粉末冶金Ti-6Al-4V 的组织及形成机理   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用热等静压(HIP)技术及旋转电极粉,采用预合金粉工艺制备了全致密的粉末冶金Ti-6Al-4V合金,用光学显微镜对其金相组织进行了观察,分析其形成机理,并对粉末冶金Ti-6Al-4V合金的室温拉伸性能、弹性模量、冲击性能及断裂韧性进行了研究.结果表明:粉末冶金Ti-6Al-4V金相组织主要由条片α相+相间β相组成,有细小的等轴α相分布在晶粒界面处,包裹着条片α相,这种独特的组织状态是由制备工艺决定的,具有良好的综合性能.  相似文献

Electron beam melting (EBM), as an excellent Additive Manufacturing (AM) technology, enables the printing of Ti-6Al-4 V alloy for a wide range of applications such as aerospace and biomechanical industries. It improves functionality and integrity of components and negates complexities in assembly processes. However, due to the poor surface and sub-surface integrity represented by the rough surface finish and low dimensional accuracy, achieving a favorable surface condition is quite challenging. Therefore, post processing becomes essential for these electron beam melted (EBM-ed) Ti-6Al-4 V alloys. Being the most common technique to improve such parts, milling of Ti-6Al-4 V alloy is very challenging and resulting tool wear issues, due to its unique material properties. Thus, this paper presents a comprehensive study on the surface integrity of EBM-ed Ti-6Al-4 V parts processed by precision grinding and electropolishing, aiming to qualitatively and quantitatively clarify the interrelation between process parameters and processed surface quality. The surface and subsurface characteristics such as profile accuracy, surface roughness, microstructure, defective layer and residual stress before and after post processing were compared and evaluated. The results show that by precision grinding, the profile accuracy was improved from over 300 µm PV to 7 µm PV, while surface roughness (Ra) was reduced from 30 µm to about 2 µm. The layer with partially melt particles was removed, but introduced a deformed subsurface layer with more residual stress. Then by applying electropolishing, the residual stress was released and the deformed layer was removed. In addition, Ra was further reduced to 0.65 µm. The research can serve as a reference for the integration of post machining processes with AM.  相似文献

 疲劳失效是钛合金工业应用中最重要的失效方式,疲劳强度是钛合金应用的关键性指标。为了研究激光沉积Ti-6Al-2Zr-Mo-V钛合金的疲劳性能和行为,在625 MPa到900 MPa不同应力水平下进行了室温高周疲劳(HCF)测试(应力比R=0.1,加载频率f=120~130 Hz),完成了疲劳断口表面分析。研究了气孔存在及分布对激光沉积Ti-6Al-2Zr-Mo-V钛合金疲劳性能的影响。激光沉积钛合金具有细小α/β片层组织。分析结果显示,虽然疲劳源区有气孔存在,激光沉积Ti-6Al-2Zr-Mo-V钛合金仍然具有优异的疲劳性能。取向丰富细小的α/β片层组织能有效减小疲劳源区滑移长度。分析结果还表明,应力水平对疲劳行为有一定影响。  相似文献

为了能够提高钛合金薄壁筒的加工效率,利用热等静压工艺制备了两个具有不同结构的Ti-6Al-4V薄壁筒,研究了夹具、填充泥浆和筒结构对Ti-6Al-4V薄壁筒的外圆表面粗糙度和精度的影响。结果显示,Ti-6Al-4V热等静压薄壁筒经过切削加工能够达到精度要求,填充泥浆降低了弹性回弹,提高了薄壁筒外圆精度;筒结构的内圆环和粗大端能够提高刚度,有效降低了外圆表面粗糙度值;夹具尺寸误差对圆度和同轴度影响较大,较大的尺寸误差显著降低了筒的外圆精度。  相似文献

研究了φ4mm与φ2mm的扩散连接界面缺陷对Ti-6Al-4V合金力学性能的影响。当拉伸载荷方向与缺陷平面平行时,材料的强度与塑性与无缺陷材料相当,这是由于此类缺陷对样品受力截面的面积几乎没有影响。含有φ4mm缺陷试样的拉压疲劳寿命展现出很大的分散性,界面缺陷并未成为裂纹萌生的唯一位置。从表面起裂的样品均处于高寿命区域,而绝大部分从缺陷处起裂的样品均落于低寿命区域。有限元分析表明,当缺陷位于中心位置时其引起的应力集中较小,应力分布梯度较小;缺陷位于边缘位置时,应力集中效应增大。  相似文献

采用湿喷丸技术对Ti-6Al-4V合金进行表面强化处理,研究了部分滑移、混合滑移和完全滑移等不同状态下钛合金样品的微动磨损行为,从微动状态角度探讨喷丸强化对钛合金微动磨损行为的影响规律。试验结果显示,喷丸处理对于完全滑移状态下Ti-6Al-4V合金的微动磨损行为影响较小;而在混合滑移状态时,喷丸处理使得微动磨痕的塑性变形积累区消失,有效抑制局部疲劳损伤造成的微裂纹萌生。这是因为喷丸引入加工硬化作用使材料表层局部强度提高,进而改善局部疲劳损伤。  相似文献

The present work aims to investigate the fatigue behavior of Direct Laser Deposition (DLD) Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V titanium alloy under constant amplitude stress. 22 pieces of DLD Ti-6.5Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V titanium alloy standard cylinder specimens were tested under a stress level of 800?MPa with a stress ratio of 0.06. Fatigue fractography and fatigue life data were obtained. Through the fracture surface analysis, the specimens were divided into two categories in accordance with the location of crack initiation and defect types. Comparison of fatigue life and behavior between two specimen types was given, which was followed by a discussion about the impact of defect type, size and position on the fatigue life of the specimen. The fatigue test results also show a large variation of fatigue life. To illustrate the statistical characteristics of the fatigue life, probabilistic analysis was performed, and a novel bimodal lognormal model was established. The model has a good fit with the experimental data and can reduce the scatter of the fatigue life significantly.  相似文献

采用旋转弯曲的加载方式,评价了 Ti-47.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr-0.2Zr (原子分数/%)合金择优取向层片组织的高温高周疲劳性能,并对疲劳断口进行了扫描电镜分析。结果表明:该合金表现出符合 Basquin 方程的平直 S-N 曲线,750℃条件疲劳极限相当于其抗拉强度的60%;断口观察发现,所有试样中的疲劳裂纹均以穿层片方式扩展,表明该种组织的界面对疲劳裂纹扩展具有较高的抗力。  相似文献
