An efficient star pattern recognition algorithm is presented. The purpose of this algorithm is to make sure of the compatibility of the software and the imaging sensor noise level. The new CMOS APS sensors have not currently reached the same accuracy as the former CCD sensors in position as well as in magnitude determination, especially in the dynamic stages. This algorithm allows the system to recognize the star pattern 20% faster than with reference algorithms. No false recognition has been noticed. Used databases have a size 5 to 10 times smaller, depending on other reference algorithms. Oriented triangles are used to compare the measured star pattern with the catalogue stars. The triangle's characterization criteria propose several solutions in a first time. A unique solution is selected by means of identification and validation methods in a second time. First results, presented hereinafter, are very encouraging, and this algorithm may be used in the future APS star trackers. INS/GPS/SAR integrated navigation system represents the trend of next generation navigation systems with the high performance of independence, high precision and reliability. This paper presents a new multi-sensor data fusion methodology for INS/GPS/SAR integrated navigation systems. This methodology combines local decentralized fusion with global optimal fusion to enhance the accuracy and reliability of integrated navigation systems. A decentralized estimation fusion method is established for individual integrations of GPS and SAR into INS to obtain the local optimal state estimations in a parallel manner. A global optimal estimation fusion theory is studied to fuse the local optimal estimations for generating the global optimal state estimation of INS/GPS/SAR integrated navigation systems. The global data fusion features a method of variance upper finiteness and a method of variance upper bound to ensure that the global optimal state estimation can be achieved under a general condition. Experimental results demonstrate that INS/GPS/SAR integrated navigation systems achieved by using the proposed methodology have a better performance than INS/GPS integrated systems.  相似文献

建立了自适应循环发动机与进气道的流量匹配数学模型,提出了一种可行的自适应循环发动机总体性能设计方法,并以此为基础对采用FLADE(Fan on Blade)的自适应循环发动机的设计参数选取和性能优化开展了研究。结果表明,自适应循环发动机性能设计,需综合考虑超声速进气道高空大飞行马赫数设计点和发动机地面静止起飞设计点的进发流量匹配需求;发动机设计点FLADE涵道比取值,应随着进气道设计马赫数及该飞行状态下冷却用气需求量的增加而增大。  相似文献

The fundamental concept of the multisensor integrated navigation system is the utilization of a medium precision INS in conjunction with one or more auxiliary sensors which perform as error bounding sources. Strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) integrated with astronavigation system (ANS) yields reliable mission capability and enhanced navigational accuracy for spacecrafts. The theory and characteristics of integrated system based on unscented Kalman filtering is investigated in this paper. This Kalman filter structure uses unscented transform to approximate the result of applying a specified nonlinear transformation to a given mean and covariance estimate. The filter implementation subsumed here is in a direct feedback mode. Axes misalignment angles of the SINS are observation to the filter. A simple approach for simulation of axes misalignments using stars observation is presented. The SINS error model required for the filtering algorithm is derived in space-stabilized mechanization. Simulation results of the integrated navigation system using a medium accuracy SINS demonstrates the validity of this method on improving the navigation system accuracy with the estimation and compensation for gyros drift, and the position and velocity errors that occur due to the axes misalignments.  相似文献

Performance prediction for a detection system employing noncoherent integration is carried out for a chi-square family of fluctuating targets in K-distributed clutter plus noise. The detection performance for Swerling 11 targets in the K-distributed clutter plus noise is compared with that in exponentially correlated Rayleigh clutter. The results show that the performance prediction based on N pulses integrated in clutter plus noise using the K-distributed clutter model may be approximately equivalent to that using the exponentially correlated Rayleigh-distributed clutter model  相似文献

Design and analysis of physical protection systems requires: (1) identification of mission critical assets; (2) identification of potential threats that might undermine mission capability; (3) identification of the consequences of loss of mission-critical assets (e.g., time and cost to recover required capability and impact on operational readiness); and (4) analysis of the effectiveness of physical protection elements. CPA-Cost and Performance Analysis-addresses the fourth of these four issues. CPA is a methodology that joins activity based cost estimation with performance-based analysis of physical protection systems. CPA offers system managers an approach that supports both tactical decision making and strategic planning. The impact of Van Jacobson header compression (VJHC) on the throughput performance of Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) over lossy space channels is studied in an experimental manner using a test-bed. The experimental results show that VJHC benefits the transmission at bit error rates (BERs) around 10/sup -6/ or less, but also results in performance degradation in an environment with higher BER.  相似文献

