大方位失准角下的SINS/GNSS组合对准系统呈非线性,采用传统的卡尔曼滤波方法进行初始对准易导致对准精度下降甚至滤波发散。基于此,提出了一种基于改进强跟踪自适应平方根容积卡尔曼滤波算法的组合对准方法。该方法采用QR分解求取协方差的分解因子,并在状态预测方差阵的平方根更新中引入多重渐消因子调整滤波增益;同时,基于Sage-Husa自适应滤波,引入改进的时变噪声估计器实时估计噪声的统计特性。仿真结果表明,采用改进的滤波算法进行大方位失准角下的组合对准,对准精度明显提高。  相似文献

In this paper, a modified unscented Kalman filter (UKF) for nonlinear stochastic systems is proposed, and it is applied to autonomous orbit determination for Earth satellites. Based on some standard results about the boundedness of stochastic processes and a new formulation of the unscented transformation (UT), it is demonstrated that the design of the noise covariance matrix plays an important role in enhancing the filter stability. Furthermore, a particular design of the noise covariance matrix is proposed as a modification of the UKF. The modified UKF is less sensitive to the initial error than the usual one. High performance of the modified UKF is illustrated in comparison with the usual one by using the real data obtained from an Earth sensor.  相似文献

由Vapnik统计学习理论得到的支持向量机是一种新的人工智能方法,它具有比人工神经网络更好的泛化性。文中构建了一种基于C—SVC的故障诊断模型(CBFDM),并采用5重交叉验证法来选择模型参数,该模型可给出3个最可能的故障原因。利用PW4000—94发动机巡航态影响系数矩阵产生仿真数据,对CBFDM研究结果表明,即使在噪声级别为正常情况下的3倍时,该模型诊断准确率仍超过93%。该诊断模型也可用于其它领域诊断问题。  相似文献

无人机(UAV)态势感知的任务是利用机载传感器对未知环境进行目标识别和引导,针对无人机与非合作目标间中远距离的相对导航问题,提出了一种基于角度和距离量测的相对状态估计算法。在现有滤波算法的基础上,为了提高精度和稳定性,本文利用了列文伯格-马夸尔特(LM)优化的思想对迭代卡尔曼滤波(IEKF)算法进行改进,提出了一种LM-IEKF算法,并推导该算法在迭代过程中的状态更新方程及协方差阵的递推公式。在此基础上,考虑到距离传感器由于信号相关特性而引入的乘性噪声,现有的加性噪声模型难以适应,因此,进一步提出了基于量测噪声自适应修正的Modified LM-IEKF方法,通过在线实时更新噪声阵提高滤波的精度,并设置渐消记忆指数平滑估计结果。算法验证结果表明,与现有的EKF、IEKF算法相比,在仅含加性噪声的情况下,LM-IEKF算法具有更好的性能;在包含乘性噪声的情况下,Modified LM-IEKF可以有效地估计量测噪声,与目前广泛使用的EKF算法相比,在综合相对位置和相对速度精度上分别提高了10%和23%。  相似文献

In adaptive antenna arrays using control loops the processing is determined under certain conditions by the covariance matrix Bmn = E(f(v*m)vn)?n), where ?1,..., ?N are N-complex Gaussian noise video signals and f is some function of the phase of ?m. Half of the storages and real multiplications could be saved by taking only the real part of ?n. The subject of detection of spatially distributed targets in non-Gaussian noise with unknown statistics is addressed. At the design stage, in order to cope with the a priori uncertainty, we model noise returns as Gaussian vectors with the same structure of the covariance matrix, but possibly different power levels (heterogeneous environment). We also assume that a set of secondary data, free of signal components, is available to estimate the correlation properties of the disturbance The proposed detector assumes no a priori knowledge about the spatial distribution of the target scatterers and ensures the constant false alarm rate (CFAR) property with respect to both the structure of the covariance matrix and the power levels. With the progress of high-bypass turbofan and the innovation of silencing nacelle in engine noise reduction, airframe noise has now become another important sound source besides the engine noise. Thus, reducing airframe noise makes a great contribution to the overall noise reduction of a civil aircraft. However, reducing airframe noise often leads to aerodynamic perfor-mance loss in the meantime. In this case, an approach based on artificial neural network is intro-duced. An established database serves as a basis and the training sample of a back propagation (BP) artificial neural network, which uses confidence coefficient reasoning method for optimization later on. Then the most satisfactory configuration is selected for validating computations through the trained BP network. On the basis of the artificial neural network approach, an optimization pro-cess of slat cove filler (SCF) for high lift devices (HLD) on the Trap Wing is presented. Aerody-namic performance of both the baseline and optimized configurations is investigated through unsteady detached eddy simulations (DES), and a hybrid method, which combines unsteady DES method with acoustic analogy theory, is employed to validate the noise reduction effect. The numerical results indicate not merely a significant airframe noise reduction effect but also excel-lent aerodynamic performance retention simultaneously.  相似文献

