978MHz的广播式自动相关监视系统(ADS-B)技术在通用航空空管领域有广泛应用。中国民航飞行学院在我国首次应用ADS-B系统。从2005年至今,中国民航学院的所有5个机场建立了地面基站,150架飞机加装了机载ADS-B系统,系统运转良好,极大地提高了训练飞行的安全性和空域的利用率。为保证系统数据的精度和完整性,本文介绍了一种方法,即实现多种导航覆盖的ADS-B、广域多点相关系统(WAMLAT)和雷达监视的组合方法,以提高空中交通监视的可靠性,满足空中交通监视所需的导航精度、导航完整性和监视完整性要求。这种综合构型监视方法,将有助于推动多监视源的应用。  相似文献

Automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) systems can broadcast satellitebased aircraft position, identification, etc., periodically, and are now on track to replace radar to become the backbone of next-generation air traffic management (ATM) systems. However, ADS-B systems suffer severe cyber-security problems due to the broadcast-type data link and the lack of designed-in security measures. Especially, since ADS-B messages are unauthenticated, it is easy to insert fake aircraft into a system via spoofing or insertion of false messages. Unfortu- nately, the authentication for ADS-B messages has not yet been well studied. In this paper, based on identity-based signature with message recovery (IBS-MR), an efficient broadcast authentication scheme for ADS-B messages is proposed. The security analysis demonstrates that the scheme can achieve authenticity and integrity of ADS-B broadcast messages, as well as adaptive evolution of broadcasters' private keys. The performance evaluation shows that the scheme is computationally efficient for typical avionics devices with limited resources. Furthermore, the scheme achieves low communication overhead since broadcast messages can be recovered from signatures, and thus it is suitable for low-bandwidth ADS-B data link.  相似文献

In western China, the terrain and meteorological conditions are so complex that it is not suitable to construct new radar stations. Automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) is a totally new surveillance method, so before practically applied and operated in China, abundant tests and evaluations are necessary to validate the performance of ADS-B and guarantee the operational security. During the flight tests, we collect the data of radar, ADS-B and high accuracy position and compare the performance of ADS-B with radar based on high accuracy position. To solve the asynchronous problem among radar data, ADS-B data and real-time kinematic (RTK) data caused by different update rates, this article proposes the technique of synchronizing multi-surveillance data by extrapolating from the data of low update rate to high update rate according to velocity and heading. Meanwhile, because radar data, ADS-B data and RTK data are expressed in different coordinates and cannot be compared each other, this article provides a method to unifying the coordinates of multi-surveillance data. By the analysis and evaluation, we can conclude that the performance of ADS-B is better than radar.  相似文献

为实现广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)航迹与雷达航迹的高质量融合,必须对ADS-B航迹和雷达航迹数据质量进行分析。在分析实际ADS-B航迹数据的基础上,提出以航路为参考基准验证ADS-B航迹数据精度及完好性的方法。根据ADS-B报文中的位置导航不确定类别(NUCp)值,统计航迹点与航路中心线的水平偏差并将其作为位置实际误差,运用分位数-分位数图法对位置实际误差进行正态分布检验,得出置信水平为99%的实际误差置信区间,即在不同NUCp值下可信赖的位置误差范围。实验结果表明,在采用加权平均法进行航迹融合时,与传统权重分配相比,对于NUCp值为5或6的ADS-B航迹数据可增大权重,而对于NUCp值为7的数据则应减小权重。  相似文献

为了更好地解决高精度雷达标定的问题,提出了基于广播式自动相关监视系统(ADS-B)固定误差及目标回波中心动态修正的雷达标定新方法。首先分析了ADS-B位置数据误差的来源、类型及在雷达坐标系下的特征,同时对民航目标回波中心的变化作了分析建模,在此基础上进一步通过对雷达数据与ADS-B数据之差作动态联合修正,最终估算出雷达系统误差,提高了雷达系统误差标定的精度和稳定性。并利用多批次的实测数据对该标定新方法与其他方法进行了对比验证,结果表明,该方法有效提高了标定的精度和稳定性,并已成功应用于雷达标定设备中。  相似文献

广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)技术推广使用的首要问题是间隔标准的确定,为此ADS-B下飞行间隔的评估就成为亟待解决的问题。采用与基准系统进行比较的方法,对ADS-B监视下的飞行间隔的安全评估方法进行了研究。建立了ADS-B监视下的危险接近概率模型,确定了ADS-B下飞行间隔的研究方法,对雷达监视和ADS-B监视下的危险接近概率进行比较分析,在不低于雷达监视的安全目标水平下确定出ADS-B监视下对应的最小间隔。研究结果表明:在不低于雷达监视的安全目标水平下,ADS-B监视下的飞行间隔标准更小,因此方法适用于国内ADS-B监视下的飞行间隔的评估。  相似文献

