A new ac/dc 3-/spl phi/ single-stage converter is proposed integrating a 3-/spl phi/ discontinuous current mode (DCM) boost with a dc/dc fixed frequency series resonant converter (SRC). This converter has the following features: natural power factor correction, soft switching, high-frequency (HF) transformer isolation with the series resonant tank operating in above resonance mode, etc. A new complementary gating control scheme is used for simultaneous control of boost converter and the SRC. Modes of operation are presented and analyzed. Based on the analysis, design curves are obtained. An optimum design is given and a design example is presented. Results obtained from SPICE simulation for the designed converter are given to verify the performance of the proposed converter for varying load as well as line voltage. Experimental results obtained from a laboratory prototype converter are presented to verify the theory.  相似文献

A frequency-domain steady-state analysis is given for a series-parallel resonant converter (SPRC) operating in the continuous conduction mode (CCM) using Fourier series techniques. Equations for performance parameters are derived under steady-state conditions to provide simple design tools. The topology of the SPRC combines the advantageous properties of both the series resonant converter (SRC) and the parallel resonant converter (PRC). The key results of the work are: a novel half-wave rectifier SPRC, conditions for obtaining high part-load efficiency; and several boundary frequencies and limiting conditions such as the capacitive/inductive load boundary and open-circuit and short-circuit cases. Experimental results measured for an 80-W converter above the resonance at different load resistances and input voltages show excellent agreement with the theoretical performance predicted by the equations  相似文献

A high-frequency (HF) link parallel resonant DC/DC converter operating in the lagging power factor mode with the resonating capacitor on the secondary side of the HF transformer is analyzed using a state-space approach. Closed-form solutions (except for the duration of diode conduction) are obtained for steady-state conditions, and design curves are obtained. A method of obtaining optimum operating point under certain constraints is developed and is used as the basis of a simple design procedure. A theoretical study comparing the performance of three MOSFET-based 1-kW converters with different transformer turn ratios under load changes from rated-load to 10% load is carried out. 本文研究了机抖激光陀螺稳频系统性能测试的两种新方法:压电扫频和光强扫频。通过两种方法实现对稳频抓卡系统进行动、静态测试,描绘出稳频系统在工作频率段(5KHz~18KHz)范围内的谐振峰特性曲线。试验结果表明,两种方法,尤其是光强扫频,更具有实际操作性,有助于稳频电路调试参数的选择,从而有效的避开谐振峰,提高激光陀螺工作的稳定性及环境适应性,也为稳频系统电路设计提供了改进方向和依据。  相似文献

提出一种用于发动机叶片振动可靠性评估方法,该方法基于叶片共振转速图(Campbel),引入概率故障树PFTA(ProbabilityFaultTreeAnalysis)概念,改善了传统评估方法。其目的是为发展叶片共振识别和可靠性评估的有效方法。在Campbel图上,叶片共振系统定义由工作转速点和附近的多个共振点组成。利用PFTA分析该系统能获得更多的叶片振动信息。该方法发展了常规的叶片振动可靠性设计方法,为叶片设计和叶片振动疲劳排故中改善叶片振动特性提供有益的工程评估方法。  相似文献

 提出了基于传动误差设计的弧齿锥齿轮啮合质量控制的新概念。首先分析了传动误差所反映的弧齿锥齿轮传动的动态特性、强度性能等众多信息,包括设计重合度、实际重合度、振动激励、边缘接触、载荷齿间分配和齿面印痕相对于误差的敏感性。在此基础上,提出了高重合度传动误差曲线的设计,通过齿面接触路径方向的倾斜,重合度能够高至 2.0~ 3.0,有效地改善了齿轮动态特性,提高了强度。进一步又提出了几何传动误差曲线幅值的设计,结合承载传动误差,使齿轮在不同载荷条件下既能具有高的重合度,又保证了相对低的误差敏感性。其后提出的四阶传动误差曲线的设计,除上述优点外,还改进了齿轮的轻载振动和噪声。最后论述了基于传动误差设计的弧齿锥齿轮的相应制造方法。该研究为高性能弧齿锥齿轮的开发开辟了途径。  相似文献

