This paper introduces the autonomous control technologies for a new generation launch vehicle for guidance and attitude control. Based on the iterative guidance mode(IGM) of Long March launch vehicles, the autonomous compensation IGM(ACIGM) for the terminal attitude deviation during the coasting phase is proposed. Considering the characteristics of large static instability and weak bearing capacity, the attitude control technology based on active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) and a control method based on an accelerometer are proposed. Targeting at non-fatal failures that may occur during flights, autonomous guidance reconstruction technology, nozzle fault diagnosis and reconstruction technology in the coasting phase are studied. Some of the autonomous control technologies proposed in this paper have achieved good control results as seen through flight verification. 相似文献

The maiden flight of LM-8 performed perfectly on December 22, 2020. The design concept of modularization, seriation and combination has been perfectly exhibited in LM-8. The four main technical innovations, including rapid integrated design based on modularization, engine thrust regulation, modal parameters acquisition technology based on numerical simulation, and flight load control, were verified during the maiden flight. LM-8 is now positioned to be the main force in China's medium launch vehicles for commercial launch. In the future, the mission adaptability of LM-8 will be improved to provide efficient and low-cost launch services. The strength of the connection structure has always been a key issue in the structural design of a launch vehicle. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used for the strength of typical connection structures of a new launch vehicle. The research scope includes the inter-stage connection structure and the bundle connection structure. Aiming at establishing the strength of these two connection structures under flight conditions, we built a refined finite element model, simulated the bolt tensile test and obtained a calculation criteria, and carried out finite element analysis of the connection structures under flight conditions. As a result, we not only established the analysis and evaluation method of the connection structures based on the refined finite element modeling analysis, but also provided a fast numerical simulation design method for the development of the launch vehicle's connection structures, which greatly improved the design efficiency and reduced the design risk. 相似文献

In order to improve the safety and reliability of a launch vehicle, we present a reconfigurable guidance method based on online trajectory optimization for thrust decrease at the ascending stage of the launch vehicle in this paper. We used a multiple shooting method to convert the optimal control problem into a nonlinear programming(NLP) problem. Finally, we used the interior point method to solve the NLP problem. The simulation results show that the method can effectively adapt to thrust decreases by 5% and 10%. This reconfigurable guidance method based on online planning is proposed to realize launch missions under the condition of power descent, thus verifying the feasibility of the method. 相似文献

随着新一代运载火箭研制的开展,新型120t级高压补燃液氧煤油发动机将得到广泛的使用,该发动机采用的推进剂贮箱增压系统设计被列为新一代运载火箭研制的重大关键技术之一。在对国内外主要液体运载火箭增压方案进行分析的基础上对120t级液氧煤油发动机的贮箱增压系统进行了研究,提出了液氧贮箱采用压力传感器与电磁阀组合的常温氦气加温增压,煤油贮箱采用压力传感器与电磁阀组合的常温氦气增压方案,并针对液氧贮箱采用常温氦气加温增压的方案开展了理论分析和全尺寸系统级试验研究。理论分析和试验结果表明,该增压方案可行。 相似文献

This paper first introduces the technical requirements for autonomous flight, with a brief review of the International Academy of Astronautics(IAA) study group, “autonomous dynamic trajectory optimization control of launch vehicle”. Two research scenarios, ascent rescue and powered descent, are compared from the viewpoint of optimal control. On this basis, the technologies on the autonomous trajectory planning and control under the thrust-drop failures in the ascending phase, and the autonomous guidance method during the powered landing for the recovery of the rockets are discussed respectively. For the ascending problem, the characteristics of different solutions, including the iterative guidance method(IGM)-based residual carrying capacity evaluation, the state-triggered indices(STI), the joint planning with the payload's performance, and the multiple graded optimization(MGO), are analyzed for comparison. For the landing problem, the challenges such as the feasible region reduction caused by high thrust weight ratio(HTWR) and the disturbance adaptability brought by the limited feasible region, are studied in detail, as well as the onboard planning demonstration flight in China are introduced.
