液压伺服系统固有的高度非线性特性使其成为应用各种类型复杂控制器的理想试验对象,而用神经控制器控制电液伺服系统则是一项全新的课题,本文简要介绍神经网络的构成及其控制原理,并以三种不同复杂程度的应用为例对其在存在非线性摩擦或高度耦合负载条件下的电液伺服系统上实施实时控制的效果作一考察。  相似文献

本文提出一种具有神经网络自适应补偿的、位置伺服系统的、PID控制结构模式。在该系统中,控制器由两部分构成:一部分是常规的PID算法;第二部分是由前馈神经网络构成的自适应补偿器。数字仿真试验和实际测试的结果表明:本文提出的方法对存在系统参数不易准确确定及飞线性因素不易定量描述的位置伺服系统的控制问题,显示出了较好的效果。系统输出精度高,响应速度快并具有相当强的鲁棒性和客错性。  相似文献

将模糊控制和PID控制相结合,提出了一种智能复合控制策略,并将其应用于某型导弹系统角伺服系统的控制。利用模糊控制在线自适应调整PID控制器的参数,从而使系统的静态和动态性能指标较为理想。在Simulink中的仿真结果表明,这种模糊PID控制器的控制效果优于单纯的PID控制,超调量小,抗干扰性能强,对变参数系统的鲁棒性强,满足在线实时自适应控制的要求。  相似文献

分析了一类电液伺服阀的中立位非线性特征及其对电液伺服系统的影响,提出了一种非线性补偿方法。根据电液伺服阀的非线性特性,推导出补偿方法的函数并且进行计算,结合传统的PID控制获得具有非线性特征的补偿控制器。以某型电液伺服阀和液压缸组成的电液伺服系统为例,进行仿真与分析。仿真结果表明提出的方法具有较好的补偿作用,能够减少电液伺服阀非线性对电液伺服系统的影响。  相似文献

The problem of decreasing stability margins in L1 adaptive control systems is discussed and an out-of-loop L1 adaptive control scheme based on Lyapunov’s stability theorem is proposed. This scheme enhances the effectiveness of the adaptation, which ensures that the system has sufficient stability margins to achieve the desired performance under parametric uncertainty, additional delays, and actuator faults. The stability of the developed control system is demonstrated through a series of simulations. Compared with an existing control scheme, the constant adjustment of the stability margins by the proposed adaptive scheme allows their range to be extended by a factor of 4–5, bringing the stability margin close to that of variable gain PD control with adaptively scheduled gains. The engineered practicability of adaptive technology is verified. A series of flight tests verify the practicability of the designed adaptive technology. The results of these tests demonstrate the enhanced performance of the proposed control scheme with nonlinear parameter estimations under insufficient stability margins and validate its robustness in the event of actuator failures.  相似文献

仿真转台是航空航天及工业领域重要的仿真设备.为了使仿真转台控制系统适应负载转动惯量变化,并增强其对控制系统数学模型参数摄动、外界干扰等的鲁棒性,现将自适应理论应用于仿真转台的伺服控制系统,并使用变结构滑模控制设计控制律,添加全程滑动模态因子,设计了一种基于现代控制的复合自适应控制器.使用Simulink和Matlab搭建仿真环境,在20 Hz的正弦信号下得到负载变化前后的仿真结果.PID控制系统和自适应控制系统的响应幅值误差分别增大了 3.6%和1.3%,证明了自适应控制有效地降低了系统的误差.当输入阶跃信号时,自适应控制系统将稳态误差由3.2%减小到0.3%.最后在仿真转台上进行了实物实验.在幅值0.1°频率20 Hz的正弦信号下,添加负载及干扰后,PID控制系统的响应幅值误差增大了 6.6%,而自适应控制系统的幅值误差仅增大2.4%,比PID控制系统误差变化小.实验结果表明,自适应控制器的控制效果优于PID控制器,所设计的自适应控制器提高了控制系统对负载变化和干扰的鲁棒性.  相似文献

In this paper, taking two degrees of freedom on the armature–flapper assembly into account, a seventh-order model is deduced and proposed for the dynamic response of a two-stage electro-hydraulic servo valve from nonlinear equations. These deductions are based on fundamental laws of electromagnetism, fluid, and general mechanics. The coefficients of the proposed seventhorder model are derived in terms of servo valve physical parameters and fluid properties explicitly.For validating the results of the proposed model, an AMESim simulation model based on physical laws and the existing low-order models validated by other researchers through experiments are used to compare with the seventh-order model. The results show that the seventh-order model can reflect the physical behavior of the servo valve more explicitly than the existing low-order models and it could provide guidance more easily for a linear control design approach and sensitivity analysis than the AMESim simulation model.  相似文献

基于RBF神经网络提出了一种H∞自适应控制方法。控制器由等效控制器和H∞控制器两部分组成。用RBF神经网络逼近非线性函数,并把逼近误差引入到网络权值的自适应律中用以改善系统的动态性能。H^∞控制器用于减弱外部及神经网络的逼近误差对跟踪的影响。所设计的控制器不仅保证了闭环系统的稳定性,而且使外部干扰及神经网络的逼近误差对跟踪的影响减小到给定的性能指标。最后给出的算例验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

The start-up current control of the high-speed brushless DC (HS-BLDC) motor is a chal-lenging research topic. To effectively control the start-up current of the sensorless HS-BLDC motor, an adaptive control method is proposed based on the adaptive neural network (ANN) inverse system and the two degrees of freedom (2-DOF) internal model controller (IMC). The HS-BLDC motor is identified by the online least squares support vector machine (OLS-SVM) algo-rithm to regulate the ANN inverse controller parameters in real time. A pseudo linear system is developed by introducing the constructed real-time inverse system into the original HS-BLDC motor system. Based on the characteristics of the pseudo linear system, an extra closed-loop feed-back control strategy based on the 2-DOF IMC is proposed to improve the transient response per-formance and enhance the stability of the control system. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control method is effective and perfect start-up current tracking perfor-mance is achieved.  相似文献

In this paper, the event-triggered consensus control problem for nonlinear uncertain multi-agent systems subject to unknown parameters and external disturbances is considered. The dynamics of subsystems are second-order with similar structures, and the nodes are connected by undirected graphs. The event-triggered mechanisms are not only utilized in the transmission of information from the controllers to the actuators, and from the sensors to the controllers within each agent, but also in the communication between agents. Based on the adaptive backstepping method, extra estimators are introduced to handle the unknown parameters, and the measurement errors that occur during the event-triggered communication are well handled by designing compensating terms for the control signals. The presented distributed event-triggered adaptive control laws can guarantee the boundness of the consensus tracking errors and the Zeno behavior is avoided. Meanwhile, the update frequency of the controllers and the load of communication burden are vastly reduced. The obtained control protocol is further applied to a multi-input multi-output second-order nonlinear multi-agent system, and the simulation results show the effectiveness and advantages of our proposed method.  相似文献
