针对大中型无人机系统实现远程测控与信息传输的技术需求,在参考国外"捕食者"、"全球鹰"等先进无人机系统技术体制和实现方案的基础上,提出了利用商业或军用通信卫星作为空中中继平台,建立无人机卫星中继数据链,实现我国远程无人机系统的超视距遥控、遥测和侦察信息实时传输的解决方案,这对延伸无人机系统的作用距离、提高作战效能具有重要意义。文中分析了无人机系统卫星中继数据链的技术体制,提出了工程应用中的关键技术,对具体的工程实现具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

Honeywell has implemented a versatile integrated avionics (VIA) architecture in several advanced commercial flight deck applications ensuring a military tie to future commercial upgrades related to global air traffic management functions. The VIA architecture can also be easily extended to meet unique military requirements of the advanced military flight decks for military tanker/transport upgrade programs. The subtle changes in the architecture are a result of unique equipment interfaces and unique military equipment such as communications radios, identification friend or foe, station keeping equipment and defensive systems which must be integrated within the architecture. The growing perception that with cutbacks in the military and the changing international economic environment, the military must rely on commercial industries in order to afford the next generation of high-performance and high-reliability military systems is discussed. 地形冲突是指飞行器与地面之间的相对位置发生矛盾,可能导致可控飞行撞地事故(CFIT)发生的潜在危险现象。在飞机飞行过程中,飞行员瞬间丧失知觉是飞行员自身因素导致飞行事故的一个重要问题,这个问题困扰着所有飞高性能战斗机的空军及其飞行员人员。丧失空间方向感又是一个更为严重的问题,它影响着空军和民航的飞行员人员。为了防止由于自身因素引起的飞行员和飞机的巨大损失,研究自动地形冲突回避系统是必要的。通过对地形冲突回避控制原理三种方案的研究分析表明:一种不需要飞行员涉入,一种需要飞行员涉入,即所谓人在回路之中,一种需要对外发射信号。  相似文献

The Qualified Manufacturer List (QML) approach, detailed in MIL-I-38535, General Specification for Integrated Circuits (Microcircuit) Manufacturing, embraces many of the commercial practices employed by high volume microcircuit suppliers. Nevertheless, with the availability of highly reliable and lower cost commercial parts, the QML approach becomes unnecessary and undesirable. In this paper we attempt to show why US government support of the QML program is leading the military and government to unaffordable access to out-dated technologies, damaging our country's military and avionics position. We will present information to show why we support the retraction of MIL-PRF-38535 and any other documents which imply that QML parts are superior to commercial parts, including those of QPL, MIL-STD-454, and MIL-HDBK-217 (now prohibited from use in all new Army programs)  相似文献

A contemporary status of radar technology in the Czech Republic is reviewed in this paper. We may find activity in many different directions in this field now. Those are: new primary radar development both for military and civil application, primary and secondary radar upgrades, new passive radar development for civil application, ELINT and ESM equipment, intruding alarm radar sensors for commercial application/high mass production, radar warning and seeking receivers and military targets RCS minimization.  相似文献

Lithium ion battery technology is being introduced into power supplies used by our armed forces for a variety of applications. In many cases, the same cells and design parameters that support commercial battery packs are being used in military battery packs. This approach is expected to result in a major decrease in the total life cycle cost of the equipment these batteries support. On June 13, 1991, NAVSEA issued INST9310.1B1, which states that all lithium battery powered equipment must undergo safety evaluation and approval prior to fleet use. This safety program governs a process whereby approvals are issued for lithium batteries to be used in specific equipment on ground facilities, surface combatants, air combatants, and/or submarines. The Naval Ordnance Safety and Security Activity (NOSSA) manages the program. The chief technical advisors are Code 644 at NSWC Carderock Division and Code 609A at NSWC Crane Division. This paper describes three battery designs that incorporate lithium ion technology, and the results of battery safety tests conducted in accordance with navy requirements.  相似文献

