 以并联六自由度机构为对象,研究了阻抗控制在广义主动加载中的应用。推导了并联六自由度机构广义力、单缸力和单缸位移之间的阻抗控制数学模型,并分析了稳态误差影响因素;设计了符合现有实验条件的模型参考自适应阻抗控制器(MRAC),该控制器仅通过广义力反馈、单缸力反馈即可实现控制参数的在线修正,并由六自由度机构单缸位移反馈构成闭环控制系统。比较自适应阻抗力控制器和经典力控制器进行了广义主动加载仿真,结果表明所设计的控制器提高了系统动态响应能力,对环境刚度变化鲁棒性强,可以实现实验室条件下广义力的精确稳定跟踪。  相似文献

A model reference adaptive control (MRAC) with smooth switching scheme was proposed for piecewise linear systems, and the method was utilized in turbofan engine control to avoid the discontinuity of control input. In this scheme, each sub-region of the operating envelope had its own MRAC controller, and smooth indicator function based smooth switching scheme was introduced to switch multiple controllers smoothly at the boundary of adjacent sub-regions. The Lyapunov stability analysis indicated that the proposed smooth switching scheme can guarantee the convergence of the closed-loop system during the controllers switching. The tracking error system was converted into a switched system to analyze the global stability of the closed-loop system. The advantage of the method was that the chattering of system output and instability caused by asynchronous switching can be eliminated. The simulation illustrates the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme in comparison with the existing MRAC controller with gain scheduling for turbofan engine.   相似文献

A model reference speed adaptive controller for a current-fed induction motor drive is proposed. It uses a proportional-plus-integral (PI) adaptation to satisfy the hyperstability condition for taking care of the load and machine parameter changes of the drive. The available information on the states and output of the reference model as well as the plant output are all that are required for the control; no explicit parameter identification is needed. The controller can be designed by using a reduced reference model to simplify the design without much degradation of the performance, so that it is relatively easy to implement practically  相似文献

The author uses a nonlinear extension of model reference adaptive control (MRAC) technique to guide a double-arm nonlinearizable robot manipulator with flexible links, driven by actuators collocated with joints subject to uncertain payload and inertia. The objective is to track a given simple nonlinear, rigid but compatible dynamical model in real, possibly stipulated time and within stipulated degree of accuracy of convergence, while avoiding collision of the arms. The objective is attained by a specified signal adaptive feedback controller and by adaptive laws. Both are given in closed form. An indirect filed-oriented induction motor (IM) position servo drive with adaptive rotor time-constant estimation and an on-line trained neural network controller is presented. First, the rotor time-constant is estimated real-time on the basis of the model reference adaptive system (MRAS) theory. Next, a linear model-following controller (LMFC) is designed according to the estimated plant model to allow the state responses of the plant to follow the reference model. Then an augmented signal generated from the proposed neural network controller, whose connective weights are trained on-line according to the model-following error of the states, is added to the LMFC system to preserve a favorable model-following characteristic under various operating conditions  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the robust adaptive fault-tolerant control of a tandem coaxial ducted fan aircraft under system uncertainty, mismatched disturbance, and actuator saturation. For the proposed aircraft, comprehensive controllability analysis is performed to evaluate the controllability of each state as well as the margin to reject mismatched disturbance without any knowledge of the controller. Mismatched disturbance attenuation is ensured through a structured H-infinity controller tuned by a non-smooth optimization algorithm. Embedded with the H-infinity controller, an adaptive control law is proposed in order to mitigate matched system uncertainty and actuator fault. Input saturation is also considered by the modified reference model. Numerical simulation of the novel ducted fan aircraft is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. The simulation results reveal that the proposed adaptive controller achieves better transient response and more robust performance than classic Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC) method, even with serious actuator saturation.  相似文献

