针对某卫星地面运控系统按需分发遥测参数的要求,提出了一套低成本解决方案.该方案引入遥测参数分发软件,从而化解遥测处理设备和业务系统之间的多对多关系;并基于以配置方式实现对遥测参数的订阅,以模板填写方式实现对输出数据的动态封装,设计出保证数据包可靠传输的机制.在此基础上,对遥测参数分发软件进行了总体设计,给出了主要功能的实现逻辑.软件的运行效果表明,该方案有效实现了多星多方遥测参数的动态分发,降低了系统复杂度.  相似文献

The approach of the Year 2000 (Y2K) has called into question the condition of readiness of computer systems upon which organizations depend. Will these systems operate reliably after midnight, January 1, 2000, or will problems associated with date calculations cause failures that adversely affect users? Decreasing the often lengthy Test Program Set (TPS) development time is a high priority for both DoD and commercial industry. A protracted test development time for a commercial product can make or break its success. It can impact time-to-market goals for a product, which in turn, can result in a loss of market share. Though the DoD world has different objectives, they, too, are concerned with long test development times which can increase costs and jeopardize a weapon system's mission readiness. The case study for this paper is a test system developed by BAE Systems in less than four months to meet a commercial customer's stringent schedule requirements. The factors that contributed to the success of this project are examined, as is their relevance to the DoD world. A unique approach for airborne radar clutter rejection is developed and evaluated. This spatial and temporal adaptive approach employs the sum and difference beams of an antenna, which has significant practical advantages because it can be implemented with no/little change to the front-end electronics of airborne systems where sum and difference beams already exist for other reasons. The low sidelobe implementation of many sum and difference beam systems and the low gain of the difference beam in the direction of the target gives this approach the potential in many radars for a more predictable response pattern. The impact of these factors is shown in an airborne clutter rejection demonstration where the performance of this approach is compared with that of the factored approach (FA) using additional spatial channels and that of conventional pulse-Doppler (PD) processing. 在民用飞机气动布局发展演变的历程中,技术因素是根本推动力。为了研究未来民机的发展方向、技术需求以及应对策略,在回顾民机气动布局发展历程的基础上,梳理了在现代民机气动布局形成与演变过程中有着重要影响的4大类技术因素:航空发动机、气动设计、结构设计、飞行控制,并且揭示了这些技术因素在民机发展及其气动布局演变中所发挥的作用。结合未来航空运输市场出现的新需求,分析了未来民机的主要发展方向,重点分析了未来非常规布局民机可能采用的翼身融合、双气泡机身、支撑翼以及联结翼等气动布局形式。最后探讨了新技术条件下民用飞机发展在技术方面的需求和挑战,以及未来民用飞机总体设计的技术策略,明确了多学科设计优化是满足未来民机总体设计需求的有效技术途径。  相似文献

Numerous recent developments have led to an increasing awareness of and interest in the detection of other planetary systems. A brief review of the modern history of this subject is presented with emphasis on the status of data concerning Barnard's star. A discussion is given of plausible observable effects of other planetary systems with numerical examples to indicate the nature of the detection problem. Possible types of information (in addition to discovery) that observations of these effects might yield (e.g., planetary mass and temperature) are outlined. Also discussed are various candidate detection techniques (e.g., astrometric observations) which might be employed to conduct a search, the current state-of-the-art of these techniques in terms of measurement accuracy, and the capability of existing or planned facilities (e.g., space telescope) to perform a search. Finally, consideration is given to possible search strategies and the scope of a comprehensive search program.  相似文献

A possible classification of satellites can be related to their capability to provide or not provide real-time services. Nonreal-time systems store the information, and forward it to destination later, usually by means of low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites. Nowadays the main application of these systems is small data exchange to/from remote sites where no other communication infrastructure is available, hence, covering a niche market. Low on-board memory storage capability and, moreover, low bit rate due to little bandwidth allocated for these systems do not allow us to collect and forward a considerable volume of data in the short visibility window of the satellite passage. New applications and services can be conceived through the deployment of new systems able to overcome the above-described limitations, while existing applications can be provided more cost-effectively. These aspects are addressed together with an experimental interactive system which allows huge data collection in W-band and for forwarding to the Internet.  相似文献
