为方便双向全桥直流变换器的稳定性分析以及闭环控制器的设计,利用广义状态空间平均法对工作在双重移相控制方式下的双向全桥直流变换器进行了建模研究,得到了系统的大信号模型,通过线性化处理,得到系统小信号模型,并根据小信号模型进行了控制器设计。利用Matlab仿真验证所建立模型的准确性以及闭环系统的稳定性,仿真结果表明,小信号模型能准确跟随系统输出,且闭环系统符合GJB 181B要求。  相似文献

移相全桥变换器是中大功率直流/直流变换场合的一种理想拓扑,但在其输出整流桥上会产生寄生振荡,二极管上存在很高的尖峰电压。这将带来电路损耗并影响整流桥的使用寿命,因此应该想办法抑制。文中分析了寄生振荡产生的原因,介绍了几种可行的抑制方法,并进行了比较研究和实验验证。  相似文献

本文针对航天器用5kW离子电推力器核心供电模块屏栅电源的技术需求,采用移相全桥技术设计了低电压输入高电压输出的大功率屏栅电源模块。对比分析了ZVS和ZVZCS两种移相全桥方案后,得出ZVZCS更适合于电推进屏栅电源的设计。提出了ZVZCS移相全桥变换器CDD无损缓冲电路中辅助电容的设计方法,论述了屏栅电源功率级和控制电路的设计过程。通过实物产品验证表明:采用ZVZCS移相全桥技术设计的屏栅电源模块能在较宽的负载范围内实现超前桥臂和滞后桥臂的软开关,提高了变换器的效率;采用CDD无损缓冲电路能辅助实现滞后桥臂的零电流关断,降低原边电流的损耗,同时降低高压整流管的电压应力。在具备完善的输入滤波,浪涌抑制及母线开关等功能以后,最大功率下效率在95%以上。  相似文献

针对九开关变换器驱动六相永磁同步电机系统的断相运行状态,研究了一种基于有效作用时间的载波调制PWM控制方法。给出了九开关变换器及基于有效作用时间的载波调制PWM控制的基本原理,建立了正常情况下六相PMSM的数学模型,根据单相和两相断路后电机相应的约束条件,采用空间解耦变换矩阵,分别建立了单相断路和两相断路后的电机数学模型,在Matlab/Simulink中进行了仿真实验,验证了所提控制方法的可行性。  相似文献

为增强航空电源系统的可靠性,以九开关变换器驱动的双Y移30°永磁同步电机为研究对象,研究了相应的容错控制方法。针对九开关变换器单个开关管的短路故障,首先介绍了九开关变换器的工作原理及基于有效作用时间的载波调制PWM方法的基本原理,当变换器发生开关管短路情况时,展开容错控制,最后在Matlab/Simulink中进行了仿真试验,得到容错控制后的试验图形。试验结果验证了所提出算法的正确性,提高了电机的可靠性。  相似文献

提出了一种新型永磁驱动重构型车载充电机三相DC/DC变流器集成系统。该集成系统将永磁驱动的电机绕组和DC/AC逆变器重构成车载充电机实现电动汽车驱动-充电的集成,具有空间利用率高、充电快速和可靠性高等特点。分析了集成系统的结构和工作原理,推导了充电系统的三相DC/DC变换器数学模型。在此基础上,利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真软件搭建了驱动-充电集成系统仿真模型,对同步脉宽调制(PWM)控制和交错PWM控制策略进行仿真研究,分析对比了交流侧电压电流、直流侧电机绕组电感电流和直流侧电压波形。仿真结果表明,与交错PWM控制策略相比,同步PWM控制策略下该新型结构充电系统具有更好的运行性能。  相似文献

无位置传感器的中低速运行控制是开关磁阻电机研究的难点问题。为实现中低速阶段对转子位置的连续估计,提出一种基于PWM控制的无位置传感器方法。该方法将开通关断角所对应的参考信号与高频三角载波进行交截,并将得到的PWM信号作为不对称半桥功率变换器的开关管驱动信号。通过对PWM信号进行频谱分析可知,该PWM注入方式等效于注入载波频率的高频正弦信号。然后,对电流信号进行滤波及坐标变换处理,解算出连续的转子位置信息。针对电感曲线正弦度不高的问题,通过移相相减的方法消除二次谐波,简化了位置估计过程。该方法无需额外注入高频正弦信号,易于工程实现,并具备高频信号注入法的精度。最后针对一台12/8结构样机,进行了相应的仿真和实验,验证了该方法的可行性。  相似文献

