《国际空间科学小卫星发展路线图》中文版出版

正2020年11月《国际空间科学小卫星发展路线图》(Small Satellites for Space Science—A COSPAR Scientific Roadmap)中文版由中国科学技术大学出版社出版。该路线图由国际空间研究委员会(COSPAR)组织权威专家制定,并于2019年8月发表在《空间研究进展》(Advances in Space eResarch)上。路线图由国际空间科学研究所(ISSI)主任、伯尔尼大学教授Rudolf Steiger和美国达特茅斯学院教授Robyn Millan牵头编写,中国空间科学学会理事长吴季受邀作为编委参与了路线图的起草,并为中文版路线图作序。中文版译者为中国科学院文献情报中心郭世杰和中国科学院国家空间科学中心许永建,由中国科学院国家空间科学中心李靖研究员审校。

Progress of Strategic Priority Program on Space Scienceormalsize

The most important all-round progress in China's Space Science in recent years is the official go-ahead of Strategic Priority Program (SPP) on Space Science in 2011, which marks China's space science has entered a new stage. SPP on Space Science includes 4 satellites (DAMPE, SJ-10, QUESS and HXMT), the Intensive Study of Future Space Science Missions, and the Advanced Research of Space Science Missions and Payloads. It is expected that the innovative breakthroughs will be achieved, and the great leaps of related high-technology will be driven through both independent space science missions and international cooperation. 欧洲空间科学委员会发布空间天气一体化研究报告

欧洲空间科学委员会(European Space Science Committee,ESSC)2019年8月在Journal of Space Weather and Space Climate发表关于欧洲空间天气一体化方法的评估报告。报告分析了欧洲当下应对空间天气行动存在的问题,并相应提出了协调和优化整合建议,旨在增强欧洲应对空间天气风险的能力,提升欧洲对全球行动的贡献。ESSC对欧洲应对空间天气行动的现状从六个方面进行了深入分析。(1)在空间天气的科学认知方面,亟需加强对多个空间天气耦合机制的科学理解,改善对日地耦合系统的总体描述。     

日本1992年国际空间年的活动

从空间时代开始的国际地球物理年(IGY)历经35年,迎来了1992年国际空间年(ISY),正值哥伦布发现美洲新大陆500周年之际,联合国发起开展以此为中心内容的国际空间活动。欧美日本都安排了今年的空间活动,以示响应。现将日本各省厅及宇宙开发事业团为中心,积极开展国际空间年活动内容简介如下: 1.召开关于地球资源开发与环境管理空间技术联合国区域研讨会; 2.建立空间科学和技术教育区域中心; 3.在纽约联合国总部办展览会,由日本空间科学研究所和宇宙开发事业团主办; 4.征集国内空间活动为内容的文章。

As you have seen from the cover page, this issue of Chinese Journal of Space Science is devoted specially to the China-Russia Joint Research Center on Space Weather. In this special issue, 28 papers are selected. Most of them are jointly authored by scientists from both China and Russia. It reflects partially what the joint research center is doing and the interested research area from both China and Russia sides.
