It has been suggested that the changes of otolith mass during the otolith development in altered gravity conditions as well as the growth of otoliths in fishes in normal conditions are determined by the feedback between the otolith dynamics and the processes that regulate otolith growth. This hypothesis originates from the pendulum model of an otolith (de Vries, 1950), in which otolith mass is a parameters. The validity of this hypothesis is tested by comparing the pendulum model with a simplified spatially distributed model of an otolith. It was shown that when the otolith plate (otoconial layer) was spatially distributed and fixed to the macular surface, the mechanical sensitivity of the otolith does not depend on the total otolith mass and its longitudinal dimensions. It is determined by otolith thickness, Young's modulus, and the viscosity of the gel layer of the growing otolith. These parameters may change in order to secure otolith sensitivity under altered dynamic conditions (e.g., in microgravity). Possible hypotheses regarding the relationship between the otolith growth, otolith dynamics and animal growth are proposed and discussed here.  相似文献

利用碳纤维三向编织物(triaxial woven fabric,TWF)作为增强材料,与柔性基体材料硅橡胶复合,制成兼具一定柔性和刚性的复合材料壳膜结构,用于卫星天线反射器,是一种新型的高精度可展开天线实现方案。采用复合材料细观方法,对碳纤维增强硅橡胶TWF复合材料进行了力学性能的研究。首先由纤维和基体的材料特性得到均质纤维束的材料特性;接下来考虑纤维束交织情况(起伏波动)建立由纤维束组成的单胞实体有限元模型;然后对单胞实体有限元模型进行均匀化分析,施加周期性边界条件,最终得到等效的均质材料特性;为满足天线反射器高性能需求,分析了碳纤维种类、纤维体积分数对单胞等效性能的影响规律。对该材料力学性能的研究,可以为其未来应用于大型高精度可展开天线反射器提供一定的理论依据。  相似文献

Within the impact approximation, collisional line broadening parameters and depolarizing and polarization transfer (population, orientation, alignment transfer) rates are complementary: both include the effect of collisional transitions between the Zeeman sublevels of a given level, or between fine or hyperfine structure levels of a given term. However, there are several differences: in line broadening, the two levels connected by the radiative transition contribute to the broadening, and there is also an interference term between these two levels, whereas only one level or two close levels are concerned in the depolarization. Another difference lies in the fact that purely elastic collisions contribute also to the line broadening, whereas they do not contribute to the depolarization. The nature of these two kinds of coefficients are recalled. Then the possibility to find some relationships or systematic trends concerning depolarization versus collisional broadening is considered. This is to answer some current questions which come from the polarization community.  相似文献

In this paper the influence of large-scale decreasing and increasing gradients of the density of magnetized plasma on the relaxation process of a continuously injected relativistic electron beam with an energy of 660 keV (vb=0.9c) and a pitch-angle distribution is studied using particle-in-cell numerical simulations. It is found that for the selected parameters in the case of a smoothly decreasing gradient and in a homogeneous plasma the formation of spatially limited plasma oscillations of large amplitude occurs. In such cases, modulation instability develops and a long-wave longitudinal modulation of the ion density is formed. In addition, the large amplitude of plasma waves accelerates plasma electrons to energies on the order of the beam energy. In the case of increasing and sharply decreasing gradients, a significant decrease in the amplitude of plasma oscillations and the formation of a turbulent ion density spectrum are observed. The possibility of acceleration of beam electrons to energies more than 2 times higher than the initial energy of the beam particles is also demonstrated. This process takes place not only during beam propagation in growing plasma density, but also in homogeneous plasma due to interaction of beam particles with plasma oscillations of large amplitude.  相似文献