三相四开关变换器直流侧分离电容电压不平衡,将降低其并网电能质量,缩短电解电容寿命。针对该问题,提出了一种直流侧分离电容电压均衡的模型预测功率控制策略。基于αβ两相静止坐标系分析电压矢量,建立功率预测模型。由于直流侧电容中点电压偏差值含有交流分量和直流分量,使用低通滤波器提取直流分量后计算功率补偿值,并计入给定功率,进行模型预测功率控制,实现直流侧分离电容电压均衡。该控制策略无需锁相环和PWM调制,易于实现。通过仿真和试验对其动、静态特性进行分析,验证了所提出控制策略的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

分析单相PWM整流电路的结构、工作原理和控制方法,通过选择适当的工作模式和工作时序,可使PWM整流电路输出直流电压稳定。将正弦脉宽调制技术应用于PWM整流电路,使其交流侧输入电流非常接近正弦波,且与输入电压同相位。同时调节交流侧电流的大小和相位,使能量在交流侧和直流侧双向流动。在建立基于Simu-link7.6的仿真模型基础上,通过分析PWM整流电路各处电压、电流波形,验证其控制方法及仿真设计的正确性。  相似文献

A pulsewidth modulated (PWM) full-bridge converter that simultaneously performs input power factor correction (PFC) and DC-DC conversion is proposed. The converter is the same as the standard voltage-fed PWM full-bridge converter with a diode-bridge low-pass filter front end, but with a slight modification that results in an improvement in power factor that is sufficient to satisfy the EN61000-3-2 requirements for electrical equipment. The operation of the converter is explained and analyzed, and the results of the analysis are used to determine the converter's steady-state characteristics, which are discussed in detail. A design procedure for the selection of components is then derived and demonstrated with an example. The feasibility of the converter and its ability to satisfy EN61000-3-2 requirements on electrical equipment is shown with results obtained from an experimental prototype.  相似文献

An ultracapacitor system for an electric vehicle has been implemented. The device allows higher accelerations and decelerations of the vehicle with minimal loss of energy and minimal degradation of the main battery pack. The system uses a DC-DC power converter, which is connected between the ultracapacitor and the main battery pack. The design has been optimized in weight and size, by using water-cooled heat sinks for the power converter, and an aluminum coil with air core for the smoothing inductance. The ratings of the ultracapacitor are: nominal voltage: 300 Vdc; nominal current: 200 Adc; capacitance: 20 Farads. The amount of energy stored allows us to have 40 kW of power during 20 seconds, which is enough to accelerate the vehicle without the help of the traction batteries. The vehicle uses a brushless DC motor with a nominal power of 32 kW and a peak power of 53 kW. A control system based on a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) manipulates all the aforementioned variables and controls the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) switching pattern of the converter transistors. The car used for the implementation of this system is a Chevrolet LUV truck.  相似文献

Vorperian's pulsewidth modulation (PWM) switch model consists of a PWM transformer and a nonlinear resistor. The recognition that any of the three transformer terminals can serve as the common terminal leads to two alternate PWM transformer models and the corresponding two alternate PWM switch models. For a given PWM dc-dc converter, one of the three PWM switch models is more “natural” for graphic-oriented analysis/design, e.g., it allows the idealized converter to be analyzed by inspection. Furthermore, all three PWM transformers may be used to graphically manipulate the converter circuit to a form that can be analyzed by inspection. The alternate forms of the PWM transformers and the PWM switch models are effective as graphic-oriented teaching and learning tools for PWM converters. The characteristics of a push-pull parallel resonant converter (PPRC) when operated as a DC-DC transformer were investigated theoretically and experimentally. In the DC-DC transformer region, the voltage transfer ratio of the PPRC was found to be practically constant and independent of the input voltage and load. In this mode, all the switching elements operate in the zero voltage switching (ZVS) condition. Another important feature of the proposed DC-DC transformer is the ability to drive it by an arbitrary switching frequency, provided that the latter is lower than the self-oscillating frequency. This permits the synchronization of the converter to a master clock. The analytical expressions for voltage and current stresses, as well as the other key parameters derived, are applied to develop design guidelines for the DC-DC transformer. It is difficult to obtain a large input/output voltage ratio with a DC-DC converter, because the duty factor d may not reach very small values. For the same reason, it is difficult to obtain an output voltage that is adjustable in a large range. A DC-DC converter circuit is proposed that overcomes this limitation by performing a voltage ratio d2/(1-d) in the best operating mode. Circuit operation is analyzed, operating modes are evidenced, and the voltage ratio is deduced in each operating mode as a function of output current, duty factor, and circuit component values. Boundary conditions between different operating modes are obtained; consequently, it is concluded that these conditions do not occur for some operating modes. Component ratings are summarized, to facilitate circuit design. The buck-flyback DC-DC converter is very suitable for low-voltage (e.g. computer) power supplies and for power supplies with the output voltage (adjustable in a large range) supplied from the mains without a mains voltage transformer  相似文献

