载永磁磁链、空载反电动势、电磁转矩、转矩-电流特性、绕组电感和磁场调节能力等;研究转子齿扇形角度和转子斜极对电机反电动势和齿槽转矩的影响,分析表明转子齿扇形和转子斜极可以改善反电动势和齿槽转矩波形。制造了一台2 kW样机并对其进行测试,验证了有限元分析结果的准确性,结果表明HEAFFSPM电机的磁链和反电动势均为正弦分布,带载能力和磁场调节能力均较强。 相似文献

陀螺电机转子动平衡采用的人工打孔去重存在效率低、去重精度低、金属碎屑残留等问题,严重制约了陀螺的生产效率和精度。而激光去重具有去重精度高、无接触、效率高等优点,在精密去重领域应用前景广泛。采用脉冲光纤激光器对陀螺电机转子动平衡进行了激光精密去重技术研究,探讨了激光频率、振镜扫描速度等参数对去重效果的影响规律,优化了激光去重工艺参数。当激光功率为30W、振镜扫描速度为1000mm/s时,去重盲孔效果最好。针对激光去重盲孔存在残留物问题,提出了激光二次抛光去除残留物的方法,研究了激光功率、振镜扫描速度对残留物去除效果影响规律,优化了激光抛光工艺参数。激光去重盲孔经二次扫描抛光后,盲孔表面残留物去除干净,满足陀螺电机转子的精密去重要求。 相似文献

In the aerospace industry, the low-mass ultra-high-speed flywheel system play a critical role. In this paper, a kW-level Ultra-High Speed Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (UHSPMSM) as the core component of flywheel system is proposed and analyzed with consideration of multiple physical fields, including electromagnetic characteristics, mechanical strength and rotor dynamics. The integrated support structure is put forward to improve rotation accuracy and operation stability of the UHSPMSM. Further, influence of the integrated support structure on critical speed is explored, and the key parameters such as support position and support stiffness are designed. Moreover, the rotor strength is analyzed by analytical model developed of rotor stress that can deal with multiple boundary types. Material and thickness of the sleeve are optimized, and range of interference value is accurately limited based on four extreme operating conditions. The 3-D Finite Element Model (FEM) is used to validate the strength characteristics and stress distribution of rotor. A 1.5 kW-150000 r/min UHSPMSM with integrated support system is manufactured and tested. The feasibility of UHSPMSM proposed and the accuracy of analysis method are verified through electromagnetic, temperature rise and vibration characteristics test. With the high speed, the rotor of magnetically suspended permanent magnet synchronous motor(MSPMSM) suffers great thermal stress and mechanical stress resulting from the temperature rise problem caused by rotor losses, which leads to instability and inefficiency.In this paper, the mechanical–temperature field coupling analysis is conducted to analyze the relationship between the temperature field and structure, and multi-objective optimization of a rotor is performed to improve the design reliability and efficiency. Firstly, the temperature field is calculated by the 2 D finite element model of MSPMSM and the method of applying the 2 D temperature result to the 3 D finite element model of the motor rotor equivalently is proposed. Then the thermal–structure coupling analysis is processed through mathematic method and finite element method(FEM),in which the 3 D finite element model is established precisely in a way and approaches the practical operation state further. Moreover, the impact produced by the temperature and structure on the mechanical strength is analyzed in detail. Finally, the optimization mathematical model of the motor rotor is established with Sequential Quadratic Programming-NLPQL selected in the optimization scheme. Through optimization, the strength of the components in the motor rotor increases obviously and satisfies the design requirement, which to a great extend enhances the service life of the MSPMSM rotor. 相似文献

双馈异步发电机(DFIG)在长期运行中很容易发生定转子绕组过热故障。以绕组温度为研究对象,在分析绕组过热故障成因的基础上,分别从电机热性能和参数辨识两方面进行检测。使用参数辨识法时,首先利用电机电磁数学模型辨识定转子绕组电阻,再根据电阻与温度之间的关系计算定转子温度,从而判断绕组是否过热。最后基于MATLAB软件仿真验证了定转子绕组参数辨识法的正确性,为DFIG诊断绕组过热故障提供理论支撑。 相似文献

开展了以机翼翼肋为模型的布局与尺寸优化设计,在结构优化的过程中,采用两级优化的设计方法。第一级采用拓扑优化,应用变密度法,由此得到了翼肋大致构形及其挖孔位置;第二级采用尺寸优化,将复合形法与NASTRAN的方向法相结合,分别优化出翼肋上杆的截面积和肋板各部分的厚度,两者相互结合,最终完成了翼肋结构的布局优化设计。对普通肋板和优化之后的肋板在性能参数上做了对比研究。结果表明:经过结构优化,结构材料的质量减少约30%(自定义约束条件),同时,结构自身的刚度,强度等性能参数有很大改进,验证了文中算法在减重方面是可行和有效的。 相似文献

本文提出了一种基于逆压电效应的轴/径向耦合式球转子非接触式压电作动器,由轴向悬浮装置及径向悬浮装置组成,且两者均可形成行波,为球转子提供悬浮力和驱动力。由于轴向悬浮装置和径向悬浮装置的工作模式可进行不同组合,使得被诱发出的声场具有不同耦合强度的悬浮和旋转驱动力,进而球转子可获得不同的悬浮和转速效果,易于对球转子进行状态控制。建立了轴向悬浮装置及径向悬浮装置的有限元模型,对定子进行了动力学分析与设计,确定了结构方案,并加工、制造了样机。通过试验得到了定子的振动参数、轴向悬浮装置的悬浮及驱动特性,结果表明轴向悬浮装置可成功的悬浮和驱动球转子。 相似文献