Rotation at 4, 10, 50 and 100 rpm on a horizontal clinostat and in microgravity exerts limited effects on the morphogenesis of lettuce and cress root statocytes and statoliths if compared with the vertical control or 1 g spaceflight reference centrifuge. However, the average distance of statoliths from the distal wall increases. The pattern of plastid location of microgravity-grown and that of clino-rotated samples has been determined at 10, 50, and 100 rpm. Experiments on the centrifuge-clinostat and spaceflight centrifuge (acceleration forces of 0.005 to 1 g) revealed that the average statolith location depends on the amplitude of acropetally or basipetally directed mass acceleration. Decreasing the acropetally directed force from 1 g to 0.4 g dislocates statoliths towards the cell center possibly mediated by the elastic forces of the cytoskeleton. In statocytes formed on the clinostat or in microgravity, the majority of statoliths are located at the center of the cell. To force the statoliths from the center of the statocyte towards one of its poles, a threshold mass acceleration of 0.01 g is required. Statocytes with centrally-located statoliths are considerably more effective in transducing a gravistimulus than those with distally-located plastids. The latent time of the graviresponse is shorter and the response itself is enhanced in roots grown on the clinostat compared to vertically grown samples. The early phases of graviperception are independent of root growth conditions since presentation time and g-threshold are similar for roots grown stationary and those on a clinostat. We propose a sequence of events in gravitropic stimulation that considers not only the lateral displacement of statoliths, as predicted by the starch-statolith hypothesis, but also its longitudinal motion, together with differential gravisensitivity of mechanotransducing structures along the lower-most longitudinal cell wall.  相似文献

为了预测月球车的牵引特性并进行牵引控制,提出了一种基于线性最小二乘法的月壤力学参数估计算法,对内聚力和内摩擦角这两个关键的月壤力学参数进行反求.针对反映车轮土壤交互作用过程中轮刺效应的力学模型进行简化,建立了内聚力和内摩擦角的求解模型.将车轮与模拟月壤交互作用试验中的测量数据输入利用该算法编制的Matlab程序中,反求出模拟月壤的内聚力和内摩擦角,反求值与模拟月壤的实测值较为接近.试验验证结果表明该算法准确有效,且具有较好的稳定性和较快的运算速度,可用于月球车进行月壤力学参数的就位估计.   相似文献

月基合成孔径雷达(SAR)与传统低轨SAR相比,成像几何上存在成像距离长的特点,其多普勒参数估计方法也不同于常规的机载和星载SAR.基于喷气推进实验室(JPL)高精度星历,可以通过插值获取月心在地心惯性坐标系下的位置、速度和加速度以及月球天平动,然后经由坐标转换得到月面任意位置在地心惯性坐标系下的位置、速度和加速度.在此基础上,建立了两个二次方程组,第1个方程组的解表示任意星下点离线角和斜视角情况下的波束矢量,第2个方程组求得波束矢量的模值,以此解算地面波束中心的坐标.结果表明,月基SAR的波束角需沿轨不断调整,而且天线放置的位置也会对多普勒参数产生明显影响.  相似文献

The interaction between electromagnetic waves and matter is the working principle of a photon-propelled spacecraft, which extracts momentum from the solar radiation to obtain a propulsive acceleration. An example is offered by solar sails, which use a thin membrane to reflect the impinging photons. The solar radiation momentum may actually be transferred to matter by means of various optical phenomena, such as absorption, emission, or refraction. This paper deals with the novel concept of a refractive sail, through which the Sun’s light is refracted by crossing a film made of polymeric micro-prisms. The main feature of a refractive sail is to give a large transverse component of thrust even when the sail nominal plane is orthogonal to the Sun-spacecraft line. Starting from the recent literature results, this paper proposes a semi-analytical thrust model that estimates the characteristics of the propulsive acceleration vector as a function of the sail attitude angles. Such a mathematical model is then used to analyze a simplified Earth-Mars and Earth-Venus interplanetary transfer within an optimal framework.  相似文献

Experimental and theoretical models of closed "autotroph-heterotroph" (chlorella-yeast, chlorella-protozoa) ecosystems with spatially separated components have been created and studied. The chart of flows and interaction of components of gas-closed "chlorella-yeast" system have formed the basis describe mathematically the functioning of the given system, experimental results have been found to agree with computer solution of the problem in terms of quality. Investigation of the experimental model of the "producer-consumer" trophic chain demonstrated the role of protozoa in nitrogen turnover. "Production-decomposition" and "production-grazing-decomposition" cycle models has been theoretically analyzed and compared. The predator has been shown to be a more intensive mineralizer than the reducer component.  相似文献

本文研究了在考虑粒子的扩散系数随动量变化条件下的激波费米加速的时间演化过程,对各种源粒子时间及空间分布分别求得被加速粒子的能谱和平均动能的时间演化.通过数值计算,并与粒子扩散系数和动量无关的情形相比较,结果表明:扩散系数随动量变化使高能粒子不易得到加速.在扩散系数按X~pn随动量变化的情况下,本文得到了平均动能按~t2/n规律随时间增加.   相似文献