The acceptance and implementation of advanced digital avionics and flight control systems is dependent on the successful integration of these systems into the current and future National Airspace System (NAS). This paper describes a digital avionics systems research facility known as the Digital Information Facility (DIF) developed to provide researchers with the ground systems and air-to-ground interfaces needed to conduct and document experiments involving a mix of new technologies within the existing NAS infrastructure. The DIF supports four NAS functions: Controller Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC), Flight Information Services (FIS), Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) navigation, and Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B). The DIF also includes the capability to record pilot and air traffic management interactions and document research participant observations. The DIF capability includes connectivity to flight test and simulated aircraft in a fully immersive Communications, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) environment.  相似文献

This paper proposes a method of collision avoidance planning using automatic dependent surveillance-broadcast (ADS-B) and dynamic programming (DP). It in essence allows air traffic control (ATC) within the cockpit for remote or uncontrolled airspace and is a step toward Free Flight. This paper reviews the approach to collision avoidance in the aircraft industry and to similar problems in other industries. DP is one solution method used in other industries for the problem of path planning to avoid collisions with fixed obstacles. The solution proposed here for the aircraft case uses DP applied to the moving obstacle case. The problem is first simplified by assuming fixed obstacles for the cost minimisation algorithms. These fixed obstacles are then moved with time and the minimisation process is started again. Although this method works well in most cases, situations can be constructed where this method fails, allowing a collision. A modified approach is proposed, where the movement of obstacles is included more explicitly in the cost minimisation algorithm. This modification allows solutions which are complete and ensures safe maneuvres and should be considered as an aid to the Traffic alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS)  相似文献

Runway incursion is defined by the FAA as "any occurrence at an airport involving an aircraft, vehicle, person or object on the ground that creates collision hazard or results in a loss of separation with an aircraft taking off, intending to take off, landing or intending to land." A summary of how severe this problem is can be found in a 2001 hearing before the Subcommittee on Aviation. Surface movement radar (SMR) technology has evolved over the years as part of an effort to mitigate runway incursion risks and enhance airport capacity. Surface movement surveillance systems of various types have been installed in major airports as early as the 1960s, and have kept evolving. The most recent system currently being deployed in the US by the FAA is the airport surface movement detection equipment model X (ASDE-X) system. In this system, unlike previous systems, the surface movement radar is just one of several sensors that are used in addition to transponder multilateration and GPS-based position reports, referred to as automatic dependent surveillance - broadcast or ADS-B; however, the SMR is a key subsystem. This paper contains an overview of the state-of-the-art SMR technology and provides an introduction on the use of radar technology for this commercial application. It focuses on the architecture, characteristics and technology of the radar sensor, the characteristics of the clutter and how it affects the performance, effects of multipath, automatic detection and comparison of several sensor architectures. Radar systems were initially limited to military applications, but today most people encounter radar applications everyday. Given the broad range of applications, a variety of radar types and technologies have emerged to meet unique needs. This paper discusses about the latest advances on system performance and testing of radar systems. When performing characterization of a radar receiver design, a variety of signals are required to accurately recreate the operational environment. This paper will review the test signal environment needed for evaluation of various modern radar systems. Aeronautical Information and Meteorological Management is a key component of the International Civil Aviation Organization's (ICAO) global Air Traffic Management (ATM) operational concept. This global ATM concept is central to the Joint Planning and Development Office's (JPDO) Next Generation Air Transportation System (NGATS), and underlies Europe's Single European Sky ATM Research (SESAR) initiative. The availability of timely, accurate, and relevant aeronautical and meteorological information in the cockpit is critical for safe conduct of flight and forms the basis for Air Traffic Management (ATM) decision-making. The data-link of aeronautical and meteorological information will facilitate the creation of a common picture of the airspace situation for all flight crews, air traffic controllers, and airline operations personnel. Change notifications, timely warnings and alerts of threats to safe and efficient flight conduct will be enabled by these services. The ultimate goal is to provide access to on-line, real-time, quality information, and weather services to any aviation user, anytime, anywhere. In this framework, we present operational services and environment of the Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) and Meteorological (MET) data-link services envisaged to be implemented over the next decade in both Europe and the USA. It reflects concepts and system performance requirements currently developed by a joint EUROCAE (WG-76) / RTCA (SC-206) Committee. The envisaged AIM data-link services are presented: aeronautical updates both in textual and graphical fore, synchronization of aeronautical data between on-board and ground systems (exchange of permanent aeronautical data regardless of AIRAC cycles). The MET data-link services are also developed: weather planning, near-term, and reactive decision services.  相似文献

