大耀斑期间向日面电离层总电子含量的响应个例分析 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
利用2001年4月15日1336UT耀斑爆发期间向日面GPS观测数据提取的总电子含量的时间变化曲线。分析了向日面电离层对这次耀斑的响应特点.结果表明,耀斑期间向日面电离层出现了总电子含量突增事件.最大总电子含量增加量约为2.6TECU,在0600LT和1800LT都观测到了总电子含量突增,世增加幅度仅为0.5-1TECU.在高纬地区,由于电离层闪烁,从TEC时间变化曲线提取不出来总电子含量增加值.从各卫星星下点处的TEC增加量和各星下点处的太阳天顶角的关系可以看到,TEC增加量与太阳天顶角有关,太阳天顶角越大,TEC增幅越小。另外,从总电子含量时间变化率曲线上还观测到了时间同步的小尺度扰动,通过与耀斑期间硬X射线辐射通量的比较,发现两者有明显的相关性,电离层中的这种扰动与耀斑期间的硬X射线或远紫外辐射有关. 相似文献

本文给出1984年4月24日2356UT太阳耀斑爆发期间在新乡和重庆两地利用法拉第技术接收日本同步卫星ETS-Ⅱ的甚高频信号所得到的电离层电子总含量的异常变化。两站在耀斑爆发期间的三分半钟内同时观测到电离层电子总含量的突然急剧增加。它们的增量分别为9.4×1016和14.3×1016ele/m2.本文还将偏振仪所观测到的现象与电离层垂测记录及甚低频锁相接收机所观测到的记录作了比较。分析的结果表明,大太阳耀斑期间不仅D层的电子浓度大大增加,而且F层的电子浓度也显着增加,后者是这次总含量剧增的主要部分。 相似文献

利用MF雷达观测资料对X级别耀斑爆发期间在66-80km高度之间的电子密度进行了研究,观测到了耀斑爆发期间电子密度的突然增加,在较低高度上的电子密度的时间变化趋势与耀斑的软X射线辐射通量相关.电子密度的变化强度依赖于具体的耀斑参数,有些耀斑引起的电子密度增加高达400cm^-3,有些仅为100cm^-3左右.但耀斑期间在这一高度区间增加的总电子含量增量仅占耀斑辐射引起的整个电离层总电子含量增量的千分之一左右.最后,利用恢复阶段电子密度的时间变化过程估算了1997年11月4日耀斑期间部分高度上的有效复合系数. 相似文献

本文分析了1978—1979年1级以上的太阳耀斑对电离层总电子含量的影响. 给出了不同持续时间、不同亮度、不同季节、发生在日面不同位置上的太阳耀斑对电离层总电子含量的影响.分析结果表明,持续时间大于等于1.5小时的耀斑对电子含量有明显的扰动,耀斑出现后电子含量随之增加,在第4—5天增加到最大值,扰动持续数日;持续时间小于1.5小时的耀斑对电子含量影响甚微;非亮耀斑对电子含量的扰动小于亮耀斑;夏季出现的耀斑对电子含量无明显扰动,只有冬季出现的亮耀斑对电子含量有明显的扰动;太阳耀斑扰动电子含量有明显的日面位置东西不对称性,只有出现在日面东边、特别是E3区的太阳耀斑对电子含量才有明显的扰动. 相似文献

利用1996—2003年期间GOES卫星耀斑观测资料和国际GPS观测网的GPS—TEC资料分析X级大耀斑事件引起的电离层电子浓度总含量(TEC)的突然增强(SITEC)现象.对X射线耀斑等级、耀斑日面位置与SITEC的关系进行了分析.结果表明,两者都与SITEC现象的强弱有着一定的正相关性.在消除X射线耀斑等级、耀斑日面位置对电离层SITEC现象的影响后,进而分析了日地距离以及耀斑持续时间对电离层SITEC现象的影响.结果表明,日地距离和耀斑持续时间都是影响SITEC现象的重要参数,日地距离较近时发生的耀斑事件引起的SITEC现象较为强烈.另外,耀斑持续时间越长,SITEC现象越微弱,但是当耀斑持续时间继续延长时,SITEC现象的强弱逐渐趋于不再改变,最后在某值附近达到平衡.还对某些没有在电离层中引起明显SITEC现象的耀斑事件进行了讨论,发现了这类耀斑的一些特征. 相似文献

利用MSIS模型和背景太阳辐射谱模型,在一定大耀斑辐射谱假设的前提下,计算了耀斑期间日照边缘区域的电子产生率,分析了这一区域电离层电子密度的变化特点.结果表明,大耀斑期间在日照边缘区域,甚至大于太阳天顶角90°的区域都有明显的电子产生率的增加.从不同太阳天顶角处的电子产生率剖面的形态来看,随着天顶角的增加最大电离率减少,但高度增加.计算还显示了在太阳天顶角小于90°的区域内电子产生率的垂直分布有明显的双峰结构,这种结构对应着电离层的E区和F区,但在天顶角大于90°区域,F区的电子产生率要大得多.考虑到离子和电子的复合过程,这一区域的总电子含量的增加主要产生在高F区. 相似文献