研究了模型跟踪滑模控制在涡扇发动机控制中的应用。首先提出了一种参考模型的状态反馈设计方法,该方法可保证所设计的参考模型在满足匹配条件的同时满足系统性能指标要求;而且若被控对象可解耦,还可保证参考模型动态解耦。其次提出了一种比例积分型切换超平面的极点配置设计方法。最后应用上述两种方法设计了某型涡扇发动机的模型跟踪滑模控制器,并进行了数字仿真,仿真结果表明,所设计的模型跟踪滑模控制系统无抖振现象,且具有很强的鲁棒性。  相似文献

A novel scheme for the control of synchronous generator excitation system is described. The proposed controller, which makes use of self-tuning proportional-integral (PI) control, is very effective for improving the dynamic performance of the synchronous machine over a wide range of operating conditions when the machine is subjected to major disturbances or small random load changes. 大规模风电经固定串补线路送出时,由于变流器与固定串补之间的相互作用,使双馈风电机组(DFIG)可能会存在一种新的次同步谐振(SSR)问题,称为次同步控制相互作用(SSCI)。提出反馈线性化控制策略,并将之应用于DFIG转子侧变流器和网侧变流器控制回路以抑制SSCI。首先对系统的反馈线性化条件进行验证,再选取合适的坐标变换,在保证系统零动态稳定的前提下求得非线性状态反馈规律。在MATLAB/Simulink下的仿真结果表明:与参数已整定的比例积分控制策略相比,反馈线性化控制策略能够有效抑制SSCI,使DFIG在不同串补度和风速下都能保持稳定运行,且不影响DFIG的故障穿越能力。  相似文献

The main objective of the turboprop engine control system is to ensure propeller absorbed power at a constant propeller speed by controlling fuel flow and blade angle. Since each input variable affects the selected output variables, there exist strong interactions between different control loops of a Two-Spool TurboProp Engine (TSTPE). Inverted decoupling is used to decouple the interactions and decompose the TSTPE into two independent single-input single-output systems. The multi-variable PI controller and two single-variable PI controllers are designed for the TSTPE with actuator dynamics based on Linear Matrix Inequality (LMI), respectively, which is derived from static output feedback and pole placement condition. The step responses show that due to the difference in the response times of the selected output variables, it is difficult to design an appropriate multi-variable PI controller. The designed single-variable PI controllers are tested on the TSTPE integrated model to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, that is, the interactions are first decoupled and then the controllers are designed, and the resulting simulated responses show that compared with the controller designed without actuator dynamics, the gas-generator shaft speed and power turbine shaft speed can better track their respective commands under the action of the controller designed with actuator dynamics.  相似文献

Three different types of controllers, i.e., the conventional controller, the linear optimal controller (LOC), and the variablestructure controller (VSC) are proposed for the coordinatedfrequency and voltage control of synchronous generators. Theinteraction between the frequency and voltage control loops is takeninto account by incorporating both the speed-governing system andthe excitation system into the mathematical model of thesynchronous generator. An aircraft flight control system with reconfigurable capabilities is considered. A multiple model adaptive controller (MMAC) is shown to provide effective reconfigurability when subjected to single and double failures of sensors and/or actuators. A command generator tracker/proportional-plus-integral/Kalman filter (CGT/PI/KF) form of controller was chosen for each of the elemental controllers within the MMAC algorithm and each was designed via LQG synthesis to provide desirable vehicle behavior for a particular failure status of sensors and actuators. The MMAC performance is enhanced by an alternate computation of the MMAC hypothesis probabilities, use of maximum a posteriori probability (MAP) versus Bayesian form of the MAC (or a modified combination of both), and reduction of identification ambiguities through scalar residual monitoring for the case of sensor failures  相似文献

本文研究飞行 /推进系统一体化控制中的发动机喘振裕度自适应控制。通过一定的控制作用 ,使发动机在所有飞行条件和工况下都保持一定的喘振裕度 ,从而充分发挥发动机的潜力。将发动机大偏差模型、进气道及飞机模型综合在一起 ,构成飞机 /推进系统一体化数学模型 ,以进行发动机自适应控制的仿真。计算机仿真表明 ,发动机自适应控制具有很好的性能效益 ,例如在飞行高度 H=10公里 ,飞机由 Ma=0 .65加速到 Ma=0 .90 ,在采用自适应喘振裕度控制后 ,双发动机推力提高 16 ,飞机加速时间缩短 2 3 ,大大提高了飞机性能。  相似文献