采用LU-SGS隐式解法以及叶排间掺混面模型数值模拟压气机三维粘性流动,研究了多级轴流压气机的设计与非设计状态性能的预估问题。对一台五级高压压气机进行了详细的流场数值计算,包括了设计转速的100%,90%及80%等多个转速及各种工作状态。结果表明,本文所建立的数值方法与计算机程序对多级轴流压气机各种非设计状态的计算都具有收敛容易和快速的优点,计算得到的压气机总性能和各分级性能与设计参数进行了对比,证明该方法和程序的预估结果是比较准确的。根据设计转速下的计算结果,预估了压气机设计点的喘振裕度。此外,还对不同状态下叶片进口气流角的变化进行了分析。   相似文献

Power losses in series-resonant converters (SRCs) operated above resonance are examined for the purpose of developing design guidelines leading to SRC designs with the highest possible operating efficiencies. Loss expressions are formulated and analyzed as functions of normalized voltage conversion ratio M and normalized output current J for the controlled transistor switches, antiparallel diodes, bridge diodes, and resonant capacitor. Overall losses range from a low of nearly 9% to a maximum of about 17%. Operating efficiencies corresponding to these losses range from a high of 92% to a low of 85%. Operation at the maximum efficiency of 92% occurs at values of M close to unity and is not highly dependent on J. However, in a practical closed-loop regulated SRC, operation with M too close to unity could provide an insufficient design margin, given component tolerances or other variations  相似文献

An improved zero-current-switching pulsewidth-modulated (ZCS-PWM) commutation cell is presented, which is suitable for high-power applications using insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) as the power switches. It provides ZCS operation for active switches and zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) operation for passive switches. Besides operating at constant frequency and reducing commutation losses, the proposed ZCS-PWM switch cell has no additional current stress and conduction loss in the main switch. To demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed ZCS-PWM commutation cell, it was applied to a boost converter. Operating principle, theoretical analysis, design guidelines, and a design example are described and verified by experiment results obtained from a prototype rated 1 kW and operating at 40 kHz. The PWM switch model and state-space averaging approach is also used to estimate and examine the steady-state and dynamic character of ZCS-PWM boost converter system. Finally, the application of the proposed soft-switching technique in the dc-dc nonisolated converters is presented.  相似文献

In an uncertainty scheme, reliability and global sensitivity analysis is studied in this work, to provide helpful information for probabilistic anti-resonance design of vibration systems.Discussions show that the resonance failure problem can be viewed as a series system, in which input uncertainties are modeled by random variables. In order to quantitatively measure the contributions of input variables to the system reliability, a global sensitivity index is proposed, the properties of which are also discussed. Then the proposed index is tested with an aeronautical hydraulic pipeline system, which is under the excitation of pump vibration and at a risk of resonance failure. Sensitivity results under different failure criteria and variation coefficients are obtained and studied, from which significant and insignificant input variables can be identified.The proposed method provides a relatively new insight for anti-resonance design of engineering structures.  相似文献

建立了共轴式直升机地面共振分析模型,采用特征值分析法计算得到了直升机地面共振模态特性,分析了上下旋翼间距、旋翼摆振铰外伸量、摆振刚度及摆振阻尼比等旋翼设计参数对共轴式直升机动稳定性的影响。研究发现,减小上下旋翼间距可提高系统动稳定性,且不稳定中心远离工作转速;增大摆振刚度及旋翼摆振铰外伸量可提高系统动稳定性,且不稳定中心远离工作转速;增大摆振阻尼比可提高系统动稳定性,但不稳定中心稍接近工作转速。  相似文献

The basic concepts and advantages of more/all electric aircraft (M/AEA) are briefly addressed. The combined starter/generator (CS/G) system is introduced as a key technology to enable M/AEA. Some important performance requirements for CS/G system are obtained. Based on these requirements, a high speed switched reluctance machine (SRM) is designed to operate as a starter/generator. The entire design process is mainly divided into two stages: electromagnetic design and thermal design. In electromagnetic design stage, the electromagnetic structure and dimensions of the machine and the number of phase winding turns per pole are obtained; the topology and main technical details of the converter are briefly introduced as well. In thermal design stage, a liquid-cooling system is designed based on the thermal analysis of the machine. In the end, the performances of the designed SRM are basically verified by simulation. To get high performances, the exciting angles are optimized in two different operating modes respectively, and the optimized performances in the motoring mode are given as well.  相似文献

