联邦滤波器广泛应用于多传感器信息融合领域,联邦滤波中的信息分配原则影响滤波精度.针对联邦Kalman滤波器进行改进,采用基于估计协方差阵奇异值动态确定信息分配系数.对子滤波器进行重置时,采用新的重置方法,保证了子滤波器误差协方差阵的对称性,确保Kalman滤波器的一致收敛稳定性.新的联邦滤波算法允许每个状态分量拥有不同的动态信息分配因子,从而改进了联邦滤波信息融合的精度.设计了SINS/GPS/电子罗盘组合导航系统,仿真结果说明,与传统联邦滤波算法相比,改进的联邦滤波器估计精度得到了提高,可以更好地对SINS误差进行校准,提高系统的精度.  相似文献

The following paper derives a general gradient process for extremization ion by imposing an " exponential decay" condition on the controlled variable. The general process is applied to two adaptive linear filter problems; a sonar application by Widrow [3] and a radar problem of Brennan & Reed [4]. The results are discussed in sections 11 and Ill, respectively. A central feature of the Fletcher-Powell process [1] is a matrix modification algorithm due to Davidon [2]. It is shown in Appendix A that this algorithm may be derived using the same exponential condition imposed on the proper error term.  相似文献

The problem of detecting coherent pulse trains with uniform amplitude in a clutter-plus-noise environment is considered. A radar processor for detecting targets moving radially with respect to the clutter is proposed. The minimum interpulse spacing of the transmitted signal is assumed long enough that returns are not received simultaneously from different ranges within a region of extended clutter, and the central frequency of the clutter power spectrum is postulated to be known. The processor is singled out as the linear filter, orthogonal to the clutter central frequency component, which yields the maximum ratio of peak signal power to average noise power. The filter can be implemented by slightly modifying the structure of the conventional matched filter. The performance of such a filter is compared with that achievable if full a priori knowledge of the input interference were available and with that of the conventional matched filter. This comparison is made on a signal-to-interference power ratio basis after assuming a transmitted signal consisting of equally spaced pulses and an interference characterized by an exponential covariance matrix.  相似文献

Efficient fault tolerant estimation using the IMM methodology   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Space systems are characterized by a low-intensity process noise resulting from uncertain forces and moments. In many cases, their scalar measurement channels can be assumed to be independent, with one-dimensional internal dynamics. The nominal operation of these systems can be severely damaged by faults in the sensors. A natural method that can be used to yield fault tolerant estimates of such systems is the interacting multiple model (IMM) filtering algorithm, which is known to provide very accurate results. However, having been derived for a general class of systems with switching parameters, the IMM filter does not utilize the independence of the measurement errors in different channels, nor does it exploit the fact that the process noise is of low intensity. Thus, the implementation of the IMM in this case is computationally expensive. A new estimation technique is proposed herein, that explicitly utilizes the aforementioned properties. In the resulting estimation scheme separate measurement channels are handled separately, thus reducing the computational complexity. It is shown that, whereas the IMM complexity is exponential in the number of fault-prone measurements, the complexity of the proposed technique is polynomial. A simulation study involving spacecraft attitude estimation is carried out. This study shows that the proposed technique closely approximates the full-blown IMM algorithm, while requiring only a modest fraction of the computational cost.  相似文献

为准确测量固体推进剂储存期间爆热值的变化,研究了高精度的爆热测试设备。针对影响爆热测试的主要因素,在测试系统硬件设计中采取了降低热量损失的多种措施,并采用了悬浮式光电隔离技术;在系统软件设计中则采用了数字滤波技术,建立了新的热量散失校正数学模型,并对影响测试精度的因素进行在线实时补偿。对标准物质的热值测试表明,系统测试相对误差小于0.1%,实现了推进剂爆热的高精度测试。  相似文献

