通过对Ni基合金进行激光熔覆γ TiAl基合金涂层处理,对γ TiAl基合金进行激光表面熔凝处理,将异种合金间的连接转化为具有相似显微组织特征的同种合金间的连接。研究了Ni基合金激光熔覆涂层的显微组织特征,探讨了激光表面改性处理和连接温度对Ni基合金/γ TiAl基合金扩散连接质量的影响。结果表明,激光表面改性技术提高了Ni基合金/γ TiAl基合金的连接质量。在连接温度900℃,连接压力60MPa,连接时间1h的连接条件下,可实现Ni基合金/γ TiAl基合金的连接。 相似文献

A new type of aluminum lithium alloy (Al-Li alloy) Al-Li-S-4 was investigated by test in this paper. Alloy plate of 400 mm · 140 mm · 6 mm with single edge notch was made into samples bonded with Ti-6Al-4V alloy (Ti alloy) strap by FM 94 film adhesive after the surface was treated. Fatigue crack growth of samples was investigated under cyclic loading with stress ratio (R) of 0.1 and load amplitude constant. The results show that Al-Li alloy plate bonded with Ti alloy strap could retard fatigue crack propagation. Retardation effect is related with width and thickness of strap. Flaws have an observable effect on crack propagation direction. 相似文献

The brazing of diamond is a promising way to fabricate grinding wheels for efficient machining and precision grinding. This work investigated the feasibility of bonding diamond grits onto Aluminium Alloy 7075 (AA7075) substrate with a Ag–Cu–Ti filler alloy via laser fusion brazing. The interfacial microstructures and the strength of the brazed diamond joints were studied. The cross-section of the brazed diamond joint consists of a molten filler alloy layer, a molten pool, a heat effect zone, a columnar crystal zone and an equiaxed crystal zone. Within the interface of the filler alloy/substrate metal, microstructures observed possibly were Ag(s.s), Al(s.s), TixAl, Al2Cu and Mg intermetallic compounds. A layer of TiC with a thickness of about 30–50 nm was found at the bonding interface of the diamond/filler alloy. The averaged peak shear force of the brazed joints was found to be approximately 39.8 N. The abrasion grinding test indicated that the diamond/AA7075 brazed joint was adequate for grinding. However, the pulled-off of grit was found to be the primary failure of this type of brazed joint. This work broadened the brazing diamond technique and the range of applications of brazed diamond wheels for efficient grinding. 相似文献

This study investigates the feasibility of using electrochemical machining(ECM) to produce critical aeroengine components from a new burn-resistant titanium alloy(Ti40), thereby reducing costs and improving efficiency relative to conventional mechanical machining.Through this, it is found that an aqueous mix of sodium chloride and potassium bromide provides the optimal electrolyte and that the surface quality of the Ti40 workpiece is improved by using a pulsed current of1 k Hz rather than a direct current.Furthermore, the quality of cavities produced by ECM and the overall material removal rate are determined to be dependent on a combination of operating voltage, electrolyte inlet pressure, cathode feeding rate and electrolyte concentration.By optimizing these parameters, a surface roughness of 0.371 lm has been achieved in conjunction with a specific removal rate of more than 3.1 mm3/A?min. 相似文献

随着航空工业的发展,钛合金在航空结构中有着越来越广泛的应用。焊接作为重要的连接手段,其制造接头的力学性能决定了构件的使用性能。激光焊接具有高能束焊接方法热输入小、残余应力及变形小的特点,焊接质量高,并且能在开放环境中开展工作,已成为真空电子束焊接外另一种优秀的钛合金焊接方法,是近年研究的热点。总结了近期钛合金激光焊接的一些研究工作,重点介绍了关于激光焊接钛合金组织性能调控方面的成果,并讨论了钛合金激光焊所存在的问题,具体内容包括:激光类型和扫描方式对接头质量的影响、三种典型(α型、α+β型和β型)钛合金激光焊接头组织性能特点、焊后热处理对钛合金激光焊接头组织性能调控方法。为采用激光焊接方法制造高质量钛合金接头研究工作提供参考。 相似文献

通过GH625合金的不同热处理工艺与组织、性能关系的研究及采用不同加热温度、不同应变速率及不同变形量的工艺试验,确定出合理的热工艺参数。结果为:变形温度1100oC~1140oC,变形量20%~50%,I临界变形10%左右。合理的热处理制度为:固溶温度990℃~1030℃,保温60min,空冷或水冷。990't2固溶处理时可适当延长保温时间,在此温度范围内处理,可获得6级一8级晶粒组织。与空冷相比,水淬组织更加均匀,晶粒更细小些。 相似文献

55%Al-Zn镀层腐蚀机理的解释主要集中在两方面。一是从镀层的组织分析上加以说明,另一就是从腐蚀产物的组成、形态上加以阐述。但是都有各自的不足之处。Townsend等人从55%Al-Zn镀层的结构解释了耐蚀机理,即β-富Zn相优先溶解,剩下α-富Al相。按这种观点推理,应该合金中Al含量越高耐蚀性能越好。事实上筛选工作证明,含Al在20%~35%之间合金耐蚀性能明显下降,其次5%Al-Zn镀层为什么具有较低的腐蚀速度。 相似文献