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have received a wide range of attention for military and commercial applications. Enhanced with communication capability, UAVs are considered to play important roles in the Sixth Generation (6G) networks due to their low cost and flexible deployment. 6G is supposed to be an all-coverage network to provide ubiquitous connections for space, air, ground and underwater. UAVs are able to provide air-borne wireless coverage flexibly, serving as aerial base stations for ground users, as relays to connect isolated nodes, or as mobile users in cellular networks. However, the onboard energy of small UAVs is extremely limited. Thus, UAVs can be only deployed to establish wireless links temporarily. Prolonging the lifetime and developing green UAV communication with low power consumption becomes a critical challenge. In this article, a comprehensive survey on green UAV communications for 6G is carried out. Specifically, the typical UAVs and their energy consumption models are introduced. Then, the typical trends of green UAV communications are provided. In addition, the typical applications of UAVs and their green designs are discussed. Finally, several promising techniques and open research issues are also pointed out.  相似文献

High performance communications, navigation, and identification (CNI) functions on modern military aircraft are increasingly required for mission readiness. The operation of simultaneous waveforms through an integrated avionics rack of shared resources becomes a test in moving data rapidly from one signal processing stage to the next. The IEEE 1394, or Firewire, is a commercial high bandwidth bus whose 64-bit addressing and maximum 400 Mbits/second throughput satisfies this demanding military avionics interconnect need. The challenge in applying this commercial product to integrated avionics is the requirement to seamlessly add message priority encoding. By having message priorities, the slower strategic communications links will not impair the performance of higher data rate tactical communications, thereby avoiding potentially life-threatening bottlenecks. The flight environment imposes additional challenges to ruggedize the cabling between integrated avionics racks and to utilize the full capabilities of the Firewire bus. A discussion of the physical, data link, network, and transport layers, as used in avionics applications will be done. Additionally, the versatility of 1394 in military avionics with its variable channel sizes, bandwidth on demand, hierarchical addressing, and upgrade to 800 and 1600 Mbps with a 64-bit wide data path, is emphasized. Finally, system maintenance advantages of 1394's hot pluggable features are discussed, with an eye toward cost reduction on the flight line and total operational time of the aircraft avionics systems  相似文献

Current intercommunications system (ICS) designs for military, multicrew aircraft utilize lengthy, encumbering cords to physically attach the crewmember's helmet or headset to a distributed audio intercom system. Typical ICS long-cords are approximately 100 feet in length and allow crewmembers to maintain communications as they move about the aircraft while performing their mission duties. These cords also allow crewmembers to maintain communications with the aircraft when disembarked, as when they are controlling aircraft during engine start-up. Unfortunately, the current wired topology significantly reduces mission effectiveness, impedes crewmember movement, and greatly increases the crewmember's risk of injury. These drawbacks are more pronounced onboard military rotary winged aircraft (helicopters) where several crewmembers have been injured or killed during emergencies requiring the aircraft to ditch at sea. During ditching, crewmembers often became entangled in their lengthy ICS cord, preventing or delaying aircraft egress. This paper discusses the development of an aircraft wireless intercommunications system (AWICS) which utilizes ultra wideband (UWB) technology to address mission requirements for these multicrew, military aircraft. UWB offers unique advantages in this application - multipath mitigation, low probability of detection, low probability of interference to onboard legacy systems, and high throughput in a multiuser environment.  相似文献

This paper considers the problem of target track identification in a radar surveillance system. To build a target identifier alongside a tracker, four features which are available for real-time processing in an air surveillance system are used here: target identity (TID) from a friend-and-foe identification (IFF) system, elevation measurement from the radar, target speed, and acceleration estimated by a tracker. These four features are combined to classify air targets into five different air target categories: friendly commercial, friendly military, hostile commercial (or unknown airline), hostile military, and false targets (clutter). Two popular statistic-based techniques, namely, the Bayesian and Dempster-Shafer methods, are applied to develop radar target identification algorithms for our application. Real-life as well as simulated air surveillance radar data are used to evaluate the practicality and effectiveness of this track identification approach in a radar surveillance system  相似文献

