A survey is presented of the potential benefits, possible pitfalls, and anticipated testing needs of integrating inertial guidance systems with systems dependent on the availability of the electromagnetic spectrum. Commonly referred to as integrated communications, navigation, and identification avionics (ICNIA), these systems of the future offer the combined potential for superb positioning and secure communications. The general characteristics (if current development trends continue) of the next-generation inertial navigation systems (INS) are briefly presented, followed by key modular and conceptual issues in the synthesis of this INS with systems dependent on the EM spectrum. Modular issues as considered here are those related to detailed implementation and resulting efficiency. Conceptual issues are those related to overall military strategy and resulting effectiveness. An example of modular systems integration is given, and a few preparations which can be anticipated for the field testing of integrated systems are presented, followed by concluding comments  相似文献

In this paper, the operating conditions, technical requirements, performance characteristics, design ideas, application experiences and development trends of aerospace engine bearings, including material technology, integration design and reliability, are reviewed. The development history of aerospace engine bearing is recalled briefly at first. Then today's material technologies and the high bearing performances of the bearings obtained through the new materials are introduced, which play important roils in the aeroengine bearing developments. The integration design ideas and practices are explained to indicate its significant advantages and importance to the aerospace engine bearings. And the reliability of the shaft-bearing system is pointed out and treated as the key requirement with goals for both engine and bearing. Finally, as it is believed that the correct design comes from practice, the pre-qualification rig testing conducted by FAG Aerospace GmbH & Co. KG is briefly illustrated as an example. All these lead to the development trends of aerospace engine bearings from different aspects.  相似文献

DC partial discharge (PD) (corona) testing is performed using a multichannel analyzer for pulse storing, and data is collected during increase of voltage and at quiescent voltage levels. Thus high voltage ceramic disk capacitors were evaluated by obtaining PD data interspersed during an accelarated life test. Increased PD activity was found early in samples that later failed catastrophically. By this technique, trends of insulation behavior are revealed sensitively and nondestructively in high voltage dc components.  相似文献

讨论温度对T700/3234反对称铺设圆柱壳结构的双稳态特性的影响。通过热压固化成型工艺制备了三种不同铺层层数的试样,采用两点加载的方式,使用在现有的拉伸试验机上改装的实验测试平台驱动反对称铺设圆柱壳结构进行稳态转变,持续捕捉实验过程中的数据,得到在20℃,40℃,60℃和80℃温度下的载荷—位移曲线的变化规律及稳态转变载荷。实验后,通过图像处理技术得到曲率和扭曲率等数据。系统分析稳态转变载荷和稳态曲率变化情况,并对存放时间对壳结构的影响进行了讨论。结果表明,温度对双稳态结构稳态转变影响较大,给出了温度对snap-through和snap-back过程的影响规律。  相似文献

Considering the important applications in the military and the civilian domain, ship detection and classification based on optical remote sensing images raise considerable attention in the sea surface remote sensing filed. This article collects the methods of ship detection and classification for practically testing in optical remote sensing images, and provides their corresponding feature extraction strategies and statistical data. Basic feature extraction strategies and algorithms are analyzed associated with their performance and application in ship detection and classification. Furthermore, publicly available datasets that can be applied as the benchmarks to verify the effectiveness and the objectiveness of ship detection and classification methods are summarized in this paper. Based on the analysis, the remaining problems and future development trends are provided for ship detection and classification methods based on optical remote sensing images.  相似文献

主动红外热像技术作为一种新型无损检测手段,具有高效率、无污染、易操作等特点,适合用于材料表面和近表面缺陷检测,因此在叶片类薄壁零件损伤评价方面有一定优势。当前基于主动红外热像无损检测技术的高温涡轮叶片损伤评价研究主要集中于热障涂层厚度检测、涂层脱粘检测、涂层界面处热生长氧化物检测以及叶片基体疲劳裂纹检测4个方面。但现有研究仍然面临热激励理论不完善、红外热像仪识别精度不够高以及热图处理方法有待改进等主要问题和困难。随着这些理论问题和技术困难的解决,主动红外热像技术呈现出人工识别缺陷向自动识别发展、定性检测向定量检测发展的趋势。总体而言,该技术未来在涡轮叶片损伤评价方面具有较大的应用潜力。  相似文献

多用途、智能化和强地形适应性是未来直升机发展的重要趋势。起落架是保障直升机起降安全的关键部件,由于传统起落架地形适应能力较差,针对直升机在复杂地形环境下如何实现平稳着陆的难题,利用仿生学设计理念设计一种腿式起落架系统。首先从腿式起落架设计需求出发,对起落架构型进行分析并完成腿部结构设计;然后基于设计的腿部机构,完成其运动学分析和动力学分析,建立相应模型,以此作为腿式起落架运动控制的基础。最后在实验室完成腿式起落架的运动测试,证明了结构设计的合理性和控制算法的准确性。  相似文献

This article reviews our knowledge of long-term changes and trends in the upper atmosphere and ionosphere. These changes are part of complex and comprehensive pattern of long-term trends in the Earth’s atmosphere. They also have practical impact. For example, decreasing thermospheric density causes the lifetime of orbiting space debris to increase, which is becoming a significant threat to important satellite technologies. Since the first paper on upper atmosphere trends was published in 1989, our knowledge has progressed considerably. Anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases affect the whole atmosphere, not only the troposphere. They cause warming in the troposphere but cooling in the upper atmosphere. Greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide are not the only driver of long-term changes and trends in the upper atmosphere and ionosphere. Anthropogenic changes of stratospheric ozone, long-term changes of geomagnetic and solar activity, and other drivers play a role as well, although greenhouse gases appear to be the main driver of long-term trends. This makes the pattern of trends more complex and variable. A?consistent, although incomplete, scenario of trends in the upper atmosphere and ionosphere is presented. Trends in F2-region ionosphere parameters, in mesosphere-lower thermosphere dynamics, and in noctilucent or polar mesospheric clouds, are discussed in more detail. Advances in observational and theoretical analysis have explained some previous discrepancies in this global trend scenario. An important role in trend investigations is played by model simulations, which facilitate understanding of the mechanisms behind the observed trends.  相似文献

由于存在干扰,飞参系统记录的发动机参数中会存在噪声误差.为了利用数据对发动机工作状态和性能趋势进行监控,必须对数据进行预处理.本文利用动态数字滤波技术对高、低压转速数据进行预处理.处理后的数据更加连续、平滑,且更加清晰地反映出参数随时间的变化趋势,由此证明该方法是有效的.处理结果可在航空发动机状态监控中得到应用.  相似文献

近年来,具有高精度、高通量的微纳米压痕测试技术,已被广泛应用于研究微/纳米尺度下材料力学性能演化规律和变形行为中。然而,在航空航天材料试验测试领域,令研究人员更感兴趣的往往是如何更好地揭示材料工程性能,更好地理解材料在服役环境下变形损伤机制。因此,接近材料真实服役环境(如高/低温、电/磁场)下的微纳米压痕测试系统更具应用潜力。首先对传统的微纳米压痕测试技术进行回顾总结,涉及测试系统的组成、经典分析理论方法及其面临的尺度/尺寸效应。然后,简要描述典型磁电弹性材料在力-电-热-磁多场耦合环境下接触力学行为的解析模型,并着重阐述面向材料实际服役环境下的压痕测试技术的典型应用,包括高/低温纳米压痕测试和电/磁场耦合条件下的纳米压痕测试应用。最后,讨论了目前发展所面临的主要问题和挑战,这对微纳米压痕测试技术的进一步发展和先进应用具有重要意义。  相似文献