An instrumental variable (IV) approach is presented for estimating the weights of an adaptive antenna array. Theoretical analysis of the IV method shows that the antenna gain weights are independent of finitely correlated noise, so that unbiased estimation of signal arrival angles is possible. Only matrix inversions are required to compute the weight estimates. In this sense, the IV method provides performance comparable with eigenvector techniques but with lower computational burden. Both minimal and overdetermined IV estimators are derived. The overdetermined estimators give the same theoretical array weights as minimal estimators, but yield more accurate weight estimates in real data situations. Simulation results are presented to compare these IV methods with one another and with conventional matrix inversion weight estimators. In these examples it is seen that IV methods are able to resolve closely spaced interference sources when conventional matrix inversion techniques cannot. It is also shown that overdetermined methods are capable of providing weight estimates with lower variances than those of minimal methods  相似文献

本文设计了一种尾缘(TE)上游多孔渗透结构,通过在全消声低速射流风洞,利用远场麦克风测量研究了不同工况和材料物性下尾缘辐射噪声的影响。结果表明:所设计的多孔渗透结构产生了额外的方腔噪声特征,相对密度4.7%的泡沫金属所产生的附加噪声最小,颗粒状多孔材料比泡沫金属产生的附加噪声小。对称流动条件下多孔平板尾缘噪声中出现的方腔单音噪声特征,在人工非对称流动条件干涉下消失,表明压差推动渗流穿过表面是这种设计的关键。缩小人工非对称流动与非对称曲面翼型产生的压力条件之间的差异以及避免过大面积多孔设计是改进的方向。  相似文献

在具有近似等顺压梯度的45°后掠平板上,人工激励非定常扰动的条件下,进行了三维边界层承受横流不稳定性实验研究。在扰动增长的初始阶段,信号的信噪比非常低,本文首次成功测量了初始扰动的增长,将有用的信号有效地提取出来。对于不同的来流速度与不同的人工扰动频率与波数,一系列的实验研究提供了一组初始扰动的增长曲线。  相似文献

真实飞机部件的气动噪声问题可以通过缩比模型气动声学试验研究,但是必须要遵循合适的相似准则。频率相似准则一般选择Helmholtz数或Strouhal数相似,而声源强度的相似准则在一定的雷诺数范围内通常采用Mach数相似。噪声随来流马赫数的比例律可用于外推风洞试验测量数据到真实飞行条件下,并判断声源类型。在北京航空航天大学D5气动声学风洞中对1/2缩比的LAnding Gear nOise database for civil aviation authority validatiON(LAGOON)简化起落架模型进行了气动声学试验研究。试验结果表明:该起落架模型的噪声频率遵循Helmholtz数相似准则而非Strouhal数相似准则。起落架噪声的马赫数比例律与频率有关,在低频范围内满足6次方关系,而在中高频范围内满足7次方关系。将D5风洞测得的噪声频谱按Helmholtz数相似及相应的马赫数比例律转换后与LAGOON原型试验结果对比,发现两者的测量结果吻合得非常好。  相似文献