We have studied soft and hard X-ray images of 13 solar flares from six active regions observed by the Hard X-ray Imaging Spectrometer (HXIS). Our results indicate the presence of pre-hard X-ray burst excesses in the 11.5–30.0 keV range, indicating a slow buildup of the acceleration process or a strong preheating. During the impulsive phase, all of the events show the simultaneous energization of neighboring field structures, which, in the case we show in some detail, share about equal amounts of the released energy. This association seems to be indicative of strong acceleration and energy release triggered by the interaction between magnetic loops.  相似文献

Based on ground-level data and on satellite data we determine in this work the observational spectrum of both, the Ground Level Enhancement of May 17, (2012) the so-called GLE71 and the Ground Level Enhancement of September 10, 2017 (GLE 72). We describe a simplified method to obtain the experimental spectrum at ground level. Data of the GLE71 and GLE72 indicate the presence of two different populations, each one with a different energy spectrum. On the other hand, we explore the kind of phenomena that take place at the source in these two particular events. In contrast with other methods based on the temporal synchronization between electromagnetic emissions of flares and coronal mass ejections (CME), here we develop an alternative option based on the study of the accelerated particles, by adjusting our theoretical spectra to the observational spectra. The main results of this work are the derivation of the source and acceleration parameters involved in the generation process. These results lead us to construct possible scenarios of particle generation in the source for each one of the two studied GLEs.  相似文献

动力学模型是研究星球探测车运动的基础。以某月面巡视探测器原理样机为背景,建立了其动力学模型,并进行了数值仿真分析。在说明月壤机械特性的基础上,结合地面车辆力学的知识,分析了松散月壤上刚性车轮的受力,考虑了主动驱动和被动驱动的情形,利用数学拟合的方法得到了满足工程要求的简化模型。在一定假设条件下,以牛顿欧拉法建立了三自由度整车动力学模型,建模时同时考虑了驱动和转向的相互影响。最后,数值仿真结果定性地验证了月面巡视探测器动力学模型的正确性。  相似文献

Microgravity experiments designed for execution in Get-Away Special canisters, Hitchhiker modules, and Reusable Re-entry Satellites will be subjected to launch and re-entry accelerations. Crew-dependent provisions for preventing acceleration damage to equipment or products will not be available for these payloads during flight; therefore, the effects of launch and re-entry accelerations on all aspects of such payloads must be evaluated prior to flight. A procedure was developed for conveniently simulating the launch and re-entry acceleration profiles of the Space Shuttle (3.3 and 1.7 × g maximum, respectively) and of two versions of NASA's proposed materials research Re-usable Re-entry Satellite (8 × g maximum in one case and 4 × g in the other). By using the 7 m centrifuge of the Gravitational Plant Physiology Laboratory in Philadelphia it was found possible to simulate the time dependence of these 5 different acceleration episodes for payload masses up to 59 kg. A commercial low-cost payload device, the “Materials Dispersion Apparatus” of Instrumentation Technology Associates was tested for (1) integrity of mechanical function, (2) retention of fluid in its compartments, and (3) integrity of products under simulated re-entry g-loads. In particular, the sharp rise from 1 g to maximum g-loading that occurs during re-entry in various unmanned vehicles was successfully simulated, conditions were established for reliable functioning of the MDA, and crystals of 5 proteins suspended in compartments filled with mother liquor were subjected to this acceleration load.  相似文献

The amyloplasts of root statocytes are considered to be the perceptors of gravity. However, their displacement and the starch they contain are not required for gravisensing. The mechanism of the transduction of gravistimulus remains therefore controversial. It is well known that the amplitude of the stimulus is dependent upon the intensity of the acceleration and the inclination of the root with respect to gravity. This strongly supports the hypothesis that the stimulus results in a mechanical effect (pressure or tension) on a cellular structure. Three cellular components are proposed as possible candidates for the role of transducer: the actin filaments, the endoplasmic reticulum and the plasma membrane with its ion channels. Recent results obtained in the frame of the IML 1 Mission of Spacelab show that the endoplasmic reticulum should rather be responsible for the termination of the stimulus. The contacts of amyloplasts with the distal ER could therefore be involved in the regulation of root growth.  相似文献

