<正>近一段时期内,大多数MRO企业通过采取寄售方式管理剩余航材,已取得了明显成效。但是面对日趋严峻的供应链问题,各MRO企业与航材供应商均在积极审视库存策略,寻求更好的解决方案。例如,AJW集团自2021年以来已寄售出30多架飞机机体,但该公司表示,一般情况下AJW很少考虑委托其他合作伙伴进行航材寄售,除非是自身尚未涉足的细分领域或区域,AJW才会考虑寄售库存。     

PPS公司拓展Q400飞机的维修能力

<正>2013年12月16日,First Aviation Services Inc.的全资子公司Piedmont Propulsion Systems(PPS)宣布拓展R408螺旋桨的维修能力及其零部件的仓库存量,计划将面积超过1858平方米的厂房用于R408螺旋桨系统的维修。R408是英国道蒂公司专为庞巴迪Q400直线涡轮螺旋桨飞机设计的一款先进六叶复合材料螺旋桨。PPS公司于2012年获得R408螺旋桨系统的FAA认证。

我国航空安全无惩罚自愿报告系统的建设

1974年12月1日,美国泛美航空公司一架波音727客机坠毁于维吉尼亚州。美国国家交通运输安全委员会(NTSB)调查发现,事故原因为飞行员与空管人员的沟通误解。NTSB在后续调查中还发现,就在六个星期前,有一架联合航空公司的飞机在同一条航线上也曾经历类似误解而险些酿成事故,联合航空公司已向本公司全体飞行员通报了该事件,而由于当时航空业界内部不存在一种沟通信息的机制,从而导致了悲剧的发生。这次事故促使美国下决心要建立一个收集、处理、发布航空安全信息的系统。1975年5月,FAA推出了对报告人身份保密的航空安全报告程序(ASRP—Aviation Safety Reporting Program),后由美国国家航空航天局(NASA)作为中间人来取代,ASRP也随之更名为Aviation Safety Reporting System(ASRS),得到了航空业界从业人员的信任和广泛关注,获得了大量的第一手航空安全资料信息,为美国航空安全有针对性地制定有效的改正措施、指导政策奠定了坚实的基础,获得了巨大的成功,并逐渐在航空发达国家中推广使用。