A technique is presented for maximizing the percentage of usable Doppler bandwidth throughout which a radar return can be detected while maintaining an acceptable clutter suppression. The technique employs the weighted Chebyshev approximation to the design of a transversal high-pass digital filter which has an optimal passband ripple for a given number of filter weights and associated integration gain consistent with the required increase in signal-to-noise ratio needed for acceptable probabilities of detection and false alarm. Conventional approaches to the design of a movingtarget arget indictor (MTI) filter which maximizes the improvement factor by clutter suppression typically improve the signal-to-background noise ratio over less than 50 percent of the range between dc and the pulse-repetition frequency fT. This technique can increase the usable bandwidth to 80 percent or more of fT. Two examples are included which utilize parameter values from the Army Missile Command's experimental radar and demonstrate the interactive influence of such filter parameters as the number of weights, passband ripple and bandedge, and stopband attenuation and cutoff.  相似文献

Filter robustness is defined herein as the ability of the Global Positioning System/Inertial Navigation System (GPS-INS) Kalman filter to cope with adverse environments and input conditions, to successfully identify such conditions and to take evasive action. The formulation of two such techniques for a cascaded GPS-INS Kalman filter integration is discussed This is an integration in which the navigation solution from a GPS receiver is used as a measurement in the filter to estimate inertial errors and instrument biases. The first technique presented discusses the handling of GPS position biases. These are due to errors in the GPS satellite segment, and are known to be unobservable. They change levels when a satellite constellation change occurs, at which point they introduce undesirable filter response transients. A method of suppressing these transients is presented. The second technique presented deals with the proper identification of the filter measurement noise. Successful formulation of the noise statistics is a factor vital to the healthy estimation of the filter gains and operation. Furthermore, confidence in the formulation of these statistics can lead to the proper screening and rejection of bad data in the filter. The coalescence and missed detection are two key challenges in Multi-Target Tracking (MTT). To balance the tracking accuracy and real-time performance, the existing Random Finite Set (RFS) based filters are generally difficult to handle the above problems simultaneously, such as the Track-Oriented marginal Multi-Bernoulli/Poisson (TOMB/P) and Measurement-Oriented marginal Multi-Bernoulli/Poisson (MOMB/P) filters. Based on the Arithmetic Average (AA) fusion rule, this paper proposes a novel fusion framework for the Poisson Multi-Bernoulli (PMB) filter, which integrates both the advantages of the TOMB/P filter in dealing with missed detection and the advantages of the MOMB/P filter in dealing with coalescence. In order to fuse the different PMB distributions, the Bernoulli components in different Multi-Bernoulli (MB) distributions are associated with each other by Kullback-Leibler Divergence (KLD) minimization. Moreover, an adaptive AA fusion rule is designed on the basis of the exponential fusion weights, which utilizes the TOMB/P and MOMB/P updates to solve these difficulties in MTT. Finally, by comparing with the TOMB/P and MOMB/P filters, the performance of the proposed filter in terms of accuracy and efficiency is demonstrated in three challenging scenarios.  相似文献

A new design technique of the input filter damping network for dc-to-dc switching converters of buck type is presented. This technique is derived by means of zero dynamics analysis of the switching converter and yields equivalent results to those obtained using the classical approach based on minimizing the filter output impedance. The new method can be applied in converters of buck type with two inductors, boost with two inductors and dual SEPIC. Simulation and experimental results corresponding to a boost converter with two inductors illustrate the procedure.  相似文献

