基于CPCI总线架构的航天器测试设备可以实现模块化、集成化和通用化设计,有利于测试系统的再次开发、直接沿用以及后续维护.某型号的综合电子和控制分系统地面测试设备采用基于CPCI总线的架构,使用VxWorks操作系统作为核心调度,采取模块化FPGA开发接口和特定功能.提出以监听任务、功能模块、板卡运行时间为检测手段,实现了对系统测试设备故障的诊断,尤其是反作用轮转速模块,软件能自主进行故障处理.在分系统及整星测试的使用过程中,此方法有效提高了设备的可靠度,提高了对星上产品的安全保护,保证整星大型试验的连续可靠运行.此方法对于其他地面测试设备的故障诊断具有一定的借鉴作用.  相似文献

ARINC429总线广泛应用在军用及民用飞机上,针对现今要求较高的自动测试系统中广泛采用VXI测试总线结构,同时VXI-ARINC429接口板价格昂贵的现状,对应用在某型飞机空对地攻击系统的自动测试系统中的VXI-ARINC429接口板进行了设计研究.该接口板采用了高速DSP、高集成度的CPLD和高性能的ARINC429接口芯片,经过测试表明,该接口板性能稳定可靠,很好地满足了自动测试系统的需求.  相似文献

The results of a study into the use of distributed digital signal processing (DSP) at the instrument level in a VXI and PXI based test system and the effects on test time. One of the limiting factors in testing mixed signal or analog devices using standard bus based instruments is the transfer speed from the instrument to the controlling computer of large amounts of waveform data. This is important as these types of tests use non-deterministic, quantized signals that must be mathematically processed to extract test information. This processing can either be done at the instrument or at the central controller. If the processing is done at the instrument then only the results are transferred to the controller. If the controller does the processing then the raw data must be transferred to and from the instrument. Using two instruments, one in VXI and one in PXI, this paper measures the effects of typical tests contesting the measurements as done in the central processor as opposed to a distributed DSP processor in each instrument For each acquisition instrument, tests were implemented by capturing the data and moving it to the controlling computer where it was processed to extract test results, or by using the instruments on-board DSP so only the final test results were set to the controlling computer. The study results show that a significant improvement in test time can be made by selecting "smart" instruments for the test system when using PXI or VXI based instruments.  相似文献

Plug-in VXI based breadboard modules are an excellent solution to achieve a lower costing, time and hardware saving test bench. These breadboard modules are equipped with built-in VXI bus interface circuitry and a breadboard area for creating a design to suit your test needs. A prime example for the use of this capability was demonstrated on a recent radar system test bench created to test many unique Units Under Test (UUTs) previously tested on separate test benches. A single breadboard module design replaced the dedicated interface and control hardware within the many test benches and test fixtures previously used to test the individual UUTs. This paper presents some design considerations and techniques implemented as part of this VXI breadboard module that can be useful when creating a VXI breadboard design. 运用最小二乘法建立了某型涡寓发动机的动态数学模型,并利用相似原理把它推广到全飞行包线范围。动态数学模型在仿真计算机上运行,通过输人输出接口与控制器、执行机构实物进行连接,组成基于VXI总线技术的涡扇发动机控制系统半实物仿真系统。对涡扇发动机实际工作过程的半实物仿真结果表明,系统能实时地反映在控制系统作用下发动机的运行情况.为发动机全权限数字电子控制(FADEC)系统研究提供了良好的试验手段。  相似文献

Programs based upon the VXIbus modular instrumentation standard are playing a significant role in test systems for both defense and commercial applications. Typical single-chassis VXI systems include an embedded computer-based controller as the system host. Multi-chassis systems generally use a parallel bus or a local area network, such as Ethernet, to interconnect the chassis. An important class of multi-chassis test systems requires high I/O throughput, low latency and a highly deterministic I/O response. This paper describes a new highway interconnect system that includes host computer interface options for VMEbus, EISA and PCI bus. A typical system is configured with a host interface, a fiber-optic highway “loop” and slot-0 controllers in the VXI chassis. The system supports up to 126 VXI chassis, an aggregate I/O throughput of 10 megabytes per second, extremely low latency and a highly deterministic I/O response. Typical applications, including jet aircraft engine testing, missile test systems and high-performance wind tunnel data systems are discussed  相似文献

VXI has matured into a flexible bus architecture with which to develop various types of instrumentation systems. This paper details the multi-computer approach used in the VXI-based system that CACI developed for the Air Force. The system, the Engine Test/Trim Automated System II (ETTAS II) is designed to test: all Air Force jet engines. The paper discusses how to integrate multiple computers in a VXI-based system, including discussions on: setting up the computers; selecting register-based versus message-based computers; setting up and using shared-memory; defining and separating tasks for each computer. The shared memory discussion talks about different ways to structure the shared memory, including setting up a system-level “Current-Value Table” (CVT) for all instruments, as well as how other devices, including another computer can access the shared memory space. The paper shows how Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software products NI-VXI, LabVIEW, and NI-VISA (National Instruments) can be used to satisfy all these requirements. Raytheon makes extensive use of open systems architecture methods in developing special test equipment (STE) for testing military avionics equipment. Such use has resulted in significant cost and schedule savings in the development of production test equipment for radar and infrared systems. With open systems architectures, a test system can be assembled using COTS products. This brings economies of scale to test equipment, which is normally built in very low quantities. Therefore, the potential cost savings due to COTS usage is proportionately greater in STE than in the higher volume avionics systems that are tested. A second major benefit of using COTS products is that test system development schedule cycle time is greatly reduced. This paper describes the application of Open Systems Architectures (OSA) to avionics testing. The following major architectures are surveyed: VME bus, VXI bus, IEEE GPIB, IEEE 1149.1 JTAG test bus, 1553 Military Bus, Fibre Channel, and COTS Test Applications Software. We describe how the benefits of OSA have been extended at Raytheon into achieving vertical test commonalities. The flexibility of OSA can be exploited to provide an overall optimum test solution, taking all levels of test into account. For example, test systems can be tailored with COTS products to provide integrated methods for avionics tests at the module, unit, and system levels. Test systems can be configured to maximize the reuse of COTS hardware over all test levels. Test software can also be programmed to optimize such reuse over levels of test. Additional test verticality synergies derived from such OSA usage are described, including: test false alarm avoidance; test cones of tolerance optimization; and efficient test of field returns  相似文献