在航空航天领域,作用在结构上动载荷的确定对结构健康监测是非常必要和重要的。为此,本文以类似机翼结构的变截面悬臂梁结构为研究对象,提出了一种基于光纤光栅传感器与卡尔曼滤波器的动载荷识别方法。首先,根据变截面梁单元形式,推导出变截面梁的质量矩阵与刚度矩阵,建立动力学运动方程。然后,以光纤光栅传感器测得的应变信息作为观测信号,通过卡尔曼滤波器生成的增益矩阵、新息序列矩阵以及协方差矩阵,得到灵敏度矩阵和估计力的增益矩阵。在此基础上,利用广义回归模型及其最小二乘算法,估算出动载荷大小、判断出动载荷激励位置。借助数值仿真与实验手段,分别验证了该方法对于单点正弦激励、方波激励、锯齿波激励以及多点同时激励等工况下的动载荷识别效果。结果表明,本文所提算法具有较好的动载荷识别效果和噪声抑制能力,能够为未来风洞试验和真实飞行试验环境中诸如大展弦比机翼表面气动压力等载荷实时辨识、气动外形自适应控制以及结构健康监测提供技术支撑。  相似文献

Rapid Convergence Rate in Adaptive Arrays   总被引:22,自引:0,他引:22  
In many applications, the practical usefulness of adaptive arrays is limited by their convergence rate. The adaptively controlled weights in these systems must change at a rate equal to or greater than the rate of change of the external noise field (e.g., due to scanning in a radar if step scan is not used). This convergence rate problem is most severe in adaptive systems with a large number of degrees of adaptivity and in situations where the eigenvalues of the noise covariance matrix are widely different. A direct method of adaptive weight computation, based on a sample covariance matrix of the noise field, has been found to provide very rapid convergence in all cases, i.e., independent of the eigenvalue distribution. A theory has been developed, based on earlier work by Goodman, which predicts the achievable convergence rate with this technique, and has been verified by simulation.  相似文献

The development relies on a matrix formulation and a subsequent factorization of a parameter constraint matrix from the signal matrix. 提出了一种基于迭代QR分解的信源到达角(DOA)估计技术.DOA估计的子空间方法主要是通过估计信号协方差矩阵的信号子空间或者噪声子空间来求出信号的DOA参数.估计这些子空间通常需要大量的计算,采用ASIC实现时其成本会非常昂贵.本文采用迭代QR分解方法进行子空间分解,可以利用较少量的计算资源完成处理任务.仿真实验结果达到0.23毫弧度,说明该算法比较可靠有效.  相似文献

研究冲击噪声环境下的信号DOA估计问题。在对称α稳定(SαS: Symmetric α-stable)分布冲击噪声假设下,定义了一个阵列接收数据的广义分数低阶空时矩阵。理论分析表明,对广义分数低阶空时矩阵进行奇异值分解可获得噪声子空间估计。与信号空间DOA估计技术相结合,提出一种新的基于信号空间分解的DOA估计算法。该算法在低信噪比下对强冲击噪声具有更好的抑制作用。计算机仿真证明了算法的有效性。  相似文献

This paper presents a new robust adaptive filtering method for SINS/SAR (Strap-down Inertial Navigation System/Synthetic Aperture Radar) integrated navigation system. This method adopts the principle of robust estimation to adaptive filtering of observational data. A robust adaptive filter is developed to adaptively determine the covariance matrix of observation noise, and adaptively adjust the covariance matrix of system state noise according to the adaptive factor constructed based on predicted residuals. Experimental results and comparison analysis demonstrate that the proposed method cannot only effectively resist disturbances due to system state noise and observation noise, but it can also achieve higher accuracy than the adaptive Kalman filtering method.  相似文献

采用大涡模拟(LES)对某微型客车的瞬态外流场进行仿真分析,应用Lighthill-Curle声类比理论,采用FW-H声学模型,预测其车外气动噪声特性.对后视镜局部造型进行优化改进.最后进行了实车道路实验,测试了60~120 km/h整车噪声,测试结果表明,通过改进后视镜的造型整车噪声有了明显降低,且最大降幅为1.2 dB.   相似文献