飞机结冰是严重影响飞行安全的潜在危险因素之一.本文针对飞机结冰问题提出了保障结冰条件下飞行安全的等离子体冰形调控方法,开展了基于等离子防除冰冰形调控的冰风洞试验,进行了冰形调控规律的探索,并在无人机上对冰形调控方法进行了验证.结果表明,等离子体冰形调控可按照设计的布局防止结冰从而获得所预期的调制冰形;单个冰形宽度与弦长比即无量纲冰形尺寸(d/c)和单个冰形宽度与单个无冰间隙宽度比即无量纲调控比例(d/l)决定了调控效果;对于固定的无量纲调控比例,无量纲冰形尺寸比值在0.1~0.2之间时获得最佳的升力系数;无量纲调控比越低,机翼升力系数越高.在无人机飞行测试中,通过前缘冰形调制策略提高飞行气动性能的验证,结果表明:相比于机翼前缘全结冰,前缘冰形调制后,失速迎角延迟4°,在大迎角下的升力系数普遍恢复了20%~30%.本文给出了冰形调控的方法和调控规律,并指出选用合适的无量纲冰形尺寸和调制比有助于获得结冰条件下最佳的气动性能,同时通过无人机飞行试验验证了方法的有效性.  相似文献

Practical metrics for performance evaluation of estimation algorithms are discussed. A variety of metrics useful for evaluating various aspects of the performance of an estimation algorithm is introduced and justified. They can be classified in two different ways: 1) absolute error measures (without a reference), relative error measures (with a reference), or frequency counts (of some events), and 2) optimistic (i.e., how good the performance is), pessimistic (i.e., how bad the performance is), or balanced (neither optimistic nor pessimistic). In this second part we deal with the problem of detecting subspace random signals against correlated non-Gaussian clutter modeled by the compound-Gaussian distribution. In the first part of the paper, we derived the optimum Neyman-Pearson (NP) detector, the generalized likelihood ratio test (GLRT), and a constant false-alarm rate (CFAR) detector; we also provided some interesting interpretations of them. In this second part, these detectors are tested against both simulated data and measured high resolution sea clutter data to investigate the dependence of their performance on the various clutter and signal parameters. In required navigation performance(RNP), total system error(TSE) is estimated to provide a timely warning in the presence of an excessive error. In this paper, by analyzing the underlying formation mechanism, the TSE estimation is modeled as the estimation fusion of a fixed bias and a Gaussian random variable. To address the challenge of high computational load induced by the accurate numerical method, two efficient methods are proposed for real-time application, which are called the circle tangent ellipse method(CTEM) and the line tangent ellipse method(LTEM),respectively. Compared with the accurate numerical method and the traditional scalar quantity summation method(SQSM), the computational load and accuracy of these four methods are extensively analyzed. The theoretical and experimental results both show that the computing time of the LTEM is approximately equal to that of the SQSM, while it is only about 1/30 and 1/6 of that of the numerical method and the CTEM. Moreover, the estimation result of the LTEM is parallel with that of the numerical method, but is more accurate than those of the SQSM and the CTEM. It is illustrated that the LTEM is quite appropriate for real-time TSE estimation in RNP application.  相似文献

This discusses the implementation issues of installing a commercially available hand geometry system in the current infrastructure of Purdue University's Recreational Sports Center. In addition to a performance analysis of the system, a pre- and post-data collection survey was distributed to the 129 test subjects gathering information on perceptions of biometrics, in particular hand geometry, as well as participants' thoughts and feelings during their interaction with the hand geometry device. The results of the survey suggest that participants were accepting of hand geometry. Additionally, analyses of the participants' survey responses revealed that 93% liked using hand geometry, 98% thought it was easy to use, and 87% preferred it to the existing card-based system, while nobody thought the device invaded their personal privacy. System performance achieved a 3-try match rate of 99.02% (FRR 0.98%) when "gaming"/potential impostor attempts were removed from analysis. The failure to enroll rate was zero. Statistical analyses exposed a significant difference in the scores of attempts made by users with prior hand geometry usage, and subjects that could not straighten out their hand on the device. However, there were no statistical difference in the effects of rings/no rings, improper hand placements/proper hand placements, or gender on hand geometry score.  相似文献

基于Favre过滤的大涡模拟方法,对雷诺数Re=104,迎角α=6°下的NACA0012翼型上表面吹吸气射流进行了数值模拟,从翼型周围流场流线图、速度场云图、上下表面压力系数曲线以及上表面边界层位移厚度等多角度地分析了射流位置以及速度变化对翼型气动性能的影响。结果表明:射流位置对翼型气动性能影响较大,且吸气射流要明显优于吹气射流。对于吸气射流,前缘吸气要明显优于中后缘吸气,可有效增升减阻,并减小翼型尾部流动分离,抑制翼型气动参数扰动,其最佳吸气位置随着速度的增大逐渐向下游移动;而吹气射流对翼型气动系数的作用效果较差,但中后缘的吹气射流可减小飞行过程中的气动扰动量,且吹气越大,效果越明显。  相似文献
