The dispersion effects that are produced when wideband linear frequency modulation (FM) signals are transmitted through a circular phased array are considered for both one-way and two-way transmissions through the array. The distortions resulting at the output of a matched fi'lter which is matched to the undistorted linear FM signal are studied. These distortions are 1) loss in peak pulse amplitude, 2) widening of the pulse, and 3) reduction in sidelobe level. 相似文献

A direct iterative method of solving for Tandem equilibria by moving magnetic field lines in a manner to satisfy the linearized equilibrium equations converges much more rapidly than standard relaxation techniques, typically in under a fifty iterations. At the highest 's the number of iterations increase, but is still far less than other methods. In quadrupole tandem mirror equilibrium, octupole and higher distortions of the flux surfaces are important which forces us to abandon finite differences in the angle-like flux variable and resort to a spectral decomposition to solve the equilibrium equations. We display equilibria at the high expected for MFTF-B and show how Finite Larmor Radius (FLR) effects strongly suppress these azimuthal distortions. 相似文献

Loran-C and GPS were assessed for vehicular navigation along selected roads of British Columbia during the winter of 1991. The general topography of this mountainous area is described, together with the specific topographic features and tree coverage characteristics of the 2000 km of roads tested on the mainland and on Vancouver Island. The configuration and characteristics of the Loran C Canadian West Coast chain along the roads used are described. The portable vehicle-mounted system used to collect and analyze the Loran-C and GPS signals along road profiles is described. The performance of Loran-C is analyzed in terms of signal to noise ratios (SNR), field strength, and time-difference distortions, as measured by differential GPS. These distortions, which can reach several hundred meters over distances of less than 20 km, are analyzed in terms of topographic features. The possibility of using these time-independent distortions to calibrate Loran-C for use along the above roads is discussed. Masking of GPS signals due to topographic features and tree coverage along the roads is analyzed. A comparative analysis of both Loran-C and GPS is presented in terms of signal availability and accuracy 相似文献

The coherent pulse train has good clutter suppression performance because the energy in its matched-filter response is essentially concentrated within sharp ambiguous spikes. However, this is so only when the Doppler distortions are neglected, so that the Doppler effect is taken as a simple translation of the carrier frequency. This paper analyzes the consequences of Doppler distortions on the resolution performance of pulse trains. It is found that Doppler distortions widen the Doppler ambiguities of the pulse train response, with the widening factor proportional to the order of the Doppler ambiguity. This reduces the interval between Doppler ambiguities, and hence the Doppler width of a clutter space that can be accommodated without severe clutter interference. For an operation in a Doppler-ambiguous mode, it also degrades nominal Doppler resolution performance. A detailed analysis of the effects is presented, and numerical results on the widening of the Doppler ambiguities are obtained. 相似文献

为了研究燃油脉动对燃烧室温度场的影响,分别对燃油脉动在均匀进口、径向速度畸变进口和周向速度畸变进口中进行了瞬态模拟,分析了燃油脉动在不同进口速度流场中对燃烧室温度场的影响。结果表明:燃烧室出口温度参数随燃油脉动变化呈现出相似的变化规律,但这种响应具有一定的滞后性;燃油脉动造成主燃孔区域燃烧不合理,使得主燃孔截面温度品质降低,出口径向温度分布系数FRTDF产生波动;燃油脉动和进口速度畸变不仅改变了燃烧室出口温度在径向和周向的分布,而且会使在叶尖和叶根处存在高温区,降低涡轮强度;燃油脉动在径向畸变进口中的影响程度最大。 相似文献

对压气机转子Rotor37在总压畸变进口条件下的流场进行了三维数值模拟.分别计算了整周1@120b, 2@60b, 4@30b三种低压入口条件下的特性参数, 详细分析了总压畸变对转子流场参数的影响, 并比较了三种低压入口时的转子特性.计算结果表明:周向总压畸变会引起入口参数分布的不均匀, 在转子出口处产生总温畸变.相同整周畸变角度, 随着畸变区域个数的增加转子流量降低, 效率下降, 稳定裕度增加.稳定边界压比仅与每个畸变区的大小有关, 随着畸变区扇形角的增加, 稳定边界压比损失增加. 相似文献

已用于飞机外流流场控制的边条涡技术被首次引入内流场的控制,抑制进气道出口流场畸变,改善进发匹配。针对某型飞机的 Y形进气道,有 3对边条涡片被加装在进气道内,与通常的涡流发生器不同的是,这些涡片被设计来控制整个进气道流场而不是仅仅改善局部的附面层。大量的实验结果证实,这种流场控制措施的改善效果显著,某型飞机的 Y形进气道在亚、跨和超声速等各种飞行速度,及不同攻角、侧滑角和开关放气门等飞行条件下,其出口流场畸变均减小,尤其是原流场畸变较大的情况下改善更加明显。 相似文献

针对无人机(UAV)自主起飞与着陆机器视觉导引系统中摄像机的标定问题,讨论了标定摄像机内参数的重要意义,选定了包含畸变因素的摄像机透视投影模型。采用改进两步法进行摄像机内参数标定,结果中主要参数相对误差均小于1%,位置误差小于0.2像素,证明了所选择模型和标定方法的合理性。分析并验证了影响标定精度的因素,包括模型选择、图像拍摄质量和标定靶精度。针对机器视觉导引的应用条件,基本解决了准确、快速标定摄像机内参数的实际问题。 相似文献

采用实验和数值模拟的方法研究了U型管道进气对某离心压气机性能的影响.实验结果显示,相比直管进气,U型管道进气在大流量工况下显著降低了压气机性能,压比、效率的下降量分别可达10%和18%以上.数值分析表明:U型管道进气时,其出口产生静压和总压畸变;压气机下游蜗壳因几何周向不均而存在相应的压力畸变,该畸变沿叶轮槽道向上游传播的过程中与进气畸变发生耦合.这种耦合作用改变了叶轮进口的流场结构,使叶轮槽道流量分布发生变化,叶轮对应畸变区域的熵值增加;同时还改变了叶片表面静压的分布形式,使整个叶轮主叶片的平均载荷增大约8%. 相似文献

We propose a restoration method to compensate distortions caused by cross-polarization interference (CPI) and multipath propagation when multichannel transmission is employed in the uplink of an on-board-processing (OBP) satellite. The proposed baseband signal processing architecture is numerically robust and efficient as vector operations are avoided by efficient orthogonal transformations. Machine analysis of aerial reconnaissance data is desirable. New acquisition techniques, equipment, and sensors, plus a growing demand for rapidly obtained, accurate information necessitate machine performance of tasks presently accomplished by observers and interpreters. Many of these tasks can be described as pattern recognition or information processing functions. This paper discusses significant problems encountered when attempting to identify objects or regions automatically from aerial photography. Problems include sensor distortions, variations in target environment, and concepts of design and ?teaching? of an actual device. Operational requirements such as processing speed and flexibility restrict the types of solutions available. Approaches to target recognition with relative merits and shortcomings are presented; these include shape correlation, feature extraction, and image quantization.