针对滑橇式直升机不便于建立空间模型进行地面共振分析的问题,提出了基于有限元将机体参数当量至桨毂中心,当量结果可通过扫频激振试验验证,再采用平面模型进行地面共振分析的方法。采用所计算的当量参数对某型滑橇式直升机地面共振进行仿真分析,结果表明:该型机机体一阶模态与旋翼摆振后退型模态的共振转速在旋翼启动加速过程中可能达到,但系统具有足够的阻尼确保不发生地面共振;机体二阶以上模态与旋翼摆振后退型模态的共振转速远大于额定转速,不会引发地面共振。  相似文献

针对航空发动机中转静干涉流场诱发的叶盘结构强迫响应问题,分析由导流叶片和动叶构成的转静干涉流场的尾流激励所激起的叶盘结构高阶共振的可能性和危险性.基于非定常转静干涉流场数值模拟结果,通过时域与空间傅里叶分析得到叶盘所受气动压力的频谱和空间波谱,同时定义投影于叶盘结构模态空间的激励(即模态力)为尾流激励的可激性,用于对叶盘结构共振响应强度的评估.研究结果表明:尾流激励对非主要共振点的可激性远远小于其对主要共振点的可激性;在发动机工作转速范围内允许那些模态位移场与激振力场的夹角较大(余角较小)的共振存在,即尾流激励可激性很小的高阶共振的存在是合理的.   相似文献

以某型飞机空气配平系统为研究对象,在分析空气导管结构布置、工作条件、材料物性等基础上,基于梁单元应力计算软件CAEPIPE对导管系统应力和位移分布进行仿真,并据此进行补偿设计与优化.同时,对于支撑部件等应力集中区采用MD NASTRAN有限元分析软件进行三维应力校核,获得关键部位的三维应力分布云图.该研究工作对于我国飞机空气导管系统的设计优化具有参考价值.  相似文献

Tolerance design plays an important role in reliability design for electronic circuits. The traditional method only focuses on the consistency of output response. It is not able to meet the needs of increasing development of electronic products. This paper researches the state of related fields and proposes a method of multi-objective reliability tolerance design. The characteristics of output response and operating stresses on critical components are both defined as design objectives. Critical components and their operating stresses are determined by failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA). Sensitivity analysis is carried out to determine sensitive parameters that affect the design objectives significantly. Monte Carlo and worst-case analysis are utilized to explore the tolerance levels of sensitive parameters. Design of experiment and regression analysis are applied in this method. The optimal tolerance levels are selected in accord with a quality-cost model to improve consistency of output response and reduce failure rates of critical components synchronously. The application in light-emitting diode (LED) drivers indicates details and potential. It shows that the proposed method provides a more effective way to improve performance and reliability of electronic circuits.  相似文献

 提出了一种力学模型。该力学模型刻画了拉杆转子各部件之间在相互联接处的力学状态和性质。用动态子结构方法时一试验模型拉杆转子进行了理论计算,同时在实验室对模型拉杆转子的固有频率进行测试。由计算和试验的对比分析表明,这种力学模型较好地反映了拉杆转子系统的物理本质。  相似文献

在翼身融合布局客机总体设计阶段,为评估设计方案的总体性能,建立了翼身融合布局客机总体参数综合分析与优化平台,该平台以翼身融合布局客机的几何参数为输入,完成动力、几何、重量、气动、性能和经济性等模块分析,并以此为基础建立优化设计模型。为快速评估设计方案的性能及优化设计效果,动力分析模块采用了部件级分析模型,重量分析模块采用半经验估算方法,气动分析模块采用面元法结合工程估算方法,性能分析模块采用简化运动学方法,优化模型采用可并行计算的子集模拟优化算法。以某555座级翼身融合布局客机方案为例,应用开发的分析与优化平台,完成了总体参数分析,结果表明分析模型合理。在此方案的基础上,以客机的外形参数和发动机海平面最大推力为设计变量,分别建立了以最大起飞重量最小为目标的单目标优化,以及同时以直接使用成本和进场速度最小为目标的多目标优化,单目标优化结果最大起飞重量降低了约7.17%,多目标优化结果表明直接使用成本降低8.77%的同时进场速度会增加3.32%。  相似文献
