多功能数控布带缠绕机是集机械、电子、气动、控制、软件和数控等技术一体化的多学科交叉综合应用的复杂设备。从提高参数控制精度及匹配精度的角度出发,详细地介绍了一种新型布带缠绕机的结构、组成及实现方式,并对机床本体、张力控制系统、温度控制系统、压力控制系统及数控系统的设计与开发中的关键技术做了较为深入的探讨。将该技术应用于多功能布带缠绕设备中,采用专用数控系统、先进机械装置及控制算法,既实现了缠绕成型过程的自动化,又保证了缠绕制品的质量,解决了复合材料零部件成型过程的关键制造技术难题。 相似文献

复合材料布带缠绕成型过程中的压力波动会影响制品的致密度和均匀度,同时会造成缠绕制品的界面强度及纤维体积分数不一致。芯模的圆度误差和安装误差会导致压力波动,气体的可压缩性、比例阀的死区效应、阀的流量非线性、气缸摩擦力及测量噪声会对缠绕压力控制造成非线性干扰。因此,设计了自适应灰色预测模糊PID控制器,通过对气缸输出缠绕压力的灰色预测,正确反映了压力信号的变化趋势,为模糊PID控制的推理提供了可靠依据。同时,采用两个独立的模糊推理系统来调节预测控制的步长和步长自整定算法的比例因子。仿真分析和实验结果表明:相比于传统PID控制,采用自适应灰色预测模糊PID控制使缠绕压力的稳态误差减小了62%,超调量减小了80%,有效提高了复合材料缠绕成型压力控制系统的稳定性。 相似文献

采用缠绕成型的方法制备了碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料杆件,对杆件进行了拉伸、压缩试验,并且对缠绕用原材料的性能进行测试。结果表明:缠绕原材料的拉伸及层剪性能优异,缠绕成型的复合材料杆件力学性能较高,压缩与拉伸强度分别大于400与240 MPa,杆件端头是应力集中区域,端头的设计连接以及复合材料的层间性能是影响复合材料杆件拉伸、压缩性能的重要因素。 相似文献

粘胶基碳纤维织物已广泛用作烧蚀和绝热复合材料。由于行情和利润不断下降,用连续粘胶纤维制得的碳纤维制品最终可能不易买到或限制供应。因此,围绕获得相应的PAN基碳布、测定其性能并制作布带缠绕酚醛树脂复合材料开展了研究。市场上买得到的PAN基碳布具有强度高和质量均匀等特性,但绝热性和化学纯度较差。特殊的PAN基碳布是在较低的(低于1350℃)热处理温度下获得的,并且应用于20°布带缠绕酚醛复合材料中。对这种复合材料的烧蚀、热物理、机械和化学性能的测定表明,所研制的复合材料可以代替粘胶基碳布/酚醛,但纤维与基体之间的粘结和纤维的纯度尚需进一步改善。 相似文献

Fiber winding tension is an important factor in the molding techniques of composite material which influences the quality of winding product directly, and the tension control is a key technique in fiber winding techniques. This paper introduces a closed-loop tension control system with the programmable logic controller (PLC) with function modules as its control kernel, the alternating current (AC) servo motor as execute element and the radius-following device to accomplish the real-time radius compensation. The mechanism of the tension control system is analyzed and the numerical model is set up. The compensation technique of the radius of the scroll is analyzed. Experimental results show that the system is well qualified with high control precision and high reaction speed. 相似文献

In the process of composite prepreg tape winding, the compaction force could influence the quality of winding products. According to the analysis and experiments, during the winding process of a rocket motor nozzle aft exit cone with a winding angle, there would be an error between the deposition speed of tape layers and the feeding speed of the compaction roller, which could influence the compaction force. Both a lack of compaction and overcompaction related to the feed-ing of the compaction roller could result in defects of winding nozzles. Thus, a flexible winding sys-tem has been developed for rocket motor nozzle winding. In the system, feeding of the compaction roller could be adjusted in real time to achieve an invariable compaction force. According to exper-iments, the force deformation model of the winding tape is a time-varying system. Thus, a forgetting factor recursive least square based parameter estimation proportional-integral-differential (PID) controller has been developed, which could estimate the time-varying parameter and control the compaction force by adjusting the feeding of the compaction roller during the winding process. According to the experimental results, a winding nozzle with fewer voids and a smooth surface could be wounded by the invariable compaction force in the flexible winding system. 相似文献

Pressure fluctuations during the composite fiber winding process seriously affect the product's compactness strength, fatigue resistance, stress uniformity, and resin content. The accuracy of pressure control systems is affected by nonlinear disturbances, such as friction, parameter perturbation, and measurement noise. A robust control algorithm based on linear quadratic optimal control and sliding mode control (LQSMC) is proposed to overcome these problems. The method is based on the system state space expression and linear quadratic optimal control. The state space model of the system is improved by using a Kalman filter and control input for state estimation, and a new sliding surface equation is defined. The ameliorated control algorithm exhibits good performance and can effectively suppress sliding mode control (SMC) chattering. Simulation and experimental results show that LQSMC offers high control precision, much stronger anti-interference, and robustness, which can effectively improve the positioning and tracking accuracy of a pressure control system compared with linear quadratic optimal control (LQC). The winding pressure control precision is improved by 45% to 50%. The results show that the porosity of composite fiber tape winding products decreased thanks to our method. 相似文献

缠绕张力作为纤维缠绕成型中的关键影响因素,其波动直接影响缠绕精度和制品的性能。针对缠绕张力的动态变化,且保证制品等环向残余应力,提出神经网络动态控制缠绕变张力方法。考虑芯模变形影响,基于各向异性缠绕层弹性变形及各向同性内衬厚壁筒理论,给出外压作用下缠绕层的径向应力及环向应力;在弹性范围内采用应力叠加原理建立剩余张力与缠绕张力之间的解析算法。基于制品环向残余应力叠加特点,采用给定输出层权值的神经网络算法,通过误差反向传播及放大方法,对等环向残余应力制品纤维缠绕过程中的缠绕变张力进行动态更新。仿真与实验结果表明:该控制方法对纤维缠绕变张力起到动态优化作用,可以达到预期要求,且更符合实际缠绕过程。 相似文献

根据柱面的结构特点,提出了面向柱面复合材料结构的自动铺带四轴联动成形方案,并以卧式自动铺带机为例进行分析。以保证铺放头压力线平行于曲面在铺放点的法线和保证铺放速度恒定为原则,根据D-H理论建立柱面固定角度铺放成形时铺带机各关节运动量的计算方法。应用逆运动学理论,对四轴联动铺带成形进行了运动学分析。从四轴联动铺带机的机构与控制、铺放速度、成形效率、方案可行性4个方面进行了深入分析,并进行可视化仿真和实验验证。结果表明应用本文方法,可实现用四轴联动铺带机完成柱面复合材料自动铺放成形,对于铺放成形效率要求不苛求的小批量实验或生产,具有低成本的突出优势。 相似文献