Gravitropic tip growth of Chara rhizoids is dependent on the presence and functional interaction between statoliths, cytoskeleton and the tip-growth-organizing complex, the Spitzenkorper. Microtubules are essential for the polar cytoplasmic zonation but are excluded from the apex and do not play a crucial role in the primary steps of gravisensing and graviresponse. Actin filaments form a dense meshwork in the subapical zone and converge into a prominent apical actin patch which is associated with the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) aggregate representing the structural center of the Spitzenkorper. The position of the statoliths is regulated by gravity and a counteracting force mediated by actomyosin. Reducing the acceleration forces in microgravity experiments causes a basipetal displacement of the statoliths. Rhizoids grow randomly in all directions. However, they express the same cell shape and cytoplasmic zonation as ground controls. The ultrastructure of the Spitzenkorper, including the aggregation of ER, the assembly of vesicles in the apex, the polar distribution of proplastids, mitochondria, dictyosomes and ER cisternae in the subapical zone is maintained. The unaltered cytoskeletal organization, growth rates and gravitropic responsiveness indicate that microgravity has no major effect on gravitropic tip-growing Chara rhizoids. However, the threshold value of gravisensitivity might be different from ground controls due to the altered position of statoliths, a possibly reduced amount of BaSO4 in statoliths and a possible adaptation of the actin cytoskeleton to microgravity conditions.  相似文献

统计分析了太阳第23周期间(2000年7月至2004年9月)在625~1500,MHz,2600~3800,MHz和5200~7600,MHz范围频谱仪观测到的Ⅲ型射电爆发. 给出了Ⅲ型爆发的分布、寿命、频率漂移率、偏振度和频率带宽. 结果显示, 频率漂移率和频率带宽的平均值随频率的增加而增大, 寿命和偏振度的平均值既不是常数也不是在宽频延伸上保持均匀不变的.最多的Ⅲ型爆发分布在625~3800,MHz范围内, 且随频率的增加而增多. 分析表明, 电子加速和能量释放地点主要是在分米波范围内, 这个频率范围的特征可能与分米波段上的磁位形有关, 并且与主耀斑地点附近磁重联区中的电子加速有关. 然而, 还有相当数量的Ⅲ型爆发发生在5200~7600,MHz范围内, 这个特征表明电子加速的地点是在一个日冕的宽范围中. 关于厘米relax-relax 分米波段Ⅲ型爆发的辐射机制最可能包含相干的等离子体辐射或电子回旋脉泽辐射过程.   相似文献

This paper evaluates the impact of residual acceleration noise on the estimation of the Earth’s time-varying gravity field for future low-low satellite-to-satellite tracking missions. The goal is to determine the maximum level of residual acceleration noise that does not adversely affect the estimation error. The Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiment (GRACE) has provided monthly average gravity field solutions in spherical harmonic coefficients for more than a decade. It provides information about land and ocean mass variations with a spatial resolution of ~350?km and with an accuracy within 2?cm throughout the entire Earth. GRACE Follow-on was launched in May 2018 to advance the work of GRACE and to test a new laser ranging interferometer, which measures the range between the two satellites with higher precision than the K-Band ranging system used in GRACE. Moreover, there have been simulation studies that show, an additional pair of satellites in an inclined orbit increases the sampling frequency and reduces temporal aliasing errors. Given the fact that future missions will likely continue to use the low-low satellite-to-satellite tracking formation with laser ranging interferometry, it is expected that the residual acceleration noise will become one of the largest error contributor for the time-variable gravity field solution. We evaluate three different levels of residual acceleration noise based on demonstrated drag-free systems to find a suitable drag-free performance target for upcoming geodesy missions. We analyze both a single collinear polar pair and the optimal double collinear pair of drag-free satellites and assume the use of a laser ranging interferometer. A partitioned best linear unbiased estimator that was developed, incorporating several novel features from the ground up is used to compute the solutions in terms of spherical harmonics. It was found that the suitable residual acceleration noise level is around 2?×?10?12?ms?2?Hz?1/2. Decreasing the acceleration noise below this level did not result in more accurate gravity field solutions for the chosen mission architecture.  相似文献
