联合技术系统公司已被波音北美公司选定生产带选择可用性反电子欺骗模块(SAASM)的全球定位系统(GPS)接收机模块,以用于战场生存/躲避定位器(CSEL)系统。CSEL系统是采用现代技术的战场搜寻和救生通信系统,它能向搜索队提供世界范围内的有关失事飞行员定位、确认和通信的能力,而不向敌方暴露他们的位置。根据合同规定,联合技术系统公司防务系统分部将研制CSELSAASMGPS模块,以便对其设计进行试验和验证,从而为生产作好准备。联合技术系统公司提供唯一经过GPS计划办公室验证的SAASM。SAAS…  相似文献

本文研究了带挠性附件的航天器系统动力学特性。带挠性附件的航天器系统建模为刚性主体带挠性附件(挠性附件的末端带有刚性质量),根据拟坐标下的Lagrange定理建立了主刚体姿态运动与挠性附件振动相互耦合的动力学状态方程。针对一类带挠性附件的航天器系统编制了有关计算软件,利用该软件以SCOLE模型(SCOLE是SpacecraftControlLaborato-ryExperiment的缩写,其系统构形可参见文献[2][3])为例进行动力学分析,我们得到了与NASA有关报告几乎完全一样的结果。本项研究为一类带挠性附件的航天器控制系统设计提供了一种合适的动力学理论模型。  相似文献

系统分析器是风云二号指令与数据获取站(CDAS)的自动化检测系统。它负责对CDAS各系统的性能评估和故障查寻工作。为确保CDAS系统连续运行,系统分析器通常接到备用系统进行实时检测,此外可对工作系统的重要参数进行监视。以专用计算机为核心,配以可编程开关网络和可编程仪器,经专用总线相连所构成的计算机辅助测试系统组成了系统分析器。所有检测按站内闭环测试、发射系统测试和接收系统测试三个环路进行。该系统可以由监控台发令,完成对站内13个系统的37项技术指标的自动检测。  相似文献

The Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator (SPDM) is the latest Space Robot developed by the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) and McDonald Detwiller Space and Advanced Robotics (MD Robotics, previously Spar Aerospace) for the International Space Station (ISS). The SPDM has presented its designers with a number of new challenges in performing the Systems Engineering effort required for a complex robotic system:(1) The SPDM initial design was started and attained various levels of maturity for various components under the Space Station Freedom environment, then the Program was stopped and finally restarted under the harsher environment in which the International Space Station is being built.(2) The SPDM is the first space robot to utilize previously developed and space certified robotic components, as well as components with high-commonality to the previously developed ones (electronics, S/W).(3) New requirements levied by the Customer during the negotiations leading to the Program re-start necessitated significant architectural changes versus the SPDM configuration `frozen' when the Program was shut down.(4) The SPDM is the first robotic system of this complexity that is being built under a Firm Fixed Price contract, with the commonality assumptions as one of the cost drivers.This combination of components of various pedigree, coupled with the constraints imposed by an FFP contract have been addressed by the designers through the definition of a novel approach to integrated Systems and Design Engineering.  相似文献

Marconi Space Systems Ltd is a member of one of the two consortia bidding for INMARSAT's second-generation satellite system due to come into service from 1988. The Marconi consortium, which also includes Ford Aerospace and Communications Corp (USA) and Aérospace (France), had come close to opening negotiations in Moscow for using the Proton launcher to place the second-generation satellites into geostationary orbit before they were forced to abandon the idea. Dr Alastair C. Durney, a member of the editorial board of Space Policy, describes the pros and cons of Proton based on this experience. Basing his comments around a report on the Space Power Systems 1997 conference, ‘Energy and Space for Humanity’, held in Montreal, 24-28 August 1997, Richard Boudreault describes the progress made in getting the concept of power from space accepted by the terrestrial utilities. Increasing worries about the sustainability of current power sources together with deregulation of power distribution make space power more attractive. The African Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology Education in English (ARCSSTE-E) was inaugurated in November 1998, with a mandate for the development of indigenous skills, knowledge and capacity, through rigorous theory, research, applications, field exercises and pilot projects that can enhance socioeconomic development. The institution runs a nine-month Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) programme in the areas of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (RS/GIS); Satellite Communications; Satellite Meteorology and Global Climate; and Basic Space Science and Atmospheric Physics (BSS), as well as short courses and outreach programmes. This paper describes the impact of the space postgraduate diploma programmes in the African region, highlighting the capabilities of the centre. Using a survey of participants in its courses, it notes where changes are needed and makes recommendations to this end.  相似文献

A new upper stage for the Shuttle called Orbiter Transfer Vehicle (OTV) is planned by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) for a broad range of missions including transfer of very large spacecraft, unmanned and manned servicing at Geosynchronous orbit (GEO). Leading OTV configurations use 13 to 34 tonnes of cryogenic propellants in vehicles based on the existing Centaur or new designs. These OTVs can deliver to Geosynchronous orbit more than double the payload possible with the solid propellant Intertial Upper Stage (IUS), which is currently being developed. This high performance reduces the number of shuttle launches required to deliver a given total mass of payloads. After delivery of current size spacecraft, OTV could be returned to the Orbiter for reuse, saving the cost of building a new stage. OTV performance and flexibility will create the opportunity for the next generation of spacecraft such as Geostationary Platform. In these three ways, the high-performance OTV will provide economic benefits to Space Transportation Systems.  相似文献