A novel pulsewidth-modulated (PWM) dc-dc converter topology is proposed for the battery charge regulator (BCR) of the Columbus Man-Tended Free-Flyer (MTFF) power system. The system is a regulated bus system. Bus voltage control is implemented at the input of the BCR. The use of a conventional buck topology with PWM conductance control at the input results in a second-order behavior. A study of new PWM dc-dc converter topologies has been made to attain a suitable topology. The proposed converter topology is designed and a breadboard including the control loop has been built and tested. The experimental results show that the converter operates according to the design constraints.  相似文献

A dynamic pulsewidth modulator (DPM) is synthesized to generate a PWM (pulsewidth modulated) signal from dynamic converter variables and from a (quasi-)static control signal. Based on a pragmatic principle with simple hardware implementation, the DPM can be functionally integrated with a PWM converter to broaden the converter power bandwidth, enhancing the converter's ability to meet stringent dynamic specifications. Even if bandwidth broadening is not the prime objective, the smaller phase shift associated with the broader bandwidth simplifies the design of the regulation loop. The DPM principle can also linearize the large-signal behavior of a nonlinear converter. The theory is demonstrated and verified for a buck converter, whose PWM bandwidth is extended from 1/50 of the switching frequency to about 1/3 of the switching frequency.  相似文献

与传统的Buck电路相比,基于H桥并联的DC/DC变换器可以实现电压的双极性输出和故障时的冗余控制,非常适合用于大功率电动机正反转控制的场合。分析了并联H桥型DC/DC变换器的结构组成和双脉宽调制(PWM)模式。为了降低双脉宽调制下H桥型DC/DC变换器的开通和关断损耗,对无源软开关技术进行了分析,重点探讨了RCD缓冲电路和最小应力缓冲电路之间的性能差异,指出最小应力软开关技术可以获得更好的软开关性能,并就将其用于双脉宽调制下的并联H桥DC/DC变换器进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明:最小应力软开关技术用于双脉宽调制下并联H桥DC/DC变换器时,可以实现开关管的零电压开通和零电流关断。  相似文献

提出了一种PWM斩控式机场助航灯恒流调光源设计方案。应用PWM控制的AC/AC降压变换器,对负载电压进行调节,从而获得高质量和稳定的正弦负载电流。1kVA样机实验结果表明,采用该方案所设计的恒流调光源在输入电压波动和负载变化时均可以实现稳定的正弦负载电流,能够满足民用机场行业标准中对助航灯恒流调光电源的技术要求。  相似文献

针对DC-DC 变换器难以建立物理退化模型的问题,提出了一种基于卷积神经网络和双向长短期记忆 神经网络的剩余寿命预测算法。首先,通过对DC-DC 变换器中关键器件进行失效模式分析,得到DC-DC 变换 器的失效特征参数;然后,采用卷积神经网络对多传感器信号进行融合和特征提取,获得百分比指数退化指标; 其次,将获得的健康指标输入到融合注意力机制的双向记忆神经网络中,利用注意力机制对输出结果进行加权 融合,利用不同的权重值优化预测模型,最后,利用蒙特卡洛丢弃法获得剩余寿命的区间估计,并通过仿真数 据验证了所提出方法的有效性。  相似文献