The demands on helicopter rotor brakes are given by laws and airworthiness regulations. The systems are designed and certified according to airworthiness demands such as JAR 27/29 and FAR 27/29. The present paper presents the rotor brake systems of commercial and military helicopters. The rotor brake systems include brake discs made out of steel and brake callipers with two-side-activating pistons. The actuation is performed by independent hydraulic systems. Together with the development of the different helicopter types an evolution of the brake systems took place. An example for this evolution is the indication of the brake control system on a state-of-the art commercial helicopter. Every occurring brake effort between brake disc and brake pads is indicated by the motion of the brake calliper against a micro switch. An example of a brake system which includes a brake disc made out of carbon fiber reinforced carbon material is presented. The disc is mounted with the possibility of sliding in axial direction. The hydraulic actuation is included in the main pressure supply system of the helicopter. Difficulties may occur by inhomogeneous heating of the brake discs. The analysis of the short and long duration tests on test benches and by helicopter flight tests revealed the detailed behavior especially of the thermal spots. The non-uniform heat dissipation caused hot spots and in some cases cracks. With the gained knowledge of the physical behavior, the brake disc was redesigned with success.The goal of the paper is to show the specific demands of helicopter rotor brakes, the designs for different helicopter types as well as the realization of the solutions and system tests.  相似文献

The Global Positioning System (GPS) has become the high tech utility of the 20th century. It was developed by the US Department of Defense as a precise navigation reference for the military services. Although the signal available to civilian users had been purposely degraded in what is called selective availability (SA), it is one of a few technological success stories that had positive unintended consequences. Recent announcements indicate that this SA impediment has been removed. GPS currently has a huge civilian market in commercial and private aviation, ship navigation, mapping and surveying, telecommunications position determination, and recreational boating and hiking. The 1990s have been stressful for commercial airline industry: fierce competition has caused the demise of several carriers. The resulting drive to slash operating expenses has bolstered development of avionics industry standards for automated test equipment. Rockwell's Collins Air Transport Division (CATD) has begun to market compliant test gear that airline maintenance departments wishing to acquire modern high performance test systems without the development cost penalty have eagerly received. A similar situation now confronts the military. The various branches can no longer justify the maintenance of independent autotest architectures. This paper describes the CATD implementation of the commercial-standard architecture; shows how we have designed the system to avoid obsolescence; and indicates the considerations that are necessary for adapting it to military scenarios  相似文献

Generating capacity additions planned for the 1970's and beyond include a high percentage of nuclear power plants. The light water reactor is the dominant type of commercial nuclear reactor being installed during the 1970's. Advancement to more efficient designs, such as the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor, is expected around 1980. Prospects for the breeder reactor and fusion energy systems dictate a major research and development effort. Attempts to control effluents from fossil-fired plants have resulted in a sharp increase in the use of low sulfur fuels. Research and development efforts are being intensified in an attempt to obtain a breakthrough in methods of stack emission control.  相似文献

民用客机强调飞行的安全性和舒适性,由于设计与使用的特点,其短周期模态的自然频率、操纵灵敏度与带宽均较低,时间延迟较大,且一般采用不同于军用运输机的控制律构型。提出以军用规范作为参照的电传客机飞行品质评定及适航审定方法,是现代民用客机飞行控制律设计的关键问题。为改善某放宽静稳定构型客机的短周期飞行品质,设计了迎角、C*和过载构型飞行控制律。按咨询通告AC25-7A所给出的操纵品质等级评定方法(HQRM),采用等效系统评定法、高阶频域法和高阶时域法评定了闭环飞机的短周期飞行品质及适航符合性。结果表明,军用规范条款对时延和带宽的限制对于客机可适当放宽。对于迎角构型,等效系统参数准则、带宽准则和俯仰速率响应准则均适用;过载构型评定应采用等效系统参数准则、俯仰速率响应准则;C*属非常规响应构型,应采用带宽准则和俯仰速率响应准则评定。  相似文献

FAA AC25-7A中的飞行品质评定方法 (HQRM)能够对使用电子飞控系统的民用运输机进行飞行品质评估。分析了HQRM评估程序以及相关适航要求,根据某民用飞机飞控系统功能危险分析,针对单侧升降舵卡阻这一典型故障,提出了在该失效状态下的模拟器飞行品质评估试验程序,分别给出了HQRM和相应军用标准评估方法,对军民评估方法的差异性和一致性进行了分析。研究结果对采用电子飞控系统的现代飞机的飞行品质适航验证具有工程参考意义。  相似文献

In the framework of the research project TUBSAT-N (Technical University of Berlin SATellite-Nano) it has been demonstrated that it is possible to achieve ultra low cost space access very quickly. TUBSAT-N and TUBSAT-N1 were launched as a satellite cluster in July 1998 with a convertible Russian military SS-23 SHTIL Rocket from a submarine. This project should prove that nanosatellite technology can be a good solution for a commercial ultra-low cost project.  相似文献