Currently, cybersecurity and cyber resilience are emerging and urgent issues in next-generation air traffic surveillance systems, which depend primarily on Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) owing to its low cost and high accuracy. Unfortunately, ADS-B is prone to cyber-attacks. To verify the ADS-B positioning data of aircraft, multilateration (MLAT) techniques that use Time Differences of Arrivals (TDoAs) have been proposed. MLAT exhibits low accuracy in determining aircraft positions. Recently, a novel technique using a theoretically calculated TDoA fingerprint map has been proposed. This technique is less dependent on the geometry of sensor deployment and achieves better accuracy than MLAT. However, the accuracy of the existing technique is not sufficiently precise for determining aircraft positions and requires a long computation time. In contrast, this paper presents a reliable surveillance framework using an Actual TDoA-Based Augmentation System (ATBAS). It uses historically recorded real-data from the OpenSky network to train our TDoA fingerprint grid network. Our results show that the accuracy of the proposed ATBAS framework in determining the aircraft positions is significantly better than those of the MLAT and expected TDoA techniques by 56.93% and 48.86%, respectively. Additionally, the proposed framework reduced the computation time by 77% compared with the expected TDoA technique.  相似文献

Most sustained data recording systems in many real-time fields are based on tape equipments. We have developed an innovative sustained data recording system based on disk array which consists of Array Controller Module (ACM), String Controller Module (SCM) and Main Controller Module (MCM). This system has a better performance and higher reliability than the traditional tape recorder and can be used conveniently in many areas of data recording, storing, playback, and remote backup. This novel recording system has been used in radar data recorder for spacecraft orbit tracking and satellite remote sensing data recording successfully.  相似文献

The Federal Aviation Administration plans to independently monitor signals in space from the Global Positioning System (GPS) for the purpose of providing immediate awareness to civil aviation users of the operational status of GPS when it is used in the National Airspace System. The operational status will be disseminated to Air Traffic Control and will possibly be broadcast from ground monitoring stations to GPS aviation users via a dedicated integrity channel. An algorithm is described that measures the coverage of a configuration of ground monitoring station locations, and is applied to several different configurations of ground monitoring stations to compare the coverage provided. Also included are the resulting ground monitoring station configurations that give the best coverage of GPS signals for several specific geographical areas, the conterminous United States (CONUS), Canada, and Alaska.  相似文献

This work describes a computer simulator for an integrated Command and Control (C2) multi-sensor system acting in a maritime border control scenario. The analyzed system is composed of two platforms of multiple sensors: a land-based platform, equipped with a Vessel Traffic System (VTS) radar, an Infrared camera (IR), and an Automatic Identification System (AIS); an airborne platform, carrying an Airborne Early Warning Radar (AEWR) and an III camera. The mission of the system is the detection, tracking, and identification of multiple naval targets inside a sea region, their threat level evaluation, and the selection of an intervention against possible threat targets, in order to inspect their nature. The Measures of Effectiveness (MoE) of the integrated system are evaluated, i.e., the system performance during the detection, the threat evaluation process, and the intervention.  相似文献

广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)作为新一代空管监视技术,由于采用明文方式广播发送数据,因而存在易遭受网络攻击的安全问题。为了准确检测ADS-B数据攻击行为,在充分考虑时间相关性的基础上,提出了针对ADS-B数据的异常数据检测模型。首先利用双向门控循环单元(BiGRU)神经网络预测ADS-B数据,得到了ADS-B数据预测值。再将预测值和实际值作差,将差值放入支持向量数据描述(SVDD)训练,得到了能检测ADS-B异常数据的超球体分类器。并且,选择了合适的滑动窗口,在保证异常检测准确率的同时,缩短BiGRU神经网络的训练时长。实验结果表明,BiGRU-SVDD模型能检测出随机位置偏移攻击、高度偏差攻击、重放攻击、拒绝服务(DOS)等攻击下的ADS-B异常数据。并且,与其他机器学习和深度学习方法相比,BiGRU-SVDD异常检测模型的准确率更佳,适应性更优。  相似文献