Results derived from analysing the ionospheric response to faint and bright solar flares are presented. The analysis used novel technology of a global detection of ionospheric effects from solar flares as developed by the authors (Afraimovich, 2000a; Afraimovich, 2000b), on the basis of phase measurements of the total electron content (TEC) in the ionosphere using an international GPS network. The essence of the method is that use is made of appropriate filtering and a coherent processing of variations in the TEC which is determined from GPS data, simultaneously for the entire set of visible GPS satellites at all stations used in the analysis. This technique is useful for identifying the ionospheric response to faint solar flares (of X-ray class C) when the variation amplitude of the TEC response to separate line-on-sight (LOS) is comparable to the level of background fluctuations. The dependence of the TEC variation response amplitude on the flare location on the Sun is investigated. 相似文献

X-ray flares and acceleration processes are in one complex of sporadic solar events (together with CMEs, radio bursts, magnetic field dissipation and reconnection). This supposes the connection (if not physical, but at least statistical) between characteristics of the solar energetic proton events and flares. The statistical analysis indicates that probability and magnitude of the near-Earth proton enhancement depends heavily on the flare importance and their heliolongitude. These relations may be used for elaboration of the forecasting models, which allow us to calculate probability of the solar proton events from the X-ray observations. 相似文献

Narrowband dm-spikes observed in nine intervals during five solar flares in the 1–2 GHz range were analyzed together with the RHESSI and HXRS observations. It was found that the over-frequency integrated radio flux during the spike period is closely related with the hard X-ray bursts (the correlation coefficient was 0.7–0.9) and their time delays after X-rays were 2–14 s, with one exception (March 18, 2003) where the time delay was opposite −15 s. Association of spikes with X-ray spectral characteristics enabled us to divide the spikes into two groups: (a) those observed before the soft X-ray flare maximum and, (b) those observed after this maximum. While for the spikes observed after the flare maximum no systematic spectral characteristics were found, the spikes, observed before the flare maximum were at their beginning associated with relatively hard X-ray spectra and their hardness decreased with time. The RHESSI X-ray sources were compact, only in the March 18, 2003 event an additional X-ray source appeared just at the time of the dm-spikes observation. Fourier transformation of the dynamic spectra of spikes was done to compare their dynamics with the X-ray spectral indices. No correlation between power-law spike and X-ray indices were found. It indicates that the MHD turbulence, if it plays a role, does not represent a strong connection between the spectral characteristics of the dm-spikes and associated X-ray bursts. Furthermore, the results were compared with those obtained by (Aschwanden, M.J., Güdel, M. The coevolution of decimetric millisecond spikes and hard X-ray emission during solar flares. Astrophys. J. 401, 736–753, 1992) for spikes observed on lower radio frequencies. Contrary to their results, no monotonic dependence between time delays and X-ray intensities were found. Finally, the results were discussed using the model of the narrowband dm-spikes and model of electron acceleration in the collapsing magnetic trap. 相似文献

It is often noticed that the occurrence rate of Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs) increases with increase in flare duration where peak flux too increase. However, there is no complete association between the duration and peak flux. Distinct characteristics have been reported for active regions (ARs) where flares and CMEs occur in contrast to ARs where flares alone occur. It is observed that peak flux of flares is higher when associated with CMEs compared to peak flux of flares with which CMEs are not associated. In other words, it is likely that flare duration and peak flux are independently affected by distinct active region dynamics. Hence, we examine the relative ability of flare duration and peak flux in enhancing the CME productivity. We report that CME productivity is distinctly higher in association with the enhancement of flare peak flux in comparison to corresponding enhancement of flare duration. 相似文献

In this paper, the twist values of ‘S’-shape transequatorial loops (TLs) from 1991 to 2001 are calculated, GOES soft X-ray flares dataset of the active regions connected by these TLs are investigated. The result shows the twist value of the TLs has a weak relation with the flare flux. There is no clear correlation between the twist value and the distance between the footpoint of TLs and location of flare in the corresponding active regions. 相似文献

We review the recent advances in the field of energy transfer and dissipation in solar flares. New observations and theoretical results have been obtained during the SMY and discussed in several workshops. Important new results have been provided by imaging hard X-ray and radio observations, high resolution spectra in the soft X-ray range, polarization measurements and combined optical, gamma- and X-ray data. We summarize results on the following topics: a) interpretation of hard X-ray bursts; b) heating and cooling of X-ray flare plasmas; c) chromospheric heating and evaporation; d) white-light flares. We present a statistical study of post-flare-associated CMEs (PFA-CMEs) during the period from 1996 to 2010. By investigating all CMEs and X-ray flares, respectively, in the LASCO and GOES archives, we found 15875 CMEs of which masses are well measured and 25112 X-ray flares of which positions are determined from their optical counterparts. Under certain temporal and spatial criteria of these CMEs and solar flare events, 291PFA-CMEs events have been selected. Linking the flare fluxes with CME speeds of these paired events, we found that there is a reasonable positive linear relation between the CME linear speed and associated flare flux. The results show also the CME width increases as the flux of its associated solar flare increases. Besides we found that there is a fine positive linear relation between the CME mass and its width. Matching the flare fluxes with CME masses of these paired events, we find the CME mass increases as the flux of its associated solar flare increases. Finally we find the PFA-CME events are in regular more decelerated than the other CMEs. 相似文献
