任务规划地面站软件是保障飞机安全飞行的重要软件,为解决该类软件测试时采用传统自动化测试工具测试脚本维护困难、复用率低,手工测试效率低下等问题,本文设计并提出了一种自动化测试框架。框架基于关键字驱动的思想,通过建立控件映射表,定义常用测试关键字,自动生成测试文档等设计,实现了测试用例与测试脚本的分离,使测试用例的设计、维护、复用更加灵活、简便,并能有效提高软件测试效率。 相似文献

为解决高超声速飞行器复杂结构热试验加热器设计难题,以高超声速飞行器钝头体试验样段为研究对象,对复杂结构热试验从试验方案确定,加热器详细设计,温度、应变、位移的测量及热流控制方法等相关技术进行研究。通过自行设计的红外加热器完成了钝头体试验样段的高温试验,获得了大量的温度、应变、位移等试验数据。通过本次研究,梳理了高超声速飞行器复杂结构加热器设计流程,为优化结构设计提供了重要试验数据支持。 相似文献

Test packages written for built-in test (BIT) and mobile automatic test equipment (ATE) systems for the forward support of electronic and thermal imaging equipment used by the British Army are currently scrutinized and subjected to objective tests by test package evaluation and acceptance teams (TPEATs) before being accepted for field use. This is a time-consuming and costly exercise that can result in the rejection of unsuitable software. The result of such rejection on equipment logistics is for reaching, since the hardware will enter service without adequate maintenance support. In an attempt to address this problem a suite of programs aimed at assisting the verification and validation activities of the TPEAT at every stage of the software life cycle from requirements analysis through to testing and acceptance is being devised. This paper describes the current effort to develop a standardized data set, or suite of digital video sequences, that can be used for test and evaluation of digital video motion detectors (VMDs) for exterior applications. We have drawn from an extensive video database of typical application scenarios to assemble a comprehensive data set. These data, some existing for many years on analog videotape, have been converted to a reproducible digital format and edited to generate test sequences several minutes long for many scenarios. Sequences include non-alarm video, intrusions and nuisance alarm sources, taken with a variety of imaging sensors including monochrome CCD cameras and infrared (thermal) imaging cameras, under a variety of daytime and nighttime conditions. The paper presents an analysis of the variables and estimates the complexity of a thorough data set. Some of this video data test has been digitized for CD-ROM storage and playback. We are considering developing a DVD disk for possible use in screening and testing VMDs prior to government testing and deployment. In addition, this digital video data may be used by VMD developers for further refinement or customization of their product to meet specific requirements. These application scenarios may also be used to define the testing parameters for future procurement qualification. A personal computer may be used to play back either the CD-ROM or the DVD video data. A consumer electronics-style DVD player may be used to replay the DVD disk. Chinese Chang'e lunar exploration project aims to collect and return subsurface lunar soil samples at a minimum penetration depth of 2 m in 2017. However, in contrast to those on the Earth, automated drilling and sampling missions on the Moon raise the risk of burning bits.Test-beds are required for testing the thermal properties of drill tools in a lunar environment. In this paper, a novel temperature measuring method based on thermocouples and a slip ring was proposed. Furthermore, a data acquisition system for a drilling process was designed. A vacuous,cryogenic, and anhydrous soil environment simulating the lunar surface was established. A drilling test-bed that can reach a depth of 2.2 m was developed. A control strategy based on online monitoring signals was proposed to improve the drilling performance. Vacuum and non-vacuum experiments were performed to test the temperature rising effect on drill tools. When compared with the non-vacuum experiment, the vacuum temperature rise resulted in a 12 °C increase. These experimental results provide significant support for Chinese lunar exploration missions. 相似文献

The method of reliability is proposed for the investigation of thermal contact conductance (TCC) in this study. A new definition is introduced, namely reliability thermal contact conductance (RTCC), which is defined as the TCC value that meets the reliability design requirement of the structural materials under consideration. An experimental apparatus with the compensation heater to test the TCC is introduced here. A practical engineering example is utilized to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach. By using a statistical regression model along with experimental data obtained from the interfaces of the structural materials GH4169 and K417 used in aero-engine, the estimate values and the confidence level of TCC and RTCC values are studied and compared. The results show that the testing values of TCC increase with interface pressure and the proposed RTCC model matches the test results better at high interface pressure. 相似文献

The increasing use of parallel architectures and networking technologies has enabled test systems to break free from their traditional structure. Today's systems run multiple parallel tasks, distribute testing among many computers, and publish live data through the Internet to achieve faster performance, better reliability, and increased connectivity with enterprise-wide systems. Specifically, software technologies and techniques will be examined for developing and running parallel, distributed automated tests and distributing test data between applications or across the Internet. If used correctly, the result of these techniques is a higher performance, more robust test system. Both US military and industry rely on automatic testing to verify the quality of manufacture and repair. Many testers still rely on computers designed and manufactured in the early 1980's. This includes systems using embedded controllers. Year 2000 problems can surface in computer operating systems, compilers, test programs, and in embedded systems. Until the impact of the Y2K “bug” is addressed, the risk of test program failure is unknown in most legacy automatic test systems. Problems may include embedded controllers in proprietary designs, old operating systems, and unique test program code. This paper will address the potential problem areas in automatic testing, and suggest an approach for determining the best course of action. In order to evaluate the impact, a complete systems inventory must be done to identify all potential sources of problems. Little attention has been paid to the legacy automated test systems and the potential impact of the Y2K problem on such systems. 简要介绍了红外热像的检测原理,并用红外热像方法对铝蜂窝铝蒙皮复合材料较易出现的胶接缺陷进行检测,结果表明红外热像方法是检测复合材料胶接缺陷的快速、有效方法。不同性质缺陷的最佳检测时间不同,对于铝蜂窝铝蒙皮结构复合材料蒙皮的各种脱粘缺陷,检测速度都高于每分钟两屏。实现被检工件快速、方便、自动化的加热方式,加热源和热像头的同步自动扫查以及智能化地识别各种缺陷是今后红外热像检测发展的重要方向。 相似文献

Concurrently with the development of guidance laws for low-altitude rotorcraft flight operations, efforts are underway to develop automated systems for locating the terrain and the obstacles using inputs from passive electrooptical sensors such as TV cameras and infrared imagers. The visual component library (VCL) is the key part of such graphical programming platforms.