A novel three-phase active power filter is analyzed and designed. A low cost power circuit configuration of the active power filter is proposed, along with a fast peak detector for synthetic sinusoidal generation technique, in order to achieve almost real time compensating current calculation. This technique avoids the use of mains voltage signal in the calculation of reference compensation current. Therefore, the mains current, after compensation, is still a pure sinusoidal waveform, irrespective of the distortion in the mains voltage. Furthermore, a critical value for the magnitude of capacitor voltage on the dc side, and a critical value for the reactor inductance on the ac side have also been derived, for the successful harmonic current tracking in various design applications. Optimization of the filter, the signal, and the signal and filter jointly are studied in the sonar environment under noise and reverberation limited conditions. The maximization of the receiver output signal-to-interference ratio is used as a performance criterion with unit energy constraint on both signal and filter. In the filter design problem, the optimum filter function is the solution of a linear integral equation. The kernel of the integral equation is a function of the target and medium scattering functions and the reverberation distribution. In the signal design problem, a similar type of integral equation is obtained as in the filter optimization problem. In the joint signal and filter design problem, it is shown that the optimum signal and filter functions are the solutions to a pair of linear integral equations with the largest (SIR)O. Several examples are investigated for different mediums and reverberation distributions with the finite matrix approximation method. An interative technique is used to compute the joint optimization of signal and filter.  相似文献

An implementation is presented of the discrete time extended Kalman filter which the authors have found useful for sensor netting in a variety of tactical radar and ballistic missile defense (BMD) applications. A Potter square root version of the extended Kalman filter is used where vector measurements are processed serially. Both the state and covariance equations are initialized by processing past measurements. The initialization technique and the filter are used in two tactical radar tracking examples.  相似文献

提出了一种结合图像中值滤波和试件参考点的风洞压敏涂料(PSP)试验图像数据处理方法。与通常用校准箱获取校准曲线进而得到PSP试验试件表面压力或压力系数(Cp)的方法不同,该方法通过空心中值滤波技术恢复PSP光强比图像中测压孔处的光强比数据,结合若干参考点处常规测压技术实测所得Cp值,获得Cp值和PSP图像光强比数据的关系曲线,进而得到整个试件表面的Cp值数据,该方法获得的数据结合了风洞试验诸多因素对试验结果的影响。利用MATLAB对PSP技术试验图像数据进行了处理,并将PSP方法获得的Cp值与常规测压方法获得的Cp值进行了比较,得到的结果显示,笔者采用的方法获得的Cp值与常规测压方法获得的Cp值吻合较好。该方法为PSP图像数据的处理提供了一种新的方法,具有较大的发展潜力和应用价值。  相似文献

提出了一种基于双重卡尔曼滤波器的航空发动机健康参数估计方法,实现了传感器发生故障情况下发动机故障的准确诊断.采用发动机动态工作点的测量数据,解决了可测量参数偏少导致故障诊断困难的问题;球面采样平方根UKF(UnscentedKalmanfilter)故障诊断滤波器具有更好的滤波稳定性与更低的计算量的要求,提高了故障诊断算法的效率与精度.某型双轴涡扇发动机故障诊断仿真结果表明,该方法可以准确的同步实现气路部件与传感器的故障诊断,是一种有效的航空发动机故障诊断方法.   相似文献

为提高故障诊断可靠性,给出了3种利用多次测量信息减少测量误差影响的方法,即变记忆约束滤波算法、分段算术平均预平滑算法以及指数顶平滑算法。其中,变记忆约束滤波算法能够有效地避免由于故障方程多重共线性所引起的病态解。证明了多故障诊断问题中滤波算法与分段算术平均算法的等价性,证明了在衰减滤波的条件下(第一变记忆因子小于1),随测量点数的增加,变记忆滤波算法的第一变记忆因子与指数平滑的平滑系数之和趋近于1。利用计算机仿真方法对于所得结论进行了检验。  相似文献

An adaptive tracking filter for maneuvering targets is proposed using modified input estimation technique. Pseudoresiduals are defined using measurements and the velocity estimate at the hypothesized maneuver onset time. With the pseudoresiduals and a new target model representing transitions of nominal accelerations, a new input estimation method for tracking a maneuvering target is derived. Since the proposed detection technique is more sensitive to maneuvers than previous work, the shorter window length can be employed to detect and compensate target maneuvers. Also shown is that the tracking performance of the proposed filter is similar to that of interacting multiple model method (IMM) with 3 models, while computational loads of our method are drastically reduced  相似文献
