航空电子产品中为了满足高安全等级应用的驻留需求,通用处理模块的数据完整性指标需要达到 Level A(10-9)级。基于当前元器件的可靠性和产品设计的复杂度,产品的数据完整性一般在10-3 到10-5 的水平, 无法满足产品的设计需求。本文提出了一种基于数据锁步的设计方法,该方法可用当前的软硬件资源在工程项 目中设计出满足高完整性要求的产品。  相似文献

The demand for digital cartographic data and information is expanding rapidly, most dramatically in navigation. Electronic chart and map display systems are now reaching the market for land, sea and air navigation and rapid delivery of the latest data is absolutely essential. Commercial aviation is moving rapidly toward the automated cockpit with the new generation Flight Management Computer System. Marine navigation is experiencing a similar growth in integrated navigation systems and every major automobile manufacturer has plans for digital map navigation systems. The largest, most complete data bases to meet these requirements are Government held and difficult to access, thus most private sector firms re-digitize and agencies maintain near duplicate data. Present inefficiencies, introduced errors, and delays stem from lack of rapid access and delivery of digital data. Use of newly developed satellite data broadcast technology offers a solution.  相似文献

This mainly discusses the next generation factory automation systems, i.e., open systems. Along the dimension of open architecture, it discusses some standardized methodologies involving Linux open source operating systems, platform independent programming languages, systematic object-oriented software engineering, web-based information publishing, virtual instrument-based system structure, distributed and embedded real-time systems, etc., and their applications in factory automation systems. The resulting open systems are capable of keeping up with the evolving requirements in the factory automation arena, and it is expected that the strict use of standards would bring benefits to enterprises in the long sight.  相似文献

为了更好地落实航空电子模块的可制造性设计审查工作,结合航空电子模块产品特点和技术要求,建设了基于Valor软件的PCB/PCBA设计与检测自动化分析系统.元器件模型库作为该系统的必要组成部分,其覆盖范围和数据精度对审查结果至关重要.本文将从元器件模型库建设必要性、建设过程和建模工艺要求三个方面进行阐述,并提出一种基于Valor VPL的元器件快速建模方法,应用结果表明,该方法能够高效构建满足系统审查精度的元器件模型,使大规模元器件模型库的建设成为可能.  相似文献

Network topology is an important choice for the test system designer. There are several to choose from and each has benefits. A comparison of topologies is made based on the benefits and drawbacks for various usage situations. Some of the topologies of interest are: placing the instrumentation and the controller on the corporate intranet; using switching hubs for traffic isolation; using a second LAN connection in the test system controller as a private network for instrumentation; placing a router between the intranet and the test system controller; and widely distributing test assets. Test asset visibility to the rest of the network has both security and test integrity implications. Trading off the benefits of ready access and observation (which promotes collaboration) against system visibility needs to be carefully examined. Several use cases will be presented for examination: simply connected user; semi-automated test; fully automated test; and remote collaboration for system problem-solving.  相似文献

完整性概率是民用飞机与系统安全性的评价指标之一。循环冗余校验(CRC)是航空电子系统通信网络中广泛应用的完整性设计措施。针对缺乏CRC校验定量安全性分析的现状,基于标准CRC校验的性能,研究了业务数据在航空电子系统通信网络传输过程中出现错误且被CRC漏检的概率。结合案例分析了CRC校验对航电网络传输通道完整性需求的影响。分析结果表明通过在应用层采取CRC校验等设计措施,并确保业务数据在网络传输过程中发生错误且被CRC漏检的概率满足顶层分配的完整性需求,则网络传输通道或链路层可无需考虑针对特定业务数据的完整性需求,进而缓解对网络传输通道的安全性需求。分析思路为航电网络CRC校验设计及安全性分析提供参考。  相似文献

在当前社群化制造背景下,结合信息物理系统CPS与社交网络技术,提出一种信息-物理-社交互联的、面向个性化产品生产的社群化工厂概念。给出了社群化工厂的相关定义,研究了社群化工厂的体系架构与运行逻辑,进而讨论了社群化工厂的关键使能技术。通过一个案例验证了社群化工厂实施的可行性。社群化工厂对揭示社群化制造在制造节点层面的组织形态、配置机理、运行逻辑等方面具有指导意义,并为未来工厂的构建提供了一种思路。  相似文献

Today, every modern organization aspires to improve its performance through better use of information technology. As communication technology improves, organizations can operate over wider distances and can even assemble operational components on an ad-hoc basis to meet requirements of a specific objective. Future air traffic communication studies are already discussing whether to operate IP networks that are combining voice and data transport. The problem is that although voice and data are using a common infrastructure, they remain separate at the application level. Probably, some service providers have already enjoyed reduced network infrastructure and operational costs by merging voice and data transport, but the majority may have failed to realize the significant cost, productivity, and service differentiation capabilities that converged, collaborative applications could bring. This elaborates mechanisms needed for a robust and globally interconnected network environment (including infrastructure, systems, processes, and people) in which data is shared timely and seamlessly among users, applications, and platforms. Such an environment enables substantially improved situational awareness and shortened decision-making cycles. Stepping ahead, our contribution discusses standards making application or service convergence a reality.  相似文献

