 Dynamic infrared scene simulation is for discovering and solving the problems encountered in designing, developing and manufacturing infrared imaging guidance weapons. The infrared scene simulation is explored by using the digital grayscale modulation method. The infrared image modulation model of a digital micro-mirror device (DMD) is established and then the infrared scene simulator prototype which is based on DMD grayscale modulation is developed. To evaluate its main parameters such as resolution, contrast, minimum temperature difference, gray scale, various DMD subsystems such as signal decoding, image normalization, synchronization drive, pulse width modulation (PWM) and DMD chips are designed. The infrared scene simulator is tested on a certain infrared missile seeker. The test results show preliminarily that the infrared scene simulator has high gray scale, small geometrical distortion and highly resolvable imaging resolution and contrast and yields high-fidelity images, thus being able to meet the requirements for the infrared scene simulation inside a laboratory.  相似文献

A fuzzy robust nonlinear controller for hydraulic rotary actuators in flight motion simulators is proposed. Compared with other three-order models of hydraulic rotary actuators, the proposed controller based on first-order nonlinear model is more easily applied in practice, whose control law is relatively simple. It not only does not need high-order derivative of desired command,but also does not require the feedback signals of velocity, acceleration and jerk of hydraulic rotary actuators. Another advantage is that it does not rely on any information of friction, inertia force and external disturbing force/torque, which are always difficult to resolve in flight motion simulators. Due to the special composite vane seals of rectangular cross-section and goalpost shape used in hydraulic rotary actuators, the leakage model is more complicated than that of traditional linear hydraulic cylinders. Adaptive multi-input single-output(MISO) fuzzy compensators are introduced to estimate nonlinear uncertain functions about leakage and bulk modulus. Meanwhile, the decomposition of the uncertainties is used to reduce the total number of fuzzy rules. Different from other adaptive fuzzy compensators, a discontinuous projection mapping is employed to guarantee the estimation process to be bounded. Furthermore, with a sufficient number of fuzzy rules, the controller theoretically can guarantee asymptotic tracking performance in the presence of the above uncertainties, which is very important for high-accuracy tracking control of flight motion simulators.Comparative experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, which can guarantee transient performance and better final accurate tracking in the presence of uncertain nonlinearities and parametric uncertainties.  相似文献

A model-free compound controller design method is proposed to achieve the wide frequency bandwidth requirement of flight simulators. The method based on quantitative feedback theory, acquires system uncertainty under different working conditions through closed-loop identification with power spectrum estimation. Then in controller designing, it makes a tradeoff between the strict requirements for magnitude-frequency characteristics and those for phase-frequency characteristics of flight simulators, by converting the indices of magnitude-frequency characteristics of flight simulators into quantitative feedback theory-based tracking specification bounds and using feedforward controller to attain the required phase-frequency characteristics. Simulation and experimental results indicate that, when used to design inner frame controller of flight simulator, the proposed method can fulfill the requirements for wide frequency bandwidth indices. Compared with other controller design methods, it has the property of model-free and transparency.  相似文献

逼真度反映飞行模拟器与真实飞机特性的一致性程度。 客观评估是一种通过模拟器与系统实际行为的测试比较来评估逼真度的工程方法。 飞行模拟器分为工程模拟器和训练模拟器。 用于飞行训练的训练模拟器构型很少变化,其测试用例由适航标准指导,而用于设计验证的工程模拟器,根据飞机研制进展经常需要升级或更改,其测试用例也会随之变化。 在当今民用飞机技术日趋复杂的背景下,亟需高效方法开展这一类型模拟器的逼真度客观评估测试。 在实验框架和系统实体结构和模型库框架的基础上,提出了一种基于模型测试的方法,在工程模拟器的客观评估的应用中,该方法可以实现测试用例的自动生成和执行,工作效率提升,流程具备灵活性和适应性,有助于在研飞机的定型或取证。  相似文献

提出基于 MultiGen Creator 和 Vega 开发出飞机训练模拟器视景系统的视景节点的软硬件配置要求;论述了基于 Creator 的实体建模方法、基于 Creator 建模和 Vega 软件环境的空中、海面等环境的生成方法、视景仿真软件开发过程以及整体系统的实现等关键技术。仿真结果表明,该视景系统能逼真地演示飞机训练模拟器的仿真过程,并且满足系统仿真实时性的要求。  相似文献

 针对景象匹配辅助惯性组合导航系统需要快速准确获取飞行器位置、航向偏差的要求,提出一种实时多级景象匹配算法。算法分为两级,第一级粗匹配中提出了中心点4邻域的抗变形算法,能抗旋转和小尺度变化的影响,使定位精度达到像素级;第二级精匹配中提出了基于分支特征点,应用最小二乘法原理精确匹配定位出两幅图像间的最优相似变换参数,即飞行器的精确位置和航向偏差的算法。仿真分析表明,提出的实时多级算法能满足景象匹配辅助惯性组合导航系统实时性、精确性和鲁棒性的要求。  相似文献

三维地形的生成是许多模拟器中的一项关键技术。文中给出了地形基准数据库的基本概念和一般的建立方法,并给出了形成计算机模拟三维地形的统计特性和产生方法。最后通过大量的计算仿真试验,对三维地形在不同地形条件下的变化进行了仿真评估。仿真结果为三维地形技术在实际的模拟器中的应用提供了依据。  相似文献

在航空器飞行仿真中,地面大规模场景制约着仿真速度。为了快速生成地形场景,分析了航空器的视域特点,提出了飞行仿真的视域裁剪方法,确定了地面场景的视野范围,在保证显示质量的同时大范围降低了渲染数据;采用视点相关的LOD技术对场景进行有效简化,实现了大规模地形的实时显示;提出了视野区内背对观察者场景剔除方法和相关的节点评价算法。通过试验证实了该算法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

Testing of hardware packages of sensors, actuators, and control electronics in the control loop for the IRS and SROSS satellites using motion simulators is reported. Simulation exercises and test results are described. Both air-bearing platforms and servo tables were used. The problems observed varied from interface incompatibilities and logic-level mistakes to onboard software malfunctions. unit-to-unit differences, and controller gain parameters.