为了应对多个发动机共同驱动同一直升机时,单个发动机性能衰退所引发的输出功率不平衡问题,以控制2个转子转速的双回路结构PI控制器为基础,将外回路改为直接功率控制回路,搭配能够计算旋翼在一定转速下需求功率的机载模型,构建了1种涡轴发动机多发功率平衡匹配控制系统.内回路分别采用燃气发生器转子转速控制回路和动力涡轮转子转速控制回路,得到参数不同的控制器并进行了仿真验证和对比.结果表明:所设计的双回路PI控制器能够在保证涡轴发动机动力涡轮转速恒定的同时,使性能衰退程度不同的2台发动机输出相同的功率.  相似文献

The design of a novel static VAR compensator for the damping of electromechanical oscillation in a synchronous generator is presented. The proposed compensator, which is made up of a fixed capacitor and a thyristor-controlled inductor, is installed at the generator terminal to provide the required damping without deteriorating the voltage profile under disturbance conditions. In order to have better dynamic performance, a supplementary proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller of which the parameters are determined by eigenvalue assignment is incorporated in the static VAR compensators. The dynamic responses of the synchronous machine subjected to a three-phase fault are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the static VAR compensators. A comparison study of the proposed controller and a PID excitation controller is made with respect to damping enhancement and terminal voltage deviation.  相似文献

A novel controller design for a sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) drive system, which is fed by a matrix converter is proposed. First, a rotor position estimating technique is proposed to obtain the shaft angle of the motor. Next, a two-degree-of-freedom proportional-integral (PI) controller, including a forward-loop controller and a load compensator, is proposed to improve the performance of the system. The whole drive system has satisfactory transient responses and load disturbance rejection abilities. In addition, the parameters of the PI controller are calculated by using a frequency-domain parameter optimization technique. Only simple algebraic computation is required. Finally, a 32-bit TMS320C40 digital signal processor is used to execute the sensorless technique and all of the control loops, including a current-loop and a speed-loop. Several simulated and experimental results are shown to validate the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

Three different adaptive controllers for a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) position-control system are proposed. The proposed controllers include: a backstepping adaptive controller, a self-tuning adaptive controller, and a model reference adaptive controller. The detailed systematic controller design procedures are discussed. A PC-based position control system is implemented. Several experimental results including transient responses, load disturbance responses, and tracking responses of square-wave, sinusoidal-wave, and triangular-wave commands are discussed and compared. The proposed system has a good robustness performance even though the inertia of the system is increased to 10 times. The experimental results validate the theoretical analysis.  相似文献

This paper presents an auto-tuning method for a proportion plus integral(PI) controller for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) drives, which is supposed to be embedded in electro-mechanical actuator(EMA) control module in aircraft. The method, based on a relay feedback with variable delay time, explores different critical points of the system frequency response.The Nyquist points of the plant can then be derived from the delay time and filter time constant.The coefficients of the PI controller can then be obtained by calculation while shifting the Nyquist point to a specific position to obtain the required phase margin. The major advantage of the autotuning method is that it can provide a series of tuning results for different system bandwidths and damping ratios, corresponding to the specification for delay time and phase margin. Simulation and experimental results for the PMSM controller verify the performance of both the current loop and the speed loop auto-tuning.  相似文献

P ID控制器参数整定与优化一直是自动控制领域研究的问题。采用遗传算法进行的PID参数整定与优化是一种全局最优且与初值无关的优化方法。本文结合某型航空发动机,利用遗传算法对发动机单变量及双变量P I控制器参数进行优化。仿真结果表明:该方法对PI参数整定具有比较好的综合控制性能,不失为一种具有较好实用价值的航空发动机P I控制器参数整定与优化方法。   相似文献