The high level of safety demand of civil aviation requests local area augmentation system (LAAS) extremely high navigation integrity performance. A new LAAS pseudo-range error overbound method is proposed in this paper to improve the integrity of LAAS. Firstly, a more practical pseudo-range error distribution model is established. Then, by calculating the relationship between the statistical uncertainty of the model parameter and the integrity risk, a new method is proposed to calculate the pseudo-range error over-bound model. This method can effectively reduce the inflation factor and the resulting conservativeness of the over-bound model. Comparative experiments show that the method proposed in this paper performs better and satisfies the requirements of real applications.  相似文献

Standards, draft standards, and guidelines that provide requirements for the assurance of high integrity software are studied. The focus is on identifying the attributes necessary in such documents for providing reasonable assurance for high integrity software, and on identifying the relative strengths and weaknesses of the documents. The documents vary widely in their requirements and the precision with which the requirements are expressed. Security documents tend to have a narrow focus and to be more product oriented, while safety documents tend to be broad in scope and center primarily on the software development process. It is found that overall there is little relationship between the degree of risk and the rigor of applicable standards. Recommendations are provided for a base standard for the assurance of high integrity software  相似文献

随着中国航空事业的发展,航空疲劳与结构完整性成为影响飞机结构寿命、安全性、可靠性的关键问题之一。经过多年来的努力,飞机结构从最初的静强度、安全寿命设计理念逐渐发展成以疲劳与结构完整性为指导的研制理念和方法,并在型号中取得了成功应用,使得新一代飞机结构的使用寿命、可靠性和经济性得到很大的提升。随着技术的发展和新型号的研制需求,这一领域又出现了许多亟待解决的新问题。本文从航空工业角度梳理了自2000年以来中国航空结构疲劳研究的进展和主要成果,重点介绍了在航空材料/结构/工艺、分析评估理论研究、疲劳试验技术以及飞机寿命管理等方面的研究进展和应用概况,在此基础上从型号研制及工程发展角度提出了对中国航空疲劳需要重点关注的研究方向的建议,以期为中国航空结构技术发展提供借鉴。  相似文献

MILDATA was an Army-sponsored exploratory development study in the area of digital computer technology. Its objective was to explore and evaluate new organizational concepts for hardware and software in a tactical command control information system (CCIS) and to develop new measures of effectiveness and methods for evaluating system performance. It was assumed that the MILDATA system would be operational in the field army during the time frame 1975-1985. A unique feature of the MILDATA concept is an unprecedented degree of modularity which provides flexibility to fulfill a wide variety of tactical data processing requirements. This paper supplies necessary background on CCIS requirements and develops modular design criteria. It then summarizes MILDATA study requirements and the general nature of the results obtained and outlines a program of future work. Finally, an attempt is made to systematize the experience gained during MILDATA as an aid to the organization of future exploratory development studies.  相似文献

The Cassini Information Access System (IAS) was built to provide Cassini Integration and Test engineers with ready access to current technical and logistical project information. World Wide Web (www) technology was used to provide a consistent user interface to pre-existing interactive systems as well as new repositories and interactive services developed specifically for Cassini. A Web “gateway” was developed for each pre-existing data service. Each service had its unique requirements including read-only and read-and-write access to SQL databases. Other requirements called for the development of many background processes to handle the access of data produced by proprietary databases and non-database data repositories. Through the use of the www, anonymous ftp, Novell services, and unique data conversion programs, we were able to put the system into limited operation by August 1995 and full operation by March 1996  相似文献

The Internet and its current infrastructure provide many opportunities to exploit improved electronics testing by increasing collaboration among individuals worldwide. This paper proposes several ways to take advantage of the ubiquitous Internet infrastructure, its applications, and increasing network bandwidth to better share knowledge between engineering and test technicians, and to build and maintain a network of knowledge sharing among test and maintenance technicians in geographically separated units. Current Internet infrastructure applications that are available and being used in an ad hoc manner are email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and remote control of PCs. These applications can be used by the military to integrate and enhance communications methods and improve the sharing of data as well as remote control of automatic test equipment by engineers providing diagnostic assistance. Knowledge management techniques will be exploited to provide capture of and better access to "head knowledge" which typically stays within an individual technician or engineer. Collection of repair and test data in real-time from geographically dispersed locations can be implemented via the Internet. Engineering can be more responsive in updating TPS software by having more information and, in turn, distribute the updates via the Internet by providing access to a secure server.  相似文献

设计并实现了一种基于CAN总线的MCS自动测控系统,可以直接获取ECU产品中的核心数据,修改重要参数,并且可以更新ECU程序,为ECU的自主研发提供了检验支持。ECU系统的控制程序使用Ec lipse3.5.2+w indowbu ilder开发具有友好人机交互界面的MCS主机端平台控制软件,使得数据的显示控制以及解析更加直观简明。实测结果显示,MCS软件的设计与实现减少了ECU国产化的工作量,加快了ECU的研发进程。  相似文献
