由于分层系统的系统结构复杂,且系统不同层次可靠性信息具有不均衡性的特点,使得分层系统的可靠性建模较为困难.考虑二态情况,通过引入贝叶斯网络描述分层系统元素间的失效关系,并考虑了系统元素间级联失效问题,结合贝叶斯多源信息融合方法,以贝叶斯网络模型为基础整合了系统各层元素的可靠性信息,构成了一种较为通用的二态分层系统可靠性分析方法.算例结果表明:该方法在贝叶斯网络模型计算过程中能够融合系统各层元素可靠性信息并有效处理级联失效问题,提高了系统可靠性后验均值估计的准确性,减小了系统可靠性结论的后验方差. 相似文献

针对Leader-Follower异构型有人/无人机混合编队协同决策系统具有递阶分布式决策结构、决策信息分散以及通信约束等特点,在智能体模糊认知图(ABFCM)和动态模糊认知图(DFCM)的理论基础上,提出了一种有限干预式协同决策机制。通过构建层次化的Follower平台自主决策模型,实现了该平台与外部系统良好的交互能力,体现了自主决策的"动态性"。通过设计Leader平台的3种干预策略,满足了不同层次的决策需求,体现了干预过程的"有限性"。仿真结果表明:有限干预协同决策模型能够适应外部环境的动态变化,充分发挥Follower平台的自主决策能力;而不同层次的有限干预介入既减轻了Leader平台的控制负荷,又保证了决策的有效性和可行性,可为解决其他同类复杂系统的协同决策问题提供理论依据和方法参考。 相似文献

Prognostics and health management (PHM) is very important to guarantee the reliability and safety of aerospace systems, and sensing and test are the precondition of PHM. Integrating design for testability into early design stage of system early design stage is deemed as a fundamental way to improve PHM performance, and testability model is the base of testability analysis and design. This paper discusses a hierarchical model-based approach to testability modeling and analysis for heading attitude system health management. Quantified directed graph, of which the nodes represent components and tests and the directed edges represent fault propagation paths, is used to describe fault-test dependency, and quantitative testability information is assigned to nodes and directed edges. The fault dependencies between nodes can be obtained by functional fault analysis methodology that captures the physical architecture and material flows such as energy, heat, data, and so on. By incorporating physics of failure models into component, the dynamic process of a failing or degrading component can be projected onto system behavior, i.e., system symptoms. Then, the analysis of extended failure modes, mechanisms and effects is utilized to construct fault evolution-test dependency. Using this integrated model, the designers and system analysts can assess the test suite’s fault detectability, fault isolability and fault predictability. And heading attitude system application results show that the proposed model can support testability analysis and design for PHM very well. 相似文献

现代飞行控制系统设计中,如果同时考虑三轴模型,要实现实时最优控制是非常困难的,因为飞机短周期运动三轴模型阶数通常是七、八阶,要实现最优控制,就得实时求解相应维数的Riccati方程,这对于阶数较高的系统是非常困难的,甚至根本无法实现。但是,如果系统维数很低,实时求解相应维数的Riccati方程则可望实现。因此,将原高阶系统分解成若干相互关联的子系统,进行递阶分级控制,这样子系统的维数将大大低于原系统维数,并且各子系统的最优控制计算可分别由各子系统的计算机完成。由此,飞行控制系统的最优设计实现将成为可能。 相似文献

In the sense of eigenstructure (eigenvalues/eigenvectors) assignment, the effectiveness and disturbance suppressibility of a controller are mainly dependent on the left eigenstructure (eigenvalues/left eigenvectors) of a system. However, the disturbance decouplability is governed by the right eigenstructure (eigenvalues/right eigenvectors) of the system. In order to obtain a disturbance decouplable as well as effective and disturbance suppressible controller, a simultaneous assignment methodology of the right and left eigenstructures is proposed. The biorthogonality property between the left and right modal matrices of a system as well as the relations between the achievable right modal matrix and states selection matrices are used to develop the methodology. The proposed simultaneous eigenstructures assignment methodology guarantees that the desired eigenvalues are achieved exactly and the desired left and right eigenvectors are assigned to the best possible(achievable) sets of eigenvectors in the least square sense, respectively. 针对航天器在轨故障诊断系统在实时性、准确性和完备性上的要求,提出了基于分层有向图的新的定性诊断方法。采用有向图分层策略,减小故障源搜索空间的大小;利用故障传播路径上的测试节点间的定性关系,回溯搜索不相容支路找出故障源候选集合,并且通过部件故障概率和故障传播的权重对候选故障源进行故障可能性的排序。应用提出的方法,建立了某卫星一次电源系统的定性诊断模型,并进行了故障诊断的仿真测试。结果表明该诊断方法是高效的,诊断结果准确而且完备。该方法适用于航天器在轨故障诊断。 相似文献

Successful execution of a program and full satisfaction of the customer's requirements is a challenge for any contractor. Raytheon Company responds to this challenge by following a proven program execution methodology. The methodology includes all program aspects from financial planning to engineering to validation and test. This discusses the engineering team and the role of the mechanical engineer. A radar system is ultimately an assembly of advanced electronics and software. However, the design, fabrication, assembly, integration, and test Of this complex system requires a coherent multi-disciplinary approach. Raytheon, like many contractors, chooses to assemble an integrated product team (IPT) including all engineering disciplines. Mechanical engineering is integral to satisfying performance requirements, performing preliminary and detailed design, transition of the design to manufacturing, and implementation of the hardware in the field. During definition, mechanical engineering assists fundamental architecture development, conceptual design, and requirements development which precludes issues that are sometimes ignored to the detriment of many programs. These design issues include environmental protection, structural stiffness to meet deflection requirements, cooling system capacity to properly remove dissipated heat, manufacturabilit3' to control cost, maintainability to enable repair in the field, and transportability. Recognizing and trading off these issues early greatly increases the Probability Of satisfying customer objectives. 系统可靠性是决定飞机飞控计算机系统(FCCS)体系结构选型的重要依据,可靠性建模技术(SRMT)是定量评价系统可靠性的关键。目前有可靠性框图(RBD)、故障树分析(FTA)、Markov随机过程和Petri网等多种系统可靠性建模方法,由于求解的途径不同,各种方法都具有优缺点。文章综合静态和动态系统可靠性建模方法特点,提出一种分类划分和分级组合的系统可靠性建模(HCRM)方法,并用该方法对Boe-ing777飞机非相似余度FCCS进行了可靠性建模。与传统方法比较,该方法将基于状态的可靠性建模方法和非状态可靠性建模方法进行组合,并基于系统静态和动态特性分级建模和求解,在一定程度上化解了复杂系统可靠性建模的复杂度和求解难度,使系统可靠性模型更加精细和符合实际系统。 相似文献
